Your API key
The API key is what ties the extension to your workspace. In Settings you can see it, copy it, and rotate it.
Rotate the key if you've pasted it somewhere you shouldn't have, or a device with the extension left your control. Rotating invalidates the old key on the spot, which also means the extension stops importing until you give it the new one; reconnect and you're back.
Usage
Settings shows a meter for each limit on your plan: transcriptions, ideas, scripts, visual analyses, projects, and Viral Tracker creators. Underneath, it names the exact date your monthly credits refill.
Credits refill on the day your subscription renews each month. Subscribe on the 14th and they refill on the 14th, including on yearly billing. Projects and Viral Tracker slots don't reset at all; they free up the moment you delete one. What counts as what is on the plans and limits page.
Subscription and billing
- Upgrade to Pro switches plans from inside Settings.
- Manage billing opens Stripe's portal in a new tab, where you can switch back to Starter, change between monthly and yearly, update your card, download invoices, or cancel.
Changing your plan
Upgrading to Pro
It takes effect the moment you confirm, and you don't pay twice for the same days. The unused part of the month you already paid for on Starter comes off the price, so you're charged the difference and nothing more. Your renewal date doesn't move.
Your credits don't start over, they get bigger. If you'd used 180 of Starter's 200 transcriptions, you have 420 of Pro's 600 left for the rest of the month. Your next full batch still arrives on your normal renewal date.
Going back to Starter
The switch waits until the end of the month you've already paid for. You keep Pro and its full limits until then, and Starter begins on your next renewal date with a fresh batch of Starter credits. Nothing you made on Pro is taken away.
Switching between monthly and yearly
Both directions happen right away, and whatever you've already paid for and not used is credited against the new plan rather than lost.
Canceling
Canceling stops future renewals. You keep full access to the end of the period you've paid for, and everything you've already created stays in your workspace.
Plan changes settle as credit on your account, not money back to your card. Payments are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise, per the Terms of Service.

app.viewrankai.comand the account email is the one you signed up with. - Try a private window. If that works, clear cookies for the site in your normal window.

FAQ
Does rotating my API key affect my videos or content?
No. Everything in the workspace stays put. The only thing a rotation breaks is the extension link, until you paste in the new key.
Can I change the email on my account?
Email support at viewrank@metlymedia.com and we'll sort it out.
I upgraded mid-month. Do I get a refund for the rest of my Starter month?
Not as money back, but you're not charged for it either. Those unused days are taken off the upgrade price, so you only pay the difference between the two plans.
Does upgrading reset my credits to zero?
No. Whatever you've used this month stays used, and your ceiling rises to Pro's limits straight away. You end up with more credits than you had a moment earlier, never fewer.
