Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms govern your use of ViewRank AI, including the web app at app.viewrankai.com and the ViewRank Chrome extension. By using the service, creating an account, importing content, or starting a paid subscription, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old.

The service

ViewRank helps creators research short-form content. The extension ranks and compares Instagram and TikTok content in your browser. The ViewRank AI workspace lets you import reference videos, organize projects, generate transcripts, ideas, scripts, and visual analyses.

The extension is free. A paid subscription is required for the workspace and its AI features. Each plan has monthly usage limits shown in Settings.

Accounts and billing

• Keep your account login and ViewRank API key secure. You are responsible for activity through your account or API key.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel from Settings.
• Canceling stops future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, payment failure, or violation of these Terms.
• We may update plan limits, pricing, or features for future billing periods.

Your content and AI

• You keep ownership of content you upload, import, write, or generate in your workspace.
• You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide the service.
• You are responsible for having the rights to use any material you import, and for following applicable laws and the terms of platforms you use (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Chrome).
• AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review and edit anything before you publish it.
• We do not guarantee views, engagement, revenue, or viral performance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ViewRank AI to:

• Violate laws, platform rules, or others' intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Upload malware, abusive content, or content you do not have permission to process.
• Reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or bypass limits of the service.
• Share or sell your account credentials or API key.

General

ViewRank AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the service. The service may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, or changes to browsers and social platforms. We may update or discontinue features as the product evolves.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after the “Last updated” date changes means you accept the updated Terms.
