This is the full transcript of 10 New Github Repos to Make Money in 19 mins, published on YouTube by Jack Roberts. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.

0:00We've just had some of the biggest open source jobs that I have ever seen. Somebody open sourced the entire Adobe suite, Premiier [music] Pro, Photoshop, and way more. And in this video, I'm going to show you the top 10 that you need to download. And if you're new, I'm Jack. I built my last tech startup with like a gazillion customers. And now I'm building my own AI startup. And on this channel, I share the stuff that actually works. So, if you haven't already, grab that beautiful coffee and let's dive straight in. So on these 10 repos, the very first one I want to talk about is

0:30the fact that you now have free Photoshop that you can use inside Cord. The last person I know that used Premier Pro, Photoshop, all that sort of stuff, guys, you know, their wallet still hasn't recovered. They're so broke they can't even pay attention. But what's happened is something really interesting, and it's essentially called Photocraft, Lightcraft, Filmcraft, and essentially it's a completely open-source version of everything in the Adobe Suite. It is actually crazy. So this is Adobe Photoshop. You can go ahead, you can buy it. Photograph by contrast looks completely different. We have photocraft to Photoshop. We have Lightcraft which replaces Lightroom, Filmcraft, the Premier Pro, Effectcraft,

1:09Vectorcraft, PDF Craft, Wordcraft. You name it, they literally have it. I'm going to put all the links down below so you can follow along. To install it, literally click that link and say, "Hey, I would like you to go ahead and install Photocraft for me and open it up on my computer." And effectively guys, cool will go ahead and do that for you. And

1:28this is exactly what Photocraft looks. And I'm telling you right now, guys, I had one of my buddies look at this. And this is example of filmcraft. He didn't know. I said, I'm going to pull it up for you. He said, "Dude, is this it?" I said, "This is Premier Pro. It isn't Premier Pro. This is actually their open source version of it." And I played around with this guys. The commands are exactly the same. You can copy it and do

1:48anything you want to. Copy and paste. All this sort of stuff is completely open source. It is actually wild. You can drag things in. So, you don't need to pay for an expensive subscription to access this. And because it's open source, we have lots of people working on it at the exact same time. Likewise, here is Photocraft. Let's open up a new document. As a for instance, guys, I've

2:07just dropped in my own community logo. And there's somebody that's played around a little bit in Photoshop. It's cool. And you can see they've even nailed down the layers and every and what that physically looks like. You can add masks. You can do anything you could essentially do inside Photoshop. But the really cool thing is they're basically

2:21pro designign apps. They're free. they're open and your agent can actually run them, saving you some precious dollars. It's had 39,000 stars in 10 days and videos are blowing up covering this. This, for example, right here is the Artcraft suite, which is very, very interesting. You can see we've got here, all you're going to do, you can open a photograph uh with a Photoshop file uh and you can ask Claude to go ahead and edit for you. For example, I can say,

2:45"Hey there, I have an image in Photosh."

2:56Why blue and yellow? Don't ask me too many questions. Right now, we're going to come down and give it permissions for the session. And it's really interesting. I personally found a lot of editing that I can do in Premiere Pro. Now, I honestly just let either chat GPT or CL do that for me. So, look, it's found the image. It's making magic happen. I can open up Photograph. And what I think they've done a really good job of here, guys, is the UI and the packaging of this. It is genuinely really impressive. And we can see that beautiful cursor. Now, I would always advise if you're doing any computer

3:25control, the pound-forto champion right now is actually inside track, but of course, you can use any one that you like. As you can see, it's now in the background going ahead and adjusting the background color for us. It's selecting yellow and blue, which is great. And by my hands are all the way up here, which is fantastic. you can see is playing around with the different layers and because I believe it's got a very similar structure to Photoshop, it will basically do the exact same thing. And so you can see you now have 12 paid apps all available to you. Effect craft,

3:51CADC, it's really remarkable. Essentially, whatever the specialist thing is you wanted to do, there's now an open source alternative to use this. And you can find everything at this website with Vectorcraft. It was all built in Rust. And you can see just exactly how they've gone ahead and built this live blends and layers. Vectorcraft launches right there. that you can now edit it for Mac, for Windows, whatever the thing is that you would like to go ahead and use. Basically taking all your designs to a completely new level. And this is just number one. We've got a few more to go into that are going to blow

4:17your mind. Now, the second one here builds on that initially and it's called composited. Now, the second report itself essentially has Claude right in the layers and you can actually see that picture change. It's really leading into Claude as a designer. And so, essentially, guys, two people have rebuilt Photoshop this month. We are now officially in the era where these 100% free repos that can reconstruct any single technology. That's how important these things are. Now this had again over 2 million views on X just on his launch post and you can see everything you can do. Look at some of the things that's been built with it. This was

4:49built using a software as was this as was this. Again, this is a really cool powerful software. You can download it on this repo. I'm going to put a link down below again so you can just copy all the different tools I'm using in this video. Now what does it look like? If you come down to the bottom right, it

5:03will look like this beautiful gradient. And when you open it up, it will look exactly like this. I'd say the UI might even be a little bit better to be honest. If I compare this with Photograph, you can see over here, we come back over here for example, you can see the difference. This one looks a little bit more gray. Um, this one here, I guess like the color scheme on this, the buttons are a little bit larger. So, the UI is fantastic. Both are functionally superb, so you can use either one that you like. This takes us on to number three which effectively is a browser built for AI agents and this

5:34one is called ego light. I haven't seen this one discussed a ton but it's doing very well on GitHub. Let me explain exactly what it is and how this goes ahead and work. So effectively what it does is it gives the AI agent the ability to go ahead and browse the internet. And crucially it can do this without taking control of your screen which is really important and it's completely free to go ahead and grab at e at light.ego.app. app. Now let's go through and explain what this does. You can see this working in the background here. Effectively, it goes ahead and allows the agent to go and do many

6:04different things. As you can see now, you give it a query on the left hand side. So, ego browser to go and script the main post from the X account which is given over here excluding pin post, repost, and post labeled. And you can see it's now essentially browsing the web having a look and then making intelligent decisions that it can do specifically on that web page. But on the left hand side, it basically brings all that information down there. You could ask it to do things like, "Hey, go ahead uh by basically clicking on the ego browser plugin to go ahead and scrape the main post or go and check out

6:34anything your competitors are doing." And again, you go ahead and grab this straight from GitHub. Now, the big problem that Egoite is solving here is that most AIs themselves when you use them will either take control of your computer, so you can't do anything else, or they'll use their own browsers, but those aren't necessarily signed into all

6:50the stuff that you're currently using. So, with Eagle Light, you can use many different searches at the same time. And then with this, each individual ego light thing itself is in its own tab. You can use as many as you want to. And on top of that, you can effectively bring any model that you want to whilst using it, giving it a deserved spot on this top 10 list. Now, taking over now to level four, which is called RIA, which essentially lets you ask how any app does something. What do I mean by that? Well, this one is a really, really interesting one. So let's just say that

7:19you have an app that you want to reimagine or you want to improve, but you don't understand how it works when you look at the UI and the logic and the data. With RIA, we can effectively go ahead and solve what that actually looks like. Again, completely free repo, 65,000 stars. This one is growing. It's very powerful. It's actually the fastest growing repo on GitHub this very week,

7:40and it is blowing up for good reason. Now, in terms of how you actually go ahead and use this, it's pretty straightforward. You set it up with one command. You can ask how does search work in this note app. It shows the evidence then can build the same feature into any project that you have. On level five really enhances design and takes to a completely new level. This is something called 21st.dev and this can integrate with either claude or shack gbt or any model that you effectively like. Now what it is really is a component library. Think of it as Willy Wonker's emporium essentially for any kind of design

8:11component that you want. It is a living breathing interface. You can effectively do anything you want to. You can look at community components. You can look at anything else. In fact, I even built it here when I was redoing my entire UI. So, for example, this is Glider, my speech tech startup. I redesigned my UI and I used a lot of 21st.dev directly inside cloud code to do this. You can even see, look at this hover animation, guys. You can see this. This is directly from 21st.dev. So, when you land on 21st.dev, just to show you an example, you can see what's trending top today in

8:39the world. Look at this. This right now is something that you can add into anything you want to. Say you've got images and you want to give an apple style. We can do that. This one's really cool. This is pretty freaking crazy. I can copy this prompt like so. Then head over to Claude and I could say, "Hey, go ahead for me and build me this in an app on my own laptop. Please make it as beautiful as possible." All right. I can come down then and drop that in. Now, here's the thing though, guys. Maybe we don't actually want to go ahead and spend our time browsing through

9:04everything. This is where it's really cool cuz what we can actually do with the 21st.dev dev MCP is give Claude access to this huge Alexandria's library of components which means that I don't need to search anymore. So whether or not Claude wants to go ahead and grab footers or navbars or featuring features or pricing Claude can just dynamically grab the best UI assets to build anything that I want to and it's super easy to set up. And for example at the bottom here I'll just come down and say then I'd like you to go ahead and connect to the 21st.dev dev MCP and let me know any instructions that you want

9:36and go ahead and grab for me a beautiful footer from that page to integrate onto the website and also a beautiful interactive um header at the top that has all the different sections of the website and once you can do that you're going to send that one off. Now even if I come back over here to Gladia for example to show you what I built using this um again cuz I talk about the stuff that I'm using here I can click on next and just look at this guys and I did use some claw motion graphics to really elevate it. So one of the features that

10:00we're using on Glider right now is the ability to summarize any web page. So how do we show that in a beautiful way? I might for example come down and say hey what is this web page about? And I can use glider to do that. So the question for me was how do I go ahead and actually show that? And there you go. You can see this page is an onboarding page for GL. I can get to summarize videos. I can do loads of other stuff. But where this really takes a new level is again look at the components you can just go and grab from

10:24these libraries. And you could obviously design anything guys, but realistically you don't always necessarily have to. Um, go and find the best design principles that exist and leverage them by connecting them together. Now, obviously you can run these codes in your terminal to connect 21st.dev or any of the other apps, but the reality is you can just literally now at the stage where you can yap to Claude and it will go ahead and do that for you. And to connect 21st.dev dev to your CLI to claude. You can literally on the left hand side of the menu guys, click on CLI and MCP, pick your particular browser

10:52and literally you're just going to come down and copy this and run it in the terminal. And you can do that very easily by coming into Claude, clicking on this little terminal here and controlling V. And then guys, we have this exact thing. Now, bear in mind, this is all taken from 21st. I mean,

11:04look at this, guys. This is ridiculous. I mean, I'm going to come down and see the actual main thing I wanted. As you can see, I've got this guy here, which is fantastic. I can check out the tower height. I can move it into many different things. move that around, do what I want to do. I can refresh that. Oh my goodness. This actually, weirdly enough, is from I think they had the same thing on school, which is really interesting. And again, we can see that beautiful transition. Come up here. We can pick the palette. All these different I mean, this is absolutely gorgeous, guys. This is ridiculous. And

11:33again, six moods, one city, all the different data that we grabbed. And bear in mind, you can now just tell Claude or Codex, whatever. Go ahead and grab it. And what I love about this, look at this thing at the top, guys. You can see how that moves from left to right. How freaking sick is that? Anyway, I'm getting very nerdy about this, but you get the idea. Then after this one, we go on now to level six, which is the skill that finds new skills. This one is pretty outrageous. Say, for example, you say to chat, GBT or Claude, I need a skill to create beautiful PowerPoint

11:59presentations or I need to make slides. What this actually does is goes and finds the best skill for you to actually use. It's called Visel Labs and its skills. Little side tip by the way, never ever ever install any skill without running it through Jack GBT and Claude first. There's so many great actors out there, but there are also some not so great actors. So, it's always good just to get it to run through and understand what's in the repo before you put it on your own personal machine to make sure that you are crushing it. And by the way, guys, the thing about this skill, which I

12:28think is super duper interesting, is the fact that it is everywhere right now. Um, it is the top skill right now on Skills.sh. It is the most popular skill is the skill to find skills. And if this all sounds like I'm speaking design Spanish, I'm going to put a link down below for my full Cl code master class that will take you from beginner to hero and it includes stuff that I have never shared on YouTube. And you also get immediate access to my agentic operating

12:51system that I've put so many hours into. It has everything from my entire uh unique memory systems that connect to everything from Grockbot to dots to claw to codeex in one gigantic beautiful system. Also has my entire design, aentic operating system and a gazillion other things. you get this immediately. I'll put a link down below so you can grab that, level up and meet other like-minded people that are going to

13:12give you a completely unfair advantage. So, grab that before your competitors do for sure. Now, number seven and level seven here is essentially idea of what we call Orca, which is one person and many agents. This one here is a very interesting group and I'll open it up right now so you can see what it looks like. As you can see, this one's got 89,000 stars. You can see what it works

13:32and exactly how to go ahead and use it. And the idea with this is you can run multiple agents side by side um running one task and you you basically hand up the jobs and every agent works simultaneously for you at the same and then each one of those agents will go ahead and finish its job independently. It's literally almost 90,000 stars. Most of them have actually happened this month and it's growing pretty quickly to be fair. To install it, you literally just grab that URL, give it to Claude and then you just give each agent you want its own individual task. And this is the exact UI that you're going to see

14:02once you go ahead and download it. And once it's happened, you can actually go ahead and review all their individual work side by side. And this is the UI that you're going to see. And as you can see, they've got a really cool nice crisp interface on the left hand side. You can see what you've got pinned here.

14:15All the tasks here that are in progress. And obviously, you've got this as well, which is fantastic oversight in terms of really just using multiple different agents at the same time, which is really handy. And then I want to talk about a bonus integration called Zapia. Funnily enough, my very first tech startup, I actually initially built on Zapia. And I did that years ago before it was cool on the internet. Now, one of the reasons I really want to touch on Zappy here is because we are increasingly now getting to the level, okay, where we're using multiple different agents. If I click on agents, my agents wax, I've got

14:42Grockbot, I've got Hermes, I've got Dots, I've got all the systems here coming by together. I have my dashboard, I have chatbt, I have Claude, and they all individually have their own unique configurations and connections, right? They need access to your Google mail. They need access to your calendar, your Slack, your bank details, whatever the specific thing is. One of my favorite things about Zappia MCP is you can actually have, think of it as your connection limb that essentially is almost like a universal key where you connect your stuff to Zapia whether it's Air Table or Canva or School and it has integrations that you don't have access

15:14to actually outside of it like school for example, you need Zappia to run those things like invite people to the community. So, if I'm on my committee, for example, and I want to invite somebody, um, I can actually just go ahead and use Zapia to do that, right? Very, very, very cool. Now, one cool thing is once you set this up and you can configure the individual permissions, like what do I want to give it the ability to do on my Gmail for example, I might say, hey, it can send an email. No, it can't. And you configure this basically those connections once and you can use it

15:40anywhere. I'll put a link down below. It's unbelievably easy to set up. And once you all you do then is basically connect Zappia to any one of those agents and then you can use that exact configuration list those exact connections for everything that you're doing. Um it is pretty freaking exceptional doing that and it just saves you a ton of time and does unlock new connections that you're not getting in other places. If you can imagine it, you can probably find a connection there as well. Now with that in mind, let's talk about level eight. Now this one is called the arena skill. If you've ever

16:10played Fortnite, which let's be fair, many of us have, where you drop a 100 people on a map and they all battle out to find the one champion. Arena is very interesting. So, what arena does, it has 100 claudes fight. Okay, this is called the arena skill. It's pretty powerful. I'll link down here below. It's a quite new skill, but it's very, very interesting and it's a very unique way of actually finding what is the best answer to a question. Now, what's really interesting is they face off and they have a winner. So if you imagine like in a bracket style where you have these hundred different questions, 100

16:41different answers that effectively you look at answer A and B together, okay, and the best answer goes to the next stage and so on and so on and so forth until you get to the final answer. And funnily enough, at the end you can see basically what did that have to do to win and it shows you why it's the best. So for example, this one here won and it shows you each of the individual answers that superseded. So basically the idea is if you ask an AI the same question

17:06twice, you'll get two different answers. So if we ask it 100 times, what if you could actually ask it 100 times and get the best answer? That's essentially the question this repo is saving you. Um it is blowing up all over Instagram. I haven't seen barely anybody talk about on YouTube, but it is a really powerful and interesting way to get a fantastic answer. And to use it, all you're going to do is literally grab this guys, throw it in, chat to Claude, and say, "I want to use the arena skill." Um use the arena skill to answer this question. and it'll go ahead and do that for you. The

17:33TDR is 100 enter and only one can leave. Only one can physically win. So do that for some of your more interesting and challenging questions and see exactly how that performance goes. Now number nine is a really fascinating one. Level 9 is a plug-in called basically it's a universal modder by a guy called Rahan Remade which is cool. This one again is a early step. I'm showing you what is trending early before it becomes mainstream as well as some of the biggest ones here. and it lets you mod any game. You may have seen these blow up online essentially. It's pretty cool and pretty interesting. And honestly,

18:06I'd say it's quite a fun one to play around with, which I think is a great spot there, right? We can basically mod anything that you physically want in. So again, there's already been a lot of interesting sort of like hype on this to some extent. But this doesn't take a million lines to explain what this does. Essentially, give it a game and it will create a mod. And what it essentially

18:24should do is be super creative. Remember, we're entering now a brand new era in software where we can deconstruct anything and we can effectively build anything. Which takes us on to level 10. Now, level 10 essentially is something really powerful is Cloudflare's security audit skill. Now, security guys is that boring topic, not much to think about. Thankfully, there is a skill here which is cool. A coding agent skill that turns your agent into a security auditor. It orchestrates isolated agents through reconnaissance, coverage hunting, candidate validation, structured output, and independent record verification. I'm also going to show you a bonus skill in 2 seconds which you're really going to

19:00make sure that you need to use that. Okay. Now, it's very, very cool. You can run it before you ship a client's app. Anything production ready that leaves, run it through this skill before you go ahead and do that. And again, what it does, it runs reconnaissance, coverage hunting, candidate valuation, structured output, independent record validation, and target neutral reporting. You can see all of the bells and whistles it does down there. Now, the last one that I want to talk to you about is something called Sloth Monster. I mentioned it on my last video, but it is so effective, I have to mention it. Not only will it

19:27take any text that you've got and make it sound like it's been written by a human, it's also trained on basically marketing and sales practices that actually convert. I use these examples a lot, but I cannot underscore just enough how powerful this is. Look at what it did. So instead of saying trusted, reliable, and built to last, that becomes six nails per shingle every shingle. We leverage industryleading materials to deliver unparalleled protection. We source materials from manufacturers who test for wind, hail, and sun. And that's how do you use these skills to build something super productive that's going to save you time and make you more money? Well, I show

20:02you how to do that in an Aentic operating system in this video right

Where these words come from. This is the caption track YouTube holds for this video, written automatically by YouTube rather than by the creator.
