This is the full transcript of Grok Bot Replaced My Video Editor (3 AI Agents), published on YouTube by Liam Casey. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.
0:00What if you could have highquality videos for your own paid ads, organic content, or your client's ads edited completely by AI? That way, you never had to mess around with finding a good editor, doing quality control, and without paying 40 to 100 bucks USD per video for a pretty basic edit. Well, now that is actually possible in this video. I'm going to show you exactly how to do it. First, a quick example of what is actually possible. And then I'm going to
0:20break down exactly how to build this. So, here's a reel that I just made post on my Instagram to promote this video that you're watching right now. And yes, this video itself is also being edited using the same workflow. Check it out. And I barely have to go back and forth with quality control anymore. Here's the full workflow. So, I just spent the past 2 months working with a creative director that's worked with some of the biggest personal brands in this industry. I got all their content creation SOPs and plugged in the transcripts of all my consulting calls to make a creative director agent. It does competitor research, scripting
0:45videos, refining hooks, posting and scheduling. Now, the AI that we're using to do all all of these edits is Grockbot. only came out like a month and a half ago and I've spent the past 2 and 1/2 weeks in the trenches [music] doing all sorts of things with it and this is by far one of the best workflows that I've discovered. I've been running a marketing agency for the past 8 years and I'm running a consulting company right now where we help people start and scale hyper lean and profitable lead genen marketing agencies. Now, there's so much AI hype out there, and there's so many big YouTubers and content
1:10creators that just every single time a new tool and a feature pops out, they create a video about it, hyping it up as if it's the new biggest thing, and they make it out like it's solved all their business problems when in reality, their only business is just teaching other people how to use AI, and they don't actually have a real business that they're applying this stuff to. Me, I'm running a marketing agency. I'm running a real consulting company. I'm using this stuff in real time, in a practical manner, and I'm not just creating content just to get views. And so, I'm here to help you cut through the noise
1:32and just give you practical stuff so you can apply to your business right now. And if you stick around to the end of this video, I'm going to show you how I can literally just give you access to these pre-trained Grock bots and agents that I've already built. So you can just take them, install them on your account, start having videos edited, completely done for you. So first, let me just show you the inside of how Grockbot is operating, and then I'll break down the workflow and what's happening behind the
1:52scenes to make this all actually happen. Now, one of the best analogies that I've seen for AI in the context of business usage is that AI is like a nail gun. Say if you gave a nail gun to a master builder, they're going to be able to build something incredible 10 times as fast. If you give a nail a nail gun to your average Joe, they're not going to build anything anytime fast. And that's the reality with most low-level operators and business owners in these online business models is that they're using AI thinking that it's just going to solve all their problems, but they didn't have the skill to begin with to
2:19know where to point it. And so AI is just empty pipes essentially. The people that are winning right now are the people that had the skills to begin with. And AI is enhancing those skills, not the people that are just coming in and trying to use it to replace a skill that they don't have. And so Grockbot is the same tool for absolutely everyone, but the quality of the inputs that you give it is what allows you to get higher quality output. So to produce long- form and short form videos completely edited by Grockbot, we're using three dedicated and specific agents. Using a creative director agent, a video editor agent,
2:44and an asset scout. The creative director is responsible for strategy, quality control, scripting, hooks, etc. The asset scout is finding sound effect, making graphics, pop-ups, animations that go over the top of the videos. And then the video editor is doing all the actual video editing. They all have different roles, different responsibilities. They all work in tandem and do tasks in parallel to each other from your standpoint. All you have to do is speak to the creative director, go back and forth with it, and it manages those two other agents underneath them. We get it to upload videos into our frame account. That way,
3:10it's easy for us to provide feedback. So, when it sends through a video, by the time a video gets to us, it's already been through multiple rounds of quality control from the creative director. But until you produce a good number of videos using your Grockbot, you're going to need a bit of back and forth so it learns your style and your standards. And the more that you use it, the less feedback you'll have to give
3:27it. But frame just makes it really easy. So when it sends back a video, you just come in here. Anything that you don't like, you just leave comments on the video, tell it you've left your feedback, and then it will go ahead and just implement everything. So here's the highle structure of what's going on. All of this applies if you're using this in the context of creating [music] your own videos for your own paid ads. Or if you're just doing it for organic content, or if you're just using it for making creatives for your clients as well instead of you being at the top of this hierarchy, this might be your media
3:50buyer or your client account manager that's doing this to make ads for your clients. But this is essent essentially the workflow. So you would come in, you brief the creative director, just dropping a voice note on your phone, either an idea for a video that you had, and then the creative director is going to help you actually produce the final version of that script. You only need to talk to the creative director. All the reviews go through frame like I just mentioned. And if it's an organic post, once it's approved, you can actually integrate this with the software where it can do the posting and scheduling on
4:12your behalf. If not, you're just downloading the video and uploading it whenever you want, obviously. So I've just spent the past 2 months working with a creative director to help me build out all of my personal branding strategy and content execution. and they've worked with some of the biggest personal brands in our space like Jeremy
4:25Haynes, Cole Gordon, and a few others. And so I've got eight 1-hour call recordings and the transcripts from all those calls and I'm take have taken that knowledge base and plugged that into the creative director agent. And then throughout me working with that creative director, they've given me access to like 15 to 16 different SOPs that cover scripting and editing and clipping and writing hooks and strategy for B-roll and all these other things. And so all of those SOPs are baked into here as well. So that's a perfect example of how the quality of the output that you get with AI is indicative of the intellectual property that you baked
4:54into it into the in the first place. The creative director has like a checklist for quality control of like non-negotiables. It has an SOP where has a three gate video quality control SOP where essentially it does three rounds of quality control for every video before it sends it to us for final approval. It has perpetual knowledge and learning so that for all the future feedback that it gets on videos that becomes a rule added to its knowledge base so it doesn't happen again. Then the video editor cuts every pause, maintains high pace with the scripts, does color grading. It writes captions and designs the captions for overlays on
5:22the videos. It makes sure that the audio is synced with the video file. Make sure the audio levels are good. Make sure that it includes the best take per line. It does framing. Make sure that you're centered. Got zooms, effects, pop-ups, everything that a normal editor would do. Then the asset scout, this will search through frame. So, for example, in my frame account, we've got all of our clips and everything organized so that our editors can easily pull on stuff. We've got a dedicated folder for B-roll that has like 38 different clips in it. And the asset scout is going to go through, search through our content
5:48assets, and pick relevant clips. She ate and left no crumbs. It's going to go out there and find trending music, sound effects that correlates with the different animations that pop-ups. It's going to find logos, PGs, files for, let's say, I'm referencing Grockbot. Can go out there and find, you know, the PNG app logo of Grockbot, so that can be popped up on the video. And it just pulls everything that's actually needed from the shot list. and we'll go out there and find more generic B-roll footage that's like random clips from movies and TV shows if it's relevant to include in the video as well. So the order of execution and the
6:16pipeline down below is we brief a video which is essentially just like an idea drop and this is all working in tandem with notion. So the Grockbot has access to frame for like delivering videos. It has access to notion for content management. So notion we've got this content portal that you can see here where videos go through an ideation phase. They get validated then we script them. Then we film them. And then we added them. And so Grockbot is logged in here. And let's say if I just like dropped in an idea to a video with my Grockbot. I could say, "Hey, I've got an idea for a video that we could do for my
6:47Instagram where one of my students recently just hit their biggest month ever. They did $140,000 cash collected for the month and they did about 70k profit that month. Can you create this as an idea in notion?" So see, it's saying I'm adding that to your ideation board in Notion now. And because it has access to all of our content SOPs, it can actually start scripting and ideulating based on whatever initial voice drop that you've given it. If I
7:06refresh this in notion, there we go. That content idea just popped up in the content pipeline. And then the creative director is going to go through a process of validating that idea and starting to script it and will help me refine hook and everything. Then all I have to do is just film the raw footage. Either just upload it directly into Grockbot or into Framer and then it's
7:21just going to go ahead and do the rest. This video that I'm filming right now is the first YouTube video that I'll be attempting to get Grockbot to edit entirely. So you can be the judge of how good of a job it did for this video. This is genuinely an insane game changer cuz at any given point I'm working with 40 to 50 other marketing agency owners that I'm helping scale and I've got a community with over 3,200 other agency owners. And something that holds so many people back is just creating content whether it's content for paid ads, content post organically or resistance with creating the quality of content for
7:49your clients, paid ads that would otherwise mean that you'd get really good results, which would lead to better case studies, which would mean it'd be easier to sign clients and you grow faster. So, this is going to mean that you can have less friction with manifesting your ideas into reality and doing it for dramatically cheaper than
8:03you otherwise would have paid an editor. Grockbot's been so powerful for me that I've went from like the base plan to the maxed out plan as quickly as possible within about 3 days. But, I did the math on how much it costs in credits to produce the average kind of short form video. And it's about $5 Australian. And so if like a cheap short form video from an offshore editor is usually like 40 USD which is about $60 something Australian, it's more than 10x cheaper to use a software like this. So it's an absolute no-brainer. So now if you want access to these preconfigured Grock bots
8:31so that you can just start playing with it and all of the intellectual property that's baked into this cost me $5,000 USD to get access to. Then all you need to do is just be a member of my private school community which is a free bonus that comes along with my book and that's only 27 bucks. So, everyone that's already in my community gets access to this completely for free. If you want access to these three preconfigured and trained AI agents to take editing off your hand entirely, all you need to do is grab a copy of my book. It's only 27 bucks. And if you're running an agency
8:55or a digital service business, it's going to help you know how to run an agency in the right way and make a lot of money. Anyway, you can grab the book at one.io/book or I'll drop the link in the description as well. But if this video was valuable and helpful, it would mean a lot if you hit like on the video and subscribed and let me know in the comments what you
