0:00Hey, everybody. Mike Weisman. Wanted to come on this afternoon, give you a quick video. After Friday's AI Office Hours, I got a ton of questions. People know that I've been using Claude extensively to manage my real estate team, recruiting efforts, my agent attraction. And recently, Grok Bot has been supplanting or taking the place of a lot

0:22of what I've been doing on Claude. I'm not using Grok Bot for. I'm finding it to be incredibly effective, and I'm essentially rebuilding and building new systems to run on Grok Bot. And Grok Bot has actually taken the place now of not only Claude in a lot of my workflows, but also my Hermes Autonomous Agent, which has been running on its own independent autonomous virtual server, VPS. So just a quick tour today of what my

0:46Grok Bot setup looks like. I'm not going to go too deep into detail, but I'm just going to show you what each agent is doing, give you a quick overview of Grok Bot. I'll share the screen here, take you through it real quick, and then we'll break it down and dive deeper into it, into the trainings this week. And of course, Friday is always AI Office

1:02Hours. Friday, 1 p.m. Eastern Time is AI Office Hours. The link should be somewhere where you're finding this video. If not, message me or wherever you're seeing this video, reach out and I'll get you that link. So without further ado, let me do a screen share here and bring the screen up. And okay now we've got Grok Bot here off to the side of me off to my is it my left here okay got Grok Bot Grok Bot is become my daily driver the reason being people ask me this why Grok Bot over other platforms it's the interface what what Grok Bot has done it's totally nailed the interface

1:35both on mobile so mobile is incredible it's the same experience same smoothness same speed as you get on your desktop. Literally, they stay in sync in real time, which is an incredible accomplishment. I haven't seen any other platform really accomplish this. Also, unlike Muse, for example, or Dots by AI or the new one that's coming out, Duet from Anthropic, which I'm on the waiting list for, Grok Bot has separate bots that run and communicate. Each bot takes on a separate role. And this is why I think it's so key for real estate agents like myself that are in multiple verticals in their business, running a real estate team,

2:21managing transactions, attracting and recruiting agents, doing training like this, like we're talking about now, my own investments, etc. Etc. So many different things going on. We can have specialist bots working for us as opposed to one big bot thread. It's incredibly organized, incredibly efficient. So let's take a quick look at this here. So off to the side of my screen here, the first bot you're going to see on

2:45my list is a Chief of Staff bot. Everybody's going to have this, a chief of staff bot. The Chief of Staff bot is essentially going to be the bot that communicates to all the other ones. And it's also the bot that will receive when I finish a conversation, I finish a telephone call or I finish a walkthrough or a listing appointment or a training that I'm giving like I did on Friday and it's been recorded by Granola, which is

3:12my digital note taker. As soon as that Granola finishes, it fires a webhook and my Chief of Staff bot catches that webhook. It looks at that transcript, reads what it is and it files it and sends it to the right agent. So let's say it's related to a transaction, for example. Maybe it's something I just finished a conversation with a co -broker, which I

3:33had earlier today on a potential offer. It would send that to TC Desk, which is a bot set up here. It's called TC Desk. And this bot would receive the information from Chief of Staff that got it from Granola, would look at that. If it needs to be acted on, it might create a draft email for me. If it's a form needs to be completed, maybe a counter offer or an addendum, I can say, okay, make the addendum, and it would automatically know which transaction

4:01this is for. So every transaction we are running, and my team is anywhere between 30 and 50 active transactions at any given time going on. This keeps track of every single one of them. Systematic, organized way. Nothing falls to the cracks. Nothing gets mixed up. So every email that comes in, by the way,

4:20so that's Chief of Staff. But let's look at like Inbox right above here. Inbox is my dedicated email assistant. It's monitoring effectively two emails all the time. My Real Property Team email and my personal email. Personal email stuff, it'll just look for the important things I need to see. An invoice that came to a bill, notice that something needs to be renewed or something needs to be taken action related

4:45to my personal life. The other email I was looking at is, of course, my Real Property Team, my business email. And there it might be related to a transaction, for example. It might be an offer or a counteroffer or a termination or an addendum that needs some attention. It will immediately, as soon as that comes in, we'll process that and we'll send it

5:09over to TC Desk. TC Desk will take that email and act upon it. If it needs to be filed with the transaction, it'll file with the transaction. If it needs to be sent out for a signature, it'll set up for signatures. So it's going to triage the email, transactional related. If it's related to a transaction, hand it off to TC Desk, which is like a transaction coordinator, and it will operate on that and it'll do what it needs to do. So this is how these bots are interacting. and you start to see how they

5:41connect together. Inbox with TC Desk. Also in here, I've got other bots running. I've got one called My eXp. What this one does, this is tracking my organization, tracking my own production and my capping. I can see here that I've received through October about $53 ,000 in change of revenue share that's come in. That should get to about $70 ,000 by the year end of revenue share, but it will track that and it will alert me when agents in my group and organization are hitting their cap or closing their first deal of the year or reaching ICON

6:15status. I can always talk to this. This connects directly through the MCP that eXp gives us. That's a dedicated bot because it's a dedicated, you know, it's someone I would hire, let's say, as a VA to watch that and keep the tabs on that. This is a social media manager. It's writing all my social media posts.

6:34It connects to all my platforms. Okay. It actually connects through high level application that can manage and post on multiple platforms. So from here, it'll set up my schedule and I have my schedule set up right now that we're sending out posts. For my AI Builders, you're going to see posts that are going out Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. The posts have already been set up on schedule and it will post to Instagram, to LinkedIn, to Facebook for me, but the post that I'm sending out there. So it's helping me create the posts

7:05and it's scheduling the posts. And it just has that job. It's not mixed in with anything else. Okay. Going a little farther down the line here. Skooler. Those of you that follow me know that I have a community on Skool, right? That's, you know, Skool is over here. This is our Skool community right

7:22here. I pulled it up on the screen. Skooler actually can post and interact here. So we did our training on Friday. Here it is right here. AI Office Hours is right here. Here's the replay, the notes, and the timestamps. Skooler put that together for me. After I finished the recording on Friday, Skooler went and grabbed the recording off of my hard drive on this laptop, trimmed it down to about an hour so it cut off some of the beginning banter and some of the end conversation after we really

7:56were done with the content. Indexed it, made notes, gave me the timestamps, uploaded it to Skool, created the post I'm showing on the screen right now. And there it is. Okay, done. So it's like having, it's just, and that's all it does. That's all this bot does is connect to Skool. I don't ask you to do social media

8:13at any other platforms. Let me pop back over here to Grok Bot. I know I'm going fast, but I want to give you an idea of just how the whole list comes together. Addie is my Facebook ads manager. Addie's connected to my Facebook ads manager account for the Facebook business manager. It launches campaigns.

8:30We did an open house this weekend. One property had 30 people coming through. A lot of that was because we ran some Facebook ads, just promoting some ads, a few dollars a day for the week before. I run ads to drive traffic to webinars. I run ads for motivated seller cash offers. Addie is my specialist, my specialist bot that creates these ads, manages the ads, starts and stops them, gives me the reports, updates what's going

8:56on. That's all that bot does. Okay Tubester manages my YouTube channel literally you see there's an image right here of my YouTube channel it actually uploaded a whole series of Shorts for me it edited Shorts for me I gave it a long form from Friday I gave it Friday's video it pulled out 15 Shorts edited down proper format I'll throw to them as YouTube Shorts so it's totally creating content for me it's making long form into short form uploading it it's even doing my managing the descriptions, the logos,

9:26everything on YouTube. It's incredible. Finally, this one here is called Hubster. Those of you that are eXp, we use something called the Hub, which is where we can interact with other agents in our company. There's groups kind of like on Facebook. There's referral groups, and it will monitor that and notify me when referrals come into any of the markets

9:46that I'm active in. I can have a direct message or get my direct message off that platform. So this is just a quick overview to show you exactly how Grok Bot can be set up. Now, in the past, running this on Claude, each of these might have been or could have been specific projects on Claude. I might have had a Claude project just doing social media, just doing the social stuff, or a Claude project just focusing on my Skool community and posting to that. I would have had a Claude project

10:18working just on YouTube, for example. I even had Claude monitoring my inbox to pull in transactional -related emails. But all that now, the difference here is that this platform now, I've essentially created a virtual employee that takes on that role, has all the capabilities and then some and focuses on it, stays in its lane, and all of it reports back through

10:46the Chief of Staff. So the bot that I talk to almost every day, all day, is Chief of Staff. Need a reminder, tell Chief of Staff to remind me of that. Need to know what's going on with the Facebook ads, just ask chief, hey, what's going on with the Facebook ads? It reaches out to Addie, finds out what's going on, decided when I pop up one new ad, I say, spin up an ad, to spin up an ad for the open house next week for the

11:10property in Dresden. It goes and spins up the ad. So this is Grok Bot. And what's made it really, really exceptional, and the reason I think that all real estate agents and team leaders are going to be going onto a platform like this, if not this, is they recently repriced it. So that was one X subscription that makes it super affordable. It used to be kind of odd with pricing. You run out of credits very quickly. for this type of work, I'm not

11:39running out of credits. Most of you could run a $30 a month plan and be more than fine with a plan like this. And the cool thing is I can share with any of you guys, I can share with you my bots as templates. And I've got one, in fact. I've got, if anybody here wants an inbox, dedicated email assistance for real estate agents, understands transactional email, where to file it, where to sort it, and that sort of thing, how to set up your

12:04system, let me know. I'll send you a link. You can grab it and you can literally have my real estate specific inbox set up in a matter of minutes on your own Grok Bot. So if you'd like that, reach out to me. I'd love to connect more with you guys and mastermind on this. I think this is the direction that real

12:22estate is going. This TC Desk right now, I had it running and I built it completely on a Hermes system, which is fairly complex. It's kind of like OpenClaw, runs on its own computer, but I've really been able to essentially rebuild that now, and it's running faster, smoother, with more capabilities. So in my thinking right now,

12:42this is the direction we're all going. Love to hear your thoughts. Reach out to me, and look forward to seeing you in the next training. Take care. Bye-bye.
