0:00This is the Grogbot agent operating system. And honestly, it's the coolest thing I've ever built inside Grogbot. Look at this. It boots up like a real computer. 26 agents come online, one team at a time, and then you land on this. Every single star in this galaxy is an AI agent that works for my business. The bright ones are working right now whilst I'm talking to you. And when one of them needs me, I just click once, it's done, and I level up. It feels like a game, but it's running for my business. The craziest part is I didn't write a single line of code. I
0:28just asked Grubbot to build it and he built the whole thing right inside the chat. So, in this video, I'll show you all five parts of this operating system, what each one does, and how you can build the same thing for your business. So, why would you even want an operating system for AI agents? Well, think about your laptop. You've got loads of different programs running, but you
0:45don't babysit every single one of them. The operating system does that for you. It shows you what's running, what's stuck, and what needs your attention. Now, here's what happens when you start using AI agents. You make one, it's amazing. You make five, then 10, then 20, and suddenly you've got 20 different chats, 20 different notifications, and you've got no idea which agents are doing a brilliant job and which ones have just been sitting there doing nothing all week. That's exactly where I was, and that's why I built this one place where all my agents live, where I can see everything they're doing and where I make every decision. The setup
1:15is really simple. So, I actually made one new Grubbot inside of Grubbot and called it Galaxy. Its only job is to run the operating system. Then I gave it one file of a list of all my agents, what each one does, and the last thing each one said. That file was basically the memory of the whole system. Then I just described what I wanted, and Grobot built it as a page. A page is a live clickable screen that sits right there in your chat. You can open it full screen, click around. It's actually interactive. And one quick thing on safety here, because people always ask me, these screens only show you what's
1:46going on, right? Clicking a button, change the screen. It doesn't have to impact your agents enough gets sent or deleted unless you actually want that to go ahead. So, let's talk about the five parts now. So, first of all, we have the home screen. This is part one. And this is the first thing that I can open up every single morning. So, down the left, I can see every agent I've got grouped into teams with the last thing each one told me. So, in 2 seconds, I know what's been happening overnight. Then, in the middle, there's this galaxy. I could honestly just watch this all day. Every
2:15arm of the galaxy is a team, and every star is an agent. Watch what happens when I hit play. It flies me through the galaxy, agent by agent, and shows me what each one does and what it's working on. It's like a guided tour of your own business. And then on the right is everything that's waiting for me. A draft that needs a yes, a question one of my agents is stuck on. I just go down the list and approve them. And every time I approve something, I get points,
2:37I level up, and there's a daily quest. Now, I know that sounds a bit silly, but actually works. I get through my to-do list way faster because it's actually fun. Part two is the task manager. So on your computer, the task manager tells you which programs are working hard and which ones are just hogging space. This does exactly the same thing, but for
2:55your AI agents. And watch this intro. All 26 agents just come flying in and then they flip over one by one like a team being revealed. Every agent gets his own card. It's got a level from sleeper all the way up to hero and he gets scored on how focused is, how much actually he delivers, and how active it's actually been. Then it tells me straight what to do with each one. Keep it, give it an upgrade, merge it with another agent that's doing the same job, or put it on the bench. And my favorite bit here is that it gives me my top three moves for today. Right? So instead
3:26of guessing, I know exactly what to fix first. Now, if you want your own agent operating system like this, I put everything you need inside the AI profit boardroom. You'll get every prompt I use to build all five parts of the system, so you can just paste them into your own Grobot. You'll get the memory file template, so your system knows every agent you've got from day one. You'll get my Grockbot training on building the agents that fill this galaxy, the ones that bring in leads and create your content. You'll also get our agentic operating system, which is where this design comes from. There's a 30day road
3:56map to take you from your first agent to your own operating system. And there are four live coaching calls every week where we can build yours together and you can message me directly. Link in the comments description or go to the arprofit.com. Now, part three is where it gets really cool. This is the rooting map and it shows you how work actually moves through your business. You're the sun right in the middle. Each team is a planet orbiting around you and each
4:19little moon is an agent on that team. Now watch what happens when I click follow a task. A comet shoots and follows one job through the whole system. The request comes in, my chief of staff agent passes it to the right team. The team builds it and then it comes all the way back to me with one simple question, yes or no. And when you actually see work flowing like this, you
4:39can see exactly where things get stuck. And that's the stuff that's quietly slowing you down and you're slowing your business down. Now, part number four is honestly my favorite. This is the world view. It's my entire team as a little 3D world. It looks like a hologram. Every team has its own building. Every agent is standing right next to it. And when one agent hands work to another, you can see the light travel across the map. And you know how you can change the theme on your computer? Well, you can switch
5:05worlds here too whenever you want. There's a floating island, a space station, a theme park with a ferris wheel and a roller coaster and a deep sea lab with glass domes and whales swimming past. Now, do you need this? Probably not. Do I open it every single day? Absolutely. And that's the whole point. It's checking on your team and making it feel fun so that you actually do it. And part five is the notification
5:29center. So, this is the last part of it. Every operating system has one and this is where all your decisions go. Now, every decision my agents are waiting on turns into a card and I just swipe through them. Swipe right to approve, left to send it back or up to deal with it later. And the faster you go, the bigger your combo gets. So, 7 8 14 in a row. Now, then when they're all gone, boom, in box zero, it tells you how many decisions you cleared and roughly how much time it saved you. That was 18 decisions in about a minute. That used to take me half a morning, honestly. And
6:02the best part is that it all works together like a real operating system. There's a menu bar right across the top with all five apps, how many agents are online, a little bell showing how many decisions are waiting, and the clock. So, the home screen runs my day, the task manager tells me who's pulling their weight, the routting map shows me how work flows, the world view makes it fun, and the notification center clears every decision in about a minute. That
6:26is the Grockbot agent operating system. If you want to try it, don't build all five today. Start with one galaxy bot in your memory file and then add the part that fixes your biggest headache. If you've got loads of AI agents and no idea what they're up to, build the home screen first. If decisions are just piling up, then build the notification center and it takes a few minutes each
6:44from there. So, you've got a choice now. You can take what you've seen here and try to piece it together on your own or you can join the air profitable volume and have your own agentic operating system running this week. Inside, you'll get every prompt and the memory file from this video, stepbystep builds for the agents worth putting in your galaxy, like follow-ups and content, help from someone online any time of day when you get stuck, and a whole prompt library so
7:07you're never starting from a blank page. Link in the comments description or go to the apiprofitbomb.com. And when you've built yours, come and show me your galaxy. I'd love to see it. See you in the next one.
