0:00If you ever wanted a virtual office environment for your GrokBot, I decided to build a virtual office because I've got so many different AI agents running inside GrokBot, at least 35 of them now. I just wanted a big picture visual representation of everything that's going on. So, I decided to build it using the new pages feature, which is available inside GrokBot. Here we've got the chief of staff, which is my main agent, which delegates to all of the other AI agents. He sits in the middle, and we can easily click on each one of these AI agents as well, and approve the various tasks. We can also take a look
0:38at all of the tasks that are currently ongoing inside GrokBot, and this just makes it a lot easier to visualize everything that's going on. So, in this tutorial, I'm going to show you step-by-step, no fluff, how to build one of these exactly for your own business. So, without further ado, let's go ahead and get into the tutorial. And also check out my landing page, link in the description below. In the upper section here, we can see all of the active tasks, the ones that are finished today, as well as those that are currently waiting my approval. I can also pause this if I want to, and we've got the
1:13quest log over here on the right that's showing everything that is being done throughout all of the AI agents, and we've got all of our AI agents all around the virtual office. You can see here, this is the chief of staff in the middle. It sits at the top normally. We've even got some people
1:29drinking coffee here as well. But, you can see it's a little bit blurry. It doesn't look great. So, I just decided to tell GrokBot to go ahead and fix it up a little bit. It says, "The virtual office page is updated, and the text is now sharp. It checked at 2x zoom, and the labels, the whiteboard,
1:47and the top bar all have clean edges. The blur came from the canvas being stretched on the screen." Sure enough, you can see we've got our virtual office over here, and it's showing exactly what's happening between all of the different AI agents that I have set up. And also cool, I can click on it, and then I can easily preview what's going on with each one of these AI agents. So, for example, this one is a uh sending out backlink emails for my software as a service called Tube Analytics. If I click on that, it will open it up, and it will show all of the event logs for
2:23that particular uh AI agent. It also says here waiting, and it needs my approval. I could just have a conversation with Grok Bot and tell it to, "Can you just create this as a separate bot uh for viewing everything that's going on in the virtual office environment, please?" Setting up a dedicated virtual office
2:42viewer bot. Perfect. Thank you. Let me know when it's done. That creation's underway. Awesome. So, now you can see it's creating the office bot. So, we should be able to have this running in its own separate environment inside Grok Bot. And I want to make sure that it's actually showing the right tasks over here as well. But overall, it looks quite a nice little touch. And yeah, I can just click through each one of these virtual AI agents. Uh this one, for example, is my school community poster, which automatically drafts posts and posts it to my school community. I just created one over here. This entire post
3:18was written with Grok Bot and posted to my school community, which honestly school doesn't normally allow you to do automations, but I found a way to get around that directly from within Grok Bot, which is very cool. And also, I would like to be able to just automatically approve these from the virtual office environment as well. So, I'm going to tell Grok Bot once again, "Can you allow me to approve tasks directly from within the office environment just by clicking on the AI agent and selecting a check mark or something to approve the task,
3:51please?" Adding click to approve on each agent in the office. Perfect. Thank you. Let me know when it's done. You'll hear from me the second it lands. There we go. So, we should have this new bot set up and sure enough, there it is. We've got the virtual office monitor down here. This is a separate bot that is now running inside my Grok bot but if I want to go ahead and you know, start running this, I could just come over to this agent and say, "Can you just start up the virtual office environment for
4:22me, please, in this tab?" There we go. So, it's going to open up the virtual office. I'm also going to drag this up here to the top because I want to be able to easily access this at any time. So, we've got the virtual office which I can put right alongside the chief of
4:37staff. And I also want to give it an avatar as well. So, I'm going to tell it to add the AI avatar in the similar style of the other bots, please. So, it should be able to do that in a couple seconds. Sure enough, if we open up the virtual computer, we can take a look at the virtual office over here. And this is exactly what it looks like. It is running a little bit slow inside the virtual computer. And so, I'm just going to ask it, uh can you go ahead and run this instead of the virtual computer? Can you just run it inside this window? Is that
5:07possible? Like create a separate page for it? Because Grok bot has just recently announced that you can create pages inside Grok bot. So, I want to see if I can run this inside a page instead of using the virtual computer. And then in the meantime, it looks like the chief of staff was able to finish the click to approve on the office page. If I go ahead and preview this, we should be able to demo the click to approve function. So, if I click on this one, for example, it now has this button that says approve and chat. So, if I click on that, it will add the AI Income Lab card
5:42to all of my blog posts. So, I'm just going to approve that. And now, for some reason, I'm just getting a white screen. Doesn't seem to be working correctly. Hey, chief, uh that functionality that you added, when I click on approve, it just takes me to a white page and nothing happens. Can you make sure it's
5:58working correctly, please? The approve button sending you to a blank page? I'm on that fixed now. I think So, there we go. So, it should just fix whatever the issue is there. And in the meantime, we're still building this page out. It looks like it's done. Which we can easily open, and this is
6:15much better because it's a lot faster. And we can easily preview everything that's going on over here. And now, if I click on this, I want to actually see that approve monitor. It's not showing. Oh, it's down here. So, this is the full page that it created inside Grockbot. We've got our event log. We've got the selected AI agent down here, and then it should also update so that I can automatically approve anything that needs approving, but that hasn't
6:42been added in yet to the official page. Just go ahead and add that new functionality into the page inside the virtual office bot, please. So, you can see how easy it is to do a lot of this stuff with Grockbot. It really doesn't take very long at all, and you just have natural conversations with it. Once you've started building out a bunch of AI agents, it gets smarter and smarter. It's always learning based on everything that you teach it, right? So, it's like a self-improving system. So, it just wrote this entire blog article for me and posted it up to the website. So, that's now done. And it said it fixed
7:19the blank page that I got on the approve button on the office page, so I can go ahead and open that up again. And now, once again, I should just be able to click on approve and chat. And there we go. So, it copied the approval line, but if I do want to uh copy the approval, I could then come down to the particular agent here,
7:38and then I could just paste that in. Approved. So, there we go. It's going to send a sponsorship email to GoHighLevel, because that's one of the the people I want to reach out to. So, that's done. It should automatically update, but it looks like that's not working yet, either. So, I'm going to tell Grockbot, "When I approve a task, automatically update it inside the virtual office, as
8:01well." So, let's see if it can do that. And then, we should have also an updated page over here inside virtual office as well. Yeah, it's still a work in progress. I think this is very cool and it just provides like a more visual representation of everything that's going on inside Grapht Bot and you can see all of the different, you know, little characters moving around and all the different things that they're doing. This guy's on
8:25a coffee break right now. I'm just going to continue building this out and see what else can be done. Uh we'll do the auto update on the office as well. And I just need to update the avatar. So go ahead and update the avatar for this bot in the similar style as the other
8:41bots. It hasn't actually gone ahead and done that yet. And my credits just reset. I'm at currently 15% usage and that's going to reset in other 7 days. I'm on the $60 a month plan, but it starts at $20 a month for their base level plan and it's very powerful. I think you can see from this tutorial. Go ahead and drop your questions in the comments below and also check out my full landing page. Link description below where you can join my school community starting at $29 a month
9:11going up to 89 a month for the VIP plan. And you can also check out all of my YouTube videos and free guides as well as some of the products that I've built. You can read a little bit more about me and also if you would like to sponsor a video, all of those details are over here as well. You can schedule a call directly on my landing page. With that being said, thank you so much watching this video. I'm going to continue building out this virtual office and I look forward to seeing how this comes
9:37along. Thanks for watching. Signing off. Take care. Stay safe. Peace and Thailand.
