How to Start Selling Digital Products with Claude AI (Tutorial)

0:00So, guys, in today's video, what I'm going to do is show you how you can use Claude to help you build a digital product store. You're going to use Claude alongside this tool called Digital Maker AI. This is what you're going to use to build a custom website where you can get it up and running

I'm going to show you how Claude can help you build a digital product, how you can get a custom digital product store up and running, and how you can also get traffic to it in the most simplistic way. Now, I'm a big believer in digital products, especially when you compare them to physical ones. Reason being is that you're not going to be dealing with a manufacturer, you don't have to speak to suppliers in China, you don't have to go on to AliExpress. You can literally use Claude as your supplier in the sense that it's going to build out your digital products. And as

0:44long as you know how to get traffic in a way that's going to be completely automated, you can basically make near enough 100% profit, of course, depending on how you operate everything. And for those of you thinking, "Sam, I would love to sell a digital product, but are people really buying them?" Well, as we can see in the store finder within Digital Maker AI, there's currently over 260 different stores listed, and this is being updated on a regular basis. The good thing about this is that you can filter all of these different stores in terms of the type of product that they're selling. So, what you can do is

And if I wanted to see the type of ads that they're using, I can click into this link, and what it's going to do is take me directly to all of their creatives so that I can see exactly when they started running the ad, and you know, what type of creative they're using if I wanted to replicate their success. Now, for those of you thinking, "Sam, you know, where do I

2:10begin? I would love to sell a digital product, but you know, what's the first step? What type of digital products or ebooks are people even buying?" Well, for you to get an idea, what you can do is go onto this tool called chat, and you can ask it a basic question. And what I'm going to type in is, "I want to sell an ebook. Can you tell me the top 10 ebook topics that people are

2:29searching for and would buy in 2026?" And because Digital Maker AI is directly connected to various different databases, various different things that people are searching for on the internet, it's going to come back with a complete list. And it's going to be from this list that you can now identify a niche that stands out to you, something that you believe that you're going to be able to build to the best of your ability. Now, as an example, I'm going to go with this one over here, language learning. Not saying that this is something I necessarily care about, but the reason why this one stands out to me

2:59is because within the trend finder, I noticed that this is also a niche that is doing well on YouTube. There's a few different faceless YouTube channels that are growing right now within the language learning space, as you can see over 20% and if we just take a look over the past 5 years, we can see that this is a niche that has steadily grown year after year. And the good thing about using the trend finder tool is that you could scroll down over here, and what it's going to do is show you real life faceless channels where there's no one appearing on camera, but yet they've

3:28been able to grow their channel, and they're also in a position where they can sell a digital product. So, we can see with this channel over here, they've got a digital product linked in their description. So, let's just click into their channel. So, this is the channel right here. As you can see, these are the type of videos that they make, and this is something that any of you can do. I'm going to explain towards the end of this video how simple it is if you wanted to automate this process of making these animated style videos. But the interesting thing is if we just click into any one of their recent

3:58videos, let's click into this one over here that got over 44,000 views in just 2 days, we can see that in their description they've got a link directly to their website. And what this website is selling is these different digital products, these different MP3s as well as PDF guides. So yeah, it's a very simple business model. What they're doing is that they're publishing content every single day, not showing their face on camera, they've got a website that they've got a digital product loaded onto it, they create content about that digital product, and then from there they're able to generate traffic and generate sales. And again, this is

4:31something that all of you that are watching right now can do and get set up within, let's say, less than a day. I'm going to leave a direct link to Digital Maker AI's website maker down below. So you're going to come across a similar page like this, and it's going to be from here where you can get a completely free AI custom store built in less than 30 seconds. Once you're on that page and you've clicked on build my store for free, it's going to take you over to the sign-up page where you can sign up using either Google or you can use a regular email address. 5:02that is going to be pretty straightforward. So if I wanted to build a completely brand new website right now, all I got to do is just follow these four different steps. [clears throat] So the first question is going to be what do I want to sell? Let's say if I wanted to sell an ebook, all I got to do is select it just like that. I could select multiple different types of digital products so that the custom store is going to be centered around each different product. But for now, I'm going to keep it simple and just go with ebooks. Down here where it says anything specific, I'm just going

5:30to say that this is going to be ebooks and audiobooks for people that are looking to learn English. And for the store name, I'm just going to call it language learners. Who is my audience? I'm going to say people that want to learn English as a second language. Click on continue. For the brand colors, I can go with any of these different

5:45options, but I'm going to go with blue. It's going to be here where you're now going to activate your Shopify account. Shopify is the platform that you're going to sell your digital products on. There's so many benefits to it. You can connect various different apps to it. You can use it for free up to 90 days. Well, not for free, it's going to cost you $1 per month, but that's a lot cheaper than the regular $29 or $39 per month that you would have had to have paid. So, with this option, you don't need to pay a website designer to help you get started. You don't need to pay

6:14any hosting fees or anything like that. All you need to do is just click on sign up to Shopify. It's then going to ask you to enter your email address. Once you've entered your email address, you're going to select the plan that you want. So, you're going to go with either the basic plan or you can go with any of the other plans. My recommendation is to go with the basic plan. You're going to do 90% of everything that you need to do. Then, of course, make your $1 payment, and then what you then need to do is just click on confirm. It's going to ask you to review all of the

6:43information that you entered. Be sure to make sure that you're happy with it. If there's any changes that you need to make, you're going to be able to do it. But, for now, this looks pretty good. So, what I'm going to do is say yes, my account is ready, and then click on generate my store theme. And as you guys can see right there, what it's doing is

6:57building out the entire custom theme. It's creating the images. It's creating the text. It's making sure that everything is formatted, optimized for both mobile phone, desktop, tablet, so on and so forth. So, this is going to take about 10 seconds. So, I'm going to wait for it to be done. As soon as it

7:12is, I'm going to be back straight away. All right, perfect. So, just like that, the custom theme is now ready. So, what I can do is just click on download, and then make my way over to my Shopify account. So, you're going to see that it's going to come with this basic theme. So, this theme is, you know, completely useless in my opinion. It's going to take a lot of time for you to make it completely custom. So, if I just click into it, this is the basic theme right here. As you can see, you know, there's nothing really much to it. We've got all of these different pages, but

7:39yeah, this is why using the custom theme generator is going to be a little bit more beneficial. It's going to save you so much time because what you can do is just click on import and then drag and drop the file that you just downloaded and right there as you can see, it's going to come back with this customized

7:55theme that's centered around your niche. See, in my opinion, this looks 10 times better as you can see. It's got the imagery of the niche, you know, English learning. It's got the globe. It's got the Union Jack. It's got all of these different ebooks, which is the main product that I'm going to be selling. We've got the about us page that's also completely custom. All of this text, everything you can see on the screen, I didn't need to do myself. 8:23be the top link in the description and it's going to be completely free. Now, once you've got your store set up, there's going to be a few different things that you need to do on the back end. The first thing is to make sure that you've got your email marketing set up and the tool that I'd recommend for this is Omnisend. A lot of beginners tend to overlook email marketing when it's probably one of the most important things that you need to do from the very beginning. And now in the day and age that we're living in, being able to manage your email marketing has become a

8:47lot more simple with all of these different AI tools because with Omnisend, what they've recently done is released their Claude MCP. So, whether you want to use ChatGPT, whether you want to use Claude and you want to have a conversation with any of these AI tools so that it can manage your Omnisend account for you, you can now do so. Before, the way that it would work is that you would need to set up a custom connector. However, now Omnisend

9:10is officially in the Claude directory. So, if you wanted to check it out, you're going to be able to do so officially. And another thing that you can do now, which is something you couldn't do before, is that you can set up granular permissions. So, if you wanted to set up read-only access, you can do that so that Claude can go into your Omnisend account, read certain things, take a look at your analytics, and come back with information. However, if you also wanted to set up write access, which means that it can also write emails and do practical things within your account, you've now got this

9:40option. So, for example, if you wanted Claude to take a look at your automations, you can turn it off or on. You can also do so with your campaigns, analytics, segments, email templates, images. You know, there's a long list of different things that you can do with Claude and Omnisend. My recommendation is to first and foremost sign up to Omnisend. Again, you can do it for completely free. But either way, once you've signed up and you've logged

10:12into your account, the first thing that you need to do is make sure that you've turned Omnisend on so that it can be active within your theme. And once you've gone through the basic setup, you're going to be in a position where you can now set up a email pop-up that's going to appear on your website, where

10:27it's going to offer someone a discount. You can change it if you want to offer 15, 20%. You can do so, but the benefit of this is that the user is going to be able to enter their email address, because you have to remember not every single person is going to buy straight away. So, by offering them a discount, you can collect their email, which means that you can now market to them in the future. But the biggest benefit is going to come from what you can do within Claude. You can basically have a conversation with Claude, tell it to look at the different products in your

10:53store, then come up with a email sequence for the next 5 days, next 10 days. And Claude is not only going to be able to write the email for you, but it's also going to be able to schedule it in your account so that whenever someone does sign up, the automation is going to go out automatically. So, yeah, I definitely recommend checking out Omnisend. Over 150,000 brands all around the world also agree with me. But yeah, once you've gotten to the point where you've got your website built, you've got your email marketing connected, one of the next ways that Claude is going to be able to assist you is building out the

11:52actual digital product. So, a lot of people don't know that you can actually use Claude for this, but Claude is able to build a high value digital product that can get listed onto your site straight away. And it's all going to come down to prompting it in the right way. The mistake that you want to avoid is going onto Claude just like this, entering in a prompt, and assuming that it's going to come back with the best digital product possible. This is one common mistake that I've seen so many people make. They'll go into it, they'll say, "Hey, give me an ebook with 10 chapters. Make sure that you write it in

12:22this style, and I want it to be something that I can sell." Now, that's one way that you can do it, and it may come back with something good, but I found that if you're able to prompt Claude in a more specific way, you're going to get a more specific result back. And the way that you can get the best prompt is by going over to the

12:39prompt maker in Digital Maker AI. Because as you can see, there's all of these different AI tools, but of course, the one that we're working with today is going to be Claude. From there, you're going to see these two different options. It's going to ask, "What is it you want to build?" If you go with the business blueprint option, you can basically get a customized prompt so that Claude is going to build out a blueprint and guide you step by step on what you need to do. So, if you're struggling with a business name, maybe a domain, maybe you're struggling with the overall angle as to how you're going to

13:09build your site, you can go with this option. But once you already know exactly what you're trying to do, and you just want to get the digital product made, you can click on this option. It's then going to come back and ask you what type of digital product you want to make. So, in this case, we are looking to sell ebooks, so I'm I'm to go with this option right here. What is the title of the ebook? I'm just going to enter this. I'm just going to say learn English in 30 days. What did you want your ebook to be about? I'm going to say that I want it to be about basic tips to

13:38learn English as a second language. How many chapters do you want to include in the ebook? For now, I'm just going to go with five to 10 chapters. If I was looking to take this a little bit more serious, then I may want to go with 20 or even 30 plus chapters depending on what the topic is about. It's then going to ask you what color scheme do you want this to have? I'm going to say the Union

13:58Jack colors, which is the UK flag. Author name, I'm just going to put the name of the store like that. Writing style, we're going to go with casual. And this is what you're going to get back. You're going to get a screen that looks like this and it's going to contain your custom prompt. So, all you need to do is just copy it, make your way back over to Claude, paste it in there just like that. Make sure that

14:18you're on the highest version of Claude. I would say you can go with either Sonnet or Opus. using Opus, so I'm going to go with that. And what it's going to do is that it's going to load up the PDF skill and it's going to start writing out the entire ebook. Now, this can take a little while depending on how long your ebook is. Because I only asked for around five chapters, it shouldn't take too long. But whatever the case is, as soon as it's done, I'm going to be back straight away and show you the ebook that it was able to write. Okay guys, I'm back and here we go. This is the

14:48completed ebook. Now, what's really good about this is that it's come back with an ebook cover as well. So, that's really helpful. We've got the contents page over here. We've got the chapters, everything listed out. The color scheme is perfect. You can see that the headings match with the colors that I told it to use. It's got the section blocks. You know, this is a well-written ebook. Most of you probably know how difficult it is to write an ebook. Well, if you tried anyway, it could take weeks

15:15or even months for you to complete it. But with the help of AI, you can now get an ebook made in a matter of minutes. Now, most of you are probably sitting there watching this video thinking, "Sam, if I can use AI to make an ebook, why wouldn't my customers do the exact same thing?" And this is a valid

15:31question that deserves a valid answer. So, people can definitely go on to Claude, tell it to write out an entire ebook, and just like that, they don't need to purchase from you. That's kind of incorrect because you're going to go through the ebook, you're going to make sure that you're happy with the information in it. And if you're selling an ebook within the realm of something that you know something about, you're going to be able to tweak it in your own way, you're going to be able to put your

15:54own spin on it, your own advice into it. If someone goes on to Claude and asks for an ebook, they're not going to know that it's coming from, let's say, a trusted source. I know people do trust AI these days, but people also like to buy from a brand that they believe has certain level of expertise when it comes to a specific topic. So, yes, you're going to be using Claude to write out your ebook, but you're also going to go through it, you're going to read it, and if there's anything that you want to change, you're going to be able to do so

16:21by having a conversation with Claude. But yeah, once you're happy with your ebook and you want to list it onto your store, this is where Claude is now going to be able to come in, and it's going to be with the Shopify MCP. So, you can actually connect your Claude account directly to Shopify, and it's able to do most of the things that you need it to do. So, as you can see right there, I've

16:40got my Shopify store already connected. And this is the main benefit of using Claude when it comes to helping you sell a digital product. Because now Claude is going to be connected to Omnisend, and it's also going to be connected to your Shopify, which means that you don't even need to log into any of these platforms to make any changes. All you need to do is log into your Claude account, tell it exactly what it needs to do, and it's going to go into these accounts and action everything for you. And this is the exact same thing when it comes to using, let's say, YouTube as a traffic

17:09source. Because I'm sure right now, again, most of you are probably thinking, "Sam, what you've shown us is absolutely amazing. I'm going to get on to it ASAP. but how exactly are we going to get traffic? How are customers going to be aware of this website that we've just built? And it was here where I saw language learning has grown. And within the language learning niche, there was that channel that I showed you as well as all of these other faceless

In my opinion, I would say that YouTube is probably the best platform if you're looking to build an organic source of traffic because all it comes down to is creating a channel that you don't need to show your face and just making sure that you're creating content in a way that's going to be educational where people are most likely going to want to get more information from it. And this is where your digital product will help them. So, it's a

18:03win-win situation for everyone involved. Of course, you get to make a sale, but you also get to help someone that's trying to learn a specific skill.
