This is the full transcript of How To Make $10,000/Month With Higgsfield (No Experience), published on YouTube by Iman Gadzhi. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.
0:00Making $10,000 a month is never going to be the same. And it's all because of one company. What company, you might be asking? Well, the fastest growing AI company in the world. The one that's growing faster than Open AI, Cursor, Anthropic, Lovable, the fastest growing. So much so that I've just made a sizable investment into the company. It's called Hicksfield AI. Now, this isn't your average AI tool. Let me just give you a glimpse of what it can do. Now look at me and now I'm this crazy, right? Yeah, I know. And this is only scratching the
0:36surface of what Higsfield can do. Higsfield has singlehandedly opened up a whole new world. And because of this, it has also created new ways to make money online, even if you have never created content before and even if you've got no experience or skills. So, in today's video, I'm going to show you three ways to use Higsfield to make $10,000 a month. So, let's get straight into method number one, content maxing. For this, I want you to think about the last time that you went on a holiday. Maybe you wanted to go with your partner, family, or just a close friend. Well, what did you do? Maybe you
1:16went on Airbnb and you started looking at some listings. You selected some filters based on what you were looking for, and you started browsing. At first, nothing really catches your attention until after a while, you found an apartment that looked decent. So, you click on it and start scrolling through some photos. A spacious room, a swimming pool, a nice kitchen, Wi-Fi, but the
1:38photo quality, it was average at best. So, you start getting second doubts and you move on to the next one. Now, the next one was okay, but there was no Wi-Fi, which in 2026 is a huge problem. And then you found another one that caught your eye, but the price was just out of budget. So, you kept going until finally, after about an hour, this listing caught your attention. The pictures looked really nice, so you click on it to see more pictures and more info. You then start going through some more pictures. The apartment looks tidy, the swimming pool looks good, the room looks spacious, and it had your one
2:11non-negotiable, Wi-Fi. So, after a little bit of discussion with your partner or your friend, you decide to book it. Now, let's go back to that first apartment for a second. Why didn't you book it? What if the images were better quality? You would have at the very least considered it. You would have clicked on it. You would have taken a closer look. And you need to understand
2:29for Airbnb hosts, that's the whole game. The more people that click on a listing, the more people end up booking it. And what decides whether you click or keep scrolling? It's the photos. So, you know what? Let me just show you what I mean. Let's take a look at this Airbnb listing in Amba, Spain. You can rent it for $55 a night. It's got everything that you need. a bed, a bathroom, Wi-Fi, AC. But look, let's be honest, the photos look a bit weird. And because of that, I'm
2:55probably just going to keep scrolling. And look, I'm definitely not the only one. So, let's say 15 days out of the month this gets booked out. That's roughly about $800. If better photos double the number of people booking, that's an extra $800 a month, about $10,000 a year. And by the way, that's actually a conservative estimate because when you have better images, you can actually increase the rate you're charging per night. So, it's no surprise that Airbnb hosts spend a lot of money on this because for them, it's literally make or break. And by the way, it's not just Airbnb. Think about real estate agents. Think about restaurants, golf
3:27courses, any business that relies on visuals to drive their sales. And if you're serious about this, I want to kickstart you on this journey. So, I'm giving away a brand new MacBook today. To win, all you have to do is watch the video until the end and let me know in the comments which method you are picking and why. I'm going to pick a winner and pin it in the comments of my next video. And by the way, last video's winner is pinned below as usual. Now, when it comes to their content, these businesses have two options. First, they can do it themselves, or the second
3:58option is they can hire someone to do it for them. But doing it yourself is tough. Most Airbnb hosts already have to check in guests. They have to manage them. They have to handle financials. They have to organize the cleaners between the stays. The list goes on and on. And then on top of that, they need to buy the right equipment, take the photos, edit them professionally. It's such a faf and it takes longer than you think. And by the way, I know this firsthand. I have a whole content team at consulting.com that helps me put these videos like this together. It's very expensive and I can tell you it's
4:28no joke. So, a lot of these businesses would much rather pay someone to do it for them. And that is where you come in. Because if better visuals can two, three, or sometimes even 10x their bookings, that is your leverage. So, how do you turn this into $10,000 a month? Let's say that you sell a visual content package to an Airbnb host. So, what you're going to give them is an enhanced image pack plus a walkthrough video as a gift. So, from there, you're going to reverse engineer this. Okay, if you charge $500 for the package, you need 20 clients a month to hit 10,000. But why
5:00$500? Well, let's think back to that extra $10,000 a year that you could generate for that Marba host. paying you $500 one time is already a 20x return for them. Do you see how that's a no-brainer for them? Now, you might be thinking that you need to be a photographer, a videographer, or an editor to do this. And a few years ago, that would have been a fair concern, and I probably would have told you not to go this route. Just remember, my first business 11 years ago was a content agency team. If you could put up a photo of like 15, 16year-old me with acne, I
5:30had to invest $1,000 plus of my own money to buy a professional camera, a lens, all these other pieces of equipment. And that's why I'm so passionate about this and that's why I'm so passionate about what is possible for you. And as I said, a few things have changed. Look, if you've been on Instagram recently, you've probably seen
5:45videos like this or videos like this. Nowadays, AI can do 95% of the heavy lifting. No expensive equipment, no learning how to shoot content, no learning how to edit. And that is one of the reasons I invested in Higsfield. With Higsfield, you can create walkthrough and flyover videos just like this in a few minutes. So, let me just show you rather than telling you. First,
6:07you're going to find your businesses. Start with Airbnb listings that don't have good pictures. For other local businesses, really simple. Just open up Google Maps and just search for the type of business that you want to work with. Get their email address or phone number so that way you can reach out. Now, you're not going to build the entire package for every business before you've even heard back from them because you're working on a volume-based model. So, that would just take forever. Instead, you're going to create two or three enhanced images and send it to them for
6:35free. That is how you lead with value. Why only two or three? Because if you send everything up front, they're basically getting the entire package for free. So, it's only once they show interest that you then upsell them into the full package. The rest of the enhanced images plus the walkthrough video, which you frame as a bonus. So, they're getting exactly what they need plus a bonus. Do you see how tough that is for them to refuse? So, let me show you how to do this. First, you're going
7:02to save a few of the listings images. Then, you're going to open up Higsfield. Now, for this, you can use the image upscale tool under the image tab. It's super easy. It's plug-and-play. You literally just upload your image, you select your model, you choose your resolution, and you click generate. But the trick here is to use Higsfield Supercomputer because it's built for endto-end workflows. So, anything that takes a few steps, this is where you want to do it. So, I'm going to click on the Higsfield Supercomputer tab right at the top. And I'm going to upload the images into the chat. Just remember, the more specific your input, the better the
7:33output. So, I'm going to be as specific as possible. And by the way, you don't have to worry about any of these prompts. I've actually compiled all of them into a free resource for you below. It's my gift to you. You can literally just copy and paste the prompt straight into Higsfield. So, as I said, literally just copy and paste it in. And now, we're just going to wait for Higsfield to do its thing. And there we go. Would you look at that? Now, look, of course you might have to tweak and refine things here and there, but it's already a night and day difference. When doing
8:01this for an Airbnb listing, you want to improve the presentation of the listing, not create a listing that doesn't exist. The guest needs to arrive and see exactly what they were promised. So, once you've checked that every image is an accurate representation of the listing, you can then send the sample asset to the host. When they reply and show interest, you're going to go ahead and enhance the rest of the images the exact same way, plus build out the bonus walkthrough video. You could use the Cling 3.0 model for this, but it only lets you use a start frame and an end frame. So, if the listing has 10 photos,
8:34you basically have to piece it together two images at a time. Instead of that, I'm just going to go ahead and head back to Higsfield Supercomput. In the exact same chat where I created the images, I'm going to select Astra 6 and I'm going to paste the prompt into Higsfield to build the walkthrough. And voila. Do you see how insane that is? Professional images and videos without spending a fortune on equipment or learning how to shoot and edit. Now, here's the thing to keep in mind with this method. Some clients will need more content than others. If they want short form content too, for example, then that's actually
9:08potential for recurring income, meaning you can keep that client for longer and they're going to keep paying you for more content. But a lot of the time, especially if they only want the content for their listing, this model is more of a one-off thing, which means you're going to start off next month at zero looking for new clients. But not every method requires you to look for new clients each month. And that is exactly what we're going to get into next. Now, super quick before we keep going, I want to share something exciting with you. To celebrate my investment into Higsfield, I'm going to be hosting the AI Income
9:41Challenge from the 7th of November to the 15th of November. It's a free 5-day event where I'm going to show you exactly how you can use AI to start making money online. And I'm even going to be giving you my exact strategy so that way you can just copy me. I'm also bringing in a very special co-host. His name is Mark Tilbury. And you've probably seen him here on YouTube
10:01before. It's completely free to join. I'm going to leave a link in the description and pin comment. You can sign up there. And let's get back to the video. Method number two is AI ads. As I was saying before, if you prefer the stability of getting paid every month, well, then you need something that you can deliver to businesses every month, and that is where ads come in. Every business wants more customers. And to get more customers, they need to get in front of more people. One way to do that is content, which is what we just covered in method one. The other way to do that is paid ads. This is when a
10:32business pays platforms like Meta to put their stuff in front of a specific group of people. Simple as that. Content is free. Anyone can post it. But with ads, a business actually pays to get in front of more people. But here's the thing. A business can't just run one ad and pray it works. They need to keep testing new ads, sometimes dozens of them, before
10:53one actually gives them a good return. Think of it like fishing. Okay, let's say you have one rod in the water and nothing bites. Well, then you don't really know if it's the lure or if there are just no fish in that area. But let's say you put 10 rods in the water with different lures. Well, you can now start to see what works. Ads are the exact same way. The more they test, the faster they find a winner. And once they find a winner, they make more sales. So, why don't businesses just make loads of new ads? Because it's expensive. And if they outsource it, each ad can cost them a
11:22couple thousand. And if they try to do it themselves, someone has to write the script, buy the equipment, film, and edit. For a local business owner, that's a lot. They have bigger fish to fry and a business to run, but they still need new ads every single month. And that is your opportunity. Let's say you create a fresh set of ads every week for
11:42businesses that are already running ads. For $2,000 a month, you're going to give each business three new ads a week, 12 ads a month. Now, you might be wondering, why price it at $2,000? Well, $2,000 divided by 12 is roughly $170 per ad. So, for the price that some of these agencies are charging for one ad, they're not getting one. They're not getting two. They're not even getting three. They're getting 12. It's a no-brainer for them. It's an absolute steal. And if you charge $2,000 a month, all you need are five businesses to say yes. Five clients at $2,000 each and you're at $10,000 a month. So, let me
12:16show you exactly how you can do this. So, you're looking for two things here. First is a business that's already running ads and the second is a business with lowquality ads. To find them, it's super easy. Go to meta ad library and this actually lets you search for any business running ads on Meta. Just like method one, you're going to grab a phone number or email that you can reach out to. And again, you want to lead with value. So, instead of sending over 12 variations, you're going to gift them
12:41one or two free ads to prove yourself. Once they've replied, you can discuss what's included on a monthly basis. Now, you're probably telling yourself, "That sounds great, but how do I create an ad for a business that I just found?" Well, here's the good thing. These businesses are already running ads, so they already have the script and the message. The only thing you're doing is just taking what they have and turning it into new variations with Higsfield. For the best results, take a screen recording of their ad to use as a reference. So, while I was actually preparing this video, I found this ad for a roofing
13:14company. So now all we're going to do is head back to our good old friend, the Hicksfield Supercomput. I'm going to start a new chat. I'm going to upload the original ad and then simply I'm going to paste the prompt. As I said, all of these prompts are down below in the resource. It's my free gift to you. So very simple, copy, paste. We're going to click enter. And there we go. Now we've got three ads just like that. I'll
13:35get my team to throw this up on screen. And what's crazy is when I think about how long this would take manually with a full production team, it's genuinely insane. And once you have the ads ready, all that's left to do is simply reach out. And just look at this video that Higsfield posted the other day. You've got posters, you've got UGC content. You can even connect Higsfield directly to Chat GPT or Claude. Give it a budget and let it run the ads for you. It's ridiculous how much of the heavy lifting
14:04that these specialized AI tools can do. But do you notice something about both of these methods so far? Someone else still has to say yes. a business, a client, someone has to approve what you sent them and agree to pay you in the first place. But surely there's a way to make money without needing anyone's permission at all. Well, I have some good news for you. There is. But before I tell you what this is, let me show you a few different clips and you tell me which one do you think is real and which one do you think is AI. Ready? What about this? Real or AI? AI. What about
14:36this AI? You see, these were made with Higsfield. These are the kind of videos that people are already making with specialized AI and posting on YouTube and making thousands of dollars with, all without showing their face. Method three is faceless YouTube. Look, faceless YouTube channels are no secret at this point. They've been around for years. But before I show you how to build one, you need to understand how
15:02you actually get paid on YouTube. Because most people assume that YouTube pays you based on views. Unfortunately, that's not how it works. You actually get paid based on who is watching your video. Advertisers want to reach the people who are most likely to buy what they're selling. So, a company selling trading software isn't going to pay to put its ad in front of someone who's watching a baking tutorial. Instead, they want someone watching a video about investing because that person is already thinking about making money. That viewer is worth way more to them so they can pay more to reach them. YouTube actually measures this with something called RPM,
15:37which basically means how much you earn per thousand views. And because different niches attract different advertisers, your RPM changes depending on your niche. So, let me show you what I mean. There's a YouTube channel called Casual Finance. It has around 400,000 subscribers and according to Vid IQ, it's making about $24,000 a month. Then there's another faces channel which is a similar size. It's called Monkey Mind 101. This channel has a little bit less, about 300,000 subscribers, but it's making less than $1,000 a month. Similar
16:06size, completely different income. Why? Because casual finance is in the finance niche, and financial advertisers are willing to pay a lot more to reach that audience. So, if you want to position yourself at the top in terms of how much you can earn, finance, tech, and education are generally the best niches. That is the first step to $10,000, choosing the right niche. Now, a couple of years ago, I would have told you that this is crazy because if you were to actually produce a video like this, you
16:34know how many hours it would take? Someone has to script it. Someone has to find or film every single shot. Someone has to sit there and cut out all of the boring parts and the bad takes. This is not one or two hours worth of work. I know this because when I first started my YouTube channel 11 years ago, I had to do everything myself. Film, edit, cut, upload. It was tough. Now, Higsfield can do something similar in minutes. But there's one thing you need to get right. Your video still needs to be original. YouTube will not monetize content that's made from a template with very little variation. And before you
17:07ask, no, YouTube isn't going to demonetize your content just because it was made with AI. YouTube demonetizes bad, boring content. So you need to do your research first. Videos, articles, books, whatever. And no, that doesn't mean reading every single article and watching every video yourself. That is exactly the kind of task that you can actually offload to Higsfield. The rule of thumb is simple. The more context you give Higsfield, the more original your output. So, enough talking. Let me show you how to do this. I'm going to go back to my best friend, the Higsfield supercomput. Then, I'm actually going to go ahead and paste the prompt for
17:41Higsfield to find my niche, do the research for my video, and then even script everything out. Now, it's got everything to start building out the video. But before I let Higsfield do its thing, I'm actually going to prompt it to build a high CTR thumbnail. CTR or click-through rate is basically the percentage of people who see your thumbnail and click on it. Do you remember the Airbnb listings from method one? Same concept. You want as many people clicking as possible because YouTube wants people to stay on the platform. The higher your CTR and the longer people watch, the more YouTube actually pushes your video to people who
18:17haven't found your channel yet. I've actually gone to the liberty of including all of this in the prompt in the resource. So, very simple. I'm going to go ahead and paste in the prompt. Simple as. And there we go. We've got our thumbnail and the video. So, let's take a look. That is just a small clip of what it's created for me. Pretty crazy, right? But let's also be realistic. You can't upload one YouTube video and expect to make $10,000. You need to keep posting consistently. So, repeat this process until you've built a few videos out. And in order to start earning on YouTube AdSense, you need
18:481,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours. That's actually going to get you into the YouTube partner program, which then turns on ad revenue. Now, look, I know what you're thinking. But Eman, that's unattainable. It's not. Let me explain. Let's say you post a 10-minute video. Six full views gets you 1 hour of watch time. So, 4,000 hours is actually 24,000 views. But if your video is 20 minutes long, you only need 12,000. Now, look, of course, not every single person watches all of your videos all the way through, but I'm using this example so you understand that when you make your videos longer, this actually becomes more attainable. And you don't need
19:21subscribers to get views. If your content is interesting and original, YouTube will show it to people who have never seen your channel before. But the good news is you don't even need to rely on YouTube paying you. Your channel is already a portfolio. Every major creator wants AI visuals in their videos, things that they can't film themselves. So when they see a faces channel putting out content like this every week, they don't think this is competition. They think, "Who made this? And can I work with them?" Meaning, you could actually get paid by other creators with literally zero subscribers. All you have to do is just put your business email in your
19:54channel description and let them come to you. And what's interesting is once you hit around 10,000 subscribers, sponsorships generally start opening up. And that's actually when brands pay you directly. So there's really three ways this channel can make you money. First is working with creators while a channel is still growing. Second is sponsorships once you've built an audience. And third is earning directly on YouTube through AdSense. But look, I'm not going to sit here and pretend that this is the method that you should choose if you need money next week. Of the three, this one is the slowest burner if I'm being honest. But it's the one that actually has quite big
20:26upside because you're not managing clients or constantly finding new ones. As long as people keep watching your videos, you keep cashing those checks. By the way, not to mention, you can actually use your channel as a way to get people to buy something outside of YouTube. There you have it, three different ways to use Hicksfield to make $10,000 a month. First is you create content for businesses that helps them make more money. Second, you can help businesses with their ads. Or the third option is you can build a faceless YouTube channel without ever showing your face. Just a few years ago, doing this would have meant having access to
21:00expensive equipment, a production team, or spending years learning skills like filming, editing, and so on. By the way, speaking from experience, cuz that's what I had to go through. But now, you have specialized AI tools like Higsfield to do 95% of the heavy lifting for you. And Higsfield is just one example, by the way, which is exactly why I'm hosting the AI Income Challenge from the
21:227th of November to the 15th of November. It's a completely free event where I'm going to be showing you how to use specialized AI to make money online step by step. So, all you have to do is copy me without quitting your job, needing any experience, or showing your face. And as I said, I'm not doing this alone. I'm bringing on finance legend Mark Tilbury to make sure that everyone who attends the event can start getting
21:45results before the end of the challenge. If you're interested, click the link in the description below and I'll see you there. And as always, I'm watching from afar and I'm rooting for you.
