4:51really go into this Jamie's been doing this for years selling domains and so forth how you can take like you can buy a $10 domain and sell it for a th000 bucks and then you have this one right over here which is the marketplace and that's where you'll be able to go in here and you can sell your you know the marketplace listings you can actually go and there are 79 Marketplace listings right over here right now where other people are selling High um profitable domains and they're selling them and then you could even grab them and use them for your business or even resell them for even higher amounts but the

5:22marketplace is important because then you're going to be able to list your domain and sell it to other members I don't know how many members they have in here but um if they're 700 9 Marketplace listings they do have probably hundreds of people in here already but let's go look at the AI Finder right over here so basically you can put in any prompt you want they explain to you how to do it right here I'm not going to really show you how to do that but you can say hey find domains related to Plumbing the plumbing industry blah blah blah and stuff like that right but really these

5:48predefined prompts right over here you can come in here and you can actually go to like product keywords I like this one right here and then you can say find domains right so it's blank down here right now but you'll go and you'll find domains it's going to go out there AI is searching this may take several minutes please be patient so it's going to actually go out there and find real domains that that you know maybe the dot is taken maybe the you'll be able to see right over here if they're all taken now when you have cool Gadget Biz they're they have their own built-in appraisal

6:18tool which is super cool as well and now you can go and check the appraisal on Go Daddy but you only get to check about three of those per day but I found a really cool way that you can actually go and check as many of these as you want and I'll show you that in a minute but so here's kind of like some of the logic behind this right okay so if you have vintageclothing clothing.com okay they're saying that it could be worth $1,930 right over here so just think about it even if you buy the domain for $10 you could go and sell it for $300

6:48easy right because they're saying it's worth almost $2,000 you want to make a quick profit on this you could sell it for $200 or $300 someone's probably going to come snatch it up because it's a high valuable keyword that's being searched for 168,000 exact searches per month and that's the big big thing about this and there is a cost per click right over here someone uh liked the key likes this keyword so much or created a business around this so much that they the do com's taken the Net's taken the.org is taken and the do info is taken and the dot us is taken there is a Biz available

7:19so you could get that one now if you want and to stick with just the big three which is.net and.org then that's when you'd come in here and you'd look at this like cut stationary. net is available com's gone butet is available and.org is available and so you could go out and you know it's got a $125 costs per click right over here so it gives you all the data to help you make a decision if that's actually a good you know website to go and it's doing this based on actual search for keywords and that's what separates this from just going out and trying to do find domains

7:52you're going to not have a sweet software right here that's going to be able to go out and do all of this for you it's giving you the keyword right here that people would be with you know the website would be going for right if you could go and rank for rustic furniture which is searched for 92,000 times per month it does have commercial value at a138 cost per click on bids people you could eventually you know maybe rank your website for rustic furniture right over here so that's this is why this is valuable this is a valuable domain and you can see th those three so you can go through and start

8:28looking for if there's anys available you can go versus the pages but look it a lot of the Dooms are taken until you get down over to into here then you can start looking at this stuff and just because it says that there's no appraisal on these doesn't mean that these are not valuable because when you can start when you go in here and you can see if there is keyword searches being done then that's so the The Sweet Spot would be if we could find some that have good search volume and the dotcom is still available then those are golden as well okay but these domains sell look

8:58net.net orgs they sell right over here maybe this one would be going pretty deep buying thebiz I've never really I've never sold a do Biz or a info but definitely if you can find some with uh good cost per click good search volume a good keyword and it has an appraisal a pretty decent appraisal and it has a net and a.org available this one would be a great one right here cut stationary. net to go and pick up now I'm not blocking any of these out because this changes all the time I'm not going to you know show you all the rest of those because now you can kind of see what ends up

9:33happening so if I had CET and I wanted to purchase that I can left click right over here and I can go and add this to my watch list so it immediately gets added to your watch list and you can see that this this software I've been doing this a while this is not run by night basically software sold on wire Plus or jbzoo this one is by Jamie Lewis he only launches one one or two Max products per year and he does multi-million dollar launches and so this software you can def definitely tell that it's highly developed it's a good software and it's he's planning on being around a long

10:06time because you have the webinar replays you have a mastermind you have a drop list right over here a lead generator the appraiser Marketplace and the software so super cool stuff the marketplace that's where you can sell the your domains and list them as well now I can come over and basically if we wanted to go back and just go to the dashboard and look at my watch list right so these are the ones that I'm looking at they all have appraised value I've already done some research and so forth we can go in and look at different ones like look at that one that we just

10:40added those are the ones that are the appraised value okay but now I'm going to go back over to the AI finder and we'll go back over to predefined pumps and I'm going to go and um pull those ones up again real quick now you can go and add other ones as well like if I go to products for or keyword domains and also push the F button it's going to actually you'll see right here it has 58 entries but it's going to continue to add to that so while you're inside here the predefined prompts area and you want you could go through every one of these

11:13you can't check mark more than one at a time but as you check mark one and then prompt and then find domains now you can see we have 123 entries so technically speaking on a daily basis you could come in and run this like that and you're going to have hundreds maybe it'll even go over thousand domains that it's finding for you at that given moment and obviously you can sort by appraisal those are zero you can sort by appraisal you can sort by sort by keyword cost per click so the highest cost per click right over here warm mittens. net right over here has a huge cost per click at

11:44six bucks it does have search volume and so forth so the way that the appraisal works right is you'll click on this and you can actually go you can go to register right here and I don't think that that doesn't have like an affiliate link or anything like that the register actually just takes you over to GoDaddy and you can see there's nothing in here that's it's just basically doing the search for you you're going to sign in you're going to go and you can say make it yours and in this case we can actually purchase this for one penny can actually purchase warm mittens. net for

12:13one penny right here and let's see high value keyword that has an average sale price of $2,200 um right over there we can go and also take this keyword right over here and you can go to go daddy appraisal tool right over here and like I said you only get a few per day I'm going to click on this right over here and you can put the domain in right there and push get value just to see what uh GoDaddy actually is saying about this particular domain it's saying that the estimated value is less than 100 so that's what I like to do is go and use

12:52the software and you're going to find some that have a better you know like Fast computer maybe this one right over here you can also just highlight it right here and I'll just copy that and go over and start looking at the uh domain because if if GoDaddy is telling you that it's worth a certain amount then and I found a couple I I registered and they were over, I was able to find and I'll see if I can find another one like that but let's go and look at an appraisal report so I'm actually going to go over here we're going to look at appraisal right over here we're going to

13:25go and soft blanket. net right over here or open restaurants we can look at all these but if you left click and then you go and to the appraisal report then this is going to show you more information about the domain Prime domains is telling us it could be worth about $1,430 at fair market value you can push help me by this domain again from this uh section over here you just push this right here and then it's going to go and take you over here so you can buy the domain right over here as well and then you can remember you can always copy that and go over here and then if you've

14:00used these you know it says three domains daily so I might be at my Max right now already but then there's another cool awesome tool that Marcus Campbell created just type in free domain appraisal tool and we can go over type in free godaddy domain appraisal tool and it should show up and it's down here it's number eight right over here GoDaddy appraisal tool somehow someway he's got access to this unlimited amounts and so you're able to come in here and put that in right there and just use it as much as you want and it's basically pulling the same data but you can use it as much as you want so this

14:36is free information that I discovered that I'm going to give to you if you made it this far in the video so the other things you know you have a check mark there's an extension. net has a good resell value extensions usually when there's extensions built on that keyword then that can raise the value of that domain or that keyword and then searches if there's exact searches broad searches all that stuff and you can see highlighted right over here here and then you can go in here and look at even more information it's got the Alexa and the Google rank it's got a keyword monthly searches broad 7,700 cost per

15:09click $2 add competition low and then you can go over here and look at exact keyword searches as 2,300 cost per quick $2 and so forth and you can get these Trend charts and you can see right over here this trend right here is up on the up and up right now for this keyword this exact match keyword so you can actually go and just go soft blanket you could even make one page websites with this tool and you know have affiliate marketing rank just for soft blanket and get 2,000 searches per month on that keyword all right so the last thing I want to show you was when you click on a

15:39domain to look at the appraisal report right over here this information it opens up in a new tab which is cool all you have to do is just go back to the other uh tab over here and then keep researching your domains right so if you want it to start this business re basically flipping or reselling domains or whatever you want to call it domain Arbitrage you're buying these for 10 bucks or less you're selling them for one two 300,000 up to ,200 $1,300 probably wouldn't list any of these domains for more than 1,500 the more you the higher you list it the longer it's going to take to sell as well now they

16:13go more into advanced methods if you want a chance to sell these faster I would go with the marketplace option that's an upgrade I think it's like 47 bucks or 100 bucks or something like that and then also they teach really really heavily about the whole business as a whole and how to really take this to a to make this a real business in the masterminds and so you might want to upgrade on that as well but um I did just find one worth over $1,000 it does take a little bit of work but right here live on this in less than 20 minutes I found one and so what it is is open

16:44restaurant.org if I take this and I copy this the appraisal is telling us it's worth 1,150 and if we come over here to go daddy the marketing tool right over here open restaurant.org and push enter it's saying that it's worth $1,400 $29 and let's see if we can actually just check this on the GoDaddy right here and I reached my maximum dang it but this right over here he's is 100% will match up with what GoDaddy says because he's got some type of workflow or unlimited account that he's allowing you to use right here but you can see right over here $1,400 that's worth and GoDaddy is

17:23pretty accurate it's probably the most accurate when it comes to the appraisals on these domains which is super cool and then Prime domains when we come over here is at 1150 so when you put multiple tools together Prime domains plus go check it on GoDaddy or this free tool over here I showed you that's when you're going to get the most accuracy right so you have this open restaurant.org right over here Net's already taken Doc's already taken so there's no reason to believe that.org is not going to be purchased at some point as well right it's got a $164 keyword cost per click it's got got 15,000

17:59searches per month open restaurants so then you would go and you would snag this one and let me show you one of the ones that I snagged I snagged let's go over to my short list over here go click on the dashboard and then go over here I snatched this one exercise bike.in info copy that and come over here and paste that in right there oh here we go it was that it wasn't that one it was exercise ball.in info exercise b.org come over here paste that in and push appraisal and you can see $1,015 so if I actually go to godaddy.com and I want to buy this

18:40domain you're going to come in here and the next person on exercise. org wants to buy this right because they're they're they're going to sell this you can see right over here it's I set it up to be um 300 bucks so that's kind of how it works so if someone wants to buy exercise b.org I own it and it's um currently at 300 bucks and look at this is what it's going to show estimated value is $1,015 right so $1,115 is what Dad is literally telling the customer that it's actually worth $1,000 and even people that are getting into this for business that have a big

19:16list or a you know they're they're professional domain selling people they could actually even come and buy this for 300 bucks from me and still go and sell this for like you know 1,000 bucks 900 bucks 1,200 bucks and still profit a bunch off of this right so I wasn't being greedy and listing it for a th000 bucks I want to see if I can get this sold now there is a Marketplace that kind of gets created forgot what the what it's called but you have to go and set it up and everything I have three domains being sold right now someone wants to go buy this this is something

19:48that is probably going to take longer they do build up a little bit of the hype now this is probably going be something that like you it's going to be a volume thing right it's kind of like selling books online or something like that you're going to want to build a library of a h hundreds of domains and once you have hundreds of domains that's when you're going to probably start seeing sales come in more often regularly but when you only have like three domains like me and just testing you're probably not going to it's going to take a while to to sell these now like I said you can sell these you can

20:17do if you have an email list or if you have a YouTube channel you can start promoting them in different ways and so forth but this is definitely a business model that's not new it's been around a long time and you can get started this is probably one of the best softwares that you can use to get started with domain finding and selling it's finding the the the the the coolest part about this is that it's finding domains that are currently available that have value because they can show proof that the other extensions have been sold it proves that the search there search volume and cost per click and all that

20:51there's search there's search volume for the keyword so these are real these are not like AI combined words or whatever like you know what I'm say saying it's not like going to chat gbt and saying hey give me 10 brand names or something like that it's not like that these are actually keywords SEO keywords that people are searching in every day and people are buying the other extensions and all you do is just go and buy the um other extension and wait for it to sell so pretty cool model and so all these domains are are are you can pick them up for less than 10 bucks 10 bucks or less
