0:00The reason that 99.9% of founders fail with UGC marketing is because they just overcomplicate everything. So, in this video I want to show you a three-step process exactly how you A can find viral formats. That's like the biggest one. B is how you can change it for your avenue. So, if you find a viral format, how to get inspiration from it, how to think, how to get that creative thinking in your brain turned on, and how to perceive and how to analyze content. And C is how to pass these viral formats and structure and package them to give to your creators. So, A it's going to be super
0:27easy for them to replicate it, B making it as simple and easy as possible for your creators to go ahead and follow so of course that they go viral for you. So, without any further ado, let's get straight into it. And all you're going to need is just Claude and your phone. So, step one, what you're going to do is
0:39get your content inspiration and info. All you're going to go to Instagram, go to your search bar, and type in and search up Hicks Field. That's all you have to do right now. So, now when you search up Hicks Field on your Instagram search bar, take a note. All these videos I'm scrolling, every single one of these videos is a UGC video by the way, okay? And that's the whole reason why UGC content performs, actually goes viral on organic social media is because A it feels organic, duh. And B it's so natural. Like your normal consumer, if you're in the B2C space, they're going to be looking at these videos and
1:06they're going to actually think like in this Hicks Field way that they're going to make money with Hicks Field, which A you probably can, and B it's just super natural that they think that these people are actual real influencers are making money through Hicks Field. So, that's why UGC content works so so well. So, now that you have unlimited content inspo and content ideas to go ahead and copy and steal from, let's just go and select one. So, okay, so in the very beginning right here where you see like 11.6 million views, 3 million views, 6.6K. Let's go to like the 12 million view video right here. What you want to
1:32do is you're going to go click on it. And the first thing, so this is step two, how to actually analyze and brainstorm and get inspiration from these videos cuz obviously your app is probably different than what Hicks Field has. So, this is how you're going to think about analyzing this content. The first thing that you want to do is text, so text hooks, visual hooks. That's the two things you want to focus on right away. So, when I go into this video, I'm going to think about like how I'm thinking a lot over here. First thing, so okay, I'm going to go scroll on this
1:54video, okay. Kids YouTube plus AI equals money. For me right away I think okay, this is a formula hook. Basically X plus Y equals Z. I think that's how it goes. And basically so this is so all this format is basically it's Claude plus LinkedIn equals unlimited leads. So your tool plus an AI tool or your tool plus AI equals the desired outcome. That's all this format is basically. So in Hixster's terms you basically you can make money through kids monetization of YouTube channels plus AI which obviously Hixster equals What is the desired outcome? Well, people want to make money online so it's dollar signs as you can
2:28see in the screen right here. So that's the very first thing you want to analyze is the visual hook. And like that's like probably the biggest and like hardest thing for people to actually think about and like brainstorm on how to integrate for their brand. But you should have to be like again, simplify everything. The more we start overcomplicating your ideation and like your hooks, your scripts, everything, that's when you just fail cuz you're like you're just overthinking, overcomplicating it and one thing leads to another and then you're like okay, UGC marketing is not for me. So take a little chill pill, breather. First things first, you go to
2:53Hixster, search up the videos and then you get content inspiration from their text hooks and visual hooks. Now we're continuing analyzing the reel even further. So after that little text hook and visual hook, every single UGC format they basically have hook, demo, CTA. So now it's the hook and now we're going to the demo part. So let me go ahead and show you what the demo part is. Shows her now the visual hook is well she's stretching and now we transition to the demo. What is the demo video? Well, the demo is basically she goes go to YouTube, find a niche so the YouTube channel, look at the views so she's
3:19selling the desired outcome they can make money with it. What is YouTube paying for those views? Take a screenshot of the page right there. Go to Hixster. So again, it's the hook and then the demo. We're still watching the demo part. Your demo part for your video is probably going to be the longest part of your entire video. It should be. If it's not, you have something wrong. So go to the MCP server, screenshot, prompt, let it cook. Shows that the video's done and then it says comment Hix and I'll show you exactly how I do this. So and then she as you can see in
3:43the screen she's showing like a YouTube channel with actual revenue. Again, she's selling the desired outcome which is making money online. So don't complicate it. Every single UGC video that you have needs to have three components. Hook, demo, CTA. The moment you have anything more than that or less, you're overcomplicating or oversimplifying. It's just those three pillars. Make sure that you have those three pillars in your video every single time and I guarantee you, you will have a really good structure to go viral on social media. And funny enough, that's literally my entire process of how I find viral formats for myself and for my creators. For some context, I grew our
4:15own organic UGC campaign last month over 13 and a half million views at $86 CPM, like 0.86, which is pretty good if you ask me. The end our return on investment was actually really, really good. So, like, I'm really telling you, once you learn how to master organic UGC marketing on these like social media platforms and how you find viral formats, I'm telling you you will start printing money for your app. And I don't want to overcomplicate it. Like, you might be thinking, "Redeem, there's no way that this this short is this simple." I'm really telling you, go search up Hicksfield. All those creatives, all those videos that you saw
4:45on my phone, all of those are UGC videos that you can go ahead, steal ideas, get inspiration from. And then you got to turn on your thinking cap just for a little bit to be a little bit creative to go ahead and change it and iterate it for your own app. And now, after those two-step process, now how you package it and how do you structure it to give to your creators that they themselves can also post that similar concept and go viral on social media. So, now we're getting to step three. And for step three, this is all that you're going to do. But basically, all you're going to
5:10use is Google Docs. I'm not a big Notion guy. Google Docs and Claude. So, when you find a talking head format, talking head means basically like the person's talking in the video. So, it's like YouTube plus kids AI equals the dollar sign and then they're like, "Hey, instead of them showing the text overlay, it's like go to YouTube." And they're talking like verbally. So, what you want to do is Google Docs and Claude. You're like, "Why do I need Claude?" What you're going to do is basically you're going to grab that Instagram link. So, you're going to go get inspiration, grab that Instagram link, give it to Claude. Claude's going
5:36to transcribe it word for word. It's then it's going to connect to your Google Drive. It's going to go put that script for you word for word in your Google Doc. And now, you have a word for word script that you can change and iterate for your brand. So, again, you change the hook, change the demo, change the CTA part. And then, what you want to give your creators is you want to give that reference reel. Put that Instagram link in that doc. And now, as well, you want to give your creators you want to give them a reference video, you want to give them a script, you want to give
5:59them overlays, and you want to give them sounds. You want to give your creators as much resources as possible for them to create these kind of videos and content because A, you want to make it so simple and so easy for your creators that they will just copy and paste. You can have a decent creator or a really good creator, and they both can go look at the Google Doc, and they both know exactly what to do, how to do it, and they can just copy it cuz again, you should hire creators that have common sense or are very competent. And when you give your creators a reference
6:24video, they should know how to package it, how to copy it, like word for word. If you give them the scripts, the resources, the audios, the overlays, everything. Now, if you have a creator that asks, "Hey, like what video should I like create?" And they don't really know what to do, then maybe you should cut that creator. That means you have a bad creator. You want to hire decent and mid creators and train them into great creators or you want to hire already great creators. The only difference between these two creators is basically like a thousand bucks a month base retainer. And then for like the mid, I
6:51hate to say that word, but like the people that can get trained into really, really good creators, you can get them for like 600 to 800 bucks a month. So, for me as a brand, I would rather get the mid creators, which they're like still good creators, and train them up over time and build that loyalty and pay them less retainer cuz I know in the long run, they're going to make a crap ton of money within my UGC campaign, and I can establish an actual relationship with them and train them. So, again, for your creators, you want to give them a full-on script, full script. You want to
7:15give them that reference video link, audios, overlays, everything. Now, you might be asking, "Vadim, what kind of audio should I do?" Go ahead, scroll on Instagram for 5 minutes, and you're going to find trending viral audios within the first 5 minutes. For overlays, what kind of overlay should I add, Vadim? Well, like I'm like I'm stressing. What should I do? Don't overcomplicate it. Take a breather. What kind of overlays? Okay, well, like Hixville did. It's YouTube YouTube plus AI plus kids. So, what you can do, you can have the YouTube favicon, you can have the Hixville logo, you can have your company logo. For example, let's
7:41say you're a B2B SaaS, You can have LinkedIn plus Claude if you have an MCP server. So, LinkedIn plus Claude equals unlimited leads. Boom. Now you have a viral B2B format to go viral in the UGC space. Which for B2B is very hard, but this LinkedIn format, especially for this like for the X plus Y equals Z, it prints. So, if you're a B2B founder watching this, I highly recommend that you try it out. Now, without any further ado, that's literally all it takes. I'm not trying to sit here for another like 17 minutes just yapping about what to do or how to do it. Don't overcomplicate
8:10your UGC marketing. This is as simple as it gets. All you have to do is go ahead search up Higgsfield, look at all their content, all those creators, get inspiration, copy it, iterate it, become a little bit creative, change it for your own app. Again, don't forget those three pillars, hook, demo, CTA. Don't forget. And then, how do you package and give it to your creators? Make it as simple and as easy as possible for your
8:31creators to go ahead and recreate it. And give them as much resources as possible as well, so that your creators are not going to be go ahead and try to script Google trying to find some overlays and audios. You as the brain, you should give that to your creators. Again, make it as simple and as easy as possible for all of them. And hopefully this video helped you out in your journey, and I really hope that this will actually make you get your first viral video in 2026. Cuz again, this is a new trend everyone's hopping on. I hope this video gave you guys a lot of
8:56value on how to actually find viral formats in your UGC space. And again, if you have any questions, shoot them down in the comments below. I'm going to try to answer every single one of them. Without any further ado, I'm always rooting for you guys, and I always do watch you from afar and cheering you on.
