0:00How I made $12,000 in 24 hours drop shipping using Claude AI. And I'm not just throwing in the word AI here just because it's the new thing to mention in videos. I actually used AI and I'm going to show you guys exactly how I did it. And just to put this into perspective, $12,000 in a single day comes out to at

0:16our peak being $1,000 in a single hour. Which just to put this into perspective for you guys, how much this actually is, if you're working a fast food job, hourly pay being 19 bucks, that means you have to work 631 hours, which comes out to 79 days of 8-hour shifts back-to-back-to-back before you can even hit $12,000. And this was done in a single day. Obviously, it's not all profit, around 30% was profit, but you guys get the point. Same thing here, hourly pay 60 bucks as a software developer, meaning you have to put in 200 hours of work, aka 25 days of 8-hour shifts Monday through Sunday

0:51back-to-back-to-back. And the worst part, not to be a Debbie Downer, but this is all before taxes. So, if we want to include taxes, we can drop this hourly pay to around 15 and drop this one to around 40 bucks. So, essentially what this means is you're going to have to put in way more hours. And on top of that, what makes it worse is that this job is not going to be around. I mean,

1:10you guys can already see these kiosks. There are a bunch of places that don't have cashiers. Even for software developers, Claude code is a thing now and a lot of people lost their job. Meanwhile, you have me right here in Italy with 12K on the dashboard for today. It's honestly unfair and I'm not somebody who's smart or a genius in

1:27this. This is just the reality of it. you can sell products that solve people's problems, you will get rewarded for it. The bigger the problem that you solve, the more money that you will make. And there are so many problems that people deal with on a daily basis with dozens and dozens of new solutions or products coming out every day to help solve those problems. And so, you just need to be a person that's selling one of those products at a high volume. And listen, this isn't just one day that I saw success. I've been doing this for years, okay? So, this store, 726,000 in 90 days, 30k in a month. This is back in

1:592020, 16k in a single day, 41k in a week in 2020, 100k a month. I mean, even back then 12k in a single day, 131k in a month. So, I've been doing this for a while and because of that I can confidently say that right now it's so much easier. This is a store that I'm currently running at 1.84 million. This is an older screenshot. It's at around 1.9 pretty much almost 2 million right now. And so in this video I'm going to show you guys the fastest way to get to this point. And guys, these are the

2:28three things that you have to master. There's obviously going to be a few other tools besides just these, but we're going to use Shopify to list our products and host the store. We're going to use Facebook ads to drive traffic to our Shopify store and we're going to use Claude for the AI and just to speed things up tremendously. So in this video I'm literally going to cover every single step from finding the product to creating the website to running ads. But if you guys want way more in-depth videos and sort of a behind the scenes, my course is free for a limited time. So click the link below and if the link

2:55still works, enroll in the course. The content in there is insane. Everything from finding products, sourcing suppliers, building your store, and running and scaling your ads, as well as a full entire A to Z blueprint. So a little shameless plug, click the link below to enroll in the free course, but let's get started. Let's get started on how you guys can actually hit these big days and decently quick as well. And so honestly the only way to get these results quick is using something called traffic arbitrage. So what we're going to do is find products that are already popping off on platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop, or even people already

3:25running ads to their store on Facebook. Right now my two favorite are Amazon and TikTok Shop. And once you find a product on these platforms, you want to go over to Facebook Ads Library. And this is just where Facebook shows where everybody is running ads. And because that's where we're going to be running ads, we want to see if other people are running ads for our product. The less people running ads for the product we're trying to sell, the better. And so if we do find a product on Amazon or TikTok Shop and we cross-reference it with Ads Library and there's not too many people selling it, we can move it on to the

3:54next stage and add the product to our store and start running Facebook ads to the product. Now, while you guys are doing this, one thing I want you to remember is do not reinvent the wheel. You want to ride on top of what's already working, but make sure it's working on a different platform besides Facebook. So, let's say for example, we find this wheel on Amazon and it's selling like crazy. We want to bring it

4:16over then to Facebook, not change it. We're not going to change it into a square or a triangle. We're going to keep it that circle, but make it better. And so you guys can see just improving it, improving it, but it still is a wheel. We're not changing the product or anything else. And so a few examples of improving upon what you find is number one, low-quality images. A competitor or whoever else might be selling it might have low-quality images. Use AI and put in that extra effort to come out with high-quality images. They might have a boring and a basic offer. You want to come in with an irresistible offer. For

4:48the next one, they might have no upsells or no recurring revenue. Add them. The more recurring revenue that you can add, the more money you can afford to spend on ads, meaning you can outspend anybody else who tries to come into the market. The last thing is their creatives. If they're already running ads, they might not be hitting specific angles or markets. You can tap into them and add unique creatives. And honestly, there is one exception to all of these, and you can ignore pretty much everything if you are early to the product and you are first. You can almost mess up literally everything I'm listing here and still

5:17make money if you're early. But regardless, you want to make sure all these things are dialed in. Now, you may be thinking, "Okay, I understand the concept, find a product on TikTok or Amazon, and then move it over and sell it on Facebook, but how do I actually go about doing that?" Great question. So, obviously you guys know Amazon is one of the methods. That's the one I'm going to be covering in this video. I've covered TikTok Shop in the other one, so if you guys want to watch that, feel free. But you can go over to the link I'll leave below. It's a free website. You can go

5:39over to the Amazon secret product scanner. And essentially, how this works is any key term that you search up, it will show up and filter as products that were listed in the last 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. And what it essentially does is add a piece of code into the Amazon URL, which allows it then to only show products listed in the last 30 days. So, I'm going to go ahead and only set it to products listed in the last 30. And then as far as the key term goes, you can search up pretty much anything. So, I'm going to go ahead and start off with

6:02drops just because drops is typically supplements and like liquid drops. So, I'm going to click on scan and see what comes up. So, you guys can see already off the bat we have some supplements coming up. And you guys can see this is new on Amazon. And what we want to look for here, and guys, I came up with this strategy, so if you see anywhere else, you know where it came from. But anyway, what we're going to do is just scroll through here and see if we can come across anything with a high bought in the past month count, but a low review count. And just to give you guys an

6:30example of what this looks like, this is a product that I sold in my 24-hour challenge video and scaled it to $1,000 per day. And this is exactly what you want to look for. 2,000 units bought in the past month with 168 reviews. What this shows me is this listing specifically hasn't been around for long enough to have and stack up a bunch of reviews, but it has 2,000 units bought in the past month. And if we do 2,000 * 25, that's 50,000 in a month just off this one single listing. There's multiple listings of this, so this product's easily doing over six figures per month. So, essentially what we want

7:01to do is just scroll through here. We can even come in here and switch up the keywords. There's some suggestions here like support or recovery, and just try a bunch of different keywords until you just come across something that has a high bought in the past month count with low reviews. For example, this one has 20,000 reviews with 4K bought in the past month. This shows me that this product has been around for a while. So, we're going to ignore that. Okay, so after a little bit of digging I came across this big cheese squishy. It has 3,000 bought in the past month with only 115 reviews, meaning this is a new

7:29pop-in product. Now, typically I wouldn't go for products like this. Number one, because it doesn't have recurring revenue potential. Number two, it's just low perceived value. I mean, I don't know how much I could really push this for. I'd would have to implement bundles so that people buy multiple units. And number three, as I mentioned earlier, the bigger the problems you solve, the more money you will make. And this just didn't seem like one of those

7:50products that just solves a big problem. But, regardless, I'm just going to use it for example's sake for this video. So, once you find your product, you want to go ahead and cross-reference it with Facebook Ads Library. So, we're just going to go ahead and copy the title right here, go over to Facebook Ads Library. And again, this is just where Facebook shows every single running live ad. Select all ads right here and just paste that keyword and click search. And if we come across a lot of people selling this product, typically it's a

8:14bad sign and we're a little bit late. But, if we keep going, it looks like not many people are honestly selling this. I don't really see it right off the bat. And it looks like it just ends here. So, it doesn't look like too many people are selling it. So, aside from the other points that I mentioned, it does have demand, we are early to it, so we can potentially give it a shot. Now, the next thing you want to do from this point is see if this product is actually sourceable. So, what I'm going to do is copy that product title again, go over to AliExpress, and just paste this in

8:42here and see if it's something that comes up. So, this is something that's easily coming up. There's 10,000 units sold. And there is quite a few listings here. So, I'm not going to be worried about having trouble fulfilling this product later on. But, if you guys want direct contacts and recommendations to suppliers, click the link below and join the free course. Everything you need is going to be in there. But, for now, I know that this product is at least sourceable and pretty cheap as well. So, at this point, we found a product with a key term on Amazon that has a lower view count with a high frequently bought past

9:10month count. We then cross-referenced that with the Facebook Ads Library to make sure nobody else is running ads for it, and that came out positive as well. So, now the next thing left to do is to build a website around this product. And this is where AI kicks in and really takes things to the next level. And so, the best way to go about creating your store is using Store Launch. I'll leave a link down below, and you guys can just follow me along. So, I'm going to go

9:30ahead and click on build my free store. We're going to go ahead on step one, click create Shopify account, and then go ahead and just enter your email right here. Perfect. Once your email is entered, click on next right here. It's going to ask you to make a password, so go ahead and just fill in your password

9:43and click on create account. Perfect. So, on this step, it's going to ask you to start your $1 free trial with Shopify. They have such an insane deal right now to where even if you already have a store and you're paying 39 bucks a month, you can open a new one and for 3 months, you'll only be paying $1. And on top of that, once you do get a domain, you'll get $20 free from Shopify for any apps or anything else which trust me does come in handy. So, go ahead and enter your card information

10:08and activate the $1 trial for Shopify. And once you do that, you should see a page like this. Now, you're going to go ahead and copy your URL at the top. Go back here and click I've created my store. It's going to ask you for your domain on this step. Go ahead and paste that and click on next step. It's going to be validating it and then go ahead and click on install app right here. So, now it's just going to go ahead and give Store Launch permission to go ahead and

10:31make your AI store fully done for you. So, go ahead and click on install right there. And then it should say app installed. And then on this step, you just want to click on confirm active trial right here. And it should say you're all set, and then you can go ahead and click on it generate your store with AI. And it should take you to a page like this after you finished all the onboarding steps and everything like that. So, what we're going to do here is

10:53scroll down and click on connect MCP. So, once this is connected, it'll take you to this page right here and automatically log you in. So, this way you're able to connect it with the Claude MCP. So, we're going to click on this right here and then click on open Claude to continue. And it's going to open this page up and we're simply going to come back here and copy the name, paste it in here, copy the server URL, and paste it in here, and then click on continue. And then go ahead and click on add right here. Perfect. Now, we're just

11:21going to go ahead and click on connect. And it should take you to a page looking like this. And then click on allow access, and this is the store that we made. And it's just going to give this store access to Claude and make sure you set everything to always allow so that you don't have to come back and constantly give Claude permission and everything from this point on should be good to go. Perfect. So now we have Claude connected to our Shopify store and the store launch app. I switched back to one of my older stores just cuz it's already set up with all my payment

11:49info and all the back end shipping stuff. So what we're going to do now is go over to the product that we found whether it's on Calldata, Amazon, or whatever else. Copy that Amazon link in this case. We're going to go over to Claude and tell it make me a store for this product. Paste the link. Make sure you use Store Launch and then click on enter. And now it's going to go ahead and load that MCP from Store Launch. You should see the Store Launch logo right here and it's going to then create you a store around that exact product. It's going to pull all the data from it, scan

12:19the entire page, go to the Amazon listing, and give you a full product page on your Shopify store. And if we go over to what the Shopify store looks like right now, it's a blank store with just the previous product that I was selling in my last challenge video, but everything else is blank and if we go over to it you guys can see it's just a very basic and lame looking store. So we're going to let Claude do its thing and you can see it's asking if I want the product page and home page. I'm going to do both cuz why not? I'm going to go ahead and choose the Store Launch

12:45theme, the default one, and I'm going to have it build it on the live current theme, which is this one, and I'm going to do English for the language. So now we pretty much gave it all the details that it needs to go out and build us the entire store from scratch. perfect. So it pretty much finished the entire store. It gave us a preview right here as well just so we can check it out and honestly it looks pretty good. It chose yellow as the theme as well for it, which is perfect. The only thing is it's a little hard to see some of the text

13:11like this, but we can definitely change that later. But overall this is perfect and all we need to start running this. We can also go to the home page and see that this entire home page is also done and complete. I'm going to go back to Claude and say looks good and it should activate it and actually publish it to our live store. All right, it says it is activated. So, if we go over to the old store and just give it a quick refresh, you can see that it instantly turned it into something that we can actually start using. This is the entire homepage. We can go over and click shop

13:38now and go to the product page with everything ready to go. Now, at this point, I also want to increase my average order value and add some bundles. So, I'm going to go back to Claude and say, "Let's add bundles to this product. Come up with some cool irresistible offers." And now it's going to just come up four irresistible offers for this specific product. Okay, so it looks like it did that for us. I'm going to go

14:01ahead and say, "Ready, let's publish." All right, so it says it is done. Let's go back to the page and click refresh, and you guys can see all the bundles are here. And honestly, it looks pretty cool, but I want to change a few things as far as the look. We can do it from Claude or we can go into the app and go into the bundles and deals section and go over to the product that we edited

14:21and change the color of how it looks. So, orange is probably closest thing that there is, but I'm going to go ahead and just make it yellow. So, I'm going to select yellow right here just so that we can match a bit with the actual product. And now we have this yellow theme going on. So, I'm going to go ahead and click save real quick. And once it saves, I'm going to go back to the actual page and just refresh and see how it looks. So, it looks a little bit better and actually matching our website. I'm also going to turn off this thing right here, share the squish. I'm

14:48just going to turn this off so it's a little bit more cleaner and then click on save. And now if we go back here and refresh, it should be gone. It's a bit cleaner. So, at this point, we have a website that's ready to start being advertised to. So, before I actually get into the Facebook ads and how I actually go about creating the ads, you guys might be wondering, "Where do I get the video content from? I don't have the product with me. Where would I get the content from?" You can go ahead and simply just search the product on TikTok, find a few clips for it, and

15:13just download and use existing pieces of content in the beginning. If it works and actually starts getting sales, from there you can order the product and film content for it yourself or send it out to different influencers. So, keep that in mind as you're creating these ads. But anyway, I'm in the Facebook Ads Manager. All I'm simply going to do is go ahead and click this green create button and we're going to choose this sales option right here and then click on continue. Perfect. So, on this page, we're going to change the campaign name to whatever we're selling. So, I'm just going to call this squishy

15:43cheese toy. And I'm not going to get too much into naming conventions, but you just want to name it something that you'll remember and know what it is. Now, as far as budget goes, I'm going to start at around a $100 daily budget. A lot of people ask if you can start lower with 50 bucks. And while the answer is yes, you're then just going to have to keep running this campaign for a longer period of time to collect the same amount of data. So, that's why typically I like to start at 100 bucks per day just to know immediately if this product is worth selling after the first or

16:11second day rather than waiting super super long. So, after that's set on this page, we're just going to go ahead and click next. As far as the ad set, I'm just going to call this broad one. The reason we're calling this broad number one is simply because we're not going to be targeting anything. Facebook has this feature where you can target specific people, whether their interests are ASMR or construction or cats or dogs. We're simply going to leave this completely broad and not target anybody in specific just because Facebook's AI is smart

16:40enough to do the right targeting for us. So, I'm going to scroll down and for conversion event, I'm going to go ahead and choose purchase right here. Make sure your pixel is created and set up and we're going to keep scrolling down. And we can pretty much leave everything else the same. We are targeting the United States in fact for location. So, make sure that's that and then click on next. Now, once you're on this step, you can just call the name ad number one as in this is going to be your first ad underneath the broad number one. And we're just going to go ahead and scroll

17:07down here and enter our website URL right here. So, we're going to go and send them to the direct product page. So, I'm going to copy this, go back here and enter the website URL right here. And now for the ad creative, this is where our videos will go. So, once you downloaded your videos from existing pieces of footage, you can go ahead and upload them all here. So, I'm going to go ahead and click set up creative video [snorts] ad right here cuz it's going to be a video. Go over to media and then go ahead and just click on upload right here. So, I have all of these videos

17:35that I've gathered that I'm going to upload. This might take a bit, so I'm going to go ahead and click open and let this all upload. Perfect. So, all the pieces of content just uploaded and what I'm going to do is just select three of them and leave three in this one group. And I'm only going to put three in this batch right here. Click on next. And for the primary text, we can actually go back to Store Launch and go over to the main page right here and scroll down and click on AI ad copy. And then we're going to go ahead and click on create ad

18:01copy. Choose the product, which is this one that we're selling, and click on add. And it's just going to generate some ad copy text for us that we can immediately just plug and play into our Facebook ads. So, we don't have to lift a single finger or do any thinking. And this product isn't a complicated product. You can pretty much tell what it's going to do from the ads. So, I'm just going to do this benefit-focused one and click on copy. Go back to the ad and paste that into the primary text right here. Now, for the headline, you can go back to Store Launch and copy

18:28this right here and go back here and paste that in as well. And then they also provided a description right here, so you can copy that and paste that into the description section. And for the call to action, we want to make sure this is set to shop now and click on next. So, everything seems good. You want to ignore all of these little AI quirks that Mark Zuckerberg tries to recommend you for and click on done right here. Perfect. So, everything seems good for this one. I'm going to go ahead and just click on publish and we have our first batch of three ads published. Now, what we're going to do

18:59is duplicate this ad set right here and just do the same thing except add three of our new creatives. And we want to have at least three to five of these broad. So, we'll have broad one, broad two, broad three, broad four, and broad five. Three to five is fine, so I'm going to go ahead and click duplicate, uncheck this, click continue, and click duplicate. Keep in mind, Facebook's going to throw a bunch of these options, you just want to ignore all of them. So, I'm going to do broad two right here, and for the ad is the only thing we're going to switch. We're not going to

19:26switch any of the text that we did. I'm going to click change selection, and uncheck these ones, and I'm going to add the next three. And then go ahead and click on next, next, next, next, and click done, and we should be able to preview and publish this right here. So, I'm going to go ahead and do this for the rest of the creatives that I have, and then get back to you guys. All right, perfect. So, I

19:49just finished setting this campaign up. We have our squishy cheese tool campaign at $100 per day, and how this works is this $100 is going to be spread across these five ad sets, and obviously these five ad sets have different creatives being the only variable is the creatives are different in each of these. So, what Facebook's going to do is take this $100 and allocate it to what it thinks will perform the best, and all of these ad sets and creatives lead to this product page right here. And so, this is literally the whole process. If things go good from here, and you actually are profitable, all you simply do is

20:23increase the budget from 100 to 250, from 250 to 500, from 500 to 1,000, and so on. Now, obviously throughout that entire process, you want to make sure you're duplicating and creating more creatives cuz these creatives are going to fatigue at some point, and you're not going to see the same return from them. But, for the most part, you're just going to be in the ads manager turning some ad sets off, adding new ones, increasing budgets, maybe even lowering budgets sometimes. And if you guys want to see an actual store that I did this for live on camera, it's going to be in the free course once again. And I hope

20:54you guys took some value from this video. I'm going to try to be dropping bangers every week, if not every other week. Hopefully you guys enjoyed this, and I'll see you guys in the next video. Peace.
