This is the full transcript of The ANXIETY HACK That Helped 1,000s Of My Clients, published on YouTube by JulienHimself. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.
0:00- Middle of the stage. Scream as loud as you physically can. (audience laughing) - I don't wanna. (laughing) - (imitating screeching) Don't do it. - That's the only thing I didn't want to do. (audience laughing) - Why? - I don't-- - Is your scream that terrible? Is it gonna break glasses? (audience laughing) Notice, immediately it surfaced. You even see the change in the demeanor,
0:24change in the attitude. Before that, it's, "Aw, it's so cool to see this. I can sit back down." (audience member laughing) No, no, no, no, no. (audience laughing) - I was really thinking that, "Oh, I can just go over there and." - Why are you not comfortable up here? Oh, you just wanna chill up here the whole time?
0:38I can even bring up your chair right there. You can sit right next to me the whole seminar. Why not? - Okay, no, no, no. - Why? (audience laughing) Why not? - It's scary. - Why? - It's like, there, it's, "Oh, you can see it," and here it's like, "You have to do it."
0:53- Why don't you wanna be seen? Why does a part of you not wanna be seen? Why do you wanna rush back to the shadows?
1:03- It's comfortable. - Why is this not comfortable? I'm chilling. - I'm not. (laughing) (audience laughing) - Why? I don't know. You don't like that answer? I do know, but I won't tell you. (laughing) - Ooh. Oh man. Well, this requires a mic-up situation. (audience laughing) Yes, you can attach it onto your shirt.
1:28How do you feel? Wait, oh, you're hiding even behind it. Come on up front too. (audience laughing) Come on. She's like.
1:36(sighing) Here, let's see. Is that your phone? - Yes, it is. - Okay. I will give it to you 'cause I'm gonna bring this chair up on stage. - This is just mean. - Here. That's not for you yet, that's for you. Right up here. (audience laughing) - Nice. - Have a seat. You will be next, don't worry. (audience laughing) Also, notice, on stage here, even in the videos I post online, there is a pattern with the people that I bring up
2:05where throughout the video, what do you see? (audience laughing) It's like trying to veer off. It's like, "Back in the middle."
2:17Why? Look at all these beautiful faces. They're staring right at you. (gasping) Now, we fear it, once more, 'cause, "The spotlight, I won't be able to hide. I can't perform as well, there's too much pressure." Stop performing, give up on the performance. How are you at home alone, talking to yourself in your room,
2:37in your apartment, your house. you name it? Why can't you just be like that here? Same you. - True. - So why?
2:50- I don't know what to say. (laughing) - Here, you can hold this.
2:57What's your name? - Sigan. (laughing) Yes, yeah. (audience laughing) S-I-G-A-N. - Okay, say it louder, own it. - I'm Sigan, S-I-G-A-N. - Sigan. - Yes? - I'm giving her the floor. (audience laughing) Take over. - All right,, hello, everyone, I'm Sigan, as I said before. (audience laughing) I like to go back and do a little dance, I guess. (audience laughing)
3:25That was my plan. It wasn't. (audience laughing) I don't know what you guys want to hear. I don't know what. - A scream as loud as you can maybe. - Mm, that sounds like a good idea. - Go.
3:42(Sigan screaming) Ooh, ooh. (audience laughing) (laughing) I don't like that. - First of all, that was great. What's your mind saying now? Deep breaths.
3:56Why did it swallow it back up, and then be like, "Aw." - I was scared of my own scream, I think. - Ooh. - Yeah. - Well, let's open that closet, see if a monster's there. - No, let's close it. - Open the inner closets, embody more of you.
4:16Look, you didn't die.
4:20- Let's try again. - Okay. - Remember, relax into it, deep breaths. It's a bluff. What you're feeling is valid, but it's a bluff. You are the kid right now who's scared of the closet. "There's a monster, there's a monster." But you're also the parent at the same time. How would you parent yourself as a child
4:39to open that closet door? This is very important, we talked about it before. You can self-attack. "Go on, pussy. Don't be a little bitch. Open that closet." Terrible, right? That's kind of the over like, "Hustle, hustle, go, go." You can also be the like, "Walk all over me, child." Like, "Oh, whatever you want, kid.
4:56You don't have to open it." It's a blend, it's firm, it's, "We're opening that closet." And tell that to you, it's like, "We're doing this, but I'm here with you, I'm supporting you, I'll go there with you, but we are opening it." Same here.
5:14(Sigan deeply breathing) (Sigan screaming) Good, now, let's open it a bit more. That was like a creak, it was like. (imitating door creaking) - Yeah. - All the way. You can even take the mic out if it gives you permission. I want the loudest ever. (inhaling) Three, two, one. (Sigan screaming) (audience clapping) Oh.
5:40(clapping) Yes. Deep breaths. Whew. Look at that. You didn't die. That was epic, that was way different than the first screams, that was a full open. - Yes. - What's going on through your mind here? - I did not like that. (laughing) - Why? - No, it was good, it was good. - Well, let's do it again one more time. - No. (audience laughing)
6:01- One more time, just to make sure. - Okay, to really like it, of course. Okay, I'm going back again. (Sigan deeply breathing) Okay, again. (Sigan screaming) - Now, last one, see if you can make it even louder and longer. And don't force, relax. Picture again, even in your mind, younger child you. She could easily do this, easy peasy.
6:26To do it, you gotta let go of control. Controlling yourself, controlling your voice, controlling how people see you, controlling how you come off. Just give up. Be.
6:42Give up. Even that, (inhaling) it's like a buildup. No buildup, just give up. (Sigan screaming) Better, yes. (clapping) (audience clapping) Yeah. - (laughing) I'm sorry. - You're doing great. - Loud. - But even that like, like, give up, give up. No tension, you're good. You did great. - Thank you. (audience laughing) (laughing) I don't know.
7:08I need to cut off my arms. (audience laughing) - Deep breaths.
7:18- I'm chill, I'm cool.
7:23Yeah. (audience laughing) (laughing) I don't know what to do. - Hang out. - Chill. (audience laughing) People paid for this. (audience laughing) I don't think this is what they wanna see. - First of all, why are you talking yourself down like that?
7:50Am I the only one who finds this inspiring? Am I? - [Audience] No. - Yes, yeah. - Everyone's like, "Aw." Do you not find it inspiring, or you're like me, "Meh? Get her off the stage, we paid for this." (audience laughing) "Get rid of this one." You're the show, you crushed it. Why are you talking yourself down?
8:08What about owning it? You did this, you're the hero. Be the hero. It's like, "Oh, sorry, everybody. I know you have to tolerate my scream. I know, I'm here. Aw."
8:22And also, relax, who cares what they think? Who cares if even they're like, "Aw, this is terrible, get her off stage, Julian, the worst breakdown ever?" Say they were all to think that, so what?
8:34Now, you wanna do something even cooler? - Mm, oh, yes, yes, I do. (audience laughing) Yes, I do. - Get her to scream as loud as physically possible. - Ooh. - You're the coach. (audience laughing) (Julian clapping) - Scream as loud as you can. - But you're gonna have to help her through it too.
8:52- Oh, okay. - You're the coach. You just did it. - Okay. - Knowing what you went through, what helped you. Maybe, "Stand up." - Okay, can you just stand up, please? I'm gonna take the chair. - Like behind the stage. - Yeah, yyou have to go over there. - Well, I'll take the chair. - Oh, I-- - I'll sit right here
9:14and enjoy the show. Oh man. - I wanted to sit, but that's fine. (audience laughing) Scream as loud as you can. (audience laughing) It's very easy. (audience laughing) No hesitation. - Now, try to help her though, so notice, like the deep breaths. - Sorry. Yeah. - Be like, "Deep breaths, relax into it." You're guiding her, you're there. Again, it's you're the parent,
9:33meaning there has to be some firmness. Like, "You're gonna scream," but also supportive. Now, that could be supportive in terms of, "You got this," it could be supportive in terms of making a joke, 'cause laughter also helps so much in terms of dissipating this. Notice also in the way I talk to anyone on stage,
9:51I do a mix of all this. Sometimes it's firm, it's, "Hey," sometimes it's, "It's okay." So it's like, "Really? Is that what they think?" Like joke, you do it. - Okay, scream as loud as you can. And if you want to, you can scream at me. (audience laughing) - Mm, (laughing) mm-hmm. - What's going through your mind?
10:17- Ugh. (laughing) - Mm-hmm. Maybe scream at the feeling of ugh.
10:26(audience member laughing) Breathe in. - Ah. (audience laughing) Yeah. - That's a scream, but I think you can do louder. You can do better. - Remember, give up, give up. Tell her, "Give up." - Give up. (laughing) (audience laughing) - On what? On what? So this is also why I wanted you to guide her through it.
10:50It's, what did I say that also helped you? "Give up on the impression." Don't impress them. Screw impressing, screw even impressing your ego or that little voice inside. Be. All this is control, control, control. Welcome to chaos.
11:11- You can do it. (audience member laughing) You can. - Ah. - A lot better, more chaos, more chaos. - Just go at it.
11:26- Ah. - Better. - That's good. That's really good. - (laughing) Ooh. Ignore the, you're good. - Now, you're doing great. But also, you're missing a little bit of harshness. "That's good, but hey, you got this." Like, you gotta lead, lead, help. Don't be like, "Oh, it's okay. (laughing) That's good, a little bit more maybe, yeah?
11:48Ah, ah, ah." Come on. - Okay, you got this, come on. Scream. - I don't believe you. - Does she have it? Do you believe in her or not? - I believe in you, you can do this. You can. You did it before, you can do it even longer. - Imagine this is your kid.
12:08How would you get your kid to do it? - I know it's scary, I've been through it before. But you can scream, just let everything out. It's okay. - More passion, this is your child. Why are you not giving some "Braveheart" type speech? Like inspire, speak into her. Don't just recite. It's your kid. There's a part of her holding back,
12:32she's struggling, you need to help her. On the flip side, this is also the same way you then talk to yourself.
12:51Inspire. - You can do it. Come on, scream loud as you can. You can do it. - I don't believe you though when you say that. Do you really think she can do it? - I think she does, but. - Why are you afraid to be a leader? Why are you playing like this little side character? You're being in the little NPC,
13:16you're not that. - (laughing) NPC. - Yeah.
13:22You're the hero. Why does a part of you not want to or not see it? The same as trying to talk yourself down. It's like, "They're here to see you, you're the hero. I'm just the NPC in the quest. It's to the right, sir." It's like, no, take over. You are so worth it and deserve to be the hero of your life
13:39and this moment.
13:43You're the shit. Why don't you see it?
13:52Give yourself permission. Now, it can be hard, 'cause most of us are, like I said, through conditioning, trained to be NPCs in our lives. Trained to play small, trained to not take up space, trained to qualify. "Oh, I'm sorry for being loud. I'm sorry for being quiet. I'm sorry, oh, is it okay? (laughing)
14:08I'm sorry, sorry, sorry." Our whole life, you're used to just being that, but that's not how you were born. It's the good old "Lion King," "Remember who you are." You are not this. Younger you, like I said, kid probably singing at home, playing at home, like if she looked at you here, she'd be like, "What?
14:30What happened?" And you never lost anything, to be clear, it just got buried. Dig it back up, summon that part of you.
14:42You are worthy of being the hero. You're worthy of being heard. You're worthy of taking up space. Deep breaths. (Sigan deeply breathing) (Sigan crying) You got this. - Right, back to you. You got this as well. (laughing) (audience laughing) - Well, no, no, no. - Aw. - Come back, come up front. We will get to you.
15:06No, no, you stay here, we will get to you. (audience laughing) Come on up front. What's coming up right now? Don't stuff it down. - It's like accurate what you said,
15:19but it's hard to do it. - It is, and that's okay. What else? - And I don't like that I'm crying. - Why? Remember we talked about before, here's the crying aspect, "Don't reject me to please. Don't reject that part of you to please." Stay true. So what if you're crying up here, so what?
15:44Stay true to you. And if anyone's like, "Aw, I don't like this crying," that's on them, not you.
15:52Why is all this coming up though around being the hero?
16:01You got this.
16:06- I can't say anything. - You're good.
16:13Deep breaths, relax, and stay with the feeling.
16:18Don't even think about talking for now. Your job is, you're gonna see this is coming up, and you have a choice, you can either stuff it back down within you or let it come up. Don't stuff it down.
16:31And notice the sensation, so what gets triggered when I tell you, "You are the hero and you are worthy and you are so fucking worth it,"
16:41and why does a part of you perhaps not see that? Why does a part of you perhaps even think, "He's bullshitting us?"
16:51And when did you start crafting the shell? And why? And for who?
17:01When did you start hiding in life?
17:11- That's a lot of questions. Yeah, it's like, in childhood, I think, like in elementary school. - What happened? - Just presentations. And then I'd come up and like everybody looked, and I have that feeling right now. And then my head is all red and I have to like start crying, and then everybody's like laughing and it's like that same feeling,
17:37but now nobody's laughing. - Yet. (audience laughing) - Yet. (audience laughing) - For five seconds, and notice what comes up, laugh at her. (laughing) (audience laughing) Mm, breathe into the feeling. Breathe into it. What's coming up? Now, pause.
18:01First of all, did you die? - No. - No. What came up, feeling or thoughts? - Anger. - Anger? At what? - At everybody laughing 'cause-- - Why? - They don't know what's going through my head. - You're right. But why don't they have the freedom to laugh?
18:27- 'Cause it's mean, in my head. Like they're laughing at me. - Why are you making it mean something bad then? - I wasn't saying a joke, so. - So? Don't they have the freedom to just laugh whenever? - They do. - Don't they have the freedom to think whatever of you? Are all those things facts?
18:48- No. - Do any of them know you? - No. - No, so it doesn't matter?
18:56And that's the thing too, anxiety will always make something mean, like it makes it mean something about you. "People staring, it means this about me. People laughing, it means this about me." Don't make it mean anything about you, it's just laughter, it's just stares. Those are the facts. Then anxiety, once more, takes it and twists it into stories.
19:15Don't believe the stories. Remember, facts versus stories. Focus on the facts. The same, by the way, in life, in any situation, you can easily get manipulated and gaslit when you're focused on stories. Bring it to the facts, you can't. The same with you and your mind. Anxiety create these stories and make you believe all these things.
19:40It's not true. Now, stay with the feelings, 'cause they're valid, and that's why letting go comes into play.
19:48But it doesn't matter, it didn't change you. Don't be a slave to that.
19:55Now, last thing, before we get to the scream, in the middle, say, "Everybody, I am the hero," as loud as possible, arms out. - Everybody, I'm the hero. - But you gotta make us believe you. (audience laughing) We're all NPCs now. (Julian clacking) - Everybody, I'm the hero here. - Did a real player enter the game? I didn't hear it. (audience laughing) I really hope a hero shows up
20:27to this environment here. (audience laughing)
20:37You weren't born to be a little side character. - No. - Realize it, remember. - It feels so unnatural. It's like not-- - Yeah. Hey, if you've been fake for a long time, it's gonna feel fucking weird to be real. (audience laughing) To be clear. Now, here's a little side note too. Anyone here fake it 'til you make it?
21:01Screw that, it's actually act real until you remember. Fake it 'til you make it is assuming that you're being real right now. "Oh, I'm being real. I'm really shy, so I'm gonna fake being confident," as opposed to, "What if I'm being fake right now? I've just been so used to being fake, I've convinced myself this is the real me." So it's not fake it 'til you make it,
21:19it's act real until you remember who you are. This isn't you. You're playing this little shy, stifled character. What are you doing? Wake up. Shed this skin, and just, ah, be like who you're meant to be, the hero. To you.
21:44Where is the hero? - Don't worry, I'm the hero. (audience cheering) - Better. More. That was better. Now, it started off, this is a bit more subtle, the first second was really good. And although, I mean, all of it was good, the first second was a bit louder and we sensed a little bit of traction back.
22:02Think back to the scream. Combine that passion with it. It's like, "I'm the hero." (sharply inhaling) - Don't worry, I'm the hero. (audience cheering) - More, more, more. - More? - Keep saying it, more. - I'm the hero. - Now, body into it. - I'm the hero. - Arms out, arms out. - I'm the hero. - More.
22:25Jump up and down, three times. - Jump up and down? - Yes, now. Jump up and down. - I'm the hero. - Yes. (audience cheering) Yes. Look at that. - I had to jump. - Yeah, you did great. - Thank you. - There is a bit more of the real you. Why were you trying to? - Yes,
22:45why are you seeing that? Oh, that's so scary. - (laughing) I know you're trying to scam us playing this little character. - Yes, I am. - Even the way you talk now, do you all notice the difference? - Yeah. - Yeah. - Aw. (groaning) (audience laughing) - I know. - That's scary. Like you see-- - It is.
22:58- I need to go back. - You're doing great by the way. Look at this, like literally a different person. - Yes. - That's why I kept saying in the beginning, biggest ROI's let go of this. And just think about, number one, how much in terms of opportunities, whether it's your goals, business, money, friends, relationships,
23:16are just wasted 'cause you're playing small. And imagine if you kept being that little character, the opportunity costs moving forward. Get rid of this. Same for all of you, it's like, "Oh, but my business." And it's like, "Grow it." "But I'm scared." Same thing. Be a hero. Learn how to process this. Now, final thing for you,
23:38is she permanently changed, everybody? - [Audience] No. - Do you think tomorrow she's gonna wake up and, "I'm the hero?" (audience and Sigan laughing) - I hope so. - No. - No. - You will wake up tomorrow, and (sharply inhaling) NPC life, NPC world. - Yes. - But that NPC version of you tomorrow will at least have, one, on the external side, a reference that it's possible, 'cause that to anxieties will say,
24:05"It's not for you, you're different. Others, sure, but not you," bullshit. And two, to really make this permanent, 'cause the hold really comes, as we talked about, from your childhood conditioning, it requires time and a lot of introspection, deep inner work and letting go. Don't chase little epiphany highs. They're great, they give you proof, (gasping) you realize things within you,
24:27but true change, time and deep inner work, for real. Like the bare minimum amount of time I spend with my clients is eight weeks. 20 minutes, the things you see on YouTube, they're great. They create awareness, you learn, they get a glimpse, but you don't change people in 20 minutes. And even eight weeks, that's the bare minimum.
24:47The average is six months. You need time. But like I said, you can either kick the can down the road, "Let me wait, maybe a magical moment," it's not coming, or you can start following some of the questions I gave you here. Introspecting, triggering up that resistance, and learning how to process it and freeing yourself from it. And it doesn't come from fighting it,
25:07it comes from giving up and letting go. Now, final thing, my hero friend. In the middle. We have another hero here. - Oh, yes, hi. - Now, before things start getting intense here, if you're looking to go through a similar process yourself and receive direct feedback from me personally, no matter where you find yourself in the world, then click the link below this video right now
25:30and apply for online coaching. This is my signature program, so click the link, and I'll see you in there. You, to the crowd. One, relax, arms open. (exhaling) You ready? - Mm. - What? - Mm, yeah. - What? - Yeah. - Louder. (audience laughing) Louder. - Yeah. - How do you feel about you, just really fast? - Ah. (laughing)
26:01- What's your name? - Rin. - Rin. - Yeah. - Okay. - Rin, you are not an NPC. Let's unplug the Matrix. (imitating whooshing) Arms to the side. Do you think you're an absolute badass? - Sometimes. - All the time. Do you think you're worthy? - Sometimes. - Why not all the time? Okay, question, why are you not?
26:32You said, "Sometimes," so why are you not worthy? Why are you not a badass?
26:39- Because I don't always be perfect or like-- - Oof. (Rin laughing) Is that a requirement? Everybody, to be a badass and to be worthy, you must be perfect. - [Audience] No. - No. - Ah. - That is, again, back to the front, the persona, yeah, that's the happy ending of the persona, of the ego, "If I could craft the perfect persona
27:07all the time." Shatter that, embrace being imperfect. Make imperfect the goal. Make this the goal. Yeah? - Yeah. (laughing) - What about owning it? - It's hard. - That's what she said, yeah. (Rin laughing) - Mm-hmm. I think the anxiety is that if, depending on the person who is in front of me, I've like literally make a persona that needs to be perfect for that person. (laughing) (sharply inhaling)
27:40- So you're a social chameleon? - Yeah. - Oh, you can't do it here. - No. (audience laughing) - So might as well-- - So this gives me like something I wanna hide behind, like a barrier. - Just give up, give up on trying to impress them. - Mm. (laughing) - None of these people will save you. - No. (laughing)
27:56True. - So what does it feel like to give up and not play a persona? Who are you underneath all those masks?
28:06- It's a good question. (laughing) - Mm-hmm. - Sometimes I don't even know. - You do, a part of you does. You never truly forget. You might be very disconnected, and there's layers of resistance, but you know. The best way to tell, by the way, who you are. If that's any of you, it's like,
28:19"I don't even remember." Who's Simba, I don't even know who Simba is. It's like, follow relief. Crafting the front, performing is tension, thinking, heaviness. Being you doesn't require tension, or heaviness, or effort, it's just, (sighing) "Here's me." And you can still be loud, but it's like this relaxed loudness. For myself, little side note, when I first started public speaking, this is 2010, it's like 15 years ago,
28:49my first speeches, they were intense. There was some charisma, but there was a lot of heaviness. It was, "Hey, everyone, hey, hey, do you like me? Look at me." I have so many references that, again, I have that nice social intuition that's just like, the map's filled out. I have a feel for everything. It's like, say you're trying to, you know,
29:05hit a golf ball, okay? In the beginning, you'll just be like shooting it like anywhere, but the more you do it, from all those fuckups, you start developing a feel, 'cause you have so many reference experiences of every time you hit the ball that now you can pretty much predict where it's going to go. I'm not trying to prove, like,
29:18"Look at this cool front. See how loud and intense I am?" It's, "Man, I'm just me, what's up? I can be loud, I can be quiet, I can be funny, I can be serious. Aw, I can just be." And by the way, that is the best feeling in the world when you just can be.
29:33And in the end, it's all about giving yourself permission. And ask yourself too, how are you trying to (sighing) give yourself permission? Whether it's through, "If I have enough money, it'll give me permission to be me. If they all like me, it'll give me permission to be me." Screw that, give yourself permission first. So following relief,
29:50let's start with a scream. Loud as you physically can, to the crowd. - Ah. - More, more. Do three jumps, up and down. (exhaling) Go, three jumps, and then scream, go. - Ah. - Now, lastly, let's make a monkey sound. What does a monkey say? - Ooh, ooh. (laughing) - Now act it out. (Julian geckering)
30:10Come on. (Rin chattering) Louder, louder, jump up and down, you're a monkey now. (audience laughing) Let's do this, on your knees. On your knees. Hands down in front of you. We're now two little pigs. (Rin laughing and audience laughing) Let's oink. (oinking) Come on. (audience laughing) Eye contact. (oinking) (Rin laughing) Come on. (Rin oinking)
30:34Yeah, now jump. Now, feet up, you're a little bunny. You're a little bunny. Hop, hop. Three, and you're gonna scream, two, one. (Rin screaming) (audience cheering) (Rin laughing) Take it in.
30:51Now, pause. Do you all know how she was able to give herself permission here, what I just did? 'Cause although it sounds fun, it's like, "Ah, little pig sounds," beneath (laughing) the little fun surface, it's actually extremely powerful. Why? By doing something like that, you destroy your ego or anxiety's chance of being cool. Like literally, you just did a pig sound,
31:18you can't be cool after that. You can't stand up and be, "Hey, it's me." (audience laughing) It's over. So what does it do? "Man, she did the pig sound, let's give up." (Rin laughing) And it releases its grasp. (imitating whooshing) When you see it come through. Now, here, to be clear, it did rely on the action,
31:39like doing the pig sound. You don't want that to be your foundation. (audience laughing) Otherwise, (laughing) it's like before a job interview. (oinking) (everybody laughing) No, but it gives you proof that, look, she's in there. - Yeah. - Oh man. - Yeah, it's cool. (laughing) - It's more than cool, it's badass. Now, imagine once more, back to return on investment,
32:02even here we sense it closing up again. What if you were that version who screamed so loud? And it doesn't mean scream loud all the time, just means bringing that in, like, "Hey, this is me." Number-one thing (laughing) that'll change your life, by the way. So proof, you didn't die. There's no monster. You actually received positive feedback.
32:23She's in there. Now, long term for you and for you, you're gonna have to get to know that anxiety and get to know yourself, and really detail it out, and let go and let go and let go so this becomes more and more of the default. So both standing up, ready? - Mm-hmm. - You can hold each other's hands.
32:43You will go up to the very front. - Mine is like really sweaty. - Mm, same, same. - So? What? That is the talk of an NPC. What does a hero say? "Here's the sweat." (audience laughing) - Here's the sweaty hand. - Yeah, the hero owns it. (Rin and Sigan laughing) And that's the thing, own whoever, whatever, own it all,
33:05own who you are. So walking up to the front, both of you. Two heroes. (sighing) I'm now an NPC. You are both going to scream loud, together. I really hope two heroes scream as loud as possible together. - Don't worry. - (grunting) Yeah, we're gonna do it. (Sigan and audience laughing) - Yeah. Now, scream in three, two, one. (Rin and Sigan screaming) Give 'em a hand. (audience cheering)
33:35Yes. Now, what you just watched here is just a small piece of a larger system and process. So what you want to do now is click this video here to see exactly what I'm talking about and how it all fits together.
