0:00If you are doing any B2B marketing on X, you'd want to be using Grokbot. In this video, I will show you five things that we've been using to optimize our processes using Grok. So, what we do as an agency, we basically do launch videos for clients on X. This is an example where basically it's a a minute, a minute and a half video. Sometimes they're small campaigns where there's only maybe 10 creators. Sometimes they're big campaigns with hundreds of creators. So, it varies sometimes from 100,000 views all the way to let's say 5 million views um depending on the scope of the campaign. Now, recently we've

0:39been using more and more of Grokbot because of the extended features that it offers. And in this video, I'll walk you through some of the simple things that you can implement to make the whole process so much more efficient if you're working uh on B2B marketing on X or sourcing influencers. [snorts] So, I will lay down here for you. The first thing, specifically when it comes to videos, is uh the quality, right? So, we let Grok analyze the data in this case. So, it's a data analysis. What

1:11does that mean? Uh what it's actually doing is you can send it this video. You can send it a dozen videos that you like and that are high performing. Then, Grok can basically analyze what the pattern is. What are people saying about it? Uh why is it successful? Does it have a good organic overview? Are there similar patterns? It can basically do an analysis in less than, let's say, 5 minutes that no human can do. So, the speed of the data analysis is unmatchable. And uh specifically when it's an X where Grok can operate natively, it is super powerful. So, send him the videos. And whether we're

1:49talking here videos or threads or articles, it doesn't really matter. It can analyze any of these data sources and then give you a full rundown of them why these things work so well. When it comes down to just if you're just starting out, you probably want to do something like a profile analysis. Uh which means again, in this case it's very helpful uh if you have sample profiles that you can send it. Uh in that case, you want to follow a specific structure that has been proven to convert before. Now, Grok can basically scan X for relevant competition. You can confirm that and then in that case it can basically

2:35provide you with the data required to set up your profile for success. This means a good hook in the bio, uh the right link, the right layout, good cover image, right? Setting up that profile for success. Now, these two are pretty basic. One is the video asset, one is the profile, both relating to perceived value. Where it becomes more and more interesting is when we go to the actual B2B side and there's two parts which one

3:03is creators, of course, that we utilize. One that we not necessarily utilize on every campaign, but in B2B marketing, this is outbound DMs, right? Very interesting. So, I have to say on the outbound DMs, there is no option to fully automate the process. Grok needs to have a single click approval for that. So, let's call it a one click

3:28click approval. So, what it does is can find the profile for you. So, I'll give you an example. When we launched the video, any person from a Fortune 500 company that is linked to that business, that engages with the post, uh reach out to them in the DMs. So, this data analysis goes back to the outbound DM and then it will basically send you a list. You need to approve it and then it

3:56starts messaging. It is not a sequencer where it will just bulk DM 500 people. It's not possible. Uh there are some other ways around that without Grok, but in this case, the simplest way is one-button approval. And it basically follows through. Now, the important part here is how are you going to do that? So, if you would want to build something like that, which is more like a whole separate video, but

4:20you could connect your own CRM to it. So, without or with enrichment tools, and then Grok can basically also get access to that. So, it's not only using its own knowledge, it's using its extended knowledge that you've given it um to the CRM and then it's using that to verify who belongs where. Um I'm doing this at the moment uh across, let's say, so our stack could be, let's say, Clay and then it could be HubSpot as a main CRM and then it could be that I have it scrape LinkedIn as well. So, and then you could add anything to it. Apollo, whatever it is that you're using. Um the

5:02nice part is that Grok runs in its own browser, meaning that it doesn't time out like other tools. It can just do its own thing. Do give it the appropriate guardrails, but the outbound DMs are obviously extremely powerful if it verifies the ICP. So, it identified ICP, which in this case was Fortune 500 uh let's say executives or anybody at a

5:28Fortune 500, I would say. Um send them an outbound DM. This could be something like, "Hey, you know, uh I appreciate your comment or your like on this message. Do you want XYZ, blah blah blah?" Uh and that's the hook. Then, when it comes to the outbound DM process, I I go in very much detail on

5:46that, how to set it up, how to build it. I can show you how to build it if you're interested in that. Let me know in the comments down below. My favorite part is the creators. So, I'm going to separate the creators all the way to the bottom here. Um the reason why is I'm always skeptical about the quality of these creators. Having spent, you know, tens of millions of creator spent the last 5 years, uh I need to see engagement

6:15metrics. And whenever they send me the engagement metrics, I'm like, you know, I know how to cook these numbers myself. Uh I'm usually not too impressed. I want Grok to verify that. So, the engagement metrics need to be verified from both sides. This is the side that the creator actually verifies. This is the side. So, in this case, uh Josh is the CEO, right? He might have questions saying like, okay, you have all these different influencers. So, this was a partnership with Simon Squibb. Right? Take Simon Squibb, for example. If he would have like 100,000 followers, what is the engagement on these things, right? Some are good, some

6:55are less good. I mean, for 100,000 followers getting only, you know, 800 Well, this is a comment. 4K impressions is not bad. It's definitely not great, right? We know that his platform is not X. It's more like Instagram, TikTok style content. Um but it's definitely on the low end of the engagement cycle for

7:15this amount of followers. Um which we would you would want to take into consideration. If he would say like, "Hey, I need like $10,000 for a post." The engagement is that low, these followers don't really mean that much. So, it's kind of this cross-verifying filter. Now, you could do this like I just did, right? So, if the human would

7:36do this, it maybe take like 5 minutes. There's some additional tools. But the Grok verification takes like 30 seconds per profile, and I can just send it 500 profiles and it can just do everything, right? So, by utilizing Grok, and the setup is one of the easiest that you'll see, right? So, by utilizing Grok, I can now have it verify the videos, benchmark the videos, show me what's good, show me what's bad based on just the data. No, I like it, I not like it. There's no like or not like, there's only data. Nothing else matters. Same thing with the profile, right? Then we have the

8:11outbound DM system, right? And then the creators. The creators stand in two layers. One is the engagement, and the other side, which I always like to inspect, which is kind of number five on our list, which is an important one here, which is the amount of sponsored posts. Um You might say, why is that relevant? It's a metric that I like to track specifically for B2B projects. I think there should be a balance between If you have B2C consumer goods, which obviously Commas as a company is not the very big

8:45company, it's definitely B2B focused. It has a very professional video. On the side where it's, let's say, B2C, you can have creators, influencers with a higher caliber of of lesser caliber, sorry, of sponsored content, meaning like three, four sponsored posts a week cuz usually they pay less. On the B2B side, you definitely want to be into the one maximum two, depending on the size of the account, but usually, like I said in my other videos, the account sizes are a little bit smaller. They're not really your influencer types. So, do a quick

9:20scan for the amount of sponsored posts. How does it actually check that? It's good to know. This is basically about the sponsored tag, and I would say any serious creator will use the sponsored tag on their posts just to be compliant with the platform's terms of service. So, there you have an overview of things you could do and this literally takes less than an hour to do all five. Like Grok is extremely efficient. How to set it up, if you want to know a full Grok guide, let me know in the comments below. I'm working with

9:54Grok every single day. It is a pleasure. It's making the business so much easier because it's kind of doing the work that the five employees would otherwise do. Um and there's very little checking. I have been actively updating me. They can work together these agents. Very lovely process. Uh if you have any questions on this setup, feel free to let me know in the comments down below and I'll be sure to have a look. Thank you so much watching and I'll see you

10:19in the next one.
