0:00This one simple process helped me make over $32 million selling simple digital products and PDFs and AI can automate nearly 90% of the work. But here's what nobody tells you. Most people are using these AI tools the complete wrong way. They're making stuff that nobody wants to buy. And I made a video about this almost 10 months ago. Over 450,000 people watched it and every step and it still works. Back then that number was a little under 27 million. Now it's well over 32 million. 5 million more using the exact same system. And that video walked through eight steps. Four of them are the engine. The rest is detail you
0:37can fill in later. So I'm giving you those four from start to finish in a less than 4 minutes. Step one, do not start with your idea. Start with proven demand. I'm on Instagram searching for productivity tips because that's a product I think could work. 1 million views, 2 million, 500,000. That's not a hunch. That's a market telling you exactly what it wants. This is the step everyone skips and it's why most digital products never sell. They build something that nobody asked for. Step two, now the objection. I'm not an
1:05expert. Watch that disappear completely. Open up Claude or ChatGPT and type this in. Productivity tips are trending. Help me create a specific ebook concept that solves a real problem for remote workers. 30 seconds later you have the audience, their pain points, and a title. And then you tell it to write the book. Chapters, strategies, worksheets, the full thing, not an outline. And it's not filler. Real routines, real strategies, things someone can use the
1:31day they buy. My students run this through Allen Air's product builder, but that one's internal exclusively for our students right now. Claude gets you there for free. And then Canva for a cover. Packaging is a difference between a file and a product. Step three, this is where people stall out. How do I actually sell it? You can use Wix. Add a store to your site, upload the PDF, set your price, someone buys, Wix takes the payment and sends them the download automatically. Price it at 47 bucks and here's the part most
1:59people miss. The ebook isn't the business, it's the door. And the second they buy, they land on a thank you page with a calendar on it. They book a 15-minute call, and on that call, you give real value, and you offer a 497 or 997 program. One $47 sale becomes a $997 sale. Step four. So, now you have a product that nobody knows exists. This is where most people quit. Go back to Instagram. The accounts already posting this content did the testing for you. Open one and go to the Reels. Instagram shows the view count on every single one. Scan for the outliers, the ones doing five or 10 times their
2:35follower counts. Drop them into Claude and say, "Write me my own version of this." And you're not copying, by the way, you're modeling. Every top creator does this, and then film it. Or use an AI avatar if you don't want to show your face. Instagram pushes it out for free. No ad spend, no following required. Now, here's the math. And by the way, this is
2:53just for illustration purposes. Obviously, it's not a guarantee you're going to make sales. If you don't execute well, obviously nothing's going to happen. One sale, 47 bucks. 3K is 4,230,000 a month. Add two 99 sales on the back end, that's another $2,000. That's 6,230 bucks a month from [music] two simple digital products, and it compounds. That ebook keeps selling while the store runs without you. For Sellr, one of my top students went from a stay-at-home mom to over $20,000 in her second month. Lula did over $13,000 from her dorm room with a $27 ebook without ever showing her face. Five years ago, I was folding burritos for minimum wage at the local
3:31fast food restaurant, drowning in student [music] debt. Recently, I was featured in Times Square for helping over 5,000 students learn how to build these [music] types of online businesses. This isn't a magic button. You still post. You still help people. But what used to take months now takes hours. And that is the whole system. Four steps, all of it doable today with free tools. [music] If you want to watch me build one from scratch, the product to store the funnel, all of it right in front of your eyes, that video is right here. So, tap
3:59on that, and I'll see you there.
