0:00AI influencers are taking over your Instagram feed. This dude getting over 82 million views, 240,000 followers, being covered by BBC news, not real. And what about this AI influencer that got over 1.2 million followers and literally was having conversations with Shaquille O'Neal, also not real. Today, I'll be showing you exactly how these AI influencers are made and how they're monetizing their pages. And in case you don't know who I am, my name's Clay and I actually built this YouTube channel you're watching now using an AI influencer. I've been building AI influencers on social media for the past 2 years and this one [music] with 1.2 million followers was one that I owned
0:39before it was taken down by Meta for growing too fast. And [music] yes, I was literally DMing with Shaq from that account. If you follow the blueprint that I share today, there is no doubt in my mind that you'll be able to get similar results. [music] So with that, let's dive in. Step one, before we go making any content, we need to find a winning format. And good news, you do not need to come up with that from scratch because the internet already did the testing for you. If you just want to pull a ton of views and followers, then all you need to do is go to Reels or
1:07TikTok in your niche and look for video formats that keep repeating. Right now, as I make this video, the formats that are working are fight walkouts, super memeable clips like these, or even sports or dancing videos like these. My point is, if a video got millions of views before, chances are it'll happen again. For example, using the workflow that I'm going to show you today, I
1:27found this video and I made this video. Now, I know what you're thinking and yes, that was total brain rot content, but hey, it works. So, once you found the video that you want to recreate, we're going to move on to step two, building your character. This is the part that a lot of people get lazy on and it's literally the reason why a video can go viral or not. And long term, it's also the brand that you're building. Your character needs to be recognizable and sticky like these that I'm showing above so that people can connect with and remember it. To make my character, I'm going to come into
1:56Higgsfield and I'm actually going to come up here and select AI Influencer. Right now, for me, this feature is free, so maybe it is for you, too. Now, you can go ahead and select one of the pre-made template character types, like this one looks a lot like the ones we see going viral right now. But honestly, if you really want to make something that stands out, I would recommend making your own. So, there's a couple ways that you can do this, and I'm going
2:17to walk you through the basic way first. The first thing that you can do is go through each of these attributes, kind of like you're building your character in a video game. So, I'm going to go ahead and select female. I'm going to select the build. I'm going to select her hairstyle. I'm going to make her hair color pink, cuz why not? We're going to give her some style, some ethnicity. I'm going to make her age a little bit older, because then skin color, height, proportions, head shape, neck. I mean, Higgsfield literally has thought of almost everything that you need to make a viral character. So, just go ahead and fill
2:46this out exactly how you want. Then just click generate, and let's see what we came up with. Okay, this is already really good, but I want to take it to the next level. So, what I'm going to do now is I'm going to come up to image, and then I'm going to come over to Nano Banana Pro. And here, I'm actually going to change her outfit, and so I'm going to go online and find a viral outfit that I think will fit well. And then I'm just going to prompt Nano Banana Pro right here in this prompt box to have her wearing the outfit that I want in
3:10the colors that I actually want. As you can see, this is the amount of credits it takes, so it's not going to break the bank here. And then I'm just going to click generate, and yeah, this is what I'm talking about. This is a viral character. So, that's our base character, but the number one problem I see with these AI videos is that the character looks different [music] in every video. So, now I'm going to give you the pro maneuver. Next, I want you to put in your image and ask it for a full body reference sheet, from the front, from the side, from the back. You
3:35can just pause this video and copy this prompt. And the reason for this is because the tool that we're going to be using to make the actual videos allows us to upload 30 reference character images. Basically, the more you upload, the more consistent she's going to be. So, now I want you to save all these images. This is going to be our character from now on. And now we can move on to step three. So, this is where things get pretty crazy because Higgsfield just launched a feature called Genjutsu. And you can basically swap any viral video with any character you want. Genjutsu basically takes the
4:04example video and rebuilds it using your character. Now, it has two different modes. There's motion transfer that keeps the motion, the camera, and the timing. And then there's object swap, which basically replaces one thing inside the shot, like a person, a product, or an outfit. For what we're going to be doing, and like the sample videos above, we're going to be using object swap. So, now I want you to upload the video that you downloaded as your source. Then upload your character, so the front, the side, the back, all
4:29those images that we generated before. Then for me, I'm going to set it to 720p, but you might have 1080 available. And the crazy part is, for a straight person swap like this, I don't even need to give you a prompt. You can just click generate. I was going to time how long it took, but I noticed a really funny timer that I've had running for like 6 months. But all in, this took about 5 minutes to generate and this many credits. So, let's hit play and see how
4:51this came out. I'm going to be uploading these on a new Instagram account, so if [music] you want to see how it performs, subscribe now so you can see the update video. Look at that. Same movements, same timing, same energy. I mean, this is crazy. And just so you guys know how to use the other mode, I'm going to do one quick one with motion transfer. And
5:09let's test this with kind of a hard one. So, we're going to go ahead and take this video, and then we're going to drop our character in, and we're going to create an entire new scene here. So, totally different location than the original, different look, but the same moves. This is great for when you want the video to look less like the original, and that's what guys like Jean Philanthrope, I hope I'm saying that right, is using to be in France with all these viral moves. Now, before we clean this up, again, I want to show you why this is worth your time. This is Jean
5:35Philanthrope. Because his account was going so viral, he launched a meme coin that hit a $12 million market cap in a few days. But he's not the only one. Look at all these accounts pulling millions of views using this exact same workflow. Now, I've literally been saying for years that I believe that AI influencers are the future of internet marketing. And right now, you have a unique opportunity because this is still in its infancy. Soon, all the brands are going to catch on and realize that this is how people consume content. And that means that there's an opportunity for
6:03people like you and me to monetize this. And maybe the best part is, you don't even have to show your face in these videos. So, moving on to step four, we need to know how to fix what breaks and make this our own. And this is a very important step literally make or break your account. Now, first off, I'm not going to pretend that this works
6:19perfectly every time because it doesn't. I've generated hundreds of these AI clips [music] and not everyone turns out perfect. Now, you can go ahead and copy this prompt. It's going to help keep the videos as close as possible. But one of the most important steps in this process is finding out how to make this your own. Because if you take the lazy way and just re-upload someone else's content, you could get flagged for copyright. And honestly, it's just lazy and not that creative. The characters and brands that actually last on Instagram are unique to their own. So, this time, I want you to write a short
6:46prompt and tell it exactly what you want to change. You could change the voice, change the background. My recommendation would be to swap out anything that's specific to the original creator. Once you're happy with your video, download it and take it over to a video editor. I like to use editing as a tool to make the video more consumable. So, you can add sound effects, you can time the background music perfectly. All the little tricks that are going to help your video go viral. Now, I'm going to be showing you how to automate this entire process in a sec. But first, we need to talk about step five, which is
7:14monetization. How do you turn this into an actual business? Because getting a lot of views is nice, but I know a lot of you want to learn how to actually monetize these. Look, when I started my AI influencers, I had no idea whether they would make money or not. But over the last 2 years, I've made seven figures from these. And there are countless other stories like this on the internet. This is Lil Miquela, and you can see how much she's made over the
7:35last few years. This is Aitana Lopez. And even my other AI influencers, Omar Wissmann, Richard Hale, and Ava Mendes, were all monetizing off digital products. And in case you guys don't believe me that brands are willing to sponsor AI influencers, look at this Indian AI influencer that was just sponsored by ASUS computer. ASUS is one of the biggest computer brands in the world, and they just sponsored an Indian AI influencer with 154 posts. This sponsorship video got over 2.2 million views and 110,000 likes, meaning her creator likely made tens of thousands of dollars, and that could have been you if you started an AI influencer 6 months
8:12ago. So, how did these accounts actually make money? Well, there are four ways. The first way is that you launch a product of your own. That could be a physical product, so something that your character is constantly using or wearing. It could be a digital product, like an ebook, a course, or an app. And I've shown you how to build those in other videos that I'll link above. The second way that you can monetize these is through TikTok shop. Basically, you make a video about someone else's product, you get a lot of views, then a viewer goes and buys that product, and you get a commission. The cool part
8:41about this is that you never actually have to touch the product. You're using a brand that already has a ton of credibility, and you're just driving traffic to that landing page. The third way, and one of my favorite ways to monetize these is with brand deals. Now, as I mentioned earlier, brands catch up to what's working. In the past, people used to read a newspaper, then they watched TV, but today, everyone is doom scrolling their phones. A lot of these companies raise hundreds of millions of dollars specifically for marketing. So, whenever you hold someone's attention, that's an opportunity for a brand to put their product in front of them. And
9:13before you think that brands are too good to monetize with faceless influencers, I've literally gotten $30,000 brand deals from a faceless AI influencer. Now, the fourth and final option for you is to sell the account. Think of this like digital real estate. You can buy pages, you can make them better, and of course, you can sell them. I've sold Instagram pages like this for hundreds of thousands of dollars, and trust me, it is very doable when you get enough attention. Step six, growing this to the moon. My biggest recommendations for you is to start small. At the beginning, I want you to try to focus on uploading one video a
9:44day. I know every generation costs credits, so don't go spending a fortune before you know what works with your character. When you have one that pops off, not if, but when, I want you to double down on that format. Make more videos using that same type of format and scale it up. And that takes us to our next step, [music] which is automating this entire process. Okay, so once you have one of these videos done,
10:04you can actually automate this process. To do this, come up to Supercomputer and just paste in the video [music] link. Then, all you have to do is add your character and ask it to swap the person in the video with your character. Again, we're going to be using Genjutsu object swap 720p. That's it. Then, it's going to handle the swap and I get a video back like this. And what used to take about 20 minutes to create, now basically is just me going and finding a viral video. You can also do this by adding the MCP plugin into ChatGPT or Claude, but this is the most effective
10:34way I found. But still, of course, it's not going to work perfectly every time. So, you're obviously going to want to check this and make sure that it's working correctly. And just for fun, since I'm in Paris and Jean Philanthrope seems to be in Paris as well, I went out and found him and I'm going to show you the video I made here. And guys, I'm actually in Paris right now and this is where Jean Phil filmed this video. And you're going to see me recreate it right
10:56now. [music]
11:01[music]
11:07And that's the entire workflow. But I want to leave you with one more thing. Content creation has changed my life in so many ways. Just a few years ago, I never would have guessed that I'd have millions of followers across social media. I've been able to travel the world and meet some of my best friends through content. And that's what I want for you as well. I'm not some guru who uses lifestyle marketing to flash Rolexes and Lamborghinis to try to get you guys to do something. But my point is, if you find something that works for
11:31you, it can totally change your life. It's not easy. Making content is a marathon, not a sprint. But if you apply the workflow that you used in this video to your project the right way, it's almost impossible not to get views. I've tons of other videos like the one here on my channel that show you different ways to use AI and social media to monetize. I can't wait to see what you guys come up with, and with that, I will
11:52see you on the other side.
