0:00Two weeks ago, my Instagram account only had a couple hundred followers. Today, it's at over 8,000 with multiple reels that have crossed over 100,000 views, and I've booked over 30 sales calls with qualified business owners. And the thing is, every single aspect of my content strategy to my sales pipeline was done by this team of AI agents working together in this agentic system while I was asleep. And I'm not just going to tell you that in this video, I'm going to show you exactly how this entire system on this board runs. Every agent, every workflow, and exactly how
0:39it all connects through a shared memory. So, that by the end, you'll know exactly how to structure your own multi-agent agentic system for your business in 2026. This is the cutting edge of AI right now. And if you don't know me, my name is Shaun Pervis, and I build these agentic growth systems for founder-led
0:59businesses. And the system you're seeing right now is the one that runs my own business and is a great demonstration for similar ones that I install for clients. But, there's also one layer that almost nobody building with AI right now is talking about. And it's not a tool, it's not a prompt, and it's the difference between AI that compounds and AI that stays as a chatbot. I'll show you exactly what it is, but first, you need to see the system in order for it to make sense. All right, so before we get into the technical breakdown, let's look at these numbers because everything on this board has to justify against
1:37results. So, plus 8,200 followers in 14 days, over 600,000 views in 2 weeks, 34 qualified calls booked, and here's the part that actually matters. Every one of those reels was planned out by the system I'm about to break down. My leads are tracked by an agent, my scripts are written by another agent, all in my voice, and all my performance data went back into the system so that the next reel was smarter than the next one. You can go to my account and check every single number I just said on Instagram, and that's a standard I think you should be holding to anyone in this space
2:11because there are so many guys who just show these cool Jarvis-looking dashboards that are just a front end and don't actually move the needle in their business at all. So, one thing you need to understand before we walk through this is that AI agents are not magic, and you need to think of them more as specialist hires within your business. A great marketer isn't great on day one. They get great by doing the work, seeing what happens, remembering it, and agents are exactly the same. That's also why the system works best for businesses that already have an offer and revenue. So, if nothing's happening in your business
2:46yet, there's not much for the system to learn from. With that being said, your question probably is, "How do you give AI context, ownership, and memory?" So, let's walk through it now. Let me break down what an agentic system actually is in 90 seconds on the fundamental layer so you have a good background understanding because if you can't see the architecture, everything else is going to sound like magic. Every real agentic system has about five layers plus a bonus I will get into, with the first one being where does it
3:17actually live? Either local hardware, being a Mac mini or Mac Studio sitting in your office, private, yours, one-time cost, or a cloud VPS that's always on, runs from anywhere, and they both work. The only wrong answer is a browser tab that you close at night. Second layer being the harness. This is the framework that agents actually run inside, and it
3:40matters more than the model itself. The real options right now are OpenClaw, Claude Code paired with Obsidian, or Hermes. I've built all of them, and Hermes wins, and it's honestly not even close. Because Hermes was designed for these multi-agent orchestration systems from day one with autonomous self-improvement already a part of it. Role-based agents, shared memory,
4:04personalized dashboards. Third layer, the brain. This one's simple, it's just whatever LLM you want to choose to give your agent that allows it to think. You can either use top-of-the-line models right now like any of the Claude models or ChatGPT models are actually pretty good. Gemini, list goes on, or you can use an open-sourced local model like a llama or Gemma 4 that you basically own and don't
4:26have to pay tokens for. This is extremely useful when you're running your system on a local piece of hardware machine like a Mac mini, right? So, it just depends on the system. Fourth layer, tools and skills. An agent with no tools is just a chatbox with a personality, right? So, scrapers, browsers, APIs, your CRM, your email, list goes on. And that's the difference between we can just talk about work and actually doing work. Fifth layer, memory and knowledge. This is usually some sort of vectorized database like Obsidian, Superbase, Postgres, SQLite, you know, you can pick, but the principle is identical almost in the fact that context needs to have
5:09somewhere to live outside the chat window. Or you're the only memory the system has, right? So, hold on to this one because it's the layer that I told you no one talks about, and it really pays off in the end when I go more in depth. And then the bonus being the communication channel. So, the system has to report to you somewhere, and you can use any sort of communication app like Telegram, WhatsApp, if you want to keep it simple, or a custom tracking dashboard if you want to see everything at a glance. And that's what I run, and it's a dashboard you've seen all over my
5:46reels. Um it's basically just a front end for you to be able to visualize and communicate with your agentic system. And that's the entire architecture, hardware, harness, tools, memory, comms. Now, let's see how my system actually runs. Okay, so with my system, everything starts here with my researcher agent. Every week, this agent scrapes my competitors' top-performing reels, not all their content, but their outliers. And it doesn't just collect them, it breaks them down from what was the hook, what points did the body hit, what was the CTA, what was the format, everything to do with the content, and then it figures out how to twist the
6:26winning pattern into my positioning. Second, it's watching the entire niche. What's blowing up, what narratives are forming, and what's going viral in adjacent spaces that I can put a spin on before everyone in my niche does the same thing. And then all of that information gets added to the shared memory system. Now, the agent that built
6:46my audience, my CMO. This is one of the single most important agents within the system, and it's the one that I would tell almost every founder to build first because it drives the most legitimate ROI the second you start running it. So, one, it pulls the content database for my own performance analytics, so it knows what the market is responding to and what my account is specifically winning with. Two, it generates hooks and ranks them by predicted performance. Three, it writes all the scripts, and here's the part that people don't actually believe because it's been trained on my transcripts, my phrasing, and the way I actually talk, not just in generic AI
7:28voice, right? Four, approval, and this is important because nothing publishes itself. The script lands in a queue that I film what I like and kill what I don't. You know, the founder, being me, always stays in control. Nothing gets posted without your permission. Five, it posts and tracks every single reel individually. And then that's where it compounds, right? It takes the winners, iterates off of that, and you know, discovers a pattern. If reel pops, you know, the system doesn't celebrate, it asks why, and then scripts more of that. So, the result is me going from a few hundred followers to over 8,000 in the past 2
8:09weeks. Also, the thing that brought most of you to this video was built by the thing I'm describing right now, and that's not just a case study I'm asking you to trust, it's one that you're literally a a part of. So, moving on from my content, once a lead enters my funnel, my sales rep agent goes to work before I've even seen the name. So, pulls their website, socials, LinkedIn, scores them, and summarizes basically what's probably broken in their growth based on what they told us, plus what it found by doing its own research. And by the time I hop on the call, I have a full brief. Who they are,
8:46what they sell, where their workflow is fragmenting, and which agent I would probably build for them first. So, the call itself is what we call an agent mapping call, and it isn't me trying to sell you on something for 30 minutes. It's more of me asking what is currently going on in your business. You know, I already did some homework, and this call is to help us map your first agent together, and sometimes the entire system. Sales rep helps with that so much, and every single call that I take, the transcript and notes get analyzed by my sales rep. So, next agent is my data analyst. This is the agent that makes
9:25all the other ones smarter. This one tracks the entire chain. How well each reel performed, which lead filled out which form, who showed up, who closed, and what revenue came from it. So, real to revenue, right? Most businesses can't tell you which piece of content made the money, but this system can tell you which 15
9:44seconds of which reel actually did. Every Monday, I get a report that isn't a dashboard. It's decisions. What to post next, which offer framing is resonating, and where exactly my funnel may be leaking, and what to do about it. And now, the thing I promised you at the start, and what I think is the most important part to any sort of agentic
10:06system. Everything you just watched, the research, content performance, the comments, the applications, the call transcripts, the outcomes, all of it writes back into this shared memory layer. Every single agent reads from it and writes to it. So, when the CMO writes next week's transcripts for me, it knows what the sales rep heard on calls this week, and then when my sales rep prepares a brief, it knows which reel that prospect came from, and what the reel promised them, right? So, the objection someone raised on a call on a Tuesday morning shows up, gets answered in a reel the
10:45following Monday. This is the layer that no one talks about. Everyone's arguing about which AI model is the best right now, but that is completely the wrong question. It's all about data, and if you're not tracking data at the level you should be, you are not taking full advantage of these AI models, of these AI tools. Without a shared memory, you know, nothing compounds. So, this is what our system does, and a system with a shared memory like this gets smarter every single week automatically. Again, in 12 months, this is going to be the difference between the businesses running on compounding systems who are going to be impossible to catch from a
11:25standing start of the businesses who aren't. One more piece, coordinating all of it, the orchestrator or CEO. Basically, my AI chief of staff, routing every single task between my agents, resolving conflicts, and verifying outputs before they reach me. Every single morning before I wake up, my CEO gives me a brief. Here's what the team did, here's what needs my approval, and here's what needs a decision. I manage one conversation, not six tools, not six dashboards, just one. And I talk to this guy no matter where I'm at through my Telegram on my phone, and he
12:01starts putting my agents to work. So, if you've watched this far, you're probably thinking one of two things. Either I want to build this, or this looks like a pretty complex system. And here's my honest answer. It would be a large and complex project if we started with all of it. So, we usually don't. We like to start with just one agent. And for most founders, it's the CMO or content agent because it's the fastest proof there is. You know, outputs you can see in week one, and it's the exact agent that built the audience you found me through today, right? If your bottleneck is somewhere
12:45else though, whether that's leads, follow-ups, sales prep, reporting, we build that one instead. The first build runs two and a half to $5,000. Your approval on everything, and only when the first agent has earned it, we expand into a full-fledged multi-agent agentic system like the one I just showed you. The shared memory dashboard, full operating system that you've been watching for the last 12
13:11minutes. The full build runs 10 to $15,000, and everything you paid for in the first agent gets credited towards it. Who is this for? I usually only work with founders doing 20K a month or more with a proven offer whose growth execution is scattered across tools and manual work and contractors. If that's you, there's a link below to book a free AI agent mapping call. 30 minutes where we map your first AI agent or get started on the entire system and what it would look
13:42like if you're feeling ambitious. The workflow, the inputs, the outputs, and approval points. If you're not there yet though, that totally makes sense. You know, the majority of businesses right now aren't on the cutting edge of AI. So, just keep watching my videos, notice the patterns, and build what you can. Because that's basically why I just showed you my entire system instead of
14:04hiding it. So, here's what I believe. The next year decides who actually compounds with AI and takes advantages of what we have access to right now. The founders who win won't be the ones with the most AI tools and subscriptions. They'll be the ones whose AI agents share memory and have been getting smarter every single
14:27week. You've now seen the entire system. So, links below if you're a business owner, again doing over 20K per month or more, and want yours completely mapped out. Thanks for watching.
