This is the full transcript of GrokBot Just KEEPS Getting Better (4 New Use Cases), published on YouTube by Kacper Rutkiewicz | AI Made Simple. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.

0:00Rockbot just continues to pick up new capabilities, and the latest ones are the most useful yet. It can now search and watch X on its own, build real Google and PowerPoint slides, sheets, and documents, and send formatted emails from its own email address, which all of you now can claim today. Not only that, but you can kick all of this off with just one voice call. If this is your first time here, my name is Casper. I'm the founder of Deeprooted AI. I use these tools to run my business every single day, and I build them out for paying clients. My goal for this video is simple. I'm going to show you all

0:29four of these use cases on my own account. By the end, you'll know exactly how to set up each one, what they actually cost you in usage, and which one you should add to your Grockbot stack first. So, get comfortable, grab some coffee, and let's hop straight into the video. First things first, let's

0:42give our Grockbot a quick call. Hey, I need you to search X for the top five posts about AI agents from the last 48 hours. turn them into a Google Slides deck with speaker notes using the first template that we used yesterday, the newsletter one. Then email me the link from your bot email. I'm going to go ahead and hang up now. So, just finish it and then post it here. Also, please email me a uh Google Docs with a nice

1:09format. Top five AI agent posts from the last 48 hours decked in yesterday's newsletter template with speaker notes email. I'm going to go ahead and hang up. And you guys can see right away on my screen that this completely gets kicked off. One thing about Grockpot that's so awesome is that it's just completely synced to all your devices. You guys can see that this voice memo with the transcript gets saved right here. It was about 33 seconds and it's going to go ahead and do every single one of those tasks that I just covered and it's going to delegate to the correct agents and then send me the email for my new

1:38Grockbot email. Right now I'm sitting at 32% of my weekly usage. Let's see what it looks like when it's done. Now this is the email that it sent me in its own HTML format. I'm gonna obviously blur out the email, but this is so cool. And I also have the link to the doc that I can open up. So, let's go ahead and click that. And just like that, we get a formatted doc that looks absolutely

1:56phenomenal. Super simple. Nothing crazy. We weren't looking for anything crazy here either, but it gives me everything I need to know about an AI agent and Grockbot and things like that. You'll also notice right here at the bottom, it says the slide deck link follows in a separate email. So, we're going to get two emails here. I probably should have been a lot more clear to do this when it

2:12was completely finished, but oh well. And here's our beautiful slide deck of the AI agent posts on X. We can see a bunch of them are from Grockbot and Elon. And we can scroll through this and it looks pretty freaking cool. I'm not going to lie. Landing on the perfect slide where it now says Grockbot has its own email. I'm not kidding. Make sure you guys go claim yours today. And just so you guys can see that it's synced to my phone. Here's my phone. And then here is the screen that you're actually looking at. This is like the coolest thing ever to me. And of course, what

2:36most of you guys are here for, the usage. We went up a total of 1% in our total weekly usage from everything that we just did. Now, clearly you guys can see that I'm super excited, but let me slow this down and show you exactly what happened. We did this in four jobs. We

2:48did a voice call to kick everything off. We told it to do XAR, create some Google Slides in a Google document, and then send it from our new Grockbot email. I was able to get all of that done from a 33 second voice memo with Grockbot. Let's break it all down starting with the new X feature. First one, we're kicking off with my favorite one because this one actually saves me a ton of money, and that is now that Grockbot can search through X natively. So now you don't need any X API credits. You don't need to go into the X developer console and spend any money. It's completely

3:16included in Grockbot. If you still have the old X plugin connected, you can keep it as a backup, but it will ask you to actually uninstall that. I kept mine as a backup just in case, but you definitely don't need it. Let's go ahead and test this thing out. Rockbot is absolutely blowing up right now. So let's go ahead and see what people are doing with it. I've seen a ton of cool use cases. Hey, can you scan through X for the last 48 hours and give me the top 10 things that people are doing with Grockbot? I'm not really giving you anything to base this on, but just get

3:44me a quick list. I want to see what people are doing. Now, what I'm looking for right here is the fact that it's not going to use any of my X API credits. So, let's go ahead and show you what that looks like. Previously, you would need to hop into the X developer platform and actually input credits to be able to search through X and actually pull in X posts, replies, and things like that. As you can see, mine is at $3.61. And we're going to revisit this once the entire prompt is over. And just like that, here is my entire list. Here are the top 10 things people on X have

4:09been doing with Grockbot. We have handing coding work to cloud agents. I'm making a video about that soon. Tagging app botch to watch post replies, which I'm going to show you guys how to do in a second. And it's a little bit buggy, which is no problem at all. Morning briefings, research desks, watching X for product feedback. And I'm doing this to give you guys some inspiration as well because I don't even know what Grockbot can't do at the moment. And you can also go ahead and turn this exact thing into a routine, which is what I did right here to get constant Grockbot updates every single day. And here you

4:35can see it used none of my actual credits on my X developer portal, but it did use some of my usage. Or so I thought. I'm still at 33% from the previous examples that I just showed you guys. So scraping X has never been easier and it almost feels free. Just for transparency, I'm on the $60 a month cursor plan. So that's the usage pool that I'm working with. Speaking of tagging Grockbot on X, this is one of the most convenient features for me because admittedly, I scroll through X way more than I need to, but more often than not, I find really cool pieces of

5:02advice, like this tweet, for example, talking about this user's four favorite routines. And I'm not going to bore you guys with reading it, but I'm just going to go ahead and say, "Abbot, let's work on this and see if any of it fits into our workflow." I'm going to go ahead and reply. And now, this tweet is going to go inside of my Grockbot, and we can actually work on it. And this seems to have been fixed because I was testing this the other day and I actually had to tell it that I tagged it because it wasn't natively getting it. But as you can see right here, you are invoked from

5:24a public x atbotmention. Do the user's request in this bot do not write a reply for the X thread. So we can go ahead and scroll down here. It's saying on it. I'm pulling the full post with all four routine prompts and checking each one against what our crew already runs. Then I'll tell you which fit. So this is just extremely useful because there's so much good advice out there on how you can use Grockbot throughout the Xplatform. and I could just tag my bot and have it do it while I continue scrolling. And really, the most important thing that you need to know is that X search no longer uses

5:53X credits. It comes straight from your weekly usage pool. And as you guys saw earlier, it literally doesn't affect your usage pool at all. But just do understand that you get a,000 daily scrapes per day. But I want to go ahead and take our Xarch from earlier about the 10 use cases and turn that into a presentation. Let's go back to our X research bot and we're actually going to tag our chief of staff bot here and say create a Google slide deck on this and then tell them to give me three new templates to choose from. When I first tried this out, I chose a few templates,

6:18but I want to show you guys the actual process and then also create a Google doc so I can skim through. The reason I'm doing it this way is because I do want to point out the simple fact that you're going to want to tag your bots whenever you want them communicating just so you don't have to spend any more tokens deciding on who to actually reach out to. So, I'm going to have my X research bot go ahead and send this off to my chief of staff. I'll go ahead click through here. We can see I'm going to remove this one. This was from the

6:40earlier example. It's sending the top 10 list now to the chancellor. And then the chancellor is going to go ahead and get that here in a second. There it is. There's the message from flying brain. And now it's going to go ahead and give me three new templates. And then go ahead and create the document. And if we hop into the plug-in marketplace, and I'm going to manage my plugins cuz these are already connected. If you guys have these connected right away, they will

6:59natively go right to your Google Drive. Nothing happens inside of Grockbot. It just goes directly to those places, which is very convenient. Same thing with Gmail. We can directly inline draft inside of Gmail now and not kind of be in a bottleneck of Grockot has the email, copy and paste. None of that stuff exists anymore. It goes straight into Gmail and all of the Google Drive plugins. I'm also going to intervene here and just say screw it. I want to

7:20make a spreadsheet of these as well. Hey, can you make a spreadsheet of these as well, please? I want I want a Google doc. I want slides and a spreadsheet. I want to see what you can do. Just send that off. As easy as that. Now, also, I'm doing a lot of things here and I'm doing them very quickly. Let's just keep in mind the weekly usage here because I know a lot of people are worried about

7:37the Grockbot usage. We're still at 33%. And I'm doing all of this sequentially so we can get a good view of what this usage pool actually looks like. Was the Google sheet necessary at all? The answer is no, but I want to show you guys all the functionality that I can. Looks like my Google Doc is already done. So, let's go ahead and open this up. And as you guys saw earlier in the

7:54video, this comes out very, very clean. And again, you can customize this to however you want. I think this is fantastic if you create deliverables constantly inside of Google Docs. You can create a custom format, build a skill around it, and Grockbot will just handle the rest from there. But we can see at glance we have the 10 use cases.

8:10Everything is linked, which is awesome. And this comes in a very standard format that I've already created, and it's actually not on brand at all for me. So that's something I would have to do on the back end. But again, if you're creating deliverables constantly, if you're working inside of Google Docs, this is just a no-brainer. Rockbot came back with the three styles now, and I'm going to take a look at each of these cuz they look pretty unique. Here's the first one. I actually kind of like this one. It's not bad at all. I'm going to go through here. This one probably I would prefer out of all of them. And

8:35then this is the purple one. I do not like this color wave at all, so I'm going to avoid that one. But you guys can see it provides you with three different variations. And you can continue asking it for more if that's what you choose. But I'm going to go ahead and actually select the editorial version. And then now it's going to go ahead and get all that information, those 10 use cases, and put them in a nice slide deck for me with presenter notes and everything like that so I can present. While that's rolling, we can

8:57see that our Google sheet is now done. So let's go ahead and click into that. And now I'm actually impressed with this because it comes out formatted perfectly. You can see that they're switching kind of the shading in between columns and in between rows and things like that. We have our kind of fit, our deep rooted fit, which I didn't even ask it for. So low, medium, high fits. And this comes out as a very, very clean sheet. So if we have a ton of data, we can hand it off to Grockbot and put it in a Google sheet or we can have Grockbot create Google sheets on our

9:21behalf and make them very, very clean and presentable. Now, as we wait for the slides, I will tell you guys these slides take a little bit longer, especially the more information that you have. I would estimate anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes for these slide decks to be created. This may get annoying for you guys, but I really do want to show you the usage because it's extremely important. It's a problem inside of Grockbot. I don't really think it's that much of a problem anymore. But as you guys can see, we've gone up 1%. We have two deliverables so far and we're waiting for the third. Okay, we're about

9:466 minutes into this process and I quickly realized I was like, I didn't see any of these on there and these four. Then I noticed it said plus four up here. And if I hopped in, it shows two versions of each. So this is what it looks like on the front page, the next page. And I actually chose this one that

9:59I didn't even see, which is hilarious. But this is the editorial version. It's not my favorite. I really wanted to go with this one. This is the one I preferred. Anyways, we chose the wrong one. Doesn't really matter. But here is the example that we went with. And we can see right away it gives us screenshots of the work that it's

10:13already done. So here's the first one. Top 10 things people are doing with Grockbot. It's got the date on there. Grockbot top 10. Looks pretty clean. I like this slide a lot. The at a glance slide. And just overall, there's so many different variations of slide decks you can create. What I would do here is spend time creating your template and then just have it get replicated over time. I'm always going to be transparent with you guys. Just know that the slide

10:34process does take a little bit longer. I'm sure it'll get optimized in the future, but because it's so custom because it's doing a new template and everything like that, just expect it to take some time. So, if you are creating slide decks, go for a walk, go make something to eat, let Grockbot just cook. Beautiful. All our slides now are done. We get a quick overview of every single slide on here. I think it looks really, really sexy right now. I'm not going to lie to you guys. I was a little

10:56skeptical earlier, but I'm a big fan. Now, we got provided with all three links. Let's go ahead and click into the Google Slides deck and just skim through it. We'll go ahead and go into presenter mode. And here they are. I'm going to slide through all of these really quick just so you guys can see them. But overall, I'm actually quite a fan. Like, this looks pretty pretty clean. Um, super smooth. All the typography is good. It's easily visible. It's not

11:15really that overwhelming to the eye. Like, this one is three different colors. I'm a little kind of thrown off on this one. This one's smooth. I like this order. I would have rather had this kind of in the middle right here. Uh overall though, it's very very clean. Like this is a very editorial nice kind of slide deck and I'm a big fan and just from a simple expost like this is not

11:34really a common use case I would say. But just think of this if you are in the business world and you're creating presentations all the time. The actual presentations that you can create very very quickly while you're not even working on them. You're just getting the information and verifying that it's correct and then verifying the output. But overall I'm super happy with this. I obviously would spend time on this part and making sure that the template is correct. And then from there it's just iteration, verification, and continuously making it better. And then one more time after creating all of those deliverables, we are at 35% of our

12:02total weekly usage. So we went up another percent once the presentations were complete. So those were three deliverables that Grockbot helped us create. And now I can actually send those links directly from Grockbots's email. So let me show you how to claim that email really quick and what that actually looks like. Some of you may be completely new to Grockbots if you have no idea what I'm talking about. This is the tweet that came out actually today as of me recording this video claiming

12:23that Grockbot now has its own email. This was kind of previously being rolled out early to a few users. I was trying to get access to it as quick as I could, but now everybody has access to it today. But essentially, your bot now has its own email that you can set up. It can sign up for services, contact businesses for you, or schedule a time with someone. Now, this is a big part of why I'm posting this video today. I was going to wait a little bit, but I want you guys to know that you need to go claim some emails. Right now is your

12:47chance to get a pretty unique email name. So, make sure you take advantage of that. But all you guys need to do is hop into your Grockbot, into your chief of staff or your primary bot, and just say, "Hey, claim our email and create our inbox. Here's the name that I want you to use." For me, it was a little different because the last 48 hours I was polling, trying to see if this was available for me. And it wasn't. But now, I just said, "Check email now. See if we have it." I didn't even spell it right. And then it said, "The claim tool

13:10just showed up. I'm grabbing the email." It then created the email, connected the app, and now I have my own Grockbot email. And from there, I can literally have send emails to anybody. Not only that, but I can connect it to subscriptions. I can connect it to newsletters, and I can just get daily briefs and things like that from anything that I'm subscribed to. One really cool thing that you can do is actually create custom HTML emails like I did right here. Obviously, has a lot of work to do, but you can just get very, very creative with your Grobot email. And I'm not kidding when I say

13:36this. I can literally just tell it to email my work email from its Grockbot email with all three of these deliverable links. So, let's go ahead and do that. Hey, can you just send all three of these links in a nice HTML email to my work email, please? And then just like that, I'm going to send that off. And it's going to immediately be like, hey, sent it off. Then we'll go into our email and check it out. And inside my email, this is what the HTML looks like. It says the slides, the doc, the sheet, all with links to it that I could just click in and complete. And

14:01this is just so unique. I don't know why something this simple kind of makes me so happy, but it just does. I may be repeating myself, but Grockbot now has its own email. Make sure you guys go claim your unique email name today because these are probably going fast. So, I want to make sure if you're watching this video on the day that it released, go grab your custom email and thank me later. Now, let's go ahead and talk about the voice mode that kicked this all off really quickly. I don't know about you guys, and I don't know if you guys can tell, but I can talk way

14:24faster than I can type. Which is why Grock's voice mode, and I'm surprised at how good it actually is, is so useful for me. Whenever I'm on the go, whenever I'm not sitting at my computer, I'm always talking to my Grockbot whenever I need to get work done. You can kick off a chain of multiple tasks. You can delegate to multiple agents all by clicking this little waveform button right here to start a voice chat. So, let's just go ahead and see what I come up with. Hey, Dama, can you please tell me um what we recently searched up on X? Can you tell me of any new models that just

14:57came out and talk to Great Owl about that? And then can you also tell me anything that I need to know or need to do for the next couple hours? Three jobs pulling what we recently searched on X. She's pulling what we recently searched, guys. But her voice is incredibly soothing for me. Glad it lands well, Captain. The X roundup should be back shortly. The X sweep came back since Tuesday. Anthropic dropped Claude Haiku 5.5 about 75% cheaper than haiku 4.5. Open AAI is rolling GPT6 out to everyone in chat GPT with a new intelligent UI view. Mistral launched Mistral large 4 lechon a trillion parameter multimodal model open

15:47weights coming end of October. Google Deep Mind released embedding Gemma 2 and open on device. Anyways, I'll stop that for now. That was about a minute long. And what I really like is that you could obviously say that it was a good call, which in my case it was. I'll send some good feedback to the Grockbot team. And then you get this entire transcript, which is something that I really like because you can go back and see where it kind of went wrong or if something didn't hear right, but it gets everything and it catches everything so smoothly. And I do also believe that you can change like

16:16the voice and change the sound of everything. For some reason, my Grock bot's kind of tweaking out and I can't actually hop in. Usually it should be in like details or something. Um, let's see if I hop in another bot if I can see. No, I'm not seeing it right now. But I know that you can change the voice and change those kind of things. But as you guys can see, it walked me through my daily brief. It walked me through any new model releases and then the next couple things that I can do to have an effective couple hours. And I was going to make a dedicated video on this, but

16:41the voice feature is just that simple. Press the waveform button, have a conversation with Grockbot while you're walking, while you're in the car, whatever the case may be, and just have it begin doing tasks for you. Everyone has a little bit different workflow. Everyone has kind of different things that they're doing, but essentially from voice mode, you can do anything that you

16:58would do just typing at the computer. And it's a little bit more refreshing just actually talking and having free flow of thoughts instead of staring at a keyboard and just typing away. And another thing I need to mention is that once you have your kind of template set up, like in my case with the slides and sheets and things like that, there's no prompt approval. You're just talking to your agent and just confirming. And if there ever needs to be a confirmation, it's going to repeat back to you, hey, are we allowed to do this? And ask for your approval. So, it's just like having a conversation with a robot, which is

17:24just completely weird for me to say. One thing that I also want to point out, and this kind of shocks me, is the voice mode doesn't really chew your usage at all. Yes, that was a one minute call, but I've done 15-minute calls, I've done 20 minute calls, and it only ever moves my usage a couple percentage points. Nothing crazy like that one minute call that I kicked off tasks. And trust me, I can kick off tasks pretty quick. But like I said, from the beginning of this video to now with all the things that we did, and yes, they might be nothing crazy, but we've only used 3% of our

17:53weekly usage. Now, if you're watching this and you have no idea where to start with one of these features, this is kind of my opinion on where you guys should start. The first thing, and it's kind of out of order right now, but go claim your email. Go claim a custom email with a name that you can actually have. You have all the opportunity in the world to claim something unique, and I think everyone kind of values that a little bit, and that's just to have it. You

18:12don't actually need to use the email. That's probably why I have it on last. The bot emails live for everyone. Make sure you claim it. But where I would start really is probably the slides and docs. That'll give you the best feeling and best place to kind of start with AI and start with Grockbot. I think that always kind of starts getting the wheels turning for a lot of people and seeing what they can hand off to AI. Then I would do the X search. I think this is a huge unlock. You don't have to pay for X scrapes anymore. Crockbot does it natively and you can do a ton of

18:37research. You can keep up with a ton of news because I'll tell you right now, everything happens on X first. Then we have the voice mode. This is very unique and when you're not actually at your computer, I never talk to it when I'm sitting down at my computer. I pretty much just use Glido or something like that. When I'm in the car, when I'm on a walk in the morning and I just want to brain dump ideas and and I just want to continue working when I'm not at my computer, this is extremely useful and it's so fluid and it doesn't affect my usage that much, so why wouldn't I use

19:03it? Anyways, I know I threw a ton at you guys. I know I spoke really fast. If you can't tell already, I'm extremely excited about Grockbot. I think it's the number one personal AI agent on the market right now. I think it's the perfect place for a beginner to start with AI. There's just so many things that you can hand off to it and it really fits all kinds of workflows and I just want to keep sharing everything that I'm learning and share all this excitement and hopefully get you guys to

19:25try out Grockbot if you haven't already. If you got lost at any point, don't worry at all. I'm going to be dropping a full free resource guide that walks you through everything we covered in today's video so you can follow along and take action on it. All you need to do is click the link down below, enter in your email, join my free school community, AI made simple. There you'll find all the Grockbot resources that I've ever created, including the one from today's video. So, I hope to see some of you guys in there soon. As always, if you've gotten any value from this video, drop a

19:49like, hit that subscribe button. It definitely helps me out a ton. Turn those notification bells on so you never miss one of my videos. And leave a comment down below on which of the four use cases you're going to try first. You've made it this far in the video. Thank you so much, and I'll see you guys in the next one. God bless, guys. Hey there. If you're still here, that means

20:07you've made it to the end of the video. First of all, thank you so much if you're new here. Something I like to do at the end of all my videos is pray for you guys, my audience. I do this because I genuinely care about you guys. You guys are changing my life every day by watching these videos. Um, I can't believe you guys take your time and attention and and you have a willingness to learn from from me. Um, sometimes it gets in my head and it's just a crazy place to be. Um, I also do this because I want to see you guys live fulfilled

20:31lives. I want to see you guys be good people, spread the good word of the Lord and and just be good stewards of everything that he's given you. Um, most importantly, I do this because I know that there's someone out there that needs to hear a prayer. I know that there's brothers and sisters of Christ who are just struggling. Um, have a lot of things on their plate. Uh, whether that's with mental health, um, you know, financial issues, death in the family. I know that there's just people out there who are struggling and and just need some prayer and need some love. Um, to those people if you're watching, there's

20:58people out there that are praying for you. There's people out there that love you, and there's people out there that are willing to help you. I'm going to go ahead and pray this out. If at this point you are uncomfortable, please feel free to click off the video. I'm not here to force anything on you. Just know

21:08that if you do leave, Jesus loves you. I'm going to go ahead and pray for you guys. Heavenly Father, Spirit of the living God, thank you so much for this day. Thank you so much for the breath of life this morning and just waking up and giving us another opportunity at life and to just honor and glorify you in everything that we do. Lord, I just want to thank you for this platform. I want to thank you for all the people that tune into my videos. I want to thank you for their time and their precious attention. And Lord, I just pray that you continue to use me for good. I pray

21:36that you continue to use me to spread correct information and spread wisdom in the AI space and just continue guiding people in the right direction. Lord, again, I just thank you. I just thank you for this platform and I'm so grateful for it. Lord, I just want to thank you for this audience and I want to pray a blessing over this audience, a blessing of just peace and wisdom. Lord, continue to give them the wisdom to just make the right decisions to see through anything that's detering them from their goal to just not be uh you know distracted to to just take advantage of everything that's in front of them,

22:06Lord. And in the AI world, there's so much fluff. There's so much crazy information. Allow them to see through that, Lord, and give them the wisdom to do that. Lord, also give them just peace. We live in a very, very crazy world. So much going on. Lord, just continue to give them peace and continue to let them know that if they're struggling, this too shall pass and that they can always come to you uh in prayer and just talk to their father and and all these problems will go away and and

22:31you'll lift that burden off of them. Lord, I want to take this moment to also pray for our brothers and sisters of Christ who are struggling. Lord, there's just so much struggle in this world and and and I know you're using it to test their faith and and have people come to you, but I think people always need help and I want to uplift those people who are struggling financially, who are in without a home, who are depressed, who are struggling with anxiety. Lord, I just pray that you visit them in in whatever case you need to, whether that's a person, whether that's a thought, whether that's um just a crazy
