0:00In this video, I'm going to show you how you can set up your Grok bot in five easy simple steps. I'm going to show you how to build out your team, how you can actually have one bot and many specialists. I'm going to show you the anatomy. I'm going to take you under the hood of my own Grok bot agent that I am using for my business. And I'm also going to show you how to connect your tools. Whether you are a business owner with multiple teams, different layers of stuff, and you want to optimize and increase your business revenue. Whether you are a start, an absolute beginner,

0:32you just want to start find out how to maybe reduce your expenses. If you didn't know this, a fun fact, AI agents have actually saved people billions of dollars and actually became a problem with the banks in some of the latest news. And if you're a trader like myself, by trade I've been doing this 10 years now, this tool is one of the best tools I have personally used for my system. And even a bonus, I'm going to show you how to set up different automations and connections as well. So,

1:01let's get right into it with step one. The first thing that you're going to want to do is you're actually going to want to get set up. Now, I received some questions on my YouTube channel, people asking, "Look, how much does this cost? How much profit can you make with it?" and a bunch of different questions. Now, it depends on your business. I personally use a max plan on Cursor, and the Cursor plan actually gives you access to Grok bot as well. So, you're

1:29killing two birds with one stone here. You get access to Cursor, okay? But you also get access to as well. In my opinion, this is the most cost effective plan that you can personally have. I think and I recommend the $30 a month plan. There's no affiliate link. I'm not sponsored for any of these videos. I'm literally doing it because I like it. It gives you access to Grok bot. Now, when you use this, here's how it's going to go down. And I'm going to be completely honest with you cuz I did it this myself. I do it with every single agent

2:03I set up, and it's just how it goes. It's just how it goes in the agent world. When you set up your agent, first time you set up, you're probably going to max out your weekly credits instantly, like extremely, extremely fast. But, as you get the more efficient, the setup process costs in terms of just credits is the most expensive. After it's optimized, it's extremely, extremely efficient. You can even set up protocols inside of your chat, and you can actually delay certain things by hours, days, weeks even, and set up automations to become more efficient. So, you can make this really, really efficient for a lot of you guys

2:43like myself who like to be very efficient with the spend that they're managing. So, they're not just burning credits creating different things, and then they get slapped with a massive bill in the back of their head by the end of it. Now, the next step people are going to want to do after you get Cursor is you're going to want to go over to Grokbot, but and then it's going to give you a option to download Grokbot. You

3:06can download it for Mac OS over here. You go over to the download section over here, download Grok over here, and then your Grokbot is going to be looking something like this. Now, this is the setup which I have, okay? Now, I actually have this laid out for you guys over here inside of the presentation.

3:26You can take a screenshot if you want. My setup which I actually use is over here, and I have one agent I speak to. Now, I recommend doing this, but there's a process for this. There's a way to do it. And if you do it this way, it's going to make your life 10 times easier,

3:45especially if you're a business owner. What you're going to want to do is go over to ChatGPT, turn on the voice icon over here, this dictate icon, and lay out your complete business operations, your life story, and everything. The reason for this, as I've discussed in previous videos, almost coming up to a year now, is when we had the experience with Openclaw, Openclaw became a very big problem. The reason for this is because when we was using Openclaw, we had this problem over here. Our agent, smiley face, would speak to different

4:19agents inside of our Discord or Slack. This is how we set it up. You guys will remember. You've probably got Openclaw sat in your cupboard right now. People told you that Openclaw was the next you know, revolution, which in my opinion it was. It was a big step, but there was a bunch of gaps. And those gaps that I found was the agents would speak to each other, but then they would come back to you. They would say that the job was done, and then they would actually lie to you, and you'd find yourself going through this constant loop of having to micromanage all of these agents. The main reason behind

4:47this is the secret, right? Which most people know if you've experienced AI. It's called the .md file, This is your agent's memory. Your .md file needs to be stacked with everything that you know, everything about you and your business. Now, if you've been using AI, ChatGPT, whatever AI software that you've used in the past, Claude, etc., it already has a memory of you. So, it has a lot of context on what your business operation is. You need to offload that onto Grok, onto your Grok bot, so your team now has it. Think of it the same way as a business owner, you

5:23have a team, chief of staff, etc. Everyone needs debriefing on operations, they need training. Training normally takes 6 to 12 months for any type of business. With this, training takes 6 to 12 seconds, right? All you need to do is click here, and you need to lay out everything. You lay out your business, business. You want to lay out your goals, you want to lay out your strengths, strengths. You want to lay out some weaknesses. You want to lay out things you want to, you know, work towards, things you don't want to work towards, to work towards. You want to ask it, you know, any potential tools,

5:59any streamline of operations. You want to ask it to lay out, um, as well, your current, kind of like your staff. Like for me, I like to have, you know, chief of staff. I like to have developers because I run a different development companies. I like to have things like community managers, social media managers, etc. All of these different things you want to lay it out. This is what needs to take the most amount of time. It's your foundations. The foundations of development, when we speak about cost, when we speak about streamlining later on, your foundations are the most important. It's where you want to spend the most amount of time

6:32and detail. Now, once you've laid that out, it's probably going to lay out something like this. It's going to lay out a list of specialists that you want to have. It's going to save these things to, uh, for your chief of staff later on, okay? And it's going to give you a full breakdown of the tools that you're going to need to have, and it's going to give you a list of your routines. Now, for your .md file, after you've laid out everything, you're going to ask it to make a .md prompt for my chief of staff, okay? You're going to have one big response. You're going to have one of

7:08these. I don't want to put this in right now because I don't want to change anything I've already got cuz things are working very, very, very, very nice for me. And when you go to your, uh, lead agent at Quantum, what you do is you pin them, you create your bot over here, create the bot, give it a name. You, you're already going to have one already. I just used the stock guy, pinned him, gave him a name, went over, um, to my prompt over here, copied and pasted this prompt, this .md, and just gave it to Neo. The very first prompt I had before I even went through the

7:40setup, etc. I skipped all of that, slapped him the .md file and he just became super powered after that. Now, it will give cheaper stuff initial brief. It will lay out this brief. It will give sources, things to audit, a company understanding, brief company understanding, repository information about the back-end operations, architecture and how my business actually works and operates, the infrastructure, the team map. This is my internal team that it has, um risks and issues, everything like this. Okay? The bigger this is, the faster this is, the better, okay? Then it's going to have business operations. How the business works, okay? How the different operations are, how every little thing

8:19works for the operations. In fact, I'll leave this out cuz I don't want you guys to see under the hood for that one, okay? Um and different things like this. These .md files are just memory files, simple things that it can recall back to, okay? Once you've done that, you want to go ahead and create all your other bots. Go ahead, create your social media design if you have social media, general research, smart money, etc. And then simply, to save you time, at them in this chat underneath, so you can go underneath, you can say, um at social media, you can go at developer, smart money developers, you can go at um

8:53Morpheus, which is my head developer. Right, I like to keep it fun, give it different themes, etc. At all the different guys and then you can say, go ahead and prompt them. Debrief them, okay? Save me time. Build out all these guys' .md files, get back to me when it's done, okay? That's going to lay out your system and that's going to give you a pretty much robust flow on how this is going to work, okay? You will then see, and guys, if you're not keeping up with me, don't worry, you can save this video all the time and you can always pull back to later. The beautiful thing about

9:24YouTube is you can slow it down, speed it up, skip to different points, go back to different points as you need to, you can work along with me. Now, you can see over here, this is my breakdown. So, I asked my agent, look, make a group chat for the devs guys. Throw my lead dev in there. Throw my researcher, throw my reporter in there. Then, I want specialists, um my finance team, so I can break down on the finances, you know, warp, YouTube, um trading, all the different businesses that we have. Lay all them out there, and finances, income, expenses, the different team that we

9:58have. Connected it to my Google Sheets. You can see my Google Sheets in there. You know exactly how much we're spending, etc." Okay, social media team. Social media team, I want you to analyze trends, ideas, and drafts. So, you can see over here in my social media, okay? I actually recognized that one of my best videos was GrokBot, okay? I send Neo a uh voice message. I just said to him like, "Look, hey, my best video recently was GrokBot. People People were asking for a breakdown and tutorial. Um go shoot social media message. You can see the chat over here." And break down everything that we need and make a

10:35potential tutorial with diagram. In fact, the tutorial that you're looking at right now, the outline and the design was made by Grok. This is what I'm saying. AI is getting super powerful, super efficient for any business. Even if you're not a content creator, you can actually now start to lay out things to your team and employees and create beautiful designs, simple breakdown step-by-steps, answer questions and queries almost automatically directly to your team. You can even create these and lay them down to different agents to really help break down things to your agents as well. I actually have my agents make reports and breakdowns to each other just because I think it helps

11:14them explain things better. Now, this is going to be your setup. You only need to talk to your chief of staff, right? You don't need to talk to these other things. All the different chats and stuff like that, they're for you to look at. Your main chief of staff is going to take care of everything. Take care of the voice notes, take care of the

11:31reports, get back to you, messages, etc. All these other agents, they can have automations, they can have tools, they can have repositories, researchers, etc. But, it all goes back to you. And this is why businesses are becoming a lot more efficient in recent days because they don't need to have too many social media managers. They don't need to have a finance team. I don't have a finance team. I just have an agent, right? My agent takes care of everything. And I don't need to be paying commissions for finance teams when they're using AI anyway. I may as well just have an AI agent, okay? Reporters and briefs,

12:04right? Everything that goes on in here, all the different operations that research has been up to, development has been up to, social media, trading agents have been up to, they can relay to my reporter. My reporter sends a message to my agent. Super, super simple. All these operations that are usually messy, a lot of back and forth, are now streamlined and allowed to do. Now, one thing that's going to help you, okay, with understanding this is A, I'm going to show you in a second, um is going to be your prompts, okay? For example, making prompts much more clearer. For example, instead of just putting vague prompts

12:38like, "Yo, help me with Twitter." Breaking things down like, "Everyday at 9:00 a.m., find me the top five meme coin posts and make me a draft." And I'll show you actually what I have done. So, I have a breaking news agent. This one is constantly scanning. So, it says here, "Trump is rolling back measures against Russia." You can see over here, um the Woo blockchain reports Anthropic published a research showing its Claude Mythos 5 model, the number of quantum circuit gates, some techy stuff. UK

13:05Foreign Office breakdowns, everything. Just a a breakdown of every single news. That then relays to my agent, and my agent then creates tweets, different designs, breakdowns, um of different things I can potentially tweet. It also gives me breakdowns of YouTube videos and stuff I can tweet. Optimize one tweet over here. Um we found that somebody was making a tweet that meme coins were dead. Said it's all gone down, but they actually skipped out that we've had multiple $1 runners and people making millions of dollars trading meme coins. I'm completely broke that down and improved another person's tweet, which is ridiculous by the way. Um all of it's there. Obviously, I had to help

13:42it out with a few of the design queries, but again, like it's building these things pretty much automatically through its own computer by the way because each agent has its own computer. If you want to help it, make accounts, you can take control. And all of them now, included in Grok plan, have their own email. So, you can make their own email accounts to any software and plans that you want to make. Now, to keep this efficient, guys, make sure that you are using this connected app section in the bottom left. Connected apps all have integrations to everything. You want to go ahead and take the time to connect

14:18all the different tools and services that you are using in your busy internet lives. Things like Google Sheets, Shopify for any Shopify business owners, AWS if you have an AWS, your productivity, designs, Figma, etc. Integrate and add all of them. Brief your agents on the teams on operations and just ask Neo to off-board them to the specific departments where they want

14:42to be off-boarded to. Chief of staff. Neo, Morpheus, you guys get it. A lot of Matrix, right? Now, the final part is once you've connected all of your tools, this is how mine looks, okay? And yours should start to look a little bit similar by the end of this video. You will have social, right? You will have your social team now, all relaying information, okay? To your main head chief of staff and in group chats with

15:07whoever it needs to be group chats with. You will have your video agent, right? For me, I have an agent goes through video, etc. Maybe you want to do due diligence on the marketplace, YouTube, etc., Instagram, etc. All relayed into here. Your coding agent creating GitHubs, building different tools and resources for you. You don't even need to know how to code. It will do it for you. If you don't know how to do certain things, ask it. It will do it for you, right? Your backend, right? All my agents that build on code, well, that's all connected to Supabase. Your email

15:38inbox, right? Which is dot grok, right? Your all your agents can talk to each other, relay things to each other via their own agentic email. Diagrams, right? Team reports, reports, breakdowns, debriefs, all relaying back to your agent team. My agents now, they even have their own crypto wallets using X402, which allows them to pay for anything, any API that they needed to use per API expense, not on subscriptions, is all now done through my agents. That's done by the

16:09integration, Phantom wallet or MetaMask. Then, you can have web searches. All agents can browse and search the web with their own personal computer over here. You just ask it to browse and search the web. Now, that will give you a complete breakdown and everything that you need to use for your agents. You now know and understand how to set up your grok agent. Remember, go to grok, you set it up, use the $30 plan in my opinion. You can start with the eight, you can start with free, work your way up. You can also build your agentic team. You lay out your plans, your strengths and weaknesses, your goals,

16:45and you give it to your agent. Then, you integrate it with all the different connections. You debrief those connections to your agent. You get that to debrief it to the rest of your agents. It's crazy because these things sound super complicated. Even when I'm saying I'm like, "Whoa, that's a lot." But, it's so efficient and so simple when you actually just get on there, hands-on, and use it. Maybe use this video, work on it on your on your own time as well. Go back and forth through each step. By the end of 20 minutes, you've got the whole thing. And the final step, you then have your

17:14full-blown agentic team ready at your disposal. In this tutorial, I've explained to you everything you need to know to get started. If you have any questions, you can let me know in the comment section. This video and all the things I discussed was actually a response to my old previous video. So, if you have any questions whatsoever, let me know. I check them all out. I appreciate you guys. Thank you very much

17:37and I'll see you in the next one. Goodbye.
