0:00If you're trying to start a side hustle with Claude, you probably feel overwhelmed with all the different business ideas these YouTubers are pushing. You know you're smart and you're willing to do the work, but what's stopping you is you're afraid to pick the wrong business idea. Especially if it's your first time starting a business because how do you know which idea is going to be the best fit for you? Should it be five coding apps, creating digital products, or even starting a AI automation agency? And if you keep watching these random AI side hustle videos on YouTube trying to piece it all together, after 6 months you'll

0:30be in the exact same place [music] you are at now, zero. And it's not your fault. Nobody actually teaches you how to find a business idea that fits you. They just give you a list of random, unrealistic AI side hustles and expect you to figure out how to get a client yourself. Now, I've personally helped countless people reach their first $10,000 per month even while working their 9-5 job. Ethan, for example, signed his first client for $2,000 after 10 days working with me. Brandon hit $10,000 per month in 30 days. And Allison here, she closed $50,000 in deals just the other month. And the common denominator between all these

1:02people is they did it while working a full-time job. So, in this video, I want to do a tier list of some of the most popular AI side hustles that are available to you. And I'll be honest and give you my opinion on what I think is actually realistic and what I think is just a waste of time. And I'll even show you how to get your first paying customer for the side hustles that are actually worth it. Now, before we get into the tier list, let's first dive into how we're going to rank each side

1:27hustle. Now, if you've been watching YouTube, there's a lot of side hustle ideas that you could potentially do. But I want to first share exactly why most side hustles fail. Most of these ideas that you're seeing, they really have no long-term potential. A lot of people are just looking for some quick cash over the weekend. Not a lot of people are really thinking about building a sustainable business, which is what we're going to do in this video. Now, the second reason for why side hustles

1:50fail is because it takes too much time. If you're watching this, most likely you want to build a side hustle while working your 9-5. If something takes 8 hours per day, how are you going to make time, right? So, I'm going to show you a lot of side hustles that you can do with just a couple of hours a day. Now, the third reason for why most side hustles fail is because most people do not know how to get clients. A lot of content out

2:10there is focused on building, right? Like, how many videos have you seen on here's how to build a $10,000 website. But, the reality is nobody is buying that stuff. Now, let me first explain how we're going to tier these side hustles. There are essentially five categories that we're going to look at, and we're going to rate each category using three different terms, which is low, medium, and high. Low being not good, medium being okay, and high being wow, this is really great. So, the first criteria is ease. How easy is it to get started as a complete beginner with no experience? Second is speed. How fast

2:43can you realistically land your first paying client? The third is demand. Are businesses actively paying real money for this right now? The fourth is competition. How open is the market? So, if it's high, it means it's a blue ocean. It's not competitive. It's not saturated. And the last variable is long term. Can this grow into a real business that replaces your 9-5? Because even though we are talking about side hustles, the goal is to turn the side hustle into the main hustle. And based on the criteria that we're going to have, we're going to rank each of the side hustles from S tier, meaning S tier being the best, and the

3:17worst being F tier, ideas you should probably stay away from. Now, the first side hustles we're going to start with are the ones that look promising, but are actually not the best ideas. So, let's say AI drop shipping, right? The pitch people are selling is AI is going to find your winning products, write the ads, build the website, do everything while you sleep. The reality is it takes a lot of ad spend to even get people on your website. The profit margins are low. The manufacturers, if they see you succeeding, they'll just copy you. And so, it's really a race to a bottom. Unless you're going to spend a

3:46lot of money doing this, it it's hard to make work, right? And the math doesn't really work out because you have to spend a lot of ads, low profit margin, no real brand, everyone can copy you very easily. So, when we look at the scorecard, ease pretty low. You have to learn a lot of new skills like ads and all that. Speed pretty low. Demand I mean, nobody wants like a cheap product from China these days, right? [music] Like this has kind of been played out already. Competition, there's too much competition right now. Long-term success, not doesn't look very good. So, I would categorize AI drop shipping as F

4:15tier. Now, let's get into faceless AI YouTube. So, the pitch is, "Hey, you know, AI is going to write all the content, AI is going to do the voice and all that kind of stuff." The reality is, if it's so easy for you to make and it's faceless, there's no brand because people can easily copy you. And the worst part is like platforms are mass banning these AI slots. Like they don't want this. So, if you do the math, you're trying to make money on ad revenue on YouTube, as a YouTuber myself, you're not really going to make that much. I mean, it's not that hard to get started with this kind of

4:46stuff, but the speed to like making money is difficult because with AI slot, your account is going to take forever to get monetized if it can even get monetized. Demand for this, I mean, people are watching AI slot videos, right? But it's like, you know, it's hard to make money. People are doing it now. People are selling courses on how to do it now. Long-term, can you see

5:03yourself doing this for like 5-10 years? Most likely not. I would categorize this as F tier. Now, what about vibe coding apps? It's harder than you think, right? People think that you can make a app over the weekend, charge $10 a month, and it's going to be passive income. But the problem is building an app is still very difficult even if you're vibe coding something. And not only that, but once you make it, you got to do distribution, which is the marketing, which dude, if everyone's vibe coding apps and like none of you guys have brands, you're not creating content, it's really hard to make money. The

5:30reality is 99% of vibe coding apps don't even make $100. You know, the odds don't look pretty good. So, a lot of people will spend months and months building and don't get anywhere. So, ease to start pretty low. Speed is low. Demand, people do want the apps, you know, don't get me wrong. Like people are downloading stuff, right? Competition, like there's a lot of competition long term. If someone can copy you so easily, I would give it an F tier as well. Now, by the way, for these business ideas, obviously I did the bad ones first. If you're looking for some good business ideas and you want to find one that fits

5:59your unique skills, knowledge, and experience, you want to check out my business idea generator, which I put the link in the description. Inside, you just double-click it, you install it into your cloud, and then you answer a couple questions about the things you've done, what you want to do, and it will help you generate a business idea. We have already had thousands of people use this to find their business ideas. So, if you want to check it out yourself, check the link in the description to get that for free. Now, let's go ahead and talk about some promising business idea, right? The first one that I have for you

6:24is going to be the Meta Ad Studio. Now, here's the opportunity. Companies, a lot of e-commerce companies and direct-to-consumer brands, think like fitness brands, supplements, basically any product a person would buy from, you know, clicking on a Meta ad, right? Could be even gum. They're spending a lot of money on Meta, and Meta's like working really well for a lot of businesses, right? The problem is that they're not spending enough money

6:45because they don't have enough creative. The top brands on Meta, which you can look on Facebook Ad Library, they're literally having like thousands of thousands of new ads every single month. So, for a smaller brand or one that's not, you know, savvy to Meta, they're only running like three ads at a time. So, the opportunity is, if you understand how to use AI, you know how to create these ads at scale, you can sell it for a monthly retainer to these companies. So, you can get Claude to write the angles, the hooks, the research, and you can use tools like polo.ai, which allows you to produce

7:16images as well as videos. So, if you're going to do videos, it's going to use like C-DANs 2.5 and all the other top models. And if you're going to do images, it's going to be using ChatGPT image 2, Nano Banana Pro, and also some of the top models in the game. So, how do you actually start? You would just pick a direct-to-consumer niche, let's say it's like fitness or supplements or something like that. And then you would just make a sample batch of ads for the company, and you would send a message to their founder or the director of ad or whatever it is and say, "Hey, like um,

7:44you know, I saw you're only running 30 ads. Your competitor is running like 100 ads, you know, want to see if I can help you get that number up and help you guys make more money." So, there are companies already doing this. It's not super saturated yet because this whole AI thing is really starting to pop off recently, especially with the new advancements in the tech and in generating images and videos. So, like people are charging like 1 to 5K for these retainers just create these, you know, sometimes it's just a picture ad, like static ads, [music] sometimes it's a video, right? So, as an example, let's

8:11say I'm inspired by this company called Drink LMNT and they are running 333 ads and you can see you can see what kind of ads they have from static ads, video ads, all type of ads. So, that's our inspiration, but if we went to a smaller company and I found this other one called salt.com,

8:28they essentially sell the same thing. They just do different kinds of packaging, but essentially it's the same, right? So, if I went to a company like Salt and said, "Hey, you guys aren't really running enough ads. If you want to be competitive compared your competitor LMNT, I can actually help you create those ads." So, what I would do first is I would create the ads myself for free using tools like Polo. Now, polo.ai is actually interesting because they use some of the latest models when it comes to static images as well as videos. You can see here if you're making videos, you can use see that's 2.5, even get a

9:00discount on it or you can use Polo's native AI or you can use any of the other models that they have. And if you're going to do images, you can actually use ChatGPT image 2, Nano Banana and the other models they have as well. So, on Meta Ads Library, I see that LMNT is running this ad since April 28th, meaning it's been running for months. So, if a company's been running

9:20an ad for months, it's working, right? They're already spending money. So, if I take inspiration from this and apply it to another brand, chances are it can also work as well. So, I go into Polo, make sure I'm using the image for the ads, right? And then I'm going to use ChatGPT image 2 and I'm going to say, "Hey, you know, I'm going to give you this

9:34specific ad from a Facebook ad library. I don't even have to download the video. And then I'm going to say I want to kind of take inspiration from that and use it for my brand. And this is the specific product that I want to create ad for. So we generated the images and this is what it came up with. And I would say it's pretty comparable to the example that we had earlier. I also created a couple more images just to give you some variations. But you see, it's actually very easy to create these kind of ads if

9:58you have a base of what already works. Now not only can you actually create images within Polo, but you can use it within Clo3D. So this is Clo3D a plugin or MCP where essentially you connect your Polo account into Clo3D. I'm going to copy and paste one of my thumbnails and I say, "Hey, use Polo to take my Clo3D characters." As you can see, the

10:14thumbnail has four different characters. And then we want to just switch up the clothes of the characters. And so it uses Polo right inside my Clo3D and you can see Actually, these are pretty good. These are better than the original characters I had from the thumbnail, right? So it has one with a laptop and a hoodie, construction worker, we have the I guess like a streamer setup, and then we also have have a I guess a rich guy in pajamas and some boxers, right? And then I went ahead and say, "Okay, like put it

10:40all together. Give me the thumbnail." And right within Clo3D, it already created the entire thing. And actually, this is pretty good actually. I would actually post this on my YouTube channel. Now if you want to give Polo a try, I should put a link in the description for you to try it out. And a lot of times they have these crazy deals where you can actually get some of the best models at a discount. When we're doing a scorecard for the Meta Ad Studio, the ease to start I would say medium. You still have to learn how to use these tools and everything. But the speed to getting your first client can

11:03be very high. Uh just because the demand for this is very high as well. Competition for these like AI kind of studios, I wouldn't say it's high yet because the technology really just came out recently. Long-term career in this, very high. I think Meta's going to be around for a while. You learn these skill sets, you can pretty much make money forever. So the tier that I give this is going to be S. A really good one

11:21to start if you're just starting out. Now for those of you who want to truly build a side hustle and really take it to the next level, I invite you to my 3-day free live training that I have coming up. On the training, I'm going to help you figure out what your business idea should be, how you can power it using AI, and most importantly, how you're going to close clients. I'm even going to do a live sales role play where I'm going to show you exactly what to do, what to say, and how to close the deal. So, if you want to join that free

11:46live training, check the link in the description, and I will see you live. Now, the next one we're going to cover is going to be the AI UGC studio. So, what does this mean? So, if you notice, a lot of brands these days, they are using these UGC style content for not only their organic content on places like Instagram and TikTok, but also for their ads, cuz a lot of times they would just get the things that work in organic and just run ads behind it on Meta. So, real agencies right now are charging like 5K to 25K a month just to help

12:14brands run these like AI UGC content. Now, AI UGC content is just like you create a digital avatar, and then that thing promotes your brand essentially, right? But, to make these things work and why they would need someone else and not do it themselves is because someone has to learn how to use AI. Somebody has to bring their taste and like what's cool in the market, writing the hooks, and all that kind of stuff. Yes, AI can help with a lot of it, but having that taste is where you're going to capture the demand. And, you know, to be honest, like one person, if you learn the skill

12:42sets, can pump out dozens of ad variations a week, you know, for multiple brands if you want to see, right? So, to start, you would just pick a niche, like let's say like direct-to-consumer skin care, for example, or even apps, you know? They have a lot of money to spend, and uh you just create a bunch of avatars as a sample for them and say, "Hey, I can do this for you, and let's jump on the call." All right, simple as that. So, you can charge 5 to 25K doing this. Now, if you want to create UGC style ads or content, we can actually jump back into

13:07Apollo, and I'll show you how it works. Want to make sure we go to the video tab, and then we want to select which model we want to use, whether it's Seedance, Apollo, or any others. Let's go ahead and use Seedance 2.5, which is one of the most advanced models. So, what we're going to do again is we're going to go on to the Salt website, and then we're going to pick one of their products, one of these packages with the supplements inside, and then I'm going to create a UGC style ad where there's going to be a woman putting this packet in the water, going to the gym,

13:31something like that. Now, we're going to get one of the Element T ads that I found and downloaded. So, go ahead and download it. It's pretty simple, girl drinking water, and she's doing some sports, and then the branding, that's it. Really quick ad that brands spending money behind it. It's really that simple. Now, I'm actually going to use ChatGPT Astro for this. You can use Claude. I just want to show you different uh platforms, so you can see how you can use it in different things, whether it's Claude, ChatGPT, or directly within Polo itself. So, I'm going to say, "Hey, I'm going to take that number one ad that they have, and

13:58then I'm going to make a 10-second reel using my branding, which is going to be Salt." And then essentially, it's going to do all the work for me, find the video, download it, all that kind of stuff, and then it's going to create an ad for me. And with that context, it essentially created another ad for me here. You can see right here, it actually has a Salt branding here, but it's still using the original LMNT branding, so I would basically have to

14:18re-prompt that in order to change that. But, you get the idea, right? It's essentially the same kind of ad, similar style, swimming pool, all that kind of stuff, but it just kind of switches the branding, and then that's pretty much it. It's easy as that. Of course, you want to make it perfect, you just kind of play with it a little bit more in order to change all the brandings and things that you want. Um and I would also recommend not just taking in the same exact directing from another person. You should actually take inspiration from them, change up a couple things, and then you are good to

14:45go. Now, within Polo, I actually went through the same process, gave it the the link, and then which video reference I actually uploaded a video reference, and I created a couple more video ads. So, I'll show you what the results look like there. So, this is one of the ads here. Okay, so we got the branding, put it in the water. Okay. This girl's shaking it, and then that's pretty much it, right? So, you would be like, "Oh, okay, that's a pretty simple ad." But, if you look at all these ads that people are spending a lot of money behind, sometimes they're really simple 5-second ads, 10-second ads, and all of them

15:12actually are UGC AI generated. And so, this is really all it takes for some of these brands to get sales. So, the ease to get started, I would say is a medium. Speed to your first client, I would say it's pretty quick, So, high demand for this, very high. People need it right now. Competition, medium. People are starting to figure it out, but I would say not a lot people have been doing it really

15:29well. So, I would put that as medium. Long-term success, yeah, if you can really do this at scale, I think it's going to be around for a while, like AI avatars. You know, human influencers are going away. I think they're just both exist at the same time. So, I would give this one an A tier. Now, real quick, if you're thinking about, okay, like these ideas sound pretty good, but how are you supposed to even get meetings with these companies? I actually have a free Claude skill for you that you can check in the link in the description for. It's called the list builder skill. So, essentially, you

15:53would just go into your Claude, you know, you double click it, install it. You would say, "Hey, make me a list of 10 companies that would be interested in, let's say, AI UGC studio stuff, right?" And I would say, "Okay, I want to go for these beauty brands." What it's going to create is going to be a list of companies that have a higher likelihood of being interested in this particular kind of service using certain criteria that it found, right? Like, for example, they run ads, they're hiring for UGC people, they understand UGC. So, you don't have to convince them to do UGC. They already want it, right? And a

16:22lot of times for these AI kind of power services, you just find what someone's already hiring for on their job board, and then you say, "Hey, I can do that, but instead of me working for you, I'll just do it for you as an agency, and I'll get AI to do all the work." That's the game. Now, with the skill, you can also export it as like HTML file, right? Where it's going to go more in detail of okay, this is the company, this is why, you know, the reasons for why they would want a service like yours, and then these are the decision makers you can reach out

16:48to. Here's their LinkedIn profile that you can check. So, the skill is pretty powerful, right? And then, the key is, if you're, let's say, reaching out to, you know, 100 people a week, for example, you want that list to be as highly targeted as possible, otherwise your response rate is going to be low, right? So, by using my Claude skill that I'm going to give you for free using the link in the description, you can build these highly qualified lists where they

17:08have a high chance of responding to you. So, link is in the description if you want that list builder skill. Now, the next AI side hustle is going to be a good one, and it's going to be AI ghost writing. I would say in general, anything related to writing copy, AI, you have a really big advantage, right? Because I think AI's just really good at it. So, the opportunity here with ghost writing is there's a lot of founders out there that want to build their personal brand, whether it's on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, even YouTube, like YouTube scripts, right? These are all I would consider ghost writing. And how it works is you

17:39would help the founder create content. You either like interview them, get them to fill out a form, take videos or interviews they've done in the past, and really try to capture their voice, and then you would clone their voice using Claude, right? It's not going to get 100% there, you know, it's going to get maybe 80% there, 70% there, and then you're going to have to add that sauce for the last 30%. But essentially, are there a lot of founders on LinkedIn that are paying for this? Absolutely, because a lot of successful founders these days, they're realizing that they need to build a personal brand to attract the

18:06best talent, get more customers, raise more money. It's just so beneficial nowadays, but they just don't know how to do it, and they don't have the time, right? Because they're busy running a business. So, you can charge you know, if you like are on the beginner end, maybe 500 bucks a month, but I've seen people charge even more than $3,000 a month for this, right? It just depends on your skill level. Now, if you want to sell LinkedIn ghost writing, right? I believe you should sell copywriting, so using AI to actually write the words, and then you should also sell doing the graphics and the images or whatever it

18:33takes, whether it's a carousel or infographic, and you want to use Claude combined with Polo in order to do that. So, I'll give you an example. Let's say I'm somebody that wants to pitch Patrick Dang, right? I see Patrick Dang's popping off on YouTube. I think I can help him make some LinkedIn content, so what would I do? First of all, I would go into my Claude, and I would say, "Hey, use Polo to create some LinkedIn carousels." And then I have this whole prompt here. And then I'm going to copy and paste one of Patrick Dang's best videos, so it has a whole transcript of

18:58his YouTube videos. So, we have the content, right? And all we have to do is take the content, rewrite it for LinkedIn, and make it look pretty. So, I actually had like a HTML sample that I gave it, just like a blue dark kind of static that I like. And if we look into my Polo account, which I can see in Claude, or I can go to polo.ai, it's going to create all these graphics for me, as you can see here, right? And it's interesting because I don't even have to write any of the copy. I can just give it my YouTube transcripts. It's going to

19:24do the research for me to understand like what is a viral LinkedIn carousel and do all the work. So, once it produces these outputs, I said, "Hey, let's go ahead and put it into a nice HTML deck." So, you can see it has all the images. I said, "Put it into a deck, and then I'll show you the output." So, we go ahead and just download it, and then we open into a browser, and as you can see it's here, right? So, if I was pitching Patrick Dang, I could say, "Hey, what's going on, Patrick? You know, I made this for you. I wrote the copy for you. I used some of your

19:47pictures from your previous Instagram or whatever." And then I just want to show you my capabilities, right? Now, I can also make, you know, some content using AI, as you can see here. I took one of your top videos, wrote a post here, and then I designed this entire thing based on your top content. As you can see, we can swipe to the right, and you can see how it looks. You can, you know, you can decide whether or not you like my designs and everything like that. And I think you're going to find that it really fits the message that you're pushing. So, if I shared that with a

20:15creator, and I put on all the work, and really it's Claude, you know, creating the designs, using Polo to create all the images, they're going to be very impressed because instead of you just begging for work or something like that, you're actually doing the work. And because you're using AI, it literally takes like 5-10 minutes to put something like this together, and it's fairly simple. Now, because this is one of the simplest way to get started for the scorecard, ease high, speed very high, cuz of the demand super high, competition medium, but I would also consider it high as well because there's not a lot of really good people who are

20:49good at ghost writing, I would say. There's a lot of mediocre people. How do I know? I'm literally hiring writers for my company, and I find that there's just not a lot of good people out there, you know, just from personal experience. Like, we have the money to spend, but it's just like, "Dude, there's no talent." So, if you really got to get at this, for for you'll will clients, right? Now, long-term career out of this, yeah, I think writing's going to be around for a very long time. So, I

21:09would categorize ghostwriting as S-tier. Now, another one that has to do with a lot of words and it's going to be AI SEO and AEO. Now, here's the thing. People don't just search Google anymore to find new things. They search ChatGPT, they search Claude, they search all the platforms essentially, right? And if your brand is not showing up when people are typing something in, then you're pretty much just losing out on money. So, companies need this, they don't know how to do this, and they don't know anything about AI. And so, when you come in, you basically just say, "Hey, when I type this keyword into Claude, I don't see

21:43you guys, but I see all your competitors. I can help you rank here." And of course, they're going to want to do it because if your fee is reasonable and they can see that they're going to get return on investment and they don't know how to do it by themselves, of course they would hire you, right? So, how to start? You would just find businesses who are already invested in SEO, right? So, like ranking on Google and things like that cuz they see the power of it. And then you would just be like, "Hey, like AEO, which is like AI

22:05SEO, is going to be the next big thing." They already know. So, you can charge, you know, 1K to 2.5K a month if you're a beginner to the 8K, even more if you are like, you know, good at what you do. Pricing is all relative based on the value you provide. So, if you can make someone $100,000, they would be gladly pay you 10K per month. Let's go to the scorecard. So, ease to start, I would say it's high, relatively easy. Speed to first client, pretty high because a lot

22:28of people need this. Demand, super high. Competition, high as in there's not a lot of people that are really good at this yet. Long-term, this is going to be around for a while, all right? Like ChatGPT and Claude and these kind of things, they're going to be This is just starting. So, this one obviously is going to be S-tier. Now, I got a really funny one for you and that's going to be

22:44the AI creator. So, I see a lot of my comments are saying like, "Oh, the best way to make money with AI is to teach about AI." And you know what? You're not wrong. A lot of people they're thinking about, is it possible to become a YouTuber and talk about AI when you're just starting,

22:59right? I say it is and I'll explain why. Clients, like, for example, Sandy, and who knew nothing about Claude like 8 months ago, and now she makes more than 50k a month talking about Claude and AI, right? She's a mom with three kids, and she has a full-time job, and she built this business with just a couple hours a day. So, because I've helped her, and also I helped Shawn as well, who recently his YouTube channel is starting to like really pop off, where he's

23:20getting like 10 to 20,000 views a video. And this is someone who's not even like a salesperson. He wasn't really good on camera to start. He just really kind of learned my methodology and just applied it, right? So, I pretty much like taking people from like zero experience to like being an AI influencer. And I can tell you like it's not that it's so easy, but it's very doable, right? And I would say the opportunity is really big because there's a lot of brands that pay money and brand deals. When you have a following, you can pretty much sell anything, and your personal brand is the

23:48moat, you know? And you have it for the rest of your life. So, how do you get started? You want to find your unique positioning. So, what makes you different from everybody else? And then you just make your first piece of content. So, for Sandy, for example, her positioning is she's a busy mom, but she's still learning AI on the side, and she's making money. And that inspires a

24:02lot of busy moms to follow her stuff. And remember, it's not about who's the best, it's about being different and being relatable. So, what can you charge? Depends, you know, like $45 digital products to $5,000 coaching programs. You can literally sell anything you want. It just depends what work you want to do, but this is, I would say, one of the most scalable kind of businesses because when you watch one video, you know, a million people can watch it. Now, easy to start, I would say it's a medium. You still there's a learning curve in learning AI, but also learning how to create content. Speed to

24:13first client, I would say medium. Like, Sandy was able to get, you know, make thousands of dollars within a couple months, but, you know, it does take a little time. Now, the demand for AI creators right now is hot. High demand, low supply right now. Like, I think a lot of people can be AI creators these days. Long-term career out of this, I mean, I've been doing YouTube for like like 7 years, right? and I can tell you like YouTube is one of the best places to build a personal brand. So, you know, for me, AI is a very good way to build a personal brand. And I think a lot of

24:23people can do this. So, you know, if you're looking to build a personal brand, I would say this is one of the best ways to do it. And I've seen a lot of people do this successfully. So, you know, if you're looking to build

24:55tell you, like, YouTube is one of the best places to build a personal brand. So, you know, for me, AI creator is going to be S-tier. Now, speaking of creators, if you want to work with creators, but you want to be not the person on camera, we have another idea for you, which is the creator growth

25:08operator. So, essentially, how it works is a creator like me, we're really busy making content. So, what about all the things with the money, right? Meaning the landing pages, the book a call funnels, the sales teams, webinars, lead magnets, all this kind of stuff, you know, everything that's not content. It's like a whole operation in itself. So, a growth operator comes in and they do all the stuff that the creator does not want to do, specifically monetizing an audience and helping the creator make more money. So, if you're using AI, you know, you you could build landing pages, you could write the emails, do the webinar slides if they're running

25:41webinars. So many things you can do with the creator, especially all the back-end stuff, right? And how you would start is essentially you would find creators with big audiences who seem like they could be making money, but they're not making as much money as they should. And then you would propose like, "Hey, I'm going to help you make more money." Maybe you have a fixed fee of per month just to get started, or maybe you just take a percentage of profit, right? A lot of creators will go with that because if you're helping them make money and they're not going to lose any money, chances of them saying yes is going to

26:08be higher. I mean, you could charge like 10% to 50% depending on how much work you do. 50% would mean like you're literally running their entire business. 10% would mean like, "Hey, you're just helping them with one piece." Yeah, if you want to help creators with that, it's definitely a viable business, for sure. I have a lot of friends who do growth operators, and I have a lot of creator friends who don't know anything

26:26about business, so it's a perfect match. Now, scorecard for this one, the ease to get started, I would say it's pretty low. I mean, like, you still need to learn a lot of skills to be a growth operator. You need sales skills, marketing, copywriting. It's like everything put into one, right? But the speed to get the first client, I would say medium, you know, because once you kind of understand the skills a little bit, you may not be the best and you got to do a lot of outbound for that, uh but it's easy to find creators that don't make money, you know, you just find look

26:50at their following, see if they have a big following, see what their links are in the description, you'll figure it out. Demand, I would say it's pretty high for a growth operator. A lot of creators need this. There's a lot of broke creators out there that should be making more money than they are. Competition, I put high, maybe high medium. I would say that because there are people who are selling this, but

27:07there are not a lot of good people. Okay, so if you're good, you automatically, you know, separate yourself from the rest of the pack. Long-term success of this, we pretty high. I think if you help Basically, it's this model's been around for a while, right? Like famous boxers, for example. It's not like they're doing the business side, there's always some kind of manager or somebody, right? It's the same idea. So, I think managing talent and helping them make more money is always going to be a thing. So, with all that said, mainly because the difficulty of this is on the higher side, I would give this a B tier. Now, the next one I

27:34got for you is going to be the AI voice receptionist. Now, I help a lot of people build AI businesses, and the one idea that they always try to pitch me is like, "I'm going to build a AI voice receptionist." But, I'll explain to you why it's not as easy as you may think. So, the pitch is like, "Okay, a business, you know, they miss like 30 to 40% of their calls because no one's there to pick up the phone." Like a plumber for example, right? So, the ROI is like, "Oh, we'll like just take the call for you. AI will do it. We'll book the call. You'll make

28:00your money." Makes sense on paper. For the AI to do the work, like a voice agent has to pick up the phone and book the appointment, right? The problem is that because it's just a bunch of AI gurus pushing this idea, what a lot of beginners don't realize that it's very difficult to get a business results. Because anything that is AI related that

28:18has to happen in real time is difficult. Meaning, the customer calls, the AI picks up, the customer says, "Hi, I'm looking to do XYZ." And then the AI has to process that information extremely fast, run it to the database, read the customer's emotion, how they're feeling, how they should respond, right? Cuz it's like a sales person. And then quickly come back with a response that will sell the person into booking the call. The technology is there. One of my friends is doing this at a high level,

28:49so I've seen the back end of his stuff. Like it's real. It It can work. But amount of time, energy, and money you have to invest in it to make it as good or better than a human is very high at the moment. So, because of that, it's actually practically impossible for a beginner to do this at a high level, right? Maybe you can get some like really basic AI voice receptionist to be like, "Hi John, would you like to book a call?" Like you can do that, but is it

29:15going to be effective? Results may vary. So, what's the charge? I mean, I didn't talk about it, right? Because I'm not bullish on this idea at all. So, let's go to the scorecard. Ease to get started, pretty low. It's hard to do it right. Speed to your first client, pretty low. I think it's going to be hard to convince someone because your

29:29demo's going to suck. Demand is high. They need it. Competition, everyone's trying to sell a bad version of this. Long-term, I mean, if you really crack it, it's good. But chances are most beginners are not going to crack it. It's very difficult one cuz it takes so much AI savviness and money to do this. So, I would give this one a C tier, but for a beginner, I would probably give it like a D or F tier because it's uh way too difficult for a beginner, I would

29:54say. Now, here's an interesting one. Even though voice is very difficult, DM setting is, I would say, easier, right? So, the opportunity is this. Like same thing as the voice agent. You know, creators and other businesses, a lot of people sell in the DMs. LinkedIn uh LinkedIn is not good for DM setting cuz they don't like that kind of stuff, but Instagram is really good for it. And Twitter as well. So, basically, when um how it works is when a creator creates content, they get follows, and then AI will basically DM the follower, "Hey man, appreciate you following me. What what brought you to my page? Is it the

30:26content or are you looking to build your personal brand or something like that, right?" And it does work, okay? So, we used to use human DM setters, and it absolutely does work. The new thing is like instead of having a human do it, you get AI to do all the work. Now, just know to get AI to be as good as a human is possible. I've seen it already. But, the investment it takes for the AI to be

30:45better than a human it's quite a lot. You have to build your own infrastructure. You need a lot of data, and you need people labeling the data or training the data uh for months, right? So, right now, out of the box, for most beginners, you're not going to be able to be as good as a human, like your AI, but it can help a human save a lot of time when they do it. Okay? So, it'll write some of the

31:06responses, you come in and you fix it. So, if you're willing to do the DM setting yourself and just, you know, save half the time with AI doing all the boring stuff, then yes, it's actually a pretty good opportunity because it still requires that human element, right? It's not going to be 100% automated. So, how would you start? You just find people that sell in the DMs, like creators and stuff, and just do it for them. It's It's in high demand. Even I'm hiring for that right now, right? And what do you charge? It could be a 1K base plus like 5 to 10% commission. Courses,

31:32consulting, and stuff, I 10% is like pretty normal. You could charge more. It just depends on skill set and what the the offer is and who the company is, right? If you're helping like a construction company, for example, like their ticket size is higher, right? So, you can get paid quite a lot. So, easy to get started? I would say medium. You still need to learn the sales as- skills of it and the AI side of it, but it's

31:51not I wouldn't say it's that difficult. Speed to first client? I think you can easily get your first client because even if you weren't using AI, people are hiring human setters anyways. Demand very high. Like, to find a good setter these days is hard. To find a good setter who understands AI, even harder. Competition, medium. Like, there's a lot of people doing this. Okay? There's all these people selling courses on how to be a DM setter, how to be a closer, right? But, the thing is, even though there's all these people who want to do it, they all suck. So, if you're good at what you do, the competition is not too

32:22bad. Long term, it's pretty good. Like, if you really like get this dialed in, you really master it, you take it to the extremes of like getting better than a human, your AI, and if you can get to that level, there's plenty of people that will pay you money for this, right? So, because of these reasons, I would give this one an A tier if you're willing to do the manual work in the beginning. And so, with that said, that is going to be our entire tier list of ideas that you can take inspiration from. All right, so now you've seen all the side hustles from the ones that are

32:51actually good and the ones you should stay away from. And look, the system works. Clients like Brandon, for example, got to $10,000 per month in 30 days after working with me. So, the question is, why not you? But even with everything said today, you might have some challenges like, how do you know if

33:04you're going in the right direction? What if you reach out to people and nobody responds to you? What are you supposed to do then? So, if that sounds like you, you have two options from here. Number one, you can actually sign up for the free training where I'm going to walk you through the master game plan on how to do this for yourself.
