0:00I think what I'm about to show you is the future of the economy. I think most people in the world is going to be setting up over the next five years exactly what we're about to go through, which is your own autonomous business being run by an AI agent. Like I think the most important metric in your life 5

0:16years from now will be agentic income. The amount of money coming in from AI agents that are autonomously running you businesses. What I got here is my Stripe page for a business my Grockbot set up and is actively maintaining. I've basically done zero work on this business and it's just collecting revenue for me. Again, I'll go over how to set it up, everything involved in just a second, but this is the Stripe page. Over the last day, it's made $1,100. I'll show you where that's coming from as well. And it's all coming from this autonomous business my Grockbot has set up called agentuse cases.ai. It's basically a directory of

0:51use cases across all AI agents, Metamuse, Grockbot, Claude Code, Hermes agent, all of them. It's scraping the entire internet for use cases for AI bots. Grockbot autonomously built this, autonomously monetized it, and now is autonomously collecting revenue for it. It's continuously searching the web for new use cases. It's continuously updating the site for SEO, updating the site for chatbot optimization. So, ChatGBT and Claude will recommend users to come to this. And as you can see, it's working. 56,000 visitors over the last couple days, 123,000 views, and it's coming from all across the internet, Google, Facebook, Bing. So, it is really SEO optimized. LinkedIn, uh these are a ton of different websites

1:37driving users uh to agent use cases. And this is all autonomous. I didn't do anything you see here. So, I did this with Grockbot. You can do this with pretty much any AI agent you're using now. Muse, Chad, GBT, Dots, Hermes, whatever you're using. What I'm about to show you is relevant. I'm just going to be using Grockbot as an example because

1:56that's what I'm using to maintain this. This is not sponsored by Grockbot. I just think it's the best setup at the moment for doing this type of autonomous business thing. But you can use anything you want. I promise. So, this is Grockbot and this is the bot I made for this. Milo. Milo is my maintainer, basically CEO of agent use cases. As you can see here, Milo pings me every once in a while. Ping me late last night that we got our second sponsor, Lasso Finance. They paid us $600. They're sponsoring the site. It's all set up, good to go. They ping me with analytics updates, how many people are on the

2:28site, pings me when it has improvements it's building, pings me when I'm making money. I do not have to do any work here. It just does all of these things. So, how do you set this up? How do you build an autonomous business with your agents? Well, the first thing you do is build the bot itself. I would have a profile dedicated to this agentic business. So, if you're on Grockbot, make a new bot. Make a category for your

2:48new bot. Give it whatever name you want. I'd give the role CEO of your agentic business and you're good to go. I'm going to build this alongside with you here. So, let's create a new bot here. We're going to create a new bot. Your name is Timothy and I want you to be the CEO of a new agentic business. I want to build. And we hit enter. And Timothy is gonna get to work for us. Do this alongside me, by the way. If you do this alongside me, pause as we go. Do the steps. You'll be set up by the end of this video with your own Agentic

3:20business, which is going to be sick. So, it renamed itself Timothy and we are good to go. The first thing we need to do with our new CEO, Aentic CEO that's going to be running our business for us, making us autonomous money is figuring out an idea for the autonomous business. At the end of the day, the best businesses are the ones that solve challenges. Agent use cases solves the challenge of people not knowing what to do with AI agents. My best performing videos on YouTube are always the ones where it's like top five use cases this, top six use cases of that because people just don't know what to do with their AI

3:54agents. That micro business solves that problem. So, what you want to do is you want to solve problems in very simple ways. You just want to build simple micro businesses here that our agents can fully take care of. So, here we go. I'll put this prompt down below. Just copy it. Copy paste it. Give it to your Grockbot, whatever agent you're using. I want you to design, build, and run an autonomous business for me. Let's first come up with the idea. I want this to be a very simple problem my audience might have. I'm into AI, AI agents, tech, video games, and vibe coding. What are

4:22some very simple challenges we could solve? I hit enter, and my Grockbot is going to start thinking. By the way, I forgot to show you this when we're going through agent use cases. The $1,100 we have so far are both sponsorships. So, you can come in here, you can click your logo here, sponsor us. So far, Pay AI has been the first sponsor. The second sponsor is Lasso. They're going to go up

4:44in the the ticker down here next week. And they also get their logo in the newsletter that agent use cases sent out. Also completely autonomously ran by Grockbot and now has like I think like 2,000 subscribers on the site, which is amazing. Completely autonomously built, run, sent. I put zero effort into it, but their sponsorship goes in there,

5:03too. So, that's how this is monetized. I'll show you how to monetize your autonomous business in a second as well. And this is what I love about Grockbot, and this is why I like to use Grockbot for this. The interface is just so good. Like it gives you like multiplechoice questions, things like that. Here's six simple problems your audience actually runs into. Each one small enough for agents to run mostly on their own. My vibe coded app broke and I don't know why. People paste an error or a repo

5:26link and get a plain English fix back. They'd pay for the fix. I built something but nobody knows it exists. An agent writes launch post for X. That's pretty good. Which AI tool should I use for this? A weekly rank list of new AI and agent tools sorted by which one's actually good for. could start as a paid new interesting. So this is an interesting idea. So kind of like how agent use cases is a directory of agent use cases. Maybe we build like a directory of like AI tools. That could be interesting. So people they don't know which AI tools to use. They go on

5:57our site shows you which AI tools solve which problems. This is super good for SEO. Simp like AI SEO where Chad GBT and Claude send people to your site. That's pretty good as well. I want an AI agent but don't know where to start. Ready-made agent templates for common jobs like email triage or lead research sold as cheap downloads. That's interesting. So, it's like a directory of like bot persona. So, you can go on, oh, here's a persona for like an email bot, but I guess like Grobbot already has kind of like a bot marketplace, but I guess this could work across all bots, right? Let's do this. Let's do number

6:40two. So like a directory of AI tools. Which AI tools are used for which things? You can type in your use case. It shows you which AI tools to use. I kind of like that. So I'm going to say let's do AI tool ranking. We can make a directory of AI tools. shows which AI tools people should be using for which use cases and showcases new tool releases. Right? So, you choose one of the problems, you choose a solution, you hit enter. By the way, I'm not going to launch this idea. I want to let you guys take the idea. So, if you're in the audience right now, you

7:22don't know which idea to do, just steal this one. Just do this one right here. I'm going to hit send on that. And Grockbot's going to go ahead and it's going to I assume next steps build this out for us. Here's how I'd shape it. A website list tools by use cases like best for VIP point, best for video. Each pick gets a short verdict on why agents can scan X. The money comes from featured listing that tool makers pay for. So that's great. This perfect monetization. People can buy sponsorships and they get featured at the top of our AI tool directory. A lot of these AI tools are paying tons of

7:51money to for sponsorships and get ahead of people because it's the only way they can get distribution. So, this is really good. Who is this mainly for? Let's do vibe coders and builders. This is great because Grockbot just guiding us along the way and what the idea should be and how we should build this out. What

8:06should I do first? Research competitors. Pick a name. Build it first. Let's just build it. Let's build. Let's have a bias for action. Don't spend too much time on name. The name of my micro business is AI use cases, right? like it doesn't you don't you don't don't need to spend much time here. It doesn't need to be perfect. You just need to get it built and out there on the internet so other AI agents can find it and recommend people to go to it on it. Building a first version real tools picked for vibe codes. This is great because the cursor cloud agents are built in. So it just

8:34uses cursor and builds it out. The first version is live. It's already built. This is like real time. This took like two minutes to do. Uh the first version live at Build Stack. All right. Let's see what this looks like. Wow. Okay. It's literally live. Uh, it's actually live right now. I'm not going to promote this at all. So, feel free to steal the idea. This is just for the demonstration of this video. I want you guys to have this idea. But look at this. Wow. It even has the newest. Like, this dropped like literally an hour ago. Gemini 4

9:01argon. Uh, unbelievable. Muse wonder. That was yesterday. This is really, really sick. Obviously, from a visual perspective, is it the prettiest? No. But we can massage this a little bit. All right. So, the business is built. It has 33 real tools across categories. What is next? So, here is where we're going to get autonomous, right? Well, we got our bot set up. This is really 90% of the manual work we're going to do with this. Now, we're going to start setting expectations for how this autonomous business is going to run. I made this tweet this morning that lists all the autonomous things my bot is doing for AI agent use cases. And by the

9:37way, I'll put the link for that down below if you want to check out the autonomous business itself. It's agentuscases.ai. Uh, here's everything my bot's maintaining. So, let's set up our bot now to maintain these as well. Monetizing when appropriate, optimizing SEO, optimizing for chat bots, starting and maintaining a newsletter. This is a big one. This is what's going to drive people back to your site. And this is really easy for your bot to maintain its own autonomous newsletter. This is actually going to be like the most valuable part of the autonomous business because you can monetize your email list like really, really easily. Watching for

10:08feedback on X. This is if you're building your distribution, which I will cover later in this video as well. Why you should be building your distribution for this, watching for bugs, things like that. So, let's take this list. I'll put this down below as well. So, you just copy them. Everything is copy and paste. If you just copy and paste everything I'm telling you to copy and paste,

10:25you're going to have your own business. Why aren't you copying and pasting everything I'm telling you to copy and paste? Let's go back into the Grockbot here. All right. You are going to be the autonomous CEO for this micro business. Here is everything I want you to work on and maintain for me. Then I'm going to paste that in. I'm going to hit enter on that. And now we are going to now that we set expectations, see what Timothy has to say here. But now it's going to set routines, set tasks up so it can do

11:00these things. Look at these routines. Build task daily ops. Build Stack weekly CEO updates. We're going to have weekly updates. Look at this. It's building the routines out live as we I like this orange. Kind of look nice for Halloween. This nice toasty orange. By the way, call me soft, but pumpkin spice lattes. I'm not sponsored by Starbucks. Every time I mention anything, people accuse me of being uh sponsored by whatever company. It's not sponsored by Starbucks, but pumpkin spice lattes. Uh that's where they're at. Anyway, what's

11:26running now? Every morning at 7:52 a.m. PT, I will add new releases, check the site for bugs, scan for X feedback, and make one SEO improvement. It'll only message you if something matters. Every Monday at 9:17, you'll get short progress. Right now, I'm adding SEO basics, a page that AI chatbots can read and quote, and a newsletter sign up before anything goes out to people like

11:45newsletter sign, sponsors, or payments. I'll check with you first. We now have an autonomous business. There's still some things we need to do. I'm going to show you a few more very critical steps, but like this is kind of the basis of what we're setting up here. It built the site, came up with the idea, now it's maintaining it for us. This is not going to require any work. Once we start getting people on the site, money will just start coming in from sponsorships, from the email newsletter, things like that. As you're setting this up, one critical thing you're going to want to do here is make sure it does set up that

12:16email newsletter. How do you set up and maintain an autonomous email newsletter? Well, I'm using the service I'm about to show you in a second. But real quick before I do that, if you learned anything so far, leave a like down below, subscribe, turn on notifications. All I do is make incredible videos about AI. I give you the latest news. I show you how to make money off AI. I show you how to build your own autonomous businesses. All I do all day is play around with AI, then tell you everything I'm learning. If you appreciate that, like, subscribe, notifications, and also if you're interested, the link to agent

12:50cases.ai is down below if you want to click and check out my autonomous business I'm now running. So, big part of this is the autonomous newsletter so you can build a marketing list and keep driving people back to your site on that. To do that, you're going to need to set up a connector. There are a few critical connectors you need to set up to get this working as autonomously as possible. Number one, the one I would set up first is Verscel. Verscel is excellent. It is my favorite web hosting. Again, no, no sponsorships in

13:20this video. None of these are sponsored. I'm just personally telling you which ones I like. Versel is the best for hosting your site, hosting your autonomous micro businesses. Use Versell for that. You can do it completely for free. The other one you need to do is GitHub. This is where your code will be stored. Set up GitHub so it can push changes and PRs to GitHub. And then for the autonomous newsletter, I'm using Resend. Not sponsored by Resend, although Resend, if you're watching, sponsored the hell out of me here. Uh, Resend is my favorite programmatic email service. Basically, meaning your bot can hook into it, start collecting emails

13:56with it, and send out the autonomous newsletter with it. Resend has been sending out the autonomous agent use cases newsletter every single morning for me. I don't write this newsletter. It's completely maintained by my agent. It's sent out through resend and it just tracks all the clicks and it tracks all the opens and everything for me. Zero work necessary. Boom. There's the sponsor from this week too. Right in there automatically. Really, really amazing. You get those three plugins for Grobot or whatever agent you're using

14:25set up. Your business is now autonomous. So Timothy is still going there. working on the SEO for we're pretty much hands off at this point where Timothy is now going and handling everything for us, improving the site, watching for feedback, building it out. But how do we start getting people to our site? Well, this is where I think one of the last remaining moes are in software. Software is quickly dying. If you saw reverse engineer everything coming out uh this week, it's taking over. It's making it super easy copy software. By the way, if you want a video on reverse engineer

15:00anything, let me know down below. That'll be my next video if people are interested. But software is pretty much dead. So, what's the moat? How am I still able to make money off the site? Well, distribution is one of the last remaining moes. I have been able to drive a lot of people to my site by tweeting a lot, right? I post about this quite often. The agent use cases drives a lot of people there and it works. You don't need half a million followers like me to do this. You can do this with significant. You can do this with like 50 followers, but distribution is

15:29important. I think it's going to only be more important in the future. So, you need to start building an audience cuz this is going to be one of the last modes, especially if you want to make money with AI. I think the easiest way to build distribution is on X. I'm not sponsored by X, but like it takes like 5 seconds to tweet. It was my first social media platform. You start an account, you tweet, you reply to a couple people,

15:51and boom, you have 50 followers on X. You put out a tweet, you get a few people to your site, and you start your autonomous business. Start an X. Post about whatever you want. I started posting two times a day when I started an X about 5 years ago. Just posted twice a day in between meetings at work and eventually snowballed into what I have today, which is half a million. But if you post continuously and every once in a while plug the autonomous business your Grockbots's maintaining, you will get users to your site and you will start making money. Another thing you do want to set up Stripe. Set up a Stripe

16:25connector here as well. I use Stripe to collect payments. That was the screen I showed you earlier. Grockbot can work with it really well. It can autonomously set up the payment link. It's going to put that in the sponsorship area on your autonomous site. I imagine the way it's going to monetize is by offering sponsorships on the site. For our example, it was like the AI tool directory. It'll allow sponsors to go in and make sure their AI tool ranks highly. It'll put a Stripe payment link in there and now you can start autonomously collecting payments. Once you do that, you will get the amazing messages I get from my Grockbot, which

17:00are, "Hey, you just closed a deal." When you get those messages for the first time, it is the best feeling ever. I woke up to this message this morning that you got your second sponsor for $600. I was so pumped because I put basically no effort into building this micro business out and it just collected the money. It really is like the greatest feeling ever once you start making uh aentic income. That's what

17:23we're coining it. Agentic income. Someone replied to my post on X saying it. That's the new term. That's what we're going with. That's going to be the huge term over the next few years. I really do believe like this is the future though in a world of AI. I see an alternative to jobs and careers being like you set up three to four agentic businesses that are collecting aic income. Maybe you have three or four businesses each making 10 to 20k uh each

17:52collecting revenue. They're not huge. They just kind of collect a little bit of revenue, provide value to the users, and boom, you got enough to live off that and do what you want out there, right? That's the beauty of AI. It allows you to do way less of what you don't like if you don't like sitting in meetings and things like that and way more of what you do like living your life out there, creating content if you want, playing around with tech, playing around with tools, and your agents go and autonomously collect revenue and build value for other people. That is the beauty of AI and that's what you get

18:23to do if you follow these steps I just showed you. So, let's go back to Timothy to see what it is up to. Okay, the SEO chatbot newsletter upgrades are now live. Boom. There's now a newsletter good to go all set up. It did some SEO upgrades so Google starts recommending the site. It is optimizing for the chatbot so that Chad GBT will start recommending people to our site. To go further, I need a real name and a real contact email since build stack are still places. I'd also like to connect Google search console so you can get the Google login. Keep the name build I

18:52actually like build stack here. I'm not going to take it. If you build this right now, you take build stack and boom, you just got free promotion from this video. go to buildstack. I'm not taking someone else can take that and build their autonomous business. I'm going to keep working on agent use cases.ai. But all you need to do now is let your bot go wild. Figure out what it needs to do, right? It has its own

19:13routines to check things over every day. Let it go wild. Every once in a while, it'll check in with you. Hey, do you want to improve this? Do you want to improve that? What's your opinion on this? You choose an option and you're good to go. Your bot keeps going and building your business autonomously for you. I think, as I said before, this is going to be an absolutely tremendous trend over the next few years. The earlier you get in on it, the more profitable it can be. So, if you're part of the FinnF fam, you watch my videos, go and take action immediately. Don't just watch this, bookmark it, then walk

19:42away. Like, actually go and do these things because I think this is an outrageously large opportunity at the moment.
