0:00Welcome back to the Eden channel where we talk about social media growth content creation and just being a unique personal brand. Now I've personally taught tens of thousands of creators how to write content and the biggest problem that always comes up every single time is I don't know what to post. And it comes in waves. You can have this big burst of

0:20inspiration and write a bunch of posts. But then inevitably you will find yourself in a lull. Find yourself having difficulty coming up with ideas or just not knowing what to write next or just second guessing yourself. I do this all the time on every single topic that you choose to write about. And if you do that it doesn't matter how much I can help you come up with content ideas because you think they're all

0:42terrible even if they are really good. And so the reason I'm making this video is because I was on a call with a content strategist who has a content agency a very successful content agency and has worked with previous content agencies who have handled dozens if not hundreds of clients and what they used to do before A.I. and before Eden was just

1:02an extremely manual process. They would go to Instagram to research top performing videos. They would manually break down why those videos did well into a Google sheet. And then there was a bunch of other stuff. But the thing that shocked me is that they had a manual script writing process and a manual review

1:19process which is very important. And they were talking dozens hundreds of scripts every single week going out to all of these clients and this content strategist that I talked to that was her entire day 16 hours of just reviewing scripts over and over again. And so when I got on a call with her because she was interested in bringing her agency on to Eden which led to us creating the agency plan if you are an agency which makes client management so much easier for content clients and or marketing clients if you're building out their store or digital products or email

1:48marketing which is also in Eden now. And she came to me and she said one script used to take four hours and now 20 scripts take four hours. So that's a massive improvement. You would think A.I. would just be able to pump these things out but there is still a manual review process that has to come into place if

2:06you want it to be good. If you just let A.I. write all the scripts I'm sure you can see the problem with that because if you've done that before you understand that it just doesn't work no matter how good A.I. gets the writing can be impeccable but it doesn't fit the other things that make content do well. So the purpose of this video is to show you their new process for creating good

2:25scripts very quick for all platforms. It could be Instagram reels tweets really anything. This can apply to all types of content. But I want to show you how to create a week's worth of content in an hour. And of course you'll still have to go through the review process and editing. But in terms of getting the ideas on the page and knowing that they're good ideas that takes about an hour

2:46maybe two hours once a week. Another thing about this that I find funny is that the content agencies that are currently using A.I. to help with their process are going into ChatGPT and they're writing like oh what are my audience's pain points. OK let's create a script about that. It's not very informed and that's where

3:03eating comes into play as well. And the last problem that we're going to solve here is just tool sprawl right before Eden. Everything was in a different place a different tool. You had your research tool. You had your notion. You had your Google sheets. You had your writing apps. You had your scheduler for sending out posts.

3:19You had your email marketing tool. You had all of this other stuff that it just complicates it way too much because these people aren't building the tools for the creators. That's why I want to build it in in this way. OK so there are six steps in this process. This is what you're going to do every single week when it's time to come up

3:35with content topics to post. And then I'm even going to give you a table where you can track all of your content ideas and it's going to be a template in the description. But I'm going to show you how to do it with a eye as well because frankly managing tables like this is

3:48just a lot easier with a eye. So the first step is creating a place to save inspiration. The second step is creating what I call a tribe of mentors so you can essentially study your competitors and what they're posting and what's doing well. Step three is to find viral posts and this can be done manually or with a eye. But I'm going to argue for doing it manually and then you're going to break

4:10down why the posts work. Engineer all of them put them inside of a table so you can start to create a content bank that you can refer to with a eye so that it understands what works without actually looking at or copying the posts which is also a problem. And then of course from there you need to bring your own ideas your own experience your own story because you're going to take the structure of what works based on the content bank that you create and put your own ideas story

4:38experience into those. So you're borrowing the shape not the substance. And then from all of that we're going to create a content plan or a content calendar table that you can just open up every day pick an idea and start to write about it or you can write them all in a batch. All right. So the first thing you're going to do is you're going

4:55to create a research folder. This is where you're going to save top performing posts or inspiration. You can save them via the Chrome extension. So when you're scrolling on social media you can just hit save on the Chrome extension and it saves it to the right board inside of Eden. Or you can download the

5:12mobile app at Eden dot S.O. Slash downloads. And so when you're scrolling on Instagram you can just hit the share button share it to the Eden app and then you select a board and enter it there. So you can hit the new button up here or in boards you click plus and then new folder and then let's just name this research and then inside of the research folder you're going to hit plus new board and then you're going to title these by specific topics that you write about or actually

5:40save inspiration about. These don't need to be the ones that you write about. But if they cross over like if you talk about productivity then it obviously makes sense to have a productivity board. So we're going to put that productivity and I'm just going to save this one. I'm not going to do all. I'm not going to create a bunch of boards but you can also

5:56create boards on the fly. So when you're saving something it usually gives you an option to create a new board so you can organize by topic. And this just makes it really easy to create swipe files for different topics. And another thing this helps with is that when these are filled. So an example one I have my YouTube swipe file right here is that I can always reference this entire board with a eye

6:20when I want good YouTube videos. Right. I can ask Eden via Claude with the MCP or the chat to go and look up what's trending in a specific topic and no other app can do that. They can scrape posts from a specific person but they don't know what's working in the entire market. And that's great but they aren't necessarily all posts that you think are good and are worth

6:44emulating for your brand. So having specific boards like this or your clients if you're doing this for a client gives the A.I. such better context. I mean just imagine asking the A.I. about this board and what does well about this content that alone puts you miles ahead of people who are just using ChatGPT or Claude and saying hey what are my audience's pain points

7:05and write me a viral post. A billion times better. So you have your boards based on topics here and we're going to just talk about what to save to those in a second. But the next thing I want you to do is go to the discover tab and then click on lists and what a list is is essentially a list of creators and you can see all of

7:26their content in one place. And if you want to select these content pieces and organize them into a table you can do that as well. But this is just a good place to come and sit as well. You can open the publish tab and literally write your posts here as you have inspiration open over here in the

7:45discover tab creators tab etc. And you can filter by top like top viewed. It's just a great research method. And so what I want you to do is I want you to create a new list like this and just name it. I don't know inspiration or competitors or something of that nature. And then you're going to open that list. You're going to hit add creators and then you can search for what I

8:08call your tribe of mentors. And what these are is five to 10 creators who essentially represent the aspiration of your brand. So when I think about what I want my brand to be I think the branding like black and white branding similar to an of all or Jack Butcher I think short pithy kind of philosophical ideas

8:28again similar to an of all. But other creators that I follow and then I like the business philosophy of people like Alex or Mosey Sahlil bloom Justin Welsh. And so I just add all of these to the list add add add and it starts to load in their content like so. And so if you ever want to just pull these people's top content you can just ask the A.I. or Claude or ChatGPT

8:49connected to the Eden M.C.P. And it understands who's inside of your list and it can look through all of this content. Now if you don't if you're just starting out with this and you don't know what creators you want to I guess emulate or treat as an aspirational archetype for your brand then what you're going to do is head to the chat feature and the chat feature can search for

9:12creators and what they post about. So I could write a prompt like this. I write about productivity and the creator economy. So I write about X Y and Z my topics look up the creators in those topics and maybe a few mid sized creators that are doing well and tell me who they are. That way we get a good mix of creators and I can hit enter on this and then it comes back and says here's who's doing

9:34well in your two niches split by size. So you can pick targets as productivity. So Dickey Bush I know him Jay Klaus. Yes. I've seen him on YouTube mid sized. Joey Joey is actually a partner of Eden business partner. That's cool. Rob Riker. I know him Ryan Doris know him or Rean creator economy. Nick Fowler actually

9:56don't know about him. So cool. Jay Klaus. Colin and Samir Tom Callaway. I know him. He's a competitor. Eden is better than sand castles. Just kidding. I love Callaway. So it gives you a good choice here and you can click on these to look at their profiles. But then I could honestly just say add these all to my inspiration list and then

10:15it will add the creators to the list. And now you have the list done. And so now you have your research portion set up. You have your research board so you can save inspiration preferably manually as you're scrolling and then you have your creator lists that you can go and look at to see what your competitors are posting.

10:31OK. So step three is to manually save posts to your research boards and this needs to be an ongoing process. I'm talking daily most of the time it's daily and two ways to do that inside of Eden or in the discover tab where you can filter by topic or by platform and the creators tab where you

10:51can find a specific creator. Let's say myself and then you can filter by top light. So you can just see top performing content outright. Before this you would have to go to let's say YouTube and go to their channel and then click the most popular. And then you don't get to save it anywhere or you get to copy paste links into something like a Google sheet and on other platforms like sub stack or X or Instagram in most cases I know they have

11:16a feature for it now. But it's like impossible to actually find posts. And now in the discover tab I feel like something that is underrated is just this breakouts tab in general. And so essentially what this does is it adds filters so that it filters for creators who are mid sized not celebrities right because celebrities they just automatically

11:38get a lot of engagement. So it's hard to tell whether or not their post is actually good or not because they're always doing really well. But for a mid sized creator you can see their top one percent content their outlier score which means it performed a certain times higher than their typical post. And you can even see smaller ones here because a post doesn't need to have thousands upon thousands of likes to be considered a good post because for this person thirty one X that's thirty one

12:06times their typical posts. Right. That's huge. If they were a larger account and this were still an outlier this would be thousands tens of thousands of likes. So what I'm saying is that if you want to get on a trend early or find good ideas early check this breakouts tab at least once a day. And then what you do in order to save it to a research board is you just hit the plus button and then you can add it to your library which is just a place where you can dump anything like ideas and we

12:36just auto tag and categorize it. And it's easy to find with the A.I. when you need it for research. But we're going to get we're going to hit save this post to a board and then it already has my productivity board selected because I recently created it and then I can just hit save. But one extra step that I want you to do is I want you to hit this note and I want you to write down why you save this specifically right because then you can

13:01see that note on the boards. So when you're saving from your phone or the Chrome extension just add a note as to why you saved it. What did you like about it. Did you like the hook. Did you like the visual style. Did you like what or was it just a good idea. And then over time you build these research boards with just

13:20like incredible context. And so as I mentioned earlier you can have clutter ChatGPT do this via the Eden MCP and you can ask in the Eden chat as well. But the problem is that it's not curated information. It's very good. It has its use cases. I actually use it all the time in Claude to just brainstorm potential topic ideas or title ideas based on what titles are

13:42doing well in the entire market. But when you create these manual research boards it does give you a competitive edge because you're much more in control of the outcome and the A.I. is a lot more narrowed to the context that you're presenting it. It only has so much to work with. So you're in more control.

14:00All right. So the next step as mentioned is to break down the posts that you have saved to your research board into their patterns. So like a content bank. So I'm inside of Claude code right now just to do it inside of here to show you something else that's cool. And the prompt that I wrote and I'm going to give you all these prompts to be a links in the description inside of a table and you can duplicate them and I

14:22I'll just make it easy on you. But I said I want you to look inside my posts white file board reverse engineer all the posts and put them into a breakdown table in my workspace that has the link format like contrary and take list of mistakes story then lesson etc. The creator name platform outlier score text hook spoken hook topic idea seed and why I saved it and I gave it my post white file board because I I didn't go through the same practice of creating the research board with

14:52all the different topics. So I gave it one that I already have. So it's honestly not going to have anything for the spoken hook because none of them are spoken. They're all like tweets and threads. So you can see here it did all of that. It's creating the table inside of Eden but yeah it searched my workspace items it read all of the social posts and it's

15:14creating the table right here. So I'll show you that after. All right. So it said I made the breakdown table with all 18 posts and put it on your post white files board. I didn't want it there. So I should have been more direct and we can probably improve that. But there it is. And I actually want to show you something

15:31inside of Eden as well. But yes it found a bunch of stuff found the cool stuff. Let's go back to Eden and the thing that I find cool that we made very intentional inside of Eden is that in your library when you save things to your workspace I don't want you to worry about saving ideas or importing your Kindle highlights or X bookmarks or sub stack saves or Instagram saves which

15:54you can all do in settings. I want your library to just be a feed of inspiration. So everything in your workspace goes inside of the library. But when Claude or the chat creates something what it does is it takes it out of the main library view and it puts it inside of this A.I.

16:10drafts tab with a notification. So you can have Claude go crazy with creating documents in your workspace but it's all filtered right here and your main library stays clean. So here's the breakdown that it created and it did exactly as we wanted it to. It gave us the name the link format creator platform and going further the outlier score text took spoken hook topic

16:37idea seed and why I saved it even though. Oh I did put notes on those. OK cool. But this is the thing that content agencies and creators that really took this seriously used to do in Google sheets manually manually. That's crazy. I can't even imagine doing that nowadays because this is one thing that A.I. is great at is just like knowledge work and taking vast amounts of information and organizing them and breaking them down into something like this

17:05that is actually useful. Now the cool thing here is that we can turn this into a content plan or a content calendar and we can use this as a reference for A.I. whenever we want this data right because this is a bit more data. This is like refined data rather than just the posts on the board. So before we actually create the content plan or the content calendar we need to understand where our

17:29ideas come from right. The ideas that I love my favorite ideas my story my experience all of that stuff. And so I think ideas that you write about online come from two different places. They come from the internal which is your story your experience your thinking your insights and then the external which are

17:47the favorite ideas that you love. That may not be top performing content on social media so from the books that you read your Kindle highlights in your library the X bookmarks from a niche account that you like and other things like that your favorite ideas you know. And so that's another part of the practice when saving manually you have to shift from scrolling on Instagram or Twitter doom scrolling to researching or intentionally hunting for really good ideas and the two that you

18:14save are validated ideas. So posts that have performed well that you see as potentially aspirational for your brand and you save those to your categorized research boards and then your favorite ideas which are just ideas that you really like and you save those just to your library. Just dump them in your library because we auto tag auto categorize and auto embed them in meaning space so they can be found by the chat or by Claude or just by

18:43searching inside of the library. So you never lose that. I want you to embrace the chaos so you don't have to get stuck just organizing things like crazy. That's why note taking systems fail. And so that solves the external is just saving your highlights your imports or your favorite ideas from social media into your library. But the other thing is creating evolving

19:02context documents for yourself. And that's a mouthful. But what I mean is like a document that has your story and some of your experiences and some of your polarizing beliefs and your convictions and other things like that. So what you can do is you can go to the chat again and then you can type a prompt.

19:21This is just a simple one. It can get more complex but I recommend you have a conversation with it. So super simple. I just said I want you to interview me to pull my story key experiences and polarizing beliefs out of me to create a brand context document that I can refine and add to over time. And so if I hit send on this it's just going to come up with

19:40questions to ask me. And so it starts with essentially the story structure. What is my origin. So what did I do or try to do before what I do now. And what was the exact moment you knew that old thing wasn't it. What was the shift. What's your obsession in the early map. So who or what taught you how you now see

19:58the world of book person. So and so forth. These are good questions just for base. And so what I want you to do is answer these and just have a conversation. Ask it to ask you more questions and then it will create the brand document for you the context document and then you can organize that in your

20:15workspace however you want. Like I have a brand strategy folder here where you could just create a brand strategy board and add documents like that to it. Because then once you have the content breakdown table that we just created and you have your own story and experience inside of a context document and then you have your favorite ideas

20:35inside of your library. Now you have three things to work with to come up with really really good content ideas and the A.I. can search across all three of those things and merge them together into one and just tell me just by thinking about that that is so much better than just going into

20:51clutter ChatGPT and asking it. To write a viral post for your or asking about your audience's pain points and whatnot and another thing is if you have clients you're doing this as a content agency or you want to do this as a job right you want to start a content agency and use Eden. To manage your clients and write scripts for them to pass off to them then you do it in an individual workspace on the agency tier of Eden and so each client has their own workspace and then you essentially have research

21:20boards and brand boards. For each client so you essentially give them a prompt to run and then give you the output of the prompt for their brand documents and then you put it inside of your brand strategy board for them and that makes it so much easier for you to create content for them and so now the last step we have all the context we have everything in place we have the inspiration we have everything now we need to create a content

21:45plan and this is a template. That I created that you can duplicate to your workspace with the link in the description if you want it as a starting point but you can also just ask the AI to create this for you, however, I do not want it to actually like. Write the script that you're going to post straight up I want you to go through like critical review steps with this but essentially what you're going to do is you're going to create a table and you're

22:11going to have the idea. The day day of the week that you're going to post it the status so is it posted schedule drafting so on what format is it so a text post thread carousel video real whatever what's the pattern so the viral pattern from the content bank that you're pulling from. What's the post that you're kind of emulating what's the hook that you are going to write this is your hook based on your idea and then where's the draft of the script or the board that you're using and then to check boxes will it spread and these should preferably both be checked but if will it spread will it

22:49spread has to be checked. So will it spread is do you think this is something that's going to pick up and this is a critical step because a lot of people don't. Mike review their posts for that and just thinking about that helps you write better post is just a good step to go through so you can check yes or no and then will it sell your offer so if you have a digital product or a custom AI

23:10inside of your Eden store. Will it lead into that or like a lead magnet inside of your store as well that leads into your email list that eventually upsells to a product or service and we'll go over some of that in another video but one thing I like to do here is when you have a table like this there is a specific property on Eden tables that allow you to connect a draft or board so when you click on this specific property you can choose a document or image PDF board anything else

23:39that you can put an Eden. Or you can create a new one so when you're going through this for the week and it's like okay I need to draft this piece of content then I hit new document and it just opens on the side so I can start drafting the actual post right that is very useful and I use that I use that with this video when I was outlining the script for this video here inside of my Eden content ideas table and then you just write the script and so now essentially what you can do is go into the chat and just tell

24:08it hey I want you to. Draft these posts based on my content plan because it has access to the borrowed structure has access to the hook the pattern all of that stuff but to end this video and just give you a way of going through this entire process yourself I have another table here called weekly content prompts that just goes through everything we just went over right and in order so step one two three four five six seven eight nine ten so on and so forth so finding

24:36outlier posts via a prompt. Adding your own saves which is no prompt building the swipe file running the pattern sweep pulling your own ideas planning the week checking the plan writing the drafts reviewing the drafts scheduling the week because you can do that inside of Eden as well like in Claude or the Eden chat you

24:55can just tell it to add it. To your schedule inside of Eden so the post go out and then if you want to do this for clients as well like you wanted to run through this entire process what I would recommend doing this is more of an advanced tip is do all of this in a chat paste this prompt in and then go through the process and then do step two step three step four do all of the steps in one chat and then at the end what you're

25:22going to say is turn this into a skill. And then Claude or Eden is going to turn it into a skill that you can reuse over and over again for each client and it may be worth saying with this turn it into a skill prompt. Hey I want to replicate this same exact process that we did in this entire chat for another client so don't use my same ideas just use the process and turn it into a skill and then whenever you go to set up a new client when you onboard them

25:52or get them as a client. You just run that skill and then of course check everything and refine it but that's just that's how you create a week of content in an hour like just with that skill alone so. All of this video let up to say that that's how you can replicate it, so I hope that was helpful that that was a very practical video i'm proud of myself because if you've

26:13watched me on this channel. It tends to be very theoretical which is helpful you need to know stuff but people tend to ask like hey I just want the step by step thing so. here's the step by step thing I hope you enjoy the links are in the description for all of this if you want to sign up for Eden just go to Eden.so and you can research schedule content save ideas build digital products do email marketing you can run your entire

26:38creator business on Eden now. Which is magical so thank you for watching I will see you in the next video.
