This is the full transcript of Elon Musk posted 42 times on X today (10/21/26), published on YouTube by Jacob & Isaac. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.
0:00Everyday on this channel I cover everything Elon Musk says on X over the last 24 [music] hours. And here's everything he said. As always I'll cover one category completely before moving on to the next one. And starting with Tesla, Elon says the value of Terra fabs output will place it in the top 20 of country GDP in a single building. And Sawyer says, in my opinion, SpaceX's Q3 earnings call was the best earnings call
0:21from any of Elon's companies to date. Not only was the video format fantastic, but the call itself was very substantive with a lot of great information and insight. SpaceX has one heck of an executive team. Aaron Burnett says, Elon suggested a deeper Starlink technology and strategy update for the investors to help explain what they see internally.
0:39This is an absolutely phenomenal idea. The Starlink/Starlink mobile opportunity is clearly being missed or at least under appreciated. I don't know exactly why, but probably has something to do with the fact that it's an overlap of deep technologies. For example, space, radio frequency, telecommunications, terminal manufacturing, mixed with an entrenched and honestly kind of boring business that doesn't inspire innovative thought. It's either over everyone's head or why do I care about more dumb bandwidth? Elon says, we definitely need to explain this in detail. Veterans of the cellular industry take a look at the chessboard of existing pieces and don't see a solution. They don't understand that SpaceX is developing entirely new
1:14pieces that fundamentally alter the strategic landscape. And again, this is from SpaceX's live yesterday where they discussed their Q3 2026 earnings. And Elon said it was a video call and their earnings were up 161% year over year delivering a revenue of 14.6 billion dollars. They launched their first revenue generating Starship mission delivering six version three Starlink satellites to their broadband constellation representing approximately 10 times the downline capacity added by a Falcon 9 Starlink launch. They added 6.7 billion dollars of incremental super intelligence solutions and infrastructure revenue year over year driven by cloud service agreements, the acquisition of cursor and their growing super intelligence models and software
1:53applications including Grokbot. They delivered year over year revenue growth of 69% and income from operations growth of 99% for the connectivity segment. Supported by strong momentum in enterprise and government adoption and continued Starlink consumer subscriber growth. And he goes, "Congratulations, SpaceX team." And he says, "As crazy as this sounds, $1 trillion in SpaceX revenue in 2028 is no longer impossible." And previously he said by 2030 they would hit $1 trillion. And Peter Diamandis says, "Mark my words, SpaceX will become the first $10 trillion company and the first $100
2:25trillion company." Elon reposts this. And as SpaceX just reported $14.6 billion in revenue, Mike says, "The biggest question isn't whether SpaceX crushed earnings, it's what happens next." With Tesla reporting tomorrow and a massive share unlock Thursday, this could be one of the most important weeks for both stocks. And Cole says, "What's crazy to me is that SpaceX will likely achieve $500 billion to a trillion in annual recurring revenue by the end of 2027. The infrastructure availability is a limiting factor when it comes to increasing the compute capabilities, but SpaceX expects to achieve at least 13 gigawatts of compute using majority
2:58Nvidia Vera Rubins by the end of 2027." And Elon reposts this. And Elon Musk, Gwynne Shotwell, and Bret Johnson took on Wall Street's biggest questions, such as how will SpaceX fund all of their compute? What are the pros, cons, and roadblocks of a possible merger with Tesla? And a bunch of other questions. If you're interested in seeing this recap, it'll be in the description for you guys. And speaking of the merger, it looks like Elon supports it. Let's take
3:22a watch. So so so both SpaceX and Tesla have formed special committees to discuss this idea at the request of shareholders. And these special committees are consist of independent independent directors. And because I'm a conflicted party, I can't actually be in the discussions of the special committees. So it's this it's it's sort of a it's an odd kabuki dance where two two two groups of people are talking and
3:47I I can't be in the conversation. I mean I I I think we should necessarily assume that it I think some people out there assume that a SpaceX and Tesla merger is is a certainty and I think that would be overstating it. The you know, do do I think it would be a good idea? Yes, but at the end of the day we we the the shareholders have to be supportive of this and on the Tesla side we will need a a 50% vote of all shares, not just those who vote, but of all shareholders. And and that's a that's quite a high hurdle to to try to
4:17achieve. So, and and uh I can just say that this point that the special committees have have not reached agreement on any on on the terms of any transaction and and and obviously there's no guarantee that they will. But I do think there's a lot of merits to combining the companies as we are pretty much in the super intelligence singularity and and there's a lot to be gained from cooperating on developing super intelligence software, chip design, the Terra Fab obviously, robotics, mass to orbit with the with the Star Mine constellation. Um Connectivity. So, I think it would be a good idea, but it it's really up to the
4:54special committees of both companies. Like they've got to come up with something and then that's got to be put to the shareholders as a vote. And Elon reposts that video. Elon had a lot of other things to say as such as this is an inflection moment for SpaceX as they got Starship flight 14 to orbit and they're planning on catching both stages in flight 15. They announced a Louisiana spaceport aiming for weekly then twice weekly flights of Starship with complete reusability like an airplane. They're trying to 100X the bandwidth of Starlink and have 100,000 satellites and they're aiming for 10 gigawatts of compute next year with
5:27440,000 Vera Rubin clusters in Q2. They say Grok has the fastest growth ever. And also on SpaceX, SpaceX just launched another Falcon 9 into the stars. Jesse Watters says Elon Musk's Starfall of 4,000 lb hockey puck-shaped lab is headed to space. Elon's giving back promising SpaceX stock to every American kid. And Elon then reposts this. And Falcon 9's first stage has landed on the A Shortfall of Gravitas drone ship. You
5:54can see that taking place right here. And moving on to X, we saw Elon announce two important changes to timeline recommendations. They have a new AI/SI ranking model that predicts probable time spent much better. The retrieval model is trained to surface posts people read all the way through. And Fabian says, "Please improve the nationality filter. It's important for the smaller countries. Swiss gets totally overloaded with German content even with a lot of hard blocking." Elon says, "Okay." And again, we saw phenomenal progress for SpaceX. The numbers such as $14.58 billion of revenue will seem minuscule in short order. Aaron Burnett says, "I can't believe us SpaceX shareholders had
6:29a bailout XAI." And Elon has a laugh. And again, Elon wants 10 gigawatts of compute by the end of 2027. Here's Jensen saying Nvidia now counts SpaceX alongside its cloud provider customers. E Elon used to be under enterprise. That's the way we reported our numbers. Now he's part of our CSPs. Of course. They're massive. So I'm I'm delighted that that that um I I love working with Elon. Um he's using our technology for his own AI um in training models and such. Uh deploying models, of course. Grokbot is super cool. And um I And the demand for Grokbot, the consumption for Grok is really skyrocketing. And then of course,
7:05he rents it. Yeah. And so the combination of these three things he's fairly unique in doing that. Um I guess I guess uh Google does that. Right. Right. That would be another yet another example. And so I think he's he's um I also has the has the uh advantage that that he loves the intersection between
7:21computing and the physical build-outs. That's right. You know, he loves that that whole area. And nobody knows more about energy than he does. And And And uh one particular uh new market that we're going to go explore together is putting data centers out in space. And so our two engineering teams are working super closely together uh to create a new type of architecture um that might might uh be super good uh
7:41know, space and on Earth. Well, we saw that Starship launched last week, you know, had its its its first orbital rendezvous and was launching those V3 sats that literally captured the imagination and kind of broke Twitter for a moment. Just people mesmerized by watching these launch into space. wait to be a payload. Me, not [laughter]
7:58personally. Do you think that we can get to material inference in space in in that time frame? Only in video compute. Let let me tell you why. Uh, it's not not just about the technology. Uh, Nvidia's performance per unit energy is the world's best. And so we call it performance watt. And but the most important thing is is this. The productivity of Nvidia's compute is so good, meaning the return on investment
8:21invested capital is so good. Yes. That you could put it out in space, the launch cost is not inconsequential. And so you're not going to put low-cost computing out there. You're going to put high-value computing out there. And so we're the highest-value computing system you could imagine, the highest computing system in the history of computing. And so we're the perfect fit, really, to
8:39launch into space right now. So it looks like Jensen is doubling down on his partnership with Elon. And Elon reposts that. Your guys' favorite time, it's big Grok Bot update time. What's new in Grok Bot? New chat card, speed draft edits, email aliases, XDM integration. Now you can tag Grok Bot on X, connectors, voice calls, notifications, invites, and Android assistant, access lists, unread routines, sign-ins. And you can now send files up to 250 megabytes and videos up to 1 gigabyte. Full-length clips, raw footage, long recordings, big reports, and heavy PDFs can go straight to Grok Bot without compressing, trimming, or splitting anything. You can also send up
9:16to 20 files in a single message, drop an entire batch of photos, screenshots, or documents at once, and let Grok Bot work through all of them together. Notifications are smarter, so you hear about what actually matters when it matters. And forms now arrive prefilled. Grok Bot fills in what it already knows, so you just check and confirm instead of typing everything again. This update is really good. And Elon says, upgrades. Here's how SpaceX super
9:39intelligence customer support works. There's an incident watch Grokbot that detects the incident and incident sweep Grokbot that drafts the replies based on the batches. They send that to the person on the support team who reviews the batch and then the support bot sends the replies. Grokbot says we use Grokbot to spot incidents in our support queue and quickly respond to every associated ticket. In one incident and cleared 204 tickets in about 10 minutes with one engineer approving the batch. And again we saw Elon say we're seeing the fastest growth of a product that I've ever seen in my life. I've never seen anything grow this fast. Usage of Grokbot per
10:11user actually has been growing over time. They are using it more per week not less. Enterprise Grokbot will be in wide deployment in a few weeks. I think Grokbot will use most of super intelligence compute. Will Chamberlain says unsurprising up to this point I run my podcast completely solo with Grokbot and Riverside. And the more I use Grokbot the more problems I find it is
10:30able to solve. Incredible technology. The Grokbot wave massive growth in just a few days. Brian Orme Ellie says, "Why?" It is the easiest most successful agent platform thus built and it keeps getting better. I am not guessing. I've been using agent systems before we had large language models and today I can use any bot, but I find Grokbot to be the best on all my tests. It has not
10:50retreated from anything I threw at it. But that's only half of it. The suggestions are great and unlike any other platform. The chart is a wave and I say catch it. And this is daily active users on Grokbot. You can see how much it's grown since September 20th. It's close to tripled. And as Grokbot users are continuing to grow reaching a new peak on October 17th, Katie Miller says, "Grokbot has dramatically improved my efficiency. It now books my flights, buys movie tickets, alerts, and reads through my key news, coordinates play dates with friends, does my invoices, and pays my bills." And Elon reposts this. Looking at artificial
11:23intelligence, Elon reposts Ashlee Vance from Tesla who says, "In the age of superintelligence, the current standards of living will look medieval. The problems that society worries about right now will be largely irrelevant. It'll be the equivalent of current society worrying about the bubonic plague. Elon also says, "True." And this is a sycophantic chart from artificial analysis ranking all AI models. You can see at the very bottom you have Grok 4.7 and Claude Fable 5.1, meaning they're the least sycophantic. And all the way
11:50at the top you have GPT-4o. Adam says, "4o was truly a special model." And Elon has a laugh. And he quotes this saying, "You get honest feedback from Grok and Fable." Here's what a former Google employee just said about why data center capacity and electricity are the real bottlenecks, not GPU production itself. According to the expert, open-source models are closing the gap with frontier models faster than expected with customers increasingly replacing Anthropic and Open AI models in multi-agent architectures with open-source alternatives starting from Q2 of this year. The shift started with simple tasks like tool calling and MCP, but has moved up the stack to low-level
12:25orchestration. The expert identifies capacity as the biggest constraint at the moment with certain companies' traffic growing five times while GPU availability, particularly in the United States where latency requirements are tightest, simply cannot keep up. Sourcing capacity overseas in Asia or Australia is technically possible, but adds latency that most customers will not accept. Hyperscalers offer reliability, but are expensive. They require multi-year commitments of three or more years and have limited availability of the latest hardware with
12:51customers already chasing B300s. AI-native companies tend to gravitate toward neo clouds due to hyperscaler pricing and contract rigidity, but neo clouds come with their own reliability issues. With the GPUs dropping off unexpectedly and requiring engineering resources to manage fleet stability around the clock. The third tier consists of smaller independent operators who have invested in GPU racks, seeing the opportunity to lease out capacity and recoup costs within a year or two, with the remainder being pure profit. The experts describe these as essentially unusable in practice with operators who do nothing more than find land, install racks, connect electricity, and set up cooling with no real cloud management, maintenance, or
13:29operational expertise behind them. The expert expects overall GPU availability to increase meaningfully over the next year or two with Nvidia continuing to ramp production. The real bottleneck is not GPUs themselves, but data center capacity and electricity in the United States on the supply side. The expert also sees players like SpaceX beginning to lease out spare capacity to the market with more likely to follow. And finally, the expert notes that US space neo clouds typically require 20 to 30% prepayment up front with the remainder paid monthly or quarterly over the contract term and rebates negotiated at the end for any reliability incidents like traffic loss. Elon says lack of
14:04electricity is an oversimplification. Everything is hard about bringing massive compute online at extremely high speeds. If there was twice as much time, this would be relatively easy, but there is not. And moving on to politics, Elon says the fate of Texas in America is at stake. Vote for Ken Paxton today. And before you go to vote, remember what is at stake. James Talarico will be 100% reliable voter for Chuck Schumer. He will reopen our borders, take away your second amendment rights, and end Texas's oil industry. He will fight for taxpayer-funded abortion through birth and trans surgeries for minors and rub your most deeply held Christian beliefs
14:38in your face while doing it. We need everyone to get out and vote for Ken Paxton, a leader who will deliver us in the Senate just as he has done as our attorney general. Elon says, "True. Look at what Elon just said on this podcast." I think you don't want to have misguided empathy. I mean, I I I agree with Gad Saad's uh philosophy here. Um and it's it's suicidal empathy is uh you know, it's that's his his term. He wrote a book to that effect. Uh and I think his book is is it points out some good good good things here, which is that part of
15:05the reason for the prosperity of the West has been the um that that there's actually just been a a fairly high trust, high empathy society. Um which is you know, when you when you can trying to get people to cooperate at scale, this this stuff this this makes a lot of sense. Um you ideally want things to people to be default trusted, not default distrusted. Um and you you you want to encourage behavior that is good for society or you know people do good things that are good for their fellow human beings. And ultimately that actually does end up being good for the individual if provided it is mutual. Now
15:37where this can go wrong is if you if if if your theory of mind is is if you think everyone is like yourself then then you're going to have a problem because this is simply not true. There are peoples and cultures with very different views. Gad Saad quotes this saying nice and Elon reposted that. And let's read some of what President Trump just said about Russia and Ukraine. He said Russia would like to get it done. He says Russia is a big machine. They just keep grinding
16:03forward and that's what they've done. They've taken a very large piece of land and you know you can say Ukraine is doing well or poorly but the land gets bigger and bigger all the time week by week. It's just a march forward the Russians do. They just keep marching forward. They have an unlimited supply of people whereas Ukraine as you know there's a woman who I guess not exactly a very beautiful nice woman and she's on television recently talking about the fact that our men are gone. She's a
16:27Ukrainian woman. Our men are gone. They're lost. They're dead she says. They're in mental institutions. They're walking around. They have no arms. They have no legs. In many cases they've been hurt so badly. They've been just decimated. And it was a very poignant when I heard all this. I said boy that's some statement. And she said Russia is a very big country. They can lose a lot of people in a war and they have lost a lot of people. They lost 50 million people in the Second World War. They lose a lot of people but they're very big. And she said they have to settle this war. Look,
16:56Ukraine has lost a lot of people. Russia has lost a lot of people. Russia though is a giant nation. Ukraine is not. I can tell you this. We've been helping through Joe Biden originally and he made a mistake because he should have done it through the European Union and he should have been paid. The European Union has quite a bit of money. Although I have to tell you they're getting tired of spending it. But we gave 350 billion dollars to Ukraine and you know I insisted on getting something for that money. We got a very big chunk of land and rare earth and other things if
17:23anybody remembers. Let's see what that amounts to but Ukraine has to want to settle this war. Zelensky has to want to settle this war and if he doesn't, I think it's going to be a very bad thing. Look, we have given tremendous amounts to Ukraine. We've got nothing back other than high diesel. We have given probably possibly more money to Ukraine than almost anybody over the years, hundreds of billions of dollars and we've gotten nothing back and American taxpayers are tired of it. We want Zelensky to make a deal and he can make a deal. I'd like to see if they can make a deal. I thought,
17:51you know, I settled eight wars. I thought this would be the easiest one. The hatred between President Putin and President Zelensky is tremendous. I think that's most of the reason why they haven't been able to make a deal actually and Elon reposts this. This is part two of the democracy files, when and how to declare the federal government illegitimate. Some question whether a group of 200 ex-USAID officials could actually pull off their
18:11ambitions to rewrite the Constitution. In this video, we're about to watch them describe exactly how it works and they're not working alone. There's also the path and John, I think he'll talk a little bit more about this, is that we end up in a very acute legitimacy crisis sometime in the next few months or the next few years where literally our federal government becomes illegitimate and in that moment, I believe and what we know from experiences around the world is that we can take that breakdown moment and leverage it for a big structural reform,
18:43you know, refounding moment. Um I wanted to just say that the United Democracy Alliance, which is a huge coalition of the blocking movement, the people that are doing all the lawsuits and the civil resistance and the non-cooperation, they are all organizing and converging under the banner of what's called the United Democracy Alliance and they have developed a set of red lines that are now being refined in terms of indicators and metrics and they're working on creating a situation room so that as we go into the midterm election, they're going to be able to provide real-time updates, real-time information to the movement of movements so that we can respond,
19:21you know, to whatever might unfold either in '26 or when we go into the '28 elections as well, which people think will be even worse than whatever we're going to have to deal with now. So, these these folks are organizing. It's being led under the organization called the National Security Leaders of America. It's 1,600 retired cross-partisan military, intelligence, diplomats, ambassadors that are all, you know, working on protecting our democ- These are pro-democracy leaders that are leading all this work that we are now connected to and I know you're connected, Dana and I are connected, and others are connected for that work. We also have done direct
20:01outreach to try to get it to governors in Wisconsin, Utah, and Washington State. I had previously able to get it but we're in the safe space here to the governors of Massachusetts, California, and Illinois. Massachusetts didn't want to touch it. California and Illinois both were interested in getting involved if someone else would take the lead on
20:21it. And Elon calls that troubling. Looking at the media, Erin Burnett says the tsunami of AI crap on this platform has crossed a line. Now it comes translated too, so you can get the same garbage six times. Far from the first to say it, but it's a business crisis for X. Stephen Shang from the White House says the
20:38tsunami of CNN crap has crossed a line. Now it comes translated too, so you get the same garbage six times. Far from the first to say it, but it's a business crisis for CNN. Elon has a laugh saying 100. And on immigration, Elon says objectively the great replacement has already occurred. And this is as in 1955, Brussels went from 95% native Belgian to in 2025 only 21% native Belgian. And the United Kingdom added 7.1 million migrants from 2000 to 2024, Spain added 6.8 and Germany Elon says, "Wow, massive numbers for UK and Spain." And the Spectator says, because Japan doesn't want immigrants, they're going to become extinct. This
21:17account says, if they're replaced by immigrants, they go extinct anyway, just in a way that's far uglier. And Creamy U says, "The reason nice neighborhoods are nice is because they're full of nice people. Using longitudinal data, we can see that they don't make people nice. Moving into good or bad neighborhoods doesn't affect the risk of criminal offending. But bad people tend to live in bad places." And this is backed up with this data right here. Elon says, "It's not magic rounding nice neighborhoods that makes them nice. It's nice people." And moving on from politics, Aaron Burnett says, "Invest in things that do things that are measured
21:47in wattage and tonnage." This comes as Elon Musk says, "Money will become irrelevant and future currency will be measured in power, mass, and energy." And Elon just said this in a new interview with Walter Isaacson. So, there's there's there's a limit to what, you know, what any single human can consume. It's just cuz you know, you
22:02hit that saturation point pretty fast. You know, so so like say going from say a billion dollars net worth to 10 billion dollars net of net worth doesn't make you 10 times happier or mean you have 10 times more stuff. Um it it actually means you've got a resource allocation problem. What you've accumulated, as you know, you know, a trillion, is it mainly because you Yeah. Is it mainly because you feel your best at allocating that? That keeping that allows you to allocate capital to do things like go to Mars, create AI, do robots, or is it in some ways just a scoring system that's kind of uh racking
22:35up the points? I mean, I I need to have sufficient voting control in the companies to still be in charge. Um so, you know, my so-so so-called wealth is simply a percentage ownership in the in the in SpaceX and Tesla essentially. And and this is going to be taxed quite quite heavily. And there's not some magical way to avoid taxes. If there were, I would know about it. So, um you know, at the end of the day, this will get whittled down um in a few generations from now. So, if money still matters, which I don't think it will, you know, my descendants would
23:02have a tiny fraction of what I have. And that's everything Elon said today. Elon says yes to a possible SpaceX Tesla merger. He says SpaceX could hit $1 trillion in revenue by 2028. He poked fun at the fact that SpaceX bailed out XAI and Grok and Fable are the most honest artificial intelligences. But anyway, that's everything I have for you guys. And as always, if you guys would like early access to these videos and a weekly summary of everything Elon said, consider joining this channel as a member. Quick heads up, my girlfriend is coming into town Friday, Saturday, Sunday. And so I'll have my friend Nathan be covering for me. And if you
23:35guys are interested in Tesla and SpaceX stock like I am, try out Interactive Brokers. And here's why I recommend them. First, cost. You pay zero commission on US listed stocks and ETFs. Second is margin. If you borrow, this is where they shine. Their pro margin rates currently start around 4.13% and drop as your balance grows. Third is selection. You get a massive range of tradeable securities including foreign stocks plus options, futures, forex, and even prediction markets all from one account. And your idle cash actually works for you. Interactive Brokers pays high interest on uninvested cash. And getting started is easy. There's a $0 minimum balance and no general
24:13maintenance fee. If you're interested in learning more, consider using the link pinned in the top comment. It truly is the best. But anyway, that's everything and I will see you guys tomorrow.
