0:00For the last 5 months, AI has been the number one reason for why companies have been laying their employees off by the hundreds of thousands. In this new world, you have two choices. Choice number one, you do nothing and eventually you're going to be out of the job. Choice number two is you look at this as a life-changing opportunity where you could be the one taking

0:18advantage of AI and selling AI agents. And look, if you've been trying to learn this AI stuff for the last couple months, but haven't made a single dollar yet, it's not your fault. As someone who creates AI content on YouTube myself, I can tell you most of these creators are being way too technical and even if you spend months learning their system, they

0:35don't even teach you how to sell it. Now, at this point, I've helped countless people start their own online businesses using AI. So, what I want to do in this video is simplify the entire process and show you how you can build and more importantly sell your AI agents in the next 60 days. This methodology I'm about to show you is what helped me quit my six-figure tech sales job in Silicon Valley and move over to Vietnam to build my online business. And now I make over 100k per month while traveling the world and I even have time to train Muay Thai every morning. And this is

1:03what I also taught Sandy, who was just an insurance sales manager not too long ago and now she has over 60,000 subscribers on YouTube and makes more than $50,000 per month. And look, it doesn't matter if you have a full-time job, you feel like you don't have enough time or maybe you feel like you have major imposter syndrome. I'm going to show you the most important things to focus on if you want to build a business

1:22with AI even if you're not technical. And of course, I'm going to show you how to get your first client, but first let's talk about what an AI agent is anyway. [music] So, in this video, I'm going to show you my exact workflows on how I build my AI agents. But first, I need to give you a high-level understanding of how this works because if you don't understand what I'm about to share with you next, it doesn't matter how many months you build, you're not going to make any money. So, if you think about an agent, right? The easiest way to understand an

1:49agent is to first look at a human being. Let's say you have a human here. They go to university, they get a job and then over as they accumulate work experience, they become a skilled worker. And a skilled worker is able to earn a salary based on the skills they have and the knowledge that they accumulated over the years of working. Now, what we're doing with AI is we're essentially replacing the skilled employee and we're replacing it with Claude. Now, the way I see it is you have Claude, which is what everyone's using, right? Most of you guys are using it like a Google chat or

2:21something. So, what you need to do is you need to add Claude skills into it so that you can build your Claude AI agent. [music] So, if you think about what a AI agent is, is essentially, just think of it like a robot that has skills and experience just like how a human worker would have skills and experience. So, but the difference is your agent is cheaper, it's faster, it's smarter, it works 24/7, it doesn't get sick, and it doesn't complain. This is why the whole AI one-person business narrative is popping off because instead of having, let's say, 5, 10, 20 employees that you have to manage, right? It's a lot of

2:59work and emotions and it costs a lot, you [music] can just have these AI agents. So, as the business owner, the opportunity is for every department in your business that you're building, whether it's marketing, sales, or operations, you will have [music] an agent or multiple agents doing the work. Now, in order to build your AI agent, there are two things you need. Number one, you need to build skills for your agent, and number two, you need to give it data and experience so it can actually use those skills. [music] So, we're going to go ahead and get into Claude. Now, there's three different ways to use Claude. There's Claude chat,

3:29Claude co-work, and Claude code. For a majority of you guys watching this, you don't need Claude code because we're not going to be doing anything technical, right? You don't need that. Chat is more for if you have like quick questions, so the only option left for you to actually build an agent is going to [music] be co-work. From my own experience using this and coaching my clients, for the most part, 99% of them can just use co-work and you can sign your first client just with that. So, I like to keep it extremely, extremely simple. We don't want to look at terminals and things like that. We just want to make

3:56money. So, in order to create a skill, you would just say {slash} skill creator and you would say something like help me make a skill to find my competitors Facebook ads using Facebook ad library. Right? So, let's say in this example, I want to create a Facebook meta ads Claude AI agent. Now, the first skill that I've created is going to be the ad collector. So, when I type in {slash} ad collector into Claude co-work, it's going to search the top competitors ads using Facebook ad library. Now, a skill essentially looks like this. All it really is, it's a text file, a {dot} md file, okay? It's just a text and [music]

4:35it just has a series of instructions. That's it, right? You can make this at home easily for any use case, whether it's for ads, content, LinkedIn ghostwriting. It's that easy [music] to make. And what I'm having it do is I'm going on facebook.com/ad/ library, which is just a website by Facebook where you can see everybody's ads. So, on the top you see, okay, this brand what Rosabella, it's a big company, it's doing 3,000 different ads at the same time. So, obviously, if a competitor were to see this, they can literally just copy the ads. So, what I've done is I'm using the skill and and it's going to collect all these ads. And

5:11so, after we collect the ad, the second skill I'm going to use is the top view loader. So, I'm going to take these ads, I'm going to screenshot them, I'm going to get the copy of the ad and then I'm going to upload to this software called TopView. Now, if you didn't know what TopView is, it's basically a platform where you can generate AI images, generate AI videos and it's really good for creating ads and pretty much anything related to AI and creative, right? So, let's say I got this brand Neutonic, which is a pretty hot like supplement health kind of drink company and it basically went on Facebook ad

5:42library and it took their top ads and it got the copy of all the ads as well. So, now when it's here, it's very easy for me to take inspiration from it, right? The reason why I'm using TopView is because they have this canvas feature where it's very easy for me to just lay out all the different ads so I can see it on one [music] board, right? And so

5:59far, I haven't done anything as a human. All I did was make these claw skills which I just showed you how to do and it's just doing all the work for me. Now, what's funny is, you know, obviously it takes a while for it to screenshot everything, copy and paste and upload it. So, I just did the command and I actually went out with my girlfriend to get some lunch and I came back and it's all done. This is the power of using AI. Once you set a direction for your AI agent, it just does the work and you just come back when it's done. And then the final skill

6:24of this AI agent is the ad remixer where I take the ad, then I take my brand and I am inspired by the ad and I create my own version of it. So, I'm going to show you some of the generations I created with TopView. Um and it's using C [music] dance which is um I'm not going to get into the details of it, but it's like one of the best models when it comes to creating a videos. Okay, so I got this ad directly from Facebook ad library, right? [music] And basically it's the video of uh Rosabella which is a big company and let's go ahead and

6:50play the ad. This is going to be the last day to get it for crazy prices like this. [music] If you want to get this, make sure you add it to your cart and go all the way to the checkout because TikTok will automatically apply your coupons and discount. Okay, you get the idea, right? [music] So, it's pretty funny because this brand

7:05is running 3,000 ads at the same time. And you would think that this is like a cheap-looking AI sloppy kind of ad, but they're actually spending real money behind it. I [music] took this video, then I said, "Okay, take this but use my brand which is I'm going to use this brand Burst, right?" Let's say I want to sell a service helping this client uh you know, make their ads for Meta, right? So, if I were to do a sample of it, I can literally just make it like

7:28that. to be the last day to So, I'm not going to play the whole thing, but I copy the ad using TopView, but you see the the packaging is actually in a bag. It's not in the capsule. So, I'm like, "All right, let's do it one more time and then let's see what it looks [music] like." This is going to be the last day to get it for crazy prices like this. If you want to get this, make sure you add it to your cart and go So, pretty much same idea, right? So,

7:46you might think, "Oh, this is so simple. Why would you know, does this actually work?" Well, if a big brand that's making millions of dollars are running big money behind these kind of ads, clearly it's working. So, you don't need the cinematic fanciest kind of kind of images and graphics to make money. You just need to find a thing that works, replicate it for your brand. I also did a few other examples. So, let's say this brand right here, Cadence, which is a really hot um I guess hydration brand, right? And they had this AI kind of looking ad, where it's just a brain. It says like, "Another coffee never stood a

8:20chance." And that's literally the ad. You click on it and then you buy the drink. So, I'm like, "Okay, let's let's create an ad very similar to that for this other brand, which is a competitor, LMNT." So, pretty much the same thing. And I'm like, "Okay, well, instead of a static ad, how about we just uh make it into a video." So, I used TopView to create the video and this is what we

8:36created. [snorts] Your coffee never stood a chance. So, obviously, you know, if I'm going to do it for this brand, I'm going to slightly change the brain, but the concept is really good and maybe put the can there. You know, that's kind of the idea, right? And you can like take different inspirations like the Minions, for example, and create like a different

8:52version of it, right?

9:00Yeah, but you get the idea. And one cool thing about TopView is that you can actually open up a timeline and you can like edit it, the music, and cut the video right inside in the browser. So, you don't even have to use like a different program to edit it, right? Now, if you want to give TopView a try, they're actually a partner for this video and I put a link in the

9:16description for you to give it a go. The reason why I want to show you all of this is because when you think about these AI agents, what is it really? All it is is a series of skills to do a certain [music] job, whether it's to do copywriting, just get different ads, put it together, or even make videos if you're using other software like TopView. An agent is really just doing what a normal, let's say, meta ads marketer would do, but instead of having a full-time employee with a full-time salary, [music] you can just use these tools, which is significantly cheaper. Now, of course, it's not like working for you 24/7. You

9:50still have to like watch it. You have to make sure it's doing the right thing, and make sure the quality is at a certain standard. So, it does take a little bit of that human element, but depending on what you're doing and the system you set up, AI is really doing like 70, 80, 90% of the work. [music] All right, real quick. If you're watching this and you're thinking, "Wow, this sounds good, but I need a little more help on finding my business idea, getting clients, building a personal brand, and learning how to sell." I invite you to my upcoming three-day live training where I'm going to show you

10:16everything from A to Z on how to start your AI business from scratch. [music] I'm even going to do a live sales role play where I'll show you exactly what to say, exactly what to do, exactly what to price in order to sell your AI services even if you're starting from zero. So, if you want to sign up for that free training, we had over 1,000 people sign up last time, check the link in the description and sign up before spots run

10:39out. So, now that we understand what a AI agent is, let's next talk about how to find your AI business idea as a complete beginner. [music] Now, the common mistakes a lot of beginners have is that they're going to pick a business idea they have no interest in or no advantage in. Like, how many times have you jumped on the next, you know, hype wagon uh just to try a business idea to only quit 2 weeks later, right? And the other mistake people make is they sell to people who have no money, cuz no matter how hard you work, if the person, your ideal customer, doesn't have money, you're not

11:09going to make any money. And [music] one of the most common mistakes I see in the AI space, and a lot of people are spouting nonsense on YouTube. They're saying [music] like, "Oh, go to a business and sell a AI audit." It doesn't work, right? No serious business is going to [music] allow you to audit their business when you have no proof or experience. So, you might be thinking, "Okay, how do I overcome these things, and how do I even find my business idea?" So, there's really two paths that I've defined for you guys, and path number one is you can use the skills you already have, and you can learn how to

11:38deliver it with AI, right? And the second path is you can learn a new skill and get AI to do 70 to 90% of the work. So, path number one, let me give you an example of one of my clients, Zaidi. So, he was a paralegal for like 10 or 20 years or something like that, right? He's been just doing it as a full-time job. But, he's always wanted to start his own business, but because he's on the back end, he never learned how to sell. So, when he started working with me, um he told me that he tried to reach out to law firms and try to sell a

12:03paralegal AI automation service and audit their business, and uh literally zero responses. So, we got on a call, I kind of understood his situation, and I said, "Let me see your DMs." He showed me his DMs of like what he was sending to people on LinkedIn, and it was horrible. And I was like, "All right,

12:18let's just change up the strategy. Instead of selling these audits, what you should do is uh you know, you're a paralegal. What we should do is this. You find these law firms that at least make seven figures because they need to have money, right? You can check on LinkedIn to see how many employees they have. That's usually an indicator of how much money they make. Now, if they have a job opening for a paralegal, you know, a paralegal might get paid like 100, 120k a year. You message them, you say, "Hey, I've noticed that you had a paralegal job opening, and uh you haven't been able to fill it

12:44for the last three or four months. Um I might be able to help you with that. I've been a paralegal for the last 10, 20 years, and [music] um let's jump on a call, right?" So, basically, that's what he started doing. Cuz they have an intention to hire somebody, and he's coming in. But, when he gets on the call, he says, "Hey, I'm actually not looking for another paralegal job. I've been doing it for so long. I'm actually starting my own business. And what I do is I help people, you know, with the paralegal work using AI." And so, that's how he's

13:09been able to get all of his meetings. [music] You look for someone who's looking for a human and fulfill the job uh using the skills you have. [music] Now, because he has paralegal experience, he's just selling the same thing he would if he was an employee, except he's just using Claude to do a majority of the work by creating those Claude skills, similar to how I showed you earlier. So, that's an example of using the skills you already have, creating your own Claude skills and agents, and selling it to a client. Now, the path two is you can learn a new skill and get AI to do 70% to 90% of the

13:39work. So, as an example, one of my clients, Sandy, when we started working together like um many months ago, she was trying to get into the AI space. She knew nothing about Claude. And one of the things that we did early was go on Upwork. So, she was just DMing people on Upwork, sending Loom videos. And she found this client where they were looking for someone to do uh SEO. And they weren't even interested in AI. So, she DM'd them, sent them a Loom video saying like, "Hey, I can do your SEO for

14:02you." And they actually took the call. Now, on the call, she said, "Hey, I can actually do this with AI." And they were like, "Oh, like we never even thought about using AI for SEO." And so, by just exuding that confidence on the call, [music] they trusted her and she was able to close them for 3K. Now, the important part is she didn't know anything about SEO, and she didn't even know how to produce SEO blogs using AI. She basically just made a promise. Now, some people might say, "Isn't that wrong? Is that lying to somebody?" Not necessarily. It's you're promising a desired outcome, and you have the trust

14:34in yourself to figure it out. [music] So, within that first month, she took the money, hired a bunch of people for like a thousand bucks or something to set all of the AI stuff up. She ran the SEO blogs. It worked the first month, and the second month they were like getting a thousand percent more traffic from the work that she did. So, even though she just figured out on the spot, like you can learn these skills relatively fast. And if AI is doing most of the work anyways, you know, you might as well just get paid first and build it later. Later on, she actually snowballed

15:00that into a YouTube channel. I started from zero, and now she's at 70,000 subscribers. She makes more than 50K a month. And this is someone who didn't know anything about AI nine months ago, right? Like it's a even playing field. This is all new technology. Like you can get started. Now, with those two paths in mind, I want to help you find your business idea. And I actually have a gift for you, and that is the business idea generator Claude skill. So if you want that, check the link in the description and I'm going to give you like a whole bunch of skills for free [music] in this video if you can check

15:31that link out. Now, the first skill we're going to do is you download it in Claude, double click it to install it and then you say help me find my business idea. What will happen is it's going to ask you a series of question, right? It's going to ask you your background to see if we can use that in any way for your business and then, you know, it's going to ask you further questions, right? But the main thing is understanding what you're good at, what the world needs, what you can be paid for and what you love. If you can find the intersection of all those four

15:54things, then, you know, that business idea is something you can do for the long run. So for this example, let's say I have this guy Tim and he has a job, he's looking to build something on the side, he has a little bit of marketing skill set, but he wants to learn how to do meta ads using AI, right? And what does he love? He loves high rocks, exercising, hydration, he likes marketing, um he wants to, you know, be paid for these ads. So it makes sense that he would generate ads using AI for these

16:19brands. It's a hot opportunity, right? Then, so if you use the business idea generator, it's going to help you generate an idea like this. It's going to help you figure out how big the opportunity is, what you do and it's going to help you price your offer as well. So like how many assets are you creating and what timeline, how much should you charge, all that kind of stuff. And it's even going to explain to you like how much of AI can actually do the work for you. So for this kind of work where you're making ads similar to what I showed you, AI is really doing

16:46like 80% of the work. You still have to use your brain to understand like who the cool brands, what are cool ads, but in terms of like actual labor, it being in the trenches, like dude, AI is making the videos for you. So if you want to give that business idea generator a try, link is in the description. Now, an important part is once you do this exercise,

17:04I want you to understand this. Don't get caught up in building the perfect AI agent or automation. The reality is, if you think about it, if you go to a business owner and [music] you're trying to sell this thing of like, oh, this agent could do this and that." They don't care. At the end of the day, the only thing they care about

17:22is results. They don't care about AI. They care about results. AI is just how you're going to deliver the results. So, with that in mind, let's go into the next section, which is how to actually sell your AI agent. So, the biggest mistake you can make when [music] selling to companies is you make a list of, let's say, 100 companies in a certain industry like hydration, right? And you DM all of them saying, "I'm going to audit your business." This [music] only works if you already have a warm connection and they trust you. If you're doing it cold, expect 99.9% of people to completely ignore you because no serious

17:58business owner is going to let you audit their business when you're a complete stranger. Here's how we're going to sell it step-by-step. Number one, we're going to focus on selling the desired outcome, not the agent itself, like I was mentioning before. Step number two, we want to create some kind of sample work to showcase that, hey, we can actually do the work, right? Step number three, we're going to build a highly targeted list and then reach out to these businesses in hopes that we're going to solve their pains and show them that we can help them get to that desired outcome. [music] Now, what does it mean

18:28to have a high-quality list? Basically, you want to use signals. And signals are essentially any data you can find online that would indicate someone would be more likely to buy your services. So, if you are selling meta ad services using AI, you write, you're going to mass create these ads. You could find a signal like, hey, they have a job opening looking for someone to create the ads. That means they have money to spend specifically for that thing. It could be they're already running meta ads at a small scale and they want to scale. It could also be that their competitors are running 10 times more ad

19:02creative than them. With that in mind, I have another skill for you. Again, you can get all these skills using the link in the description. And for this skill, it's the list builder skill. So, I can say, "Hey, make me a list of 10 companies who run Facebook ads, but only run less than 25 ads right now. I want to target wellness supplements and vitamins. Ideally, their competition is this company, right? Cuz I want to stay

19:23in that little niche." So, the narrative I want to go with is like, "Okay, Rosabella is running like 3,000 ads. Your company is only running 25. You probably have money. Uh and we could do it The signal could be that they have a lot of employees and they do a lot of revenue. Why are you only running 25 ads when you should be running a thousand?" Right? So, it's a pretty good sell. And then I'm saying, "Okay, like put it all together in a nice HTML document in a Google Sheet so I can reach out to these people." Okay, so basically when I use this skill, what

19:48happens is it's going to have all the signals and it's going to rank them by points. So, let's say they have under 25 ads, no uh editorial funnel. So, you kind of see the thing, right? Like all the signals I mentioned before. I only ask you to give me a handful of companies cuz you First, you want to do like 10 or 12 companies first to make sure the list is good and it's finding the right companies. And then when you find some good ones, you would say, "Okay, I like these companies. Make me a list of a hundred now. Make me a list of a thousand." So, you do a small sample

20:15size first and then you expand [music] out. So, let's say this brand pronounced. So, they're currently running 70 ads. They sell something similar to that competitor I mentioned. So, they're bootstrap and eight people. So, they might be an opportunity to scale, right? So, using my checklist, you know, uh under 25 ads, no real funnel, single brand page. So, it's like a lot of it checks a lot of the boxes, right? So, when I double-check on Meta Ad Library, worldwide, they're only running eight ads [music] total. These are just some really basic ads. Let's say I found the founder, I sent him a DM. He didn't respond. Then I make a

20:48Loom video, right? So, I can just say, "Hey John, how's it going, man? It's Patrick. So, I was actually checking out your ads on Meta Library and I noticed that you guys were only running eight ads. I'm surprised because with your brand at the scale you have, um I would think you would should be running at least a few hundred ads, especially the way Meta's working right now where it's all about the ad creative. And on that loom video, I would then pull up their competitor. So, I was doing a little more research on your competitors and Rosabella, you know, they kind of sell something similar to what you do. You

21:16know, they're running over 3,000 ads right now and some of these are, you know, they're just like AI-generated ads, but obviously if they're keeping it up and they're running it for a long time, it's making quite a bit of money. So, I actually help people with these uh static ads and video ads and we can do them at scale. So, if you're interested in me helping you guys out, you know, let me know in the chat or if it makes sense, we could jump on a call. Thanks,

21:36man. [music] So, that's pretty much how I would do the loom video and why would someone respond? Because I clearly see a pain point, I understand them, I understand their industry, I understand their competitor, and I'm offering a real solution that will help them make money. You see, I didn't try to sell this AI automation and say, "Oh, I can [music]

21:56take their ad and put it on top view." And, you know, they don't care about that. They only care about how is this guy going to help me make money, save money, and save [music] time. They only care about how the steak tastes, they don't care how it's cooked in the kitchen. So, now that you understand how you should go about building your list and reaching out [music] to these clients, the next step is going to be your 60-day game plan on

22:17what you should do now. The first, let's say 1 to 7 days, use the Cloud Skills and get your business idea and have a direction. It doesn't have to be perfect, you just need to get decent enough to test it out. Now, days 7 to 14, [music] you want to use that process of, you know, using the Skill Creator to create different skills to learn how to fulfill

22:36on the service that you want to provide. You just need to create a couple samples similar to what I did in this video to showcase that you can do whatever it is that you promise, right? And days 14 to 30, you want to, you know, I would recommend using LinkedIn, but you can use Upwork, cold email, but let's just say LinkedIn, okay? Because it's one of the best ways to reach out to people

22:53these days. [music] So, you can connect with 200 people per week, about 40% will actually accept your connection request, and then you you [music] DM everyone that accepts. You also need to create one piece of content per day, five days a week, on LinkedIn to show people you're a human. You don't have to be super famous or anything like that. Like, you can get like 10 likes on your post. It doesn't matter. Just create something. And to prove to you that it actually works, one of my clients, Allison, she just started doing this process, you know, 200 connection requests a week. She posts some content, not very often, actually,

23:22every couple of days, you know, one like, six likes, three [music] likes, whatever, right? But, she does sell AI automations and just a couple months ago, she made like 50k in one month. So, I can tell you from personal experience of me helping her with the sales, it works. Now, from days 30 to 60, you keep doing the DMs, you keep creating content. Eventually, you will book your first meetings and then you close [music] the clients, right? Now, if you want to know exactly how to close them, you want to make sure to sign up for my three-day live training coming up, where I'm going to show you live how I

23:51actually do it. So, with this 60-day game plan, important part to understand is you just need one to two hours per day. You can do it while working your full-time job.
