0:00Email outreach is one of the most effective ways to find and sign new B2B clients. But for years, it's been both intimidating and expensive to set up. Now, I send over 3,000 cold emails every single day at my marketing agency affluent.co. We've made millions in revenue as a result of it. In fact, I've been doing this for almost 10 years now, where I've sent hundreds upon hundreds

0:25of thousands of [music] cold outreaches. I've actually documented many of them on this very YouTube channel. And today, I'm going to be breaking down the fastest and easiest way for you to build a complete email outreach system, so you can go from zero to sending thousands of cold emails every single day and booking meetings predictably with ideal prospects in your target market, regardless of what you sell and who you sell it to. So, let's get straight into this. The tool that we're going to be using today is called instantly.ai. [music] They are the leader right now when it comes to AI-powered email outreach. When I say AI, we're not just going to use AI

1:02to personalize every single email that we send out, but we're also going to use Instantly's AI sales agents to respond to every single positive response we get, so we can book people automatically straight onto the sales calendar. So, once this system is set up, it's pretty much hands-off. So, let's get straight into it. So, the first thing I'm going to do is actually go ahead and create an account. You can use the link in the

1:24description. I'm already logged in. We're going to see the Instantly co-pilot. And this is effectively Instantly's own large language model, where we can speak to the AI agent and have it help us set things up. Now, this is what I would recommend for you if you're a complete beginner, but you're watching this video, which means you're going to do it the advanced way, which means you're going to be maximizing on the results, cuz you can learn from someone who's

1:46been doing this for for 10 years now. So, let me just open this up here. I've actually created a Notion document, which you guys can get access to as well. This is going to be the full step-by-step instructions, so you can make sure that you've set this up perfectly. Perfectly? That's not a word. Perfectly. And to get access to this document, by the way, just drop a comment underneath this video. Let me know what you're trying to achieve by setting up an outreach system. Subscribe to my channel and then DM me on Instagram @jordanplatn the keyword "instantly" and I'll send this document straight over to you. Now,

2:17before we get started today, we're going to have to build out the infrastructure. It's really important you don't make some of the fundamental mistakes that I made in the early stages. You never want to send cold email from your business domain. Okay, so let's say you're an agency business like me or you're some kind of service-based business. You're probably speaking to clients via a core email address. The last thing you want to do is reach out to cold prospects via that email cuz there's always a risk that that email can get what is called blacklisted, meaning we don't hit the inbox anymore. Maybe we hit spam,

2:50unfortunately. And so, we want to create what are otherwise known as burner emails, emails and domains that are somewhat disposable. So, it doesn't really matter if we end up getting blacklisted from bad luck. But everything I'm going to be running through right now is going to prevent you from getting blacklisted. But sometimes it can just happen. We don't want that to happen on our main domain

3:08and then cause issues with our clients. Now, to be safe, we're going to be sending between 10 and 20 emails per day per email address. And we can create between 10 and 20 email addresses per website domain. Now, I know in an ideal world you'd like me to give you one firm number, but the truth is this changes all the time. When I first started email outreach, you used to have to send over 100 emails per day per account and you would only want a couple of email addresses per domain. The game has changed. And so, what we're going to do for the sake of this, we're going to

3:38keep it as conservative as possible. We're going to send 10 emails per day per email address and we're going to go for 20 email addresses per domain. There's not really any problem with doing that, but I want to give you that spectrum. Now, when we do set up those email addresses, we've got to warm them up for at least 2 weeks before sending it. What is email warming? Well, it's the act of automation, sending emails,

4:01and replying to emails on our behalf. It's effectively simulating good email health, and it's showing the email network providers that this email address is legitimate, and it can be trusted. And so, we want to set up a warming service service, which we can do on Instantly, for at least 2 weeks beforehand. Do not get trigger-happy. This is part of the process. If you try and skip past this, you're just going to burn those email accounts, and you're

4:27going to have wasted yourself money. Now, the daily sending volume is really important, okay? Because we want to generate as big of a list of leads as we possibly can, otherwise known as our TAM, our total addressable market. These are all the people that we could potentially sell our products or services to, okay? Actually, what we really want is our SAM, which is our serviceable addressable market. These are qualified

4:48people with in that total addressable. Okay, so we want to take our to figure out our daily sending volume, and therefore reverse engineer how many email addresses and domains we actually want. We want to take our verified email list, which is our serviceable market, and divide it by 90. 90 being 90 days, because we can rotate back round our leads every single 90 days, because they'll have forgotten about the fact that we reached out to them. Now, they're basically cold again, so unless we get a yes or a no out of them, we want to just shut them back in the system, and keep recycling these leads,

5:23okay? So, that's how we find the daily sending volume, and then we can reverse engineer the rest from there. We also want to keep roughly 10% extra warmed-up accounts as backup, okay? We will get blacklisted from time to time. It's part of the process. If we keep 10%, then it means that we're not going to have downtime. We can just replace them with other email addresses that we weren't using, that are sat there in a nice warmed-up bucket. So, let's start off by setting up our email

5:48accounts. So, I'm actually going to set up the infrastructure on the back end. In fact, I'm going to change this. I'm not going to set up the email accounts first. I'm going to go ahead and set up the email list first, um the lead list first. These are total people that we're actually going to reach out to. And the reason why I'm going to do that, and this is unorthodox, most people go through to setting up the infrastructure first. The reason why is because the most effective email outreach system sends the maximum amount of emails per day that our serviceable addressable market allows. The mistake that many people

6:24make is they say, "I'm going to get 10 domains, and then I'll get 20 email inboxes, and I send 10 emails a day. That means I've got a capacity of X. I can send this many emails." And that's all well and good if you're balling on a budget. If you're watching this right now, that's perfectly okay. You're You're kind of new to business. You don't have a lot of money to spend. You

6:43don't want to waste too much on domains. You want to get your feet off the ground first, get some proof of concept, and then invest more into the outreach strategy. That's fine. You can allow your budget to constrain how many emails per day that you send. But, if you want to get the best result, you should let the size of your market, the size of your lead list, determine what your infrastructure should actually look like, okay? We want to determine that daily sending volume. So, we're going to

7:09go into Super Search. And Super Search is Instantly's built-in lead generation function. So, we can go job titles. Let's do management level, and let's do owner. And we can do location. I'm going to do United Kingdom. We're going to do keywords. Let's do kitchen fitting, for example. Let's do employee size. Let's just say we're going for smaller businesses if

7:41we're just starting out. We don't want them to be too big. That's pretty much everything. I'm pretty keen with keen on that for now. Let's do one lead per company there as well. So, here we actually have 100,000 leads. Now, what I would recommend you doing is going through, checking some of these companies, and having a look as to whether or not they actually fit the criteria of our ICP, our ideal customer profile, and uh you'll be able to just verify that this is the right list of leads for you. Okay? So, we've got 105,000 results there. Now, what I would also do is check out the recent video I

8:14put out on this channel where I used Clay to generate leads as well. So, that will really broaden out your market, too. Um if you want to make sure you're maximizing on the amount of people you reach out. I'll put a link in the description for that. Once we're happy with that, then we can go ahead and we can hit find emails, and we can go and we can take the email addresses, which is going to use some credits on

8:35instantly to go and enrich these leads. So, it's going to find the contact details for these leads, okay? So, I'm going to do work email, where it's going to search for a number of different sources. I'm going to do fully enrich profile, so it's actually finding details about that lead. And we can also do AI enrichment as well, where we can get a little bit deeper into things as well. But, these two will give me more than enough of what I need right now with this campaign. I'm going to continue. I'm just going to enrich 100 leads, cuz I don't want to waste my credits seeing as I'm only doing this

9:02for the sake of this video right now. And here we have our lead list, which is enriching right now, okay? And so, see what we can blur. But, you can see on the right-hand side, this is now queuing different APIs, which is just pulling in different uh integrations from other tools across the internet, and it's now collecting all of this information for us. It's getting details there as well. And then what we should have is an email address column that's going to be coming up as well, um where we're going to be able to reach out to these individuals. So, yeah, we've got this email address column here. We're

9:35just going to allow that to run, and it's going to finish enriching this list for us. In fact, whilst this is doing this, we can go ahead and figure out exactly how many domains we need to buy and how many email accounts we need to get based on the serviceable market of 100,000 businesses. So, we can use the new version of the calculator called I want you to help me figure out exactly how many domains I need to buy and how many email addresses I need to make off the back of this maps from my cold outreach system. I've got 100,000 people in my total verified lead list. Divide

10:08that by nine for me cuz I'm going to rotate around these leads every 90 days. I'm going to send 20 email addresses per domain and send 10 emails per email address. So, how many domains do I need and how many email addresses do I need? Could have made that a lot simpler, but I'm keeping it layman's for you guys. Cool. So, it actually thought I said nine, so we've got the maths wrong there. So, I corrected 90, not nine. And so, that actually ends up that we're going to be sending 1,000 emails per day, meaning we need six domains and 112 email addresses there to be sending that

10:41amount of emails. Now, there is one piece of maths that is really important that we need to make sure we get into play. I would always times this number by three to allow for follow-ups. Cuz we are going to not just be sending new emails per day, but we're also going to be sending follow-ups, and so we need to make sure we've got enough infrastructure to be able to allow for those follow-ups as well. So, verified lead list divided by 90 times by three, and that allows for the follow-up allowance. And again, this is on the basis of 100,000. You need to figure this out and do your own maths based on

11:13your serviceable market when you generate that lead list. Let's go back over to Instantly. Have we got those work email addresses? Yes, we do. We've got them all now. I realize I haven't actually been going ahead and ticking off this. We already opened Super Search. We We filtered the ICP. We found the work email addresses. We've run the enrichment. We can add extra columns if we want to, okay? So, when we go over to Super Search, we can add extra columns like the news, like the signals, and these are great different indicators and things that we can use in order to personalize our emails more, but we're

11:43actually going to skip that and we're going to go ahead and we're going to try personalize, let's say, 10 email results here. And uh we can go ahead and we can make this a little bit bigger cuz I've actually missed out on some buttons here. In fact, let's just go enrich and AI. And then we get a number of different options that we can start using AI for when it comes to this list, okay? So, we could write a full email, we could write an opening line, we could research the company, we could clean and reformat data, okay? And a whole bunch of other things that we can do as well,

12:10but we're going to write an opening line. It's going to open up the AI enrichment. It's going to already map the fields that are relevant. We can choose the AI model, but 5.4 will do a good job. And we can hit generate, and we can generate for the first 25 leads. Just This is completely open, okay? We're just allowing Instantly to do all of this for us. Let's see what this actually generates for us, okay? And this is going to be over here on the right-hand side. Notice as a business owner at Modern Electric Modern Energy and Electrical Services, you're likely balancing day-to-day operations with pressure to keep

12:40projects moving smoothly in a fast-changing energy and utilities market. Notice your building Blueprint X as a co-founder in business services, which usually means you're wearing a lot of hats whilst keeping growth moving. Notice as a CEO and founding owner at blah blah blah. And so, here we go. We've got all these personalized lines, but this is with no real information fed into this whatsoever, okay? So, what we can do is we can edit the instructions and we can make this much more specific. And so, here we've got "Your sales rep, write a short personalized open line for a cold email, which should feel natural" and so

13:10on. So, we can actually go ahead and we can change this. Write a really short personalized open line for a cold email, and bear in mind that we're about to suggest a free Facebook ad audit. And so, this opening line needs to be relevant to that but without mentioning it. Okay. Let's just go for that. Enrich. Cool. Notice MES has been growing in the energy space. Had a quick look at how you're currently generating demand online. That's great. Blueprint is

13:39helping businesses grow through service. Had a quick thought at one of the channels that often gets overlooked when it comes to driving more consistent leads. Okay. So, here we go. This is a lot more relevant and we can go ahead and we can refine this and if you watch some of my old YouTube videos on this channel, you see it used to be so complex and be so time-consuming. We would hire entire virtual assistant appointment setting departments in order to be able to do this. They would only be able to handwrite 150 personalized lines every single day and now instantly just baked in, you can do it with like that. So

14:14cool. Okay, so now we're done with lead list. Let's go ahead and actually set up the account. And so, we're going to go over to email accounts and we're going to go add new on either of these buttons. And the option we get, uh, let's go ahead and do that. I'm going to have to zoom out right now. It's cuz I'm zoomed in trying to make everything fit on screen so you can see it as well. We have three options. We can go ahead and we can get pre-warmed accounts. Okay, so Instantly actually has a number of different domains that are already pre-warmed that you can go ahead and buy. This is

14:37obviously a very popular service cuz it completely sold out. We can do a done-for-you email setup, which is actually what I'm going to recommend for you because the act of getting a domain, setting up the DKIM, the DMARC, and all of those different things is something again we used to have to pay someone on Fiverr to go and set up cuz it's very fiddly and time-consuming, especially if we're talking about, you know, 15, 20 different domains and email accounts that we've got to go ahead and set this up for. And so, this is what I'm going to recommend to you. This is if you are tech-savvy, you've got a team that can

15:06do this for you. By all means, you want to save some money. Okay, I do think it's diminishing returns. You can go ahead and just set up existing accounts and do it yourself by this way. It's the old school way. And we can do the done-for-you setup. We can either do it through Gmail sending or we can do it through Instantly's m- an And so, the first thing we do is put our domain in, okay? And I'm going to use a domain that I own, okay? And it's going to suggest a number of different domains that are relevant to that, okay? And we're going to go ahead and suggest

15:35more, and we can select these, okay? So we can say, "I want this one. I want this one. I want this one. I want this one. I want this one. Ba ba ba ba ba." However many domains that we actually want to go ahead and buy based on our domain name, okay? So I'm going to just go ahead and just going to buy one for the sake of this right now cuz I don't want to make a Yeah, I don't want to buy things for the sake of it that I'm not

15:55going to go ahead and use. We hit next, and we can set up the forwarding domain, okay? So when somebody goes and clicks this link cuz when someone opens your email, you're going to be using different domains. You want them to go back to your original domain. Set up your forwarding your domain that's already going to be set up for you. The sender first name, last name, and we want to have the email at, okay? And so this is going to be like Jordan at, but I would recommend using a multitude, a mix there, okay? And so here we've actually got We've got five already set, but we actually want to set

16:24up 20, okay? So we can go ahead and we can actually add more. So we could do um JP at, you know? And then we can add that one, and it's going to add it to the list, okay? Now Instantly's recommending that we do five emails per domain right now. Uh I think that's [music] overly conservative. On my 3,000 emails a day I've got 20 email accounts per domain at the moment. If you want to do 10 to be more conservative, in between what I'm doing and what Instantly's recommending, by all means be my guest, but but uh but yeah, I'm currently doing 20 with no

16:55problem whatsoever. We hit place order, and that's going to going to go ahead and buy all of those accounts for us. And it's going to go and warm this up. In fact, I might as well just do this so you can see everything in place. Okay, order placed. We hit continue. We've done that. We've done that. Okay, we've done the sender first name. We're going to place the order, and now what we can do is we can actually see that these emails are set up pending. It's all going to be automatic, okay? And it's going to go ahead and warm up these automatically for us. We can go ahead

17:25and we can play around with the settings of these, okay? So, we can enable the warm up and so on. We can we can delete these accounts, etc., etc. And uh but it's all been done for us. And [music] this used to take a huge amount of time. Like it's just it's obscene how easy and quick this all is right now. And actually seeing how Instantly was When I first started using Instantly, it was literally just you upload your email account already set up. You do the email sending. It was just the sending platform. There was no personalization or anything. To see how far this has come, it's just it's so

17:54cool, man. So, the next thing we're actually going to do is go ahead and train Instantly's copilot. And so, what we want to do is go into memory. And here it's going to have all the information about our business, our website, our company name, our business description, any offers that we've already got, okay? And our customer profiles, any guidance as well. This has all been set up for affluent.co. But you're going to do this for your own business, okay? And the reason you want to do this is for you guys, you won't you're not going to need this technically for this video cuz you're following the advanced mode. But when

18:22you come away from this video, okay? You're you're separated from the the the the the symbolic bosom [laughter] you're not going to have this support when you come away from this video, okay? And so, I would recommend setting this up because then when you come into it, you can just speak to the Instantly copilot. It's going to act like your LLM. It's going to be like a personal assistant. It's going to be able to help you with a bunch of stuff. The better the context the system has, the better help is actually going to go ahead and give you, okay? So, I'm just going to go

18:52ahead and close that because I've already done that already. Now to the fun part. We're going to go ahead and create our first campaign. So, we're going to go to campaigns. We're going to go add new. We're going to call this, you know, let's just call it test one, okay? But you want to call it something just like when we're creating

19:05Facebook ads or anything else like that. We want to have a good naming convention so we can recognize it later on and and can track those numbers. We're going to hit add leads, we're going to do it from super search. We've already got a lead list, and we're going to go ahead and we're going to go actions, add leads, and we're going to go and we're going to go ahead and select these. We're going to select all results. We're going to go ahead and go actions, move to campaign, select target

19:31campaign, test one, okay? Yes, we want to copy leads. Yes, we want to reset interest status because AI is automatically going to determine when someone responds if they're interested or not. We'll come on to that. And then yes, we want to check duplicates across all campaigns. This is really important, okay? I've been in a world of pain when I've sent campaigns in the past and you've sent the same email to the same people a bunch of time and it's just an absolute pain in the ass. Go to campaign. Here we're going to have an overview of our analytics. It's all pretty self-explanatory. AI can even

19:59diagnose when there are problems, okay? And we've got all of our leads that have been imported into as well, which I'm going to have to blur out for you. And then we have our sequences. So we've added a new, we've moved our leads over. We're going to go ahead and we're going to write our first email. It's funny, we

20:13got a little error there. There you go. Refresh and we're all good. Cool. So, very simple. We know what emails look like. We've got our subject line and we've got our email address there, okay? And there are a number of different things that we can do. We can use AI to generate content. We can go from templates, okay? So fortunately, there have been millions of emails sent across the platform and so there are a ton of emails that we can actually go ahead and use. So we've got an appointment

20:35setting agency here. How's company name managing when it comes to booking new appointments? Like having managed X. This is good. Growth agency, what have we got? These are great. I haven't even had a chance to look at these recently. So much new content added here. Cool. So these are all the different emails. Digital agency, go ahead and have a look at these yourself. And broadly speaking, like it's great to start from a good template and if you're using something like Instantly, you already have the competitive advantage anyway from somebody that's not who's manually going

21:02ahead and writing all of this. And but broadly, the the framework that I like to use called AIDA, okay? And this is a classic framework. Okay? [snorts] And AIDA stands for attention, interest, desire, and action. Okay? I got a little better glitter on this one. For me, this is an attention hook. Okay? Now, I've got an entire video on this channel I break down great attention hooks. I'm going to put a link in the description so you go ahead and watch that. In fact, all of you need to go ahead and watch that video cuz it's going to teach you how to write great email copy based on everything I've done

21:44in the past to make millions from emails. Attention hook is the hook that we are using. It's the first line of the email we're going to grab attention. Some people call it a personalized first line, but I think that it gives you the wrong impression of what it's for. It's not just about personalizing. It used to be that we could send an email and we could just fool someone into thinking that we personally sent it to them. That would

22:03be enough to get a response. It doesn't. Now, the email algorithm is just like the short-form algorithm. We have to grab attention cuz they're getting tens and tens and tens of people reach out to them every single day selling products and services just like yours. And so, you need to grab attention and you need to stand out. Watch that video, you'll get a whole bunch of different frameworks for that. Interest is how then we're going to take that attention and we're going to divert it into something which is going to pique their interest. Okay? So, we might, for example, mention that we have a growth system if we're let's say a ad agency

22:37that works with kitchens. Um we have a growth system that's able to acquire quote-ready leads for their business. Now, we're getting interest. Desire might be a case study. It's one of the great places to get desire. We already did this for this business that hopefully they already know. We got them this result in this time frame. We think we could do it for you. Action. This would lead to a Would you be against the idea of a really quick call over the next few days? Or, if you're a performance marketing agency, a free audit has come right back round. These strategies like come in ebbs and flows based on how much

23:09people are doing them. Like, more people will copy the thing. You know, people watch this video right now, they everyone's going to be doing a free audit. A free audit probably won't work in a month or two because everybody's trying to do it. You know, and then they come back around again, which is why we have to be continuously testing. Lots of people think they can just send one cold email, and then uh they uh they just

23:27forget about it. That isn't the case. Emails are now like ads. We're going to be constantly testing with new iterations. Every 2 weeks is actually what I recommend to do, okay? Now, we're going to go ahead and just for the shits of it, we're going to use AI to generate this, okay? And so, we're going to do AI sentence writer. The name of the company is Reno Reach .com. We're going to go ahead and

23:47continue. Okay. We offer a growth system for home service businesses that enables them to get predictable quote-ready leads every single month.

24:05Home service businesses. We've got a really great case study for a company called John's Kitchens. We took them from 10K per month to 400K per month in 6 months. And we also have another one from Sarah's Bathrooms, and we generate her 30 new appointments every single month. How many steps in the sequence has do three? We're getting ahead of ourselves,

24:31but let's do it. Cool, look at this. Hey, I noticed that company name is focused on generating more leads for home services. That's our attention hook. Maybe not the best one, but it's still good. Uh well, it's okay. One of our clients, John's Kitchens, went from This is our interest. One of our John's Kitchens went from 10K to 400K monthly in just 6 months using our growth system. We specialize in businesses like yours. Here we got desire. And now we got Would you like a quick chat to see how we can help achieve similar results? It's a really simple basic email out email button. You spend enough volume on this and this is

25:01going to do a great job. You watch the video I put out, you're going to It's going to be It's going to be wonderful for you. Now, we've also got some follow-ups there as well, okay? So, let's actually just skip ahead down here, okay? Let's do the spam checker in a minute. And but we've got the follow-ups, okay? So, there's a couple

25:14of different follow-up frameworks. Generally speaking, like two to three is what I would recommend. Bump, break up, final bump. So, bump is just like a really simple one. I'm just following up, basically. It's just like a really simple I would recommend doing sent from my iPhone after your bump. It gets a really great response even still these

25:30days. Um a breakup is like look, I'm not going to waste my time or I don't want to waste each other's time by me reaching out to you like and so I'm going to, you know, I'm going to stop reaching out to you soon. Just like let me know whether or not this is something you actually are interested in because we've got this

25:43great result. And then the final bump is just going to be like a one last time just checking in, yeah? Uh we can also go ahead and we can do a whole bunch of different things depending on how sophisticated your business is. You could send over specific links to case studies. These ideally on your website. You could give them free lead magnets. Work really, really well in the market as well. Um and so, yeah, the power is in the follow-up. You must follow up to every single person. There's no doubt about that. And the more creative you can be about the follow-up, the better it's going to be. If you want me to record a

26:09whole video on follow-ups in the future, I can do. Just let me know down below, okay? Ah, I love that the subject line has been auto-generated to quick question. Quick question is This is the subject line I've been using for years and years and years and years. And it works so well. And we just do quick question for and then we're going to do a variable

26:27and we're going to do first name, okay? And what that means it's going to pull in that variable from the actual list itself, okay? And so this is a subject line that works incredibly well. It's just It's just so hard to beat. Variants of this would be even better. So, try and be creative with it. Um yeah, and play around with that off your own back, okay? Where is spam check

26:48these days, okay? Cool. So, let's hit save. And we've got our follow-up set as well. It's really important to note that if we have a different follow-up line, subject line for our follow-ups, it may not respond to the original email, okay? And so, we want to make sure that we we have a uh the same follow-up set. Um now, 2 days is perfectly fine for the first follow-up. You know, I would actually recommend doing um another I would say

27:16You could do 2 days. I would say 4 days is better for the for the other follow-up. Uh also, what I recommend always doing is split tests. Every time you launch a new campaign, do a split test, okay? You want to compare two different micro variants. When you do a split test, the key is not writing a whole new email. You're just changing one simple thing. If not, you don't know what actually worked, okay? The other thing that we absolutely can do is spin tax, okay? Spin tax is basically the act of alternating different sentences. And

27:40so, I'll give you an example of that. And so, it allows the email system to switch around lots of different sentences. So, we're not sending the same email emails to everyone. It's a good way to avoid spam if you're sending a huge amount of volume. So, I'll give you an example of this. Please, can you analyze this email and just appropriately put spin tax

27:58throughout it wherever you see fit. Don't overdo it, but just do it for me. Cool. So, now we take this. We copy it back into Instantly. We're now going to have to reformat that. Okay. Where are we at? And it looks really messy. Looks really intimidating. But this is a pro tip for you guys, like

28:16a real pro tip. So, don't overlook this. This is going to make a big difference if you're sending a huge amount of emails anyway. So, is I think it's probably overdone this a little bit. So, we could take out some of this. But what this is doing, I'll explain it just on this line. So, best, cheers, thanks. These are alternatives. And so, what it's going to do is automatically rotate

28:35around these different alternatives. It's not going to nec- always send best. Sometimes it'll send cheers. Sometimes it'll say thanks. And it's really means that it's effectively doing this automatically. Um and therefore, uh yeah, we just we just rotating around different words and we're we're avoiding any kind of spam filter that's saying this person is sending this email too many times, we

28:56don't like it. We hit save on that. Cool. And the final thing we want to do is do a spam checker. I wonder if there's some of these buttons are missing. Ah. I wondered. Okay, AI tools, we have a spin tax writer on here. Okay, so now we actually can just get it to write spin tax for us. This is wonderful. Okay. So, you can ignore the fact that I've I actually went and then just wrote spin tax myself. Okay, it's actually gone ahead and done it for us and I'm really glad it has because it's used instantly uses a double bracket rather than the single one. And so, but this has gone

29:26spin tax on the spin tax and so, we've kind of gone a little bit overkill there with that email because now we've now we've absolutely fluffed it up. So, we could go ahead and we can just use that template there just so we've got something back in. So, now what we can do is we can go tools, we can go spin tax writer,

29:41and it's going to do all this for us. Great. And there's our spam word checker as well. I was looking for earlier. So, we can go ahead and we can apply [snorts] a spam Oh, I actually just come off that. It's checking for spam words. We want to do that beforehand. Sometimes people would put too many dollar signs and so on and so forth. We can fall into spam and it's not an ideal situation for us. So, we want to make sure that we give that a

30:02proper check. Cool. So, a number of different changes it's already suggested for us. We can go ahead and we can actually apply them and now we're good to go. We can hit save. Nice. So, we go ahead. Yes, let's save that. Now we can go Now we can go ahead and go to schedule. Let's come back over to

30:17here. We can go ahead and we can say yes, we've done that. Let's go over to schedule. Now we're going to set our sending window. Okay, so, this is going to depend on who you're actually reaching out to. Okay, we can go ahead and we can save this schedule. Okay, if you're reaching out, you want to make sure that your time zone is set appropriately. So, you got to think about your leads most importantly. Now I would recommend if you're reaching out to multiple different countries you actually segment your campaigns by country because you're going to have a different sending window based on the country, okay? And so you want to make

30:44sure you're setting the the the time zone. You can do the days, broadly speaking, Monday to Friday is going to be the best. Some people like to skip Monday because Monday's inboxes are really pulled out. So some people do that Tuesday through to Friday. But um but yeah, it's really really simple, okay? We're then going to go ahead and we're going to set our options. And so we're going to select which accounts we actually want to use. So we go ahead and select all of these email accounts which are not active right now because we only just set them up. And remember we need

31:08to wait how long? 2 weeks, okay? And so then we've got our emails in. Stop sending emails on reply, definitely make sure that is enabled so when we actually respond to a lead it stops reaching out to them. We need to make sure that is the correct thing to do. Oh oh on. And we want to have open tracking off, okay? It's really tempting, especially for beginners, to turn open open tracking on, which means you can look at your open rate. What this does is it adds HTML into your email, it means that deliverability is actually going to be tougher. And so you trying to find out what your open rate is

31:38in doing that you've actually stopped yourself of a really strong open rate. And so we want to make sure that we actually have that turned off. And then delivery optimization we can send all emails as text only, but I actually would recommend sending your first email as text only. We haven't got any links in there, so we might as well send it text only to have the ultimate delivery rate when we are doing that. Daily limit, where actually we would we determined that our sending limit was how many? It's actually going to be with our full email amount. It was going to

32:04be 3,336. And so that's how many that we would actually be sending there. Um and then there are some advanced options as well. So if we want to do custom tags on the CRM or we have certain sending patterns based on like random intervals of sending times and so on. But you really aren't going to need to mess around with that, at least for now. So then we're going to go ahead and we're going to hit launch. And but I'm just going to save this because those email accounts aren't actually ready to go. But now those emails will be sending and we can see all of that data in here. And we can go

32:32ahead and we can filter that by various different time frames and we can keep on top of the results. But it's really, really important. As I said previously, you got to treat email outreach, DMs, cold calls, all of it, like the ad algorithm, okay? And the ad algorithm is always hungry for more creative. The email algorithm is always hungry for more tests, okay? What works today maybe won't work in 2 weeks, okay? Normally, I get a really good email going and you

32:57can run it for a bunch of months, okay? You're going to have You're going to have a really decent run rate with it, but you've always got to be testing something new. Even if you've got the best campaign ever, always make sure every 2 weeks you've got a new test running, okay? Because you want to make In the same light that we got 10% of our backup warmed accounts, okay? We wanted to have backup great email copy ready to go. So, if something does start declining, we're going to then just throw in a new copy and it's going to

33:23take over for us. And that is key. Now, when we are sending emails, we don't want to go ahead and have to respond to all of those emails ourselves, do we, okay? They will all come up in the unibox. They will be segmented, so we can see who's interested, who's booked a meeting, who's meeting completed, who's won, etc., etc., okay? But what we want to do is set up an AI sales agent that's actually going to respond to those individuals automatically, okay? If you want to do it manually, be my guest, but I'm all for saving time and using AI as much as possible to help with this

33:53stuff. And so, in order to do that, we're going to go over to AI agents, okay? And we're going to go add new and we're going to go select new AI reply agent, okay? We can actually do other other agents. We can do a deliverability agent, which will monitor deliverability across the board. We can do a lead finder who's actually going to go ahead and find leads for us, okay? Or an AI sales agent that's going to go ahead and find emails and then write leads and write emails for us and just do the whole thing. And we can also just do a lead finder, but we're going to do

34:22the AI reply agent, and actually this is the one I would recommend the most. You can go ahead and just manually can control the process first. People like to automate everything with AI. My mindset is if you don't know what great is, don't bother automating it because you don't know that the AI is actually doing a good job, okay? And so, do the process of setting everything up yourself manually first before you go ahead and be lazy and just get the AI sales agents to do it all for you. Okay, so the AI reply agent, we're going to

34:49set create a new one. And we'll just let's just call it the meeting booker. We're going to continue. And then we can do human in the loop or we can do autopilot. Human in the loop is when it will draft emails for us and then the human will look at that email and then click send on it. Fully autonomous is where it just automatically does it. You can start off human in the loop, review the emails, make sure it's actually doing a good job, update the prompting,

35:17and then move to autonomous later, okay? And so, we're actually going to start off here and then, you know, when the time is right, when you're actually happy with it, you can move over to fully autonomous where it's just doing the whole thing on your behalf. Agent should handle follow-ups. Yes, it should, okay? Agent should respond to automatic and out of office emails. So, she do this, which means the agent is going to go ahead and respond to people on the date. It's going to follow up with them on the date they said that they're getting back from holiday, which is really cool. Handle objections to

35:44clients on negative replies. Yes, we want it to do so. It's going to be acting as a sales development rep. And you guys will know I'm a massive advocate, if you followed me before, of AI appointment setters. I own an AI appointment setting software called appointwise and it's hugely bullish on that technology. It's just changed the game for our business and so many other people. So, no-show recovery. Okay, what about if people no-show to our meetings? This is

36:06great. So, if somebody doesn't show up to the meeting, we'll mark them on the Instantly CRM as they haven't actually turned up, then it's going to follow up with those individuals and get them booked back onto the calendar. We hit continue. We're going to select which campaign we want. We can actually go add a new tag, okay? And so, we can add a

36:24tag of, you know, automate, for example. And so, the campaigns that have this tag, okay, will have the AI sales agent automatically reach out. We can have multiple different agents that are reaching out to multiple different kinds of leads. And so, we have them behaving differently. And so, that's why we can segment different tags. And now we're going to set the tone of voice. So, we can do friendly, okay? And we're going to go We're going to do it I would actually prefer it to be more concise, but we can split test this. You can do standard to start off with. And then we're going to do the communication

36:55style, okay? And so, we can say, you know, I want you to be friendly when you speak to people, but also still professional. Don't be afraid to speak in a little bit of slang mode because our customer of home improvement businesses are more casual. We can optimize that with AI a little bit. There you go.

37:18Use casual language when appropriate. Cool. And now we can go ahead and we can add context, okay? So, we can give context based on our business, which obviously the output of this agent is going to be It's going to be conditional on the context that we give it. Handover and escalation, okay? So, if we want the agent to hand over to a human straight over to the team, where do we actually want that to go? And then any other guidance there as well, okay? So, any just other just information that's really important. Make sure that you understand that our service does this and doesn't do this, okay? So, don'ts

37:53are probably more important than the do's when it comes to prompting AI sales agents. Going to hit continue. We've set that escalation. And then we can go ahead and we can connect to Slack, okay? So, the agent will actually go ahead and notify us on Slack when it's getting no responses. We can connect to Calendly, as well. We want to make sure we connect to Calendly because we want the agent to know our availability. So, it doesn't just send over a Calendly link, but it actually suggests specific times to to people by email. And that's so important. I split-tested this over thousands and thousands of leads. If you just send

38:25over a calendar link, you will lose those leads. You will burn those leads. We've got to make sure we send them suggested times, but then also send over the link so the prospect has the opportunity to decide. We're going to go ahead and we would connect those, and then we would be able to add that agent to the campaign that we've just gone ahead and set [music] up. Okay. So, we've already gone through the replies landing the Unibox. We can find all of our leads in the CRM, okay? So, everything all in one place. So, the leads and the campaigns that we've got, the all any automations that we've gone

38:57ahead and created We've not even gone into automation today. We can create kind of conditional if-this-then-that-based automations for more sophisticated campaigns, but you're not going to need to do that for now. If you want a more advanced video in the future, guys, let me know, but this is already a pretty lengthy video. We can go over to our analytics to see the analytics across the entire camp the entire account, okay? Not just on one individual campaign, and but it will segment that by campaign as well. And then we can go ahead finally, once we've gone ahead and been running this for a little bit of time, we can go over to

39:26the Copilot. What I would recommend you doing is going ahead and every 2 weeks when you're looking to come up with new copy, okay, new email split tests, go to the Copilot and say, "Hey, I want you to analyze all of the positive responses that we've responded over the past couple of weeks. Look at the email copy we're currently sending in the top-performing campaign and suggest two to three more split tests that I can run in this campaign." And then you can take those, you can put it straight into your campaign, and you can even go through to automation and start automating this. We get to a place of complete automation

39:58where the system is actually analyzing itself and writing new ad copies over time, and that's the power of email outreach. And that is how we can be go from zero to booking multiple meetings on a daily basis for a completely automated AI outreach system. I'll put a link in the description so you can sign up to Instantly for yourself and set this up. DM me on Instagram instantly and I will send you this setup guide that we've gone through today. Subscribe for more and I'll see you very, very

40:24soon. Cheers, guys.
