0:00You are now able to run a 24/7 trading agent on your phone using Grok Bot and that means you do not need a Mac Mini anymore running 24/7. You do not need to travel around with MacBooks everywhere and you also don't need a ton of different phones for different tasks. All you need is one and just to kind of show it to you, what I've got open right here is the actual Grok Bot app on this phone right here that I actually have set up a trading desk for. I set this up with Claude but I explained to you guys how to set this up super simply with

0:31just your phone. As a matter of fact, everything I'm going to be showcasing here is literally done from my own phone so you can understand how simple it is to set up and have something running 24/7 even when you sleep. [snorts] Now, first comes some trivial steps. Go to the App Store and get yourself the Grok Bot app, open it up and log into your account. At the start, you can actually get away with using a free account. You don't have to pay for it especially if you're just trying it out to see if you actually like it or not. And afterwards though, if you start using it more and more,

1:05especially if you want to keep things running all the time and it's something you like, you'll most likely not get away with using the free plan but that's something you can experience on your own. Anyway, once you get inside the bot though, you've made yourself an account, you will not have any bots right here. It'll probably just say, "Hey, do you

1:23want to build any of these right here?" For example, a chief of staff or a sales outbound. That's actually because Grok Bot has a couple of built-in examples of things you could build. Here's a couple of different ones they have showcased on the website and if you scroll through, I believe, here's actually an additional 56 in total different bots that they have set up already that you can just easily copy. But since this is not me starting out fresh, I don't have that option anymore but we're just going to

1:52assume that you've got nothing in here. You want to start out with your first bot and you're asking me how to do it. So, just to quickly explain, the four I've got set up is one, my studio. This is for my recordings, like the one I'm doing right now. If I want some inspiration, if I want them to set

2:08things up for me or do some research. The desk is the actual back end of the research. Like, for example, what are the most trending posts on Twitter right now? Which one is doing better than expected? Something like that. A paper desk is specifically for our trading. We'll dive into every single one of these later on. And then the night watcher is just something that overlooks operations or the markets while we sleep. Now, maybe you've been watching my other Grok Bot tutorials not on the phone, and you realized the bots I've got on my computer are way more elaborate or there's just way more on here. This is actually a matter of

2:43minutes. Like, you can create a ton of bots almost autonomously once you get your first bot started, but I tried something new here. But, anyway. So, if you've got no bot running just quite yet, all we have to do on the phone is press this little plus button. Then we press make a new bot. We give it a name, like our chief of staff. It can rename

3:04itself later. You can also rename it. We'll just give it a little icon, like we make it orange with a little icon like that. Create new bot. Give it a little second. It's going to open up and ask us what the purpose of this bot is going to be. And I always think of that little video of what is my

3:19purpose from Rick and Morty. What is my purpose? You pass butter. Oh my god. Yeah, welcome to the club, pal. Anyway, since we've already set up a couple of bots, it already has some sort of idea if I want to do it in one of the departments the other bots are for. If you're running a fresh one, it will most likely not have any of these options that you can choose from. So, I'm just going to click it away here real quick so I don't really already start with a little bit of knowledge in there. And I can basically just now type into this box what I want my chief of staff to

3:51work on. So, um basically what I would always recommend is start with a little story. You can either say this within the microphone or just think of it yourself by typing it. You know a little bit about my operations already, but if you didn't, what would be the first things that you'd hire for GrokBot here? What would be the purposes that you think would be really useful for me? Just name a couple of different things and hire the bots that you think will be

4:16handy. I don't know. I'm also just freestyling it, right? That's against some of the things that I may would want to do. It says looking at the desks you already have that I'll hire the ones that are a gap. And again, if you've got none yet, it'll just start building out a couple of different bots straight away. Uh and if you've got a whole life story or in a document, you've got everything about you or you've already been using Claude or whatever AI, you can actually

4:39just drop every single piece about you. That's actually what we like to call a grill me session where you and the bot get to an understanding of what you are, what your operations are, what you want to achieve. Because if I go into any single one of these bots, they actually have got some really in-depth instructions. But now that I'm looking back at the overview, you can see our chief of staff decided to hire a factory worker and a wire. Now, what they are, I could ask my chief of staff, but for the purpose, it doesn't really matter. It now gave me back saying, "Hey, you

5:13already have the core four that you need for your operations. Studio for on-camera stuff, desk for research, a paper desk for the book, and night watch for the overnight film call." Two holes that were still sitting though was wire, which writes everything that leaves the accounts except the video, X threads, newsletters, community as you have some followers on X, and nobody was owning those posts. And then factory runs the faceless arm. I don't have a faceless arm, but regardless, channel briefs, contractor packets to self-funding gate, yada yada yada. So, uh it took it upon itself to actually for me kind of perhaps from the way I was writing

5:49before figure out that faceless channels are a good thing. So, maybe we need to run a factory on that. But, just so we don't get ahead of ourselves, we have a little list of different bots, right? We can give them a different name. We can give them a different look. Fun fact, one really cool thing that you guys actually taught me, I didn't find this out myself, that you can do is inside any of these bots, like for example, my factory worker here, I can actually open it up and click on it and change it to a picture of a I don't know, like a factory worker or something like that. I

6:19think I got a bit carried away. I now for my chief of staff actually have got Megan Fox working for me. So, that's actually pretty cool. But, I was trying to say that if you open up any one of these bots, I decided to you know, our paper desk is basically where the trading happens, right? I thought that's

6:34like our our gold miner right there. That was my thinking process. The factory, even though it's not really a factory worker, I thought like maybe you know, like a like a like a miner of sorts. And uh then for the night watch, I still wanted to kind of stay in the theme of like staying in the mines working hard cuz that's how my workers are. But, night watch, so we do this one in black and white or rather really filthy cuz he's doing the dirty work, you know? He has to stay up in the night reporting back to us. I digress. If you actually to the chief of staff did a

7:03little explainer session where you explain who you are and what type of bots you want to create or you let it decide, but you just explain what you want to achieve. If you now go to any of the bots that it created and inside of it go to instructions, you actually find that most likely it's a pretty well-thought-out thing. So, for example, our paper desk here, you run a paper trading book for Dusty. No real money is going to be involved and you say it out loud, this is a paper book. Every position is hypothetical. You never place a real order, never touch an exchange cuz the purpose here was for

7:35YouTube purposes, so we don't want it to all of a sudden run off with our money. The book 50,000 notional to start with, maximum of five open positions, maximum 10% of the book in any single position. You log everything, including the ideas that went wrong. Now, logging a hypothetical entry. Thesis, why in one sentence. So, why did you decide the ticker, direction, entry price, and why everything? The size is a percentage of the book, and then three lines. If you're wondering how I set this up, like I just told you, all you got to do is tell your chief of staff you want to start building a trading desk, and you

8:10want it to run 24/7, and it most likely already on its own will build you all the different operations that you need. So, uh I actually did a couple of tests on this. If you insert the settings properly, or explain properly to your bots which parts can be told to other bots, what a bot should know about, what yabba dabba doo, it could be so that one bot has more access to information than another. For example, what I set up was my desk has some knowledge that my studio can never access. So, even though theoretically speaking, all have the same database, all have the same knowledge. If I now ask my studio,

8:46"What do you know about my revenue split and who's on my team?" You can see it now reverted back to me saying, "That's the other bot. I don't have your revenue split or who's on the team, and I don't guess at it because I told it never give me any BS answers. If you don't know, say it out loud cuz I hate it when they start making up stuff or start guessing." Now, anyway, so I also got ourselves the night watch, which all I told it was I just want to make sure I'm always up-to-date. If something's happening, let me know. It doesn't matter what time it is. And now,

9:15every single morning at 8:00 a.m., it's going to send me a little update. There's actually one very cool piece that I've explicitly left behind. I kind of wanted to save for last because all the people that click away quickly, they don't deserve this knowledge, and they don't deserve to know how cool this is. And if you're still here, make sure you go ahead and press that like button because this is what turns Grok Bot from just a cool assistant that actually has 24/7 functionality. You know, that's that's pretty amazing to an absolute powerhouse, literally the best AI tool out there right now. And that's actually because of their internal browsers. Now,

9:50there's a little button like right here and if you click on it, you'll find that every single one of these bots has their own computer. So, what I told Grokbot to do right now is just build me some sort of website. You can do that. Where it's going to showcase to me all the attempts that it's making at a trade or do some sort of logging. Now, as of this point, it says it's actually terminal only and

10:12there's three little buttons in there. So, there's not really anything to report. I just told it to make it. So, it says right now building a local paper log and then it'll open it in the browser so you can actually scroll through the book. If you've got different specifications of how you want Grokbot to do things, maybe you want it to always be open in the browser, always to be showcased in the browser, something of that sort, you can go ahead and say that. Right now, for example, I

10:36guess it's uh it's Googling something. We can just keep up to date with exactly what it's doing. It's a bit too small to really properly showcase here in a video though. I'm thinking of how I can make this a bit bigger. Uh I guess I can do this. There we go. So, now we can see a bit of what's actually happening on the phone in terms of what our bot is doing, right? So, again, in the chat, I told it to make some sort of website and I personally can't actually see it too deeply cuz a phone screen is small and I'm trying to like do it on the computer

11:06on my phone. So, it's kind of hard. Uh but if I were watching this on my phone, I could just zoom in and make it Wait a minute. Can I zoom in? Nah. Zooming ain't working, chief. Okay, so zooming is not going to work, but you get it, right? If you're watching this on your phone, you can make it a lot easier for yourself. From the computer side, I can't perfectly see, but the idea is so freaking cool. We can now see whatever trades it's doing, what the theory is, and what it's up to. And if you want to now check how often we get an update, we just look at the routine

11:35that's in. In this case here, there's no routine. We can now tell Oh, let me just quickly put it back to the smaller version. There you guys go. You can now, inside of routines, in every single one of these bots, just say, uh if we make a routine ourselves, I don't do that. I just tell the bot, "Give me an update, for example, sent to my mail or in this chat every couple of minutes every day, whatever." Cuz you can see right now, book is a 50K, one of five open, 5% of our balance used, a Bitcoin long is the first ticket, scroll is uh there, new attempts land on this

12:07page. If I wanted to install something cooler though, like for it to actually send me a message to my email every day or update the results in Notion, I could just go to the plugins in the settings, type in Gmail or Google Drive or Google Calendar or uh quickly different keyboard Notion, which they also have. But just to quickly give you guys a heads-up, just because you're able to automate all this doesn't mean it's actually extremely good at the start. And that's one of the cool things we've been working on at Bot Trading for a long time. It's how to properly make strategies, how to perfect

12:40them using AI, and how to test a bunch all at once or all the time. And so if trading, or specifically trading strategies, is one of the things that you love, make sure you sign up for our newsletter. Right now, all I give you guys is just a little connection for how to connect your claw to TradingView, but very soon, maybe by the time you're watching this, there'll be a membership, too. Just to get all the people that are heavily into automating their trading in one sort of group. Or if you want some updates on it, just join the school, which is in the first link in the

13:08description down below, cuz in there I also post whatever cool findings I've got with regards to AI. So that really marks the first phase of getting everything ready, right? And if you're wondering how to add these little side markers, uh it's actually inside of every single one of these bots under the like I'm not sure what it's called anymore, Like, instructions? No. This is like labels, I think, or something of that sort. We can take a look at it here

13:32in wire. It's called a title. If you just want to kind of name them a bit more specific, there's another cool feature which you've got though, and you can automate this or you can do it yourself. If we go back to the plus, there's a button that says new channel. We can actually also insert, for example, our chief of staff and our night watch into some sort of channel. I didn't give it a name, but it's okay. And now I can actually talk to both of them at once or I can let them coordinate and I can watch, huh, sounds a bit weird, but I can watch them

14:00both talk back and forth. Sometimes, if you've got your operations set up properly, and I'll quickly show you guys this on the computer, is and this is again, it's the same. You can do this on your phone. I'm just showing it on my computer cuz I've already got it set up. It's just the same though, right? You can see it's literally the same thing. But here, I've already got it set up. You can also I have an events team uh right here inside of Crock-Pot. What it basically does is that it scans what the most important events are in the market every

14:29single day. Whenever something happens, it makes a routine and that routine gives me something pretty massive. It basically makes a group chat almost with all of my employees that are relevant for that event. So, it noticed and I I told it to make a mock event, right? Make a room as if there's an event going on right now. It makes a live group with our events team, our chief of staff, which is our main employee, for us it's Megan Fox, our macro team, markets research and content lead. So, out of this, we can now get our input from a specialist on macro research, a specialist on market

15:05research, a specialist on our events and whether or not this is important, our chief of staff to kind of steer them on as to what to do, and our content lead to know whether or not this should be made into some sort of post. And this is now automatically going to happen for every single major event for the

15:22foreseeable future until I turn it off. Right now, you can see it added a CPI war room that's going to come show up September 9th, an FOMC war room that's going to show up September 14th cuz those are major events. I didn't tell it which events are going to happen. It is scanning for which the most important events are and it will automatically make amazing new groups for it. Now, also if I look inside of the Grok bot here, I'm not, you know, using this at all. It's only for recording and I set up something to make sure it's it checks trading strategies all day. And you can

15:53see it's just a working and working and working. I noticed that it's just again sending messages some hours ago. It is still just adding more and more trading strategies and trying out different things with a ton of different trades on different pairs. So, it's really cool that you just basically need to set this up once and forget about it and you have a ton of data once you come back. Now, last but not least cuz you right now have a good idea as to set it up. A good

16:18question becomes, is it worth the price? Is it worth it to you? And is this better than Claude? So, in case you've not got a Mac mini or studio or some VPSs already running, then very much yes. In case you do, it becomes an iffy-wiffy spot. So, to explain it better, I've got a Mac mini, a Mac studio, another Mac mini. I've got everything basically and a ton of servers. If I want something to run 24/7, I can easily do that. I've also got some local AIs running. I can kind of get by with anything I want without

16:52needing Grok bot additionally. Where does this come in though? If you want a smart AI, like Grok's AI here, to do something 24/7 without you being there and with all your devices being turned off, even if you go away on vacation and you don't want to touch anything, you can now let something operate in the background on their computers

17:17from a phone. Like that's super massive. There's a price though. Whereas if you're doing it from home, you could download a local AI, have your computer stay on, and it's practically free. In this case here, you have to pay for a monthly subscription. And I had people asking, "Can it be run locally?" No. First of all, the hardness is not open in in the sense that you can't add another AI in the back end of it. I'm also not sure how that would work just

17:40quite yet. That's kind of weird. But more importantly, well, I mean, what what part do you want to run locally? You want the hardness part? Or you want the open weights from open from whoa, I'm almost messed up there. From Grok from SpaceX AI. No, you don't have either of those. So, you're going to either have to use Grok, and if you don't find it intelligent or something like that, well, that sucks. I mean, essentially what you could do is still use your better AI if you find a better one like Claude, whatever, and give it instructions for what to run on the Grok bot so that it can run somethings 24/7

18:12on there. But then again, for the price of Grok bot, you could also probably just set up a VPS and let something be run on there. But if you want the AI knowledge on there though, and you don't want to run an AI on a VPS cuz that's also kind of cumbersome, and you don't want to use API credits, if you for example have got Hermes or open class set up on a VPS, this makes it significantly easier. So, they basically took away the hurdle from getting automations done 24/7, and the price, I don't know, if you have X

18:38Premium Plus, it's already free. Otherwise, the minimum subscription is like 20 or 30 bucks a month. It's worthy of a shot. You know, there's a free trial. Try that out for yourself, of course. Like I said, it's worthy of a shot because for me, it's done a lot. It's doing a lot of work all day long every single day. And it just helps that you do not need to leave your computer on. It'll always keep going. So, yeah, pretty amazing. If you enjoyed this video, make sure you press that like button. If you want some help with your trading strategies, how to optimize them, how to make them better, make sure

19:05you check out bot-trading.net. If you just want to join in the X Sorry, the AI, I should say, community, just join the school, which is going to be the first link in the description down below. And I'll see you guys again in another video, hopefully some related today. And let me know down below what you'd like to see a video on next. This was a little request from my boy Runts Beats. Maybe I'm not responding, but I read literally every single comment that ever comes out. As you can see, it's not too many. So, if you've got something to say, just comment it down below, and

19:31I'll make sure to try my best to [laughter] get this into a video for you.
