This is the full transcript of how I make $32,458/month with 1 faceless channel using AI, published on YouTube by One Person Business. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.
0:00So, right now I'm making $30,000 a month with this Faceless channel. I'm going to reload the page so you know it's real. So, about $1,000 a day from ads. And yes, that's US dollars and not any other currency as you can see. And what most people don't realize is that I actually started this channel about 70 days ago. And of course, it's not the only channel I run. I also have this one that's doing about 9K a month. I'm going to reload
0:25the page so you know it's actually real. And yes, that's also US dollars and not any other currency. And then probably one of my most famous examples is where I took a channel from 0 to 60K in just 43 days. Now, I'm going to be honest with you, not all of this is take-home profit that goes into my pocket. I obviously had some expenses to post these videos. And I will tell you exactly how much I spent and what's the actual profit on all of this. And I also have plenty of channels that completely failed and didn't get any views. So, you need to understand that there's also
0:54risk to this as well. It's a pretty boring business model, but once you understand how this all works, you can start as many channels as you want. And in my opinion, it's the best way to build wealth because there's no limit to how much you can make. You don't need any customers or clients calling you at 3:00 a.m. You don't have to sell anything. You can make videos on pretty much anything from wherever you want, at any time you want. And you don't have to pay for Facebook ads or buy inventory or whatsoever. And obviously, you don't need employees. So, it's a perfect oneperson business. And now it's also
1:26perfect time to start this because first of all, YouTube as a whole is on the rise. I mean, they're surpassing Netflix, Disney, and other competitors in all metrics. So, there's more people than ever watching YouTube right now. Secondly, RPMs are now higher than ever, which basically just means you earn the most per 1,000 views than ever before. And third, the algorithm now favors the smaller channels, so you no longer need subscribers to get views. I mean, here's a channel with 40 million subscribers,
1:54barely getting 10,000 views per upload. And then here's a channel that started just one month ago, and their first video already has 400,000 views. And lastly, you now have less than 5 months to get monetized on YouTube before it gets twice as hard because starting February 1st, 2027, they're doubling monetization requirements. But if you
2:15get monetized before that, you are fine. So, if you've been sitting around thinking about starting YouTube or already started, but you never really took it seriously, now is the perfect time to go allin. And in this step-by-step tutorial, I will show you exactly how to do this. I have 15 years of experience. I've helped thousands of people grow their channels. And the main reason I'm making these free tutorials is because I run a venture capital that invests in YouTube creators who make at least $5,000 a month. So, I'm hoping that with these free videos, I can get as many of you from 0 to 5K. So that
2:46then you can potentially sell that channel to me and I would scale it further. But results are not guaranteed. All right. Now, there are actually two types of faceless YouTube channels. First of all, we have regular faceless channels, usually documentary style or educational style with animation or B-roll or stock footage. And they're mostly monetized through ad revenue and brand deals. and they're way easier to make than the latter, which are now these AI avatars which started getting popular over the last month or so. It's usually like a realistic human teaching something practical and acting as a human, but it's an AI avatar. And these are usually monetized with digital
3:26products, affiliate links, and AdSense and brand deals. They're obviously harder to make, but they also make a lot of money. Here's a channel that just started one month ago. His first videos have hundreds of thousands of views. And since they're over 30 minutes long, he can place more ads and make more money. And I mean, if we looked through this tool, the last time I looked, it was
3:44$30,000 in the first 30 days from ads. Let's just wait for it to load. But in the meantime, we can also see him selling a digital product for $37. And you would be surprised at how many people buy these digital products because they want to learn whatever this person is teaching. And I'm just right now compiling a list of these sort of AI avatars. and most of them started about a month ago. So, we're going to talk about both ways to make these faceless videos and I'm going to be showing you some real life examples because I have a list of over a,000 faceless channels
4:13making between $5 and $50,000 a month. So, no, we know exactly what works. All right, but first we will start with faceless AI avatars because I think this is the one that most of you are not really familiar with. And I've made this complete free stepbystep guide with all of the prompts that you can copy and paste to follow along this tutorial. You
4:34can find it inside of my free community. Just go over to the classroom, go to AI systems, and then you're just looking for how to start a faceless AI avatar channel and just open this link. Here's an example faceless AI avatar channel. This is Bertha. She is a Mexican lady teaching cleaning practices. As you can see, it's a realistic looking AI avatar with a bunch of B-roll on top. And most of this B-roll is obviously AI generated as well. And not only did she get over a 100,000 subscribers in the first 30 days of starting, but she's also selling her own digital products, which I would
5:08assume are doing pretty well because I've seen a very similar digital product do over $100,000 in 30 days from a faceless AI avatar channel as well. So, the idea is to create a believable expert character who teaches useful things to a specific audience. Whether that's RV living, camping, home repair, survival, fishing, you can just pick. Ideally, you're targeting an audience that is above the age of 50 and the content solves practical problems. You also try to be a little bit more specific and to make things easier for you, you can just copy this prompt that I left in the document. Simply head over to chat GPT and paste it. And another
5:45cool thing is that by the time I'm recording this video, GPT6 just launched. And I'm pretty impressed because I've been using it to research YouTube and find channels and outlier videos, which was not possible before. So if you have access to GBD6, you can go to work and you can select GBD6 Austra and then you can just have it research YouTube for you and find the right niches that follow these frameworks. Step number two is to create your AI character. And there's two different ways to do this. The tool I mostly use is Solo AI, which is all-in-one operating system for one person businesses. It has plenty of
6:18useful things. And if I use its AI image generator, I can just grab this prompt from the document. I can paste it in this box. Select the image size to be 16 by9 landscape. And we just need to insert our niche what the channel teaches. We can select gender, age, let's say 50, who we're trying to target, and then click generate. And we can, of course, do the same thing inside of Tread GPT with pretty much the same prompt. Here are some of the examples that I've created before. So, this is for a lady that teaches cleaning. I would just not recommend using Gemini or Nano Banana because it leaves a
6:52watermark and it's also low quality. But both Solo and Trep are great. The problem with Trevy sometimes is that it doesn't want to generate these sort of images while Solo can easily do it. And then later I'm going to show you exactly how to turn this into an AI avatar talking video with one press of a button with another AI tool. But for now, we need to move on to step number four,
7:12which is to create a digital product. Because before you start uploading, you need something to sell. That's how most of these people make most of their money. And the easiest one is to just create a PDF guide using my formula which is how to achieve desired outcome in desired time frame without pain or common objection. Like how to deep clean your entire home in one weekend without expensive cleaning products could be one of them. But what always works much better is if you have a frame that this digital product could save them certain amount of money because then people can easily justify the purchase. I mean, if
7:41the promise is that I'm going to save $5,000 a year and all I got to do is pay 37 bucks to learn how, then it's much easier for me to justify it as a buyer. Now, if you are using solo, it has auto option where you can just insert your niche, paste your channel link and just click build it for me and it will create a full digital product that you can then sell right away. It creates a full guide. You can download as a PDF. It creates a sales page and you can then just upload it to a platform like
8:06Gumroad and sell it as a PDF document. To start selling here, you just click dashboard or create an account first. Click on new product. Select digital product. Copy paste the name from solo. Enter the price. Let's say 39 bucks. Write a brief description of the product or just copy and paste it from solo
8:20because sales page copy is done for you. Then when it asks you for content this just upload that PDF that solo has created for you, just click upload files and you just publish. Or if you just want to use Tread GPV, then grab this prompt, paste it in this box and then just insert your niche. Once again, JGBT will then do the research and come up
8:39with different digital product ideas. You can also tell it to frame it in a way where people are going to save money if they buy this product. And then it can actually do research for you and try to deliver on that promise as well. And then for the actual product, you can copy this prompt, paste one of these product titles, copy and paste target audience, then what's the outcome or what's the problem that it solves? And then you just submit it into JPD and
9:03Judge creates the whole digital product. Now again, if you do have access to GPT6 or GPT Astra, it's going to do a much better job at creating the whole thing. For example, I've connected my notion account to GPT6 and then I just asked it to create a whole notion document and a whole notion product that I can easily sell for like 10 bucks, 15 bucks or 20 and just created it into my account. All right, next step is to get some video ideas. What I personally like to do is I like to look at example channels and then extract their title frameworks and then just apply them to my niche
9:36instead. But we can also use this prompt where you explain what your niche is about, who your target viewers are, and then we're asking Treasure PT to use these formats that have already worked on other channels. And I've already filled this out for you. So you can just copy this prompts from the document. All you need to do is just insert your niche inside of this box. And then you're going to let Trebt do the research and come up with video ideas. Now, I personally like always to use counterintuitive titles where you have a common belief plus opposite claim. So, I'm going to upload this to Treasure PD
10:03and I'm just going to say now also give me 10 titles that are counterintuitive, something that people already believe in this space and then have an opposite claim but still something that we can deliver on. These are some examples on the screen. And so, we got first of all 30 video ideas that are pretty decent and based on proven frameworks. But then you have a title like why you should stop making your bed every morning. like it should make people wonder like what what why and then they would open up the video. Now, next up, for most of my videos, but not all of them, I use this
10:33prompt to research the subject and find lesserk known facts and obscure details that I can bake into my script to make my video less generic. So, you can or like it's a very optional prompt. You don't have to use it if you don't want to, but you just need to paste one of these titles. Let's say I'm making a video about seven cleaning mistakes that are making your home dirtier. I think that's pretty interesting. And I submit this into GPT that lets Greg go and research different unique points that again most people haven't heard about
11:02before. And it just starts listing them. Again, in a second, I'm going to show you exactly how to generate these entire videos where someone speaks for you so you don't have to be in front of the camera. But for now, we're going to need to write the script. And for writing scripts, I use Solo Script Writer because it has these frameworks baked in and we can just describe what the video is about. We can paste our title and then when it asks me for details, this is where I can just grab these unique points and obscure details that Treasure wrote for me and I can paste them in
11:33this box or you can find different YouTube videos or PDF files that are on this subject. The more info that you give it, the more unique your script is going to be. And then when it asks you for style of writing, you can just go to a similar channel and then you can go to their most popular video because I mean if it got over a million views, chances are they did something correctly. So we can copy this link, we can paste it in the YouTube box here and then solo will try to understand their style of writing and their framework and it will try to
12:02write in that similar style. And then when it asks you for monetization, you can select whether you're selling a digital product or not or just add revenue and then select or unselect the frameworks that you would like to have baked in. For example, it has a database of 100 viral hooks that it can bake into your script to make it better. And then you can just scroll down, select the length of your video, and just click generate script. All right. Now, when it comes to bringing your avatar to life where they speak naturally like this, there are two options. Option number one is to use a tool like hen. This is where
12:35you can upload a photo of your character. Give it a name. Click create. Select that. Click use in a video. And then on the left hand side, we just need to paste our script or upload audio file if you already have a voice over from 11 Labs or Solo. And then if you want to have the most realistic results, then you're going to go with this new model, Avatar 5, and that's going to give you that most realistic look. And then your avatar will be moving around and will be talking naturally into the camera. But this only gives you the character that speaks for 8 to 10 minutes without
13:05B-roll. So you would still have to manually add things on top to keep the video engaging because you can't just paste the script and have them just talk to the camera for 10 minutes without anything showing on the screen without anything popping on. People are going to get bored and it's also going to feel very generic and it will not get monetized. Option number two is to use a tool like Vid Rush. Their promise is that with these AI avatars that they have baked in here, we can just create a character. We can upload a photo of our character, select the voice, and then obviously for more realistic results,
13:37you need a slightly more expensive option. And then when you go here, you can click use AI avatar, select that one, then click on the plus icon, upload your script. So this is going to be copy pasted from solo. So we copy here, we paste it in this box, save script, and then just click generate. And then they
13:55have your avatar speaking to the camera. And they also add motion graphics and animation that goes on top of it. But as you can see, it sometimes looks like AI slop. So you would still have to manually replace some of the clips and change to make it fit more properly. Now the obvious downside with these AI avatars is that they're a lot more expensive to make. I mean, with Rush starts at $99 a month for 36 minute of video, but if every video is around 12 minutes long, that means you can only do three videos. So, it comes out to around $33 per video. And then with Hunen, if
14:28you're using Avatar 5 for all of your videos, you're going to need at least a pro account, which is $49 a month. And even then, you can generate about two to four videos. So, even though this one can be a little bit more profitable than the regular Faceless channel, it's again far more expensive and far more riskier. Obvious other risk is risk of demonetization. Even though all of the channels that I was showing you are fully monetized, we don't know for how long they're going to stay monetized, but either way, most of them make their money by selling digital products. So, even if they get removed from the
15:02partner program, they're good. I mean, this guy made 138 grand in one month by selling a PDF guide through this AI channel. So, I think he can survive getting demonetized if he gets demonetized. But now let's talk about the other option which is much easier, cheaper, and far more accessible to complete beginners. For example, there's a faceless AI channel called POV Finance. He's making these very simple finance videos where he has an AI generated animated image and then just a voice over in the background and then captions. Like to make these videos, you can just go to solo scene generator, paste your script that you've generated
15:40earlier, and on the right hand side, you can just select how many scenes you want. You can select the style of animation you want, and you just let it generate. And then you just open up a tool like kept cut. You drag and drop all the scenes to the timeline, and they're marked in order like scene 1 2 3 4 5. So you don't have to figure out
15:56what goes where. It just made for you. You can just add auto captions with one press of a button and you just have to adjust the scenes so they match the voice over that goes in the background. That's one type of content that works. The other one that also works is having realistic sort of footage and real life images in your videos. And for this, I prefer to use Vid Rush or hire an actual freelance video editor because it's much easier than for me to go out there and edit it myself. Now, obviously, if you don't have money to invest in these AI tools, then you would go out there and
16:28you would edit your videos by your own because it's free to just download Cap Cut, download all this footage, put a voice over. However, it will probably take two or 3 days to finish editing the whole thing. The cool thing with Vid Rush is I can just paste my script and the whole video is done and I can just replace the clips. If I want to remove something, if I feel like something is too generic or I want my intro to be more dynamic, I can just replace those clips. So, I can click on elements and then I can just drag and drop whatever I want to add there. I can add motion
16:55graphics and animation by myself and then just render video and download. I made a full stepbystep guide with all of the prompts and it is completely free. It's inside of my free community. Just go to the classroom, go to AI systems, and then you're just looking for solo AI plus code and then you're going to have these prompts that you can use either in treupy or clo and just follow along
17:17because it only has eight steps. Obviously, results are not guaranteed in any business, but some of my students are doing over $10,000 a month from ad revenue on their faceless channels. Some of them did $2.6,000 in the first 30 days. Some of them are selling digital products and doing really, really well. Some of them are doing 40K a month, 0 to 90K in just 7 months, 21K, 200K in 11 days, 50K a month at 20 years old. So, there's obviously potential with this business model, but just because I did it over and over again and there's thousands of people doing the same thing over and over again, doesn't mean that
17:52this is an easy business. There's a lot to learn. And if you want to learn how to grow your channel from zero to actually get views and blow up really fast, then make sure to watch this video next or you're going to waste a ton of time and money. So, just make sure to
18:07watch it. It's completely free.
