0:00Here's how a $50 AI tool could save you $5,000 a month. I'm going to give you the exact Grock Bot automations you can set up yourself to find local backlink opportunities for your home service business. With these Grock Bot automations, you'll be able to find local backlink opportunities every single week without depending on an SEO
0:20agency to do the research for you. First, let me explain why we're even doing this. When Google ranks local businesses, it looks at things like relevance, distance, and prominence. And local backlinks are one of the biggest signals that can contribute to prominence. So, if you own an HVAC company in an area, let's say Fort Lauderdale, and legitimate local websites are linking back to your business, those links can help establish your website's authority and local reputation. Now, one thing I want you to understand about backlinks is the quality of the backlink matters a lot more than the quantity. Just because a website has a high domain authority or
0:57thousands of visitors doesn't necessarily mean it's a good backlink for your business. If I'm running an HVAC company in Fort Lauderdale, why the hell would I want a backlink from some random cryptocurrency blog in India when I could be getting mentioned by local HVAC suppliers like Johnstone Construction or the South Florida Chamber of Commerce. So, this is where Grock Bot gets really interesting because we can use it to find these opportunities without spending hours doing all the manual research and
1:26outreach ourselves. Real quick, guys. I recently put together a hundred million dollar Google marketing playbook, and I'm excited to give it to you for free. It breaks down everything from how to rank your Google business profile, how to build a website that converts, and when to actually spend money on Google marketing. If you want it, click the link in the description, and I will send it to your email for free. Now, let's get back to
1:48the video. So, here I looked up something like Fort Lauderdale AC repair. I'm going to click on the website right here, All Year Cooling and Plumbing, which showed up number one on search engine results. I'm going to click on the website. Great. This is a nice, beautiful website. Command C, I'm going to put it in the SEMrush. SEMrush is a great SEO tool where I can actually pull backlinks from this company's website. What I'm going to do is copy, paste it right here, go right here into backlinks, click on the backlinks. I can then take all these backlinks and export them. We should like to take the best backlinks right
2:17here, export them right into a CSV file. That CSV file is right here. So, now I'm going to go into Grockit Bot where I made this local SEO backlink research tool. And what I did is I told my Grockit Bot what I want to do, which is build local backlinks in my area. I will actually drop the prompt I used for you in the link in my bio here where you can actually set this up yourself. I'm not going to share the prompt with you on this video. You need to click the link in my bio in order to get the prompt to set this up yourself. But as you see, I
2:46prompted my Grockit Bot right here, told my Grockit Bot that I'm looking to build backlinks for my AC repair company in Fort Lauderdale, and to give me at least 15 verified opportunities that I could get HVAC demos with and get local backlinks for. Ideally, you already have Grockit Bot and have messed around with it enough to know some of its functionalities. If you don't know what Grockit Bot is, I would first suggest you familiarize yourself with Grockit Bot. The first thing I'm going to do is create a bot specifically for local backlink research. I'm going to give it my company's website, my Google Business Profile, and the services we offer, and
3:19the cities we actually operate in. For this example, let's pretend I own an HVAC company in Fort Lauderdale. Now, instead of telling Grockit Bot to go find me 100 backlinks, here's what I'm going to prompt it. And by the way, I'll provide an SOP with all these prompts and guidelines in the link below. It's free to download. Now, look at what we're doing here. We're not asking AI to go spam a bunch of websites. We're using it to research actual businesses and organizations that have legitimate reason to link to our business and our website. And I'm going to show you a few places I'd start looking. So, I put that
3:53prompt into my Grockit Bot, and it found me 15 verified opportunities for the Fort Lauderdale HVAC demo, and every page loaded when I checked it today and it gave me seven priority good directories and good backlinks I can get right now. What I also did is I went on Google and looked up Fort Lauderdale AC repair right here. All Year Cooling and Plumbing is the number one company that shows up. What I'll do is I'll copy the
4:16URL, I'll paste it right in the SEMrush. What's really awesome about SEMrush is I can see all the backlinks that this company has by just pasting the URL right here, clicking analyze. In this section right here it has 28.3k backlinks. What I'm going to do is take the best backlinks I see right here. I'm going to export it to a CSV file. Then what I'm going to do is take that CSV file, drag it right into my GrokBot
4:39local SEO backlink research, then press. So now the GrokBot gave me all these awesome local backlinks that I could reach out to. So I got all of these local directories right here, which are really strong citations to get your business ranked higher on AI, but we also got these local backlinks from other local businesses that we could build off of. Now what I'm going to do is tell my GrokBot "Please reach out to these companies and tell them we would
5:04like to do a backlink exchange." Something simple. So now that GrokBot has provided me all this awesome data between all of these local directories that I can add directly to my website and then all of these local backlinks, my next prompt is going to be super simple. Please write me outreach messages to these companies and make the message sound professional. All I'm going to do is press click, then let the GrokBot do its thing. So what's really awesome here is GrokBot gave me the top five companies to reach out to right
5:31here and wrote all of these messages. What's really awesome is GrokBot gave me five companies that had the top high-quality backlinks where I could send these five messages to them asking them if they're willing to exchange a backlink with my business and their business. If any of these companies want you to pay them for a backlink, it's actually worth it if it's under $100. I would definitely pay for one of these backlinks because local backlinks not only help your local search engine rankings, map pack rankings, but it also tremendously helps your Google AI rankings, your ChatGPT rankings, or whatever other LLM you're trying to rank on. Another thing I'd have GrokBot
6:05research is every company you've already worked with. If you're a plumber and you've done work for a local home builder, go look at that builder's website. Do they showcase their projects? Do they mention the contractors involved? If you've actually worked on one of those projects, there might be an opportunity to get your company credited on that page. I'd also have your GrokBot search for websites that already mention my company, but don't link back to us. Maybe a local news article mentioned your business or you sponsor an event, they listed your company without a website link. Those are some of the first opportunities I'd review because they already know who you
6:40are as a company. Now, another strategy I really like is using GrokBot to find content opportunities. Let's say you own a roofing company in West Palm Beach. I'd have Grok research local websites publishing articles about hurricanes, roof inspections, storm damage, and home maintenance. Then I'd look for opportunities where our company could actually contribute something useful on those websites, on those local news stations. For example, maybe we create a South Florida roof inspection checklist using real photos from jobs we've completed. We can explain the most common problems we find, what homeowners should look out for, and when they should call a professional. Now, we have something that a local homeowner website
7:22or community organization might actually want to reference. And that's a much better approach than emailing somebody asking them to link to your homepage for absolutely no reason. Now, once we start getting backlinks, I want to know exactly what's happening. I'd track which websites link to us, what pages they're linking to, and whether those links are actually live. I'd also track referral traffic, leads, and booked jobs whenever we can attribute them. And of course, I'd monitor our Google Maps rankings and organic traffic separately to see how the overall SEO campaign is performing. But here's the part I really like. Once we figured out which opportunities are worth pursuing, I'd
8:02schedule GrokBot to repeat the research every Monday and find five new qualified backlink opportunities, check our existing links and update our spreadsheet. Now, instead of randomly buying backlinks every month, we're consistently finding legitimate opportunities in our own market to rank our business way higher. Now, instead of randomly buying backlinks every month, we're consistently finding legitimate opportunities in our own market to rank our business higher. If I owned a home service company, this is exactly where I'd start. I'd look at the manufacturers you already buy from, the contractors you already work with, and the organizations in the cities where you operate. Use Grockit to find those opportunities, research them, and help
8:45prepare the outreach. You still have to earn the links, but you can take a massive amount of the manual research off your plate. And that's how I'd use Grockit to build a local backlink strategy for a home service business. I have a completely free SOP to do this for your business. So, once again, I provided an SOP on how to do this for
9:05your business right in the description. Please download that. It is completely free, and it'll give you a step-by-step process on how to put a Grockit into your business to actually get more local backlinks from either your suppliers or other businesses in your local area.
