0:005 million views, 8 million views, 10 million [music] views, 13 million subscribers. Guys, this channel is making over $20,000 per month. And all they post are these stickman animations. But now with AI, you can do the exact same [music] thing. You just have to follow a proven process and use AI tools properly. My friend Mark is [music] going to show you exactly how to do this using Claude. We're going to make an explainer or short in two different styles and auto post it to Instagram with DM automation already set up. So when somebody comments a keyword, they get your link in their inbox and they follow you along the way. We'll do this

0:36from scratch without writing a single line of code. And as always, I'll walk you through it step by step with as little technical jargon as possible. So now let's dive right in. All right, so we're building this automation through cloud co-work today. And of course, you can use cloud code to do everything that we're doing on co-work. But just in case some of you are more comfortable working on co-work, it is absolutely possible to do it directly from co-work. Now with any content building, you typically have a few steps. You need to first have the idea and then you create the script and then you have the character, the

1:02elements, the style and then finally the video generation or the real generation itself. So the script or the idea itself is one that I would highly recommend that you have human involvement in. But once you have the idea, of course, you can put it into any AI of your choice to generate the script and the details built out of the actual real. So now the first thing we want to do is to connect

1:20cloud with a video generation platform. So this could be any video generation platform that has an exposed connector via MCP or API calls to your cloud. So today we're going to use fall AI for that. You can absolutely use any other video generation platform and you can be pretty much platform agnostic when it comes to video generation. Can use keyai

1:38for example which is pretty affordable. So here I'm signed into my cloud desktop with clot co-work. So we're just going to hit that plus button over here. Go to connectors and what you want to do is add connector. Now you want to choose add custom connector because if you to browse connectors fall AI unfortunately is not one of the preset off-the-shelf connectors that are already available on cloth. So what you want to do is just let's go back to add connectors here and add custom connector and we can call this fall AI. All right. So for the remote MCP server URL you can grab that from the fall AI documentation. But just

2:10to save you time I'll post the actual MCP URL down in the description below for you to just copy and paste. So you can just copy it over here. is basically mcp.fall.ai/mcp. So, we're going to hit continue here. And here's the part that commonly trips people over. So, what you want to do with authentication is you want to pick none. And under the request headers, what you want to do is you want to add header. And the header name should be

2:30authorization. So, pick authorization. And under value, you want to type in beer space your API key. Now, where you going to get your API key? Well, you got to go to fall aai. This is where you go to fall.ai and sign up. Sign in. And you do need to top up your credits in order to do this. And once you do that, what you can do is go over to your top rightand corner over here and go to API keys. And here you can add a new API key, right? So we're going to add an API key, the scopes API description. Let's say this is demo. Okay. All right. I'm

2:58just going to hit create key over here. And of course, you want to always keep the API key safe because anybody with your API key will be able to use your full AI credits. So we're just going to copy key over here. And we're going to go back to our cloud co-work setup here. And we're going to type in the word bearer. So this is just a format. So you want to type in the word bearer. It's not shown here, but what I'm typing in is bearer space your API key. So here I'm going to just hit add. And as you can see, it's connected to fall AI. Now

3:24that fall AI is connected, there's one last thing that you need to do and often trips people up because Cloud Sandbox actually need to access some domain URL from Fall AI and you need to allow that in your domain allow list. The way you would do that is to just go over to your settings on the bottom leftand corner over here. Go over to settings and then go over to capabilities and what you want to do is scroll down and over here in the domain allow this. Well, the easy way to do this is to just allow all domains. But that's not a very good security posture to have. So, what you

3:52want to do is actually just specifically allow a few fall AI domain list. So, the first one you want to add is the wild card with the star.fall media and you want to add that. The second one to run is the Q.fall.run. run and lastly api.fall.ai. So we're going to add that because if you don't add these domain URLs, what happens is cloud is going to be forced to go into your browser and download some of the videos that's been generated. So just go ahead and add all of these. Of course, if you are okay with the security posture of just having all domains being in the domain allow

4:22list, that's much easier. But of course, I'm going to share all these URLs down in the description below as well. Now once you do that, you essentially have all you need to create the characters, the actual style of animation, the environment. So before you go into that, of course you're going to come up with the idea. So in this particular demo, I'm going to do one explainer on AI concepts, right? So one of the very simple one is what's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot? Since I talk a lot about AI education, I thought it'll be a pretty cool reel to post on my channel. So what I did

4:48basically was just put in that idea of what's the difference between chatbot and AI agent into an AI of my choice to come up with the prompt for plot coowork to generate the entire reel in phases. So there are three phases and I'm going just copy the entire prompt here. It's a pretty long one, but essentially it's broken down to three phases. So there's a phase where you approve the character and style and then there's a phase where you approve the scenes and then there's a phase where you approve the entire video before then we kick it into Instagram as well as the DM automation part with Volt. So here I'm just going

5:16to send it that and as you can see coork is going to built out the steps over here and it's going to ask for a couple permissions as well as the approvals at each faces. So here it's just asking for approvals because this is the first time I've just connected to Fault AI. So, it's going to ask for a bunch of approvals and also I'm going to share the entire prompt down in the description below. So, you can take a look at it. You can copy or templatize

5:37it or just use it as a reference point. All right. So, it looks like it's done generating. So, gate one pre-flight. All six endpoint IDs exist as written. No substitutions. So, d okay. So, it's taking the audio as well as the cost estimate over here. As you can see, this is going to approximately cost about $3 to $4. So, let's take a look at how the stickman model looks like. So, Sigman model called Sam. This is the front view walking, sitting at desk, pointing

6:03forward. All right, looks pretty simple. Looks pretty straightforward. So, I'm going to go ahead and approve, right, go ahead. So, next, it's going to generate the key frames. It's going to ask again for our approval. So, we're going to get to review that as we move. All right, so it looks like it finished that run. So, gate two is really for us to approve the key frames. So, let's look at scene one, take two. It's doing a few takes and

6:23just choosing the best one out of those. So, everyone says AI Asian. So there's a speech bubble AI agent. That's okay. Scene take two. A chatbot waits for you to ask on the counter. An agent gets the job done. That's scene three. A chatbot answers and agent does which is the final punch line and comment agent for the full breakdown. So yeah, it looks pretty good. Comment agent is repeated here. So maybe we can tell it scene five take two shows two lines of comment agent. Revise that. All right. And I'll say everything else is good to go. All right. It came back with the new scene

7:03five. So let's see. So scene five comment agent for full breakdown. Just one line. Okay. Good to go. Please proceed. Okay. So it looks like the clips are ready. But because the clips are MP4 file, a video file is not directly viewable on clockwork interface. So what you want to do is just download and open it right here. So it's going to show up in your video

7:22player. And this is going to be silent. It's just going to be the motion, right? So motion looks good. Pretty cool. All right, click three. So I'm not going to go through each and every single one of these, but yeah. So just to show you guys how the motion all comes together. So the motion for all the animation looks okay, but here's a voice over. So

7:39let's take a listen. Everyone says AI agent. Here is the difference in 30 seconds. Okay, so those generally looks good. So I'm going to go ahead and say please proceed. Approved. So what's happening here? It's actually just assembling the final cut and just stitching it together, the clips together with a voice over. So, finally, you get that one MP4 video file in a real format that

8:00you can upload directly to Instagram. So, we're at gate 4 where we're going to look at this one last time, review it, and if it's all good, we're going to go ahead and push it to Instagram. So, let's take a look at the final reel here, and we'll see. Everyone says AI agent. Here is the difference in 30 seconds. A chatbot waits for you to ask. It answers, then it sits there. An agent gets a to-do list. It checks your calendar, sends the email, calls the client, and comes back with the job done. A chatbot answers. An agent does. Comment agent and I will DM

8:34you the full breakdown. All right, that's pretty good. Looks okay for me, so I'm happy to push it over to Instagram. And then we're going to do that is we're going to use the potato tool. Now, if you're not familiar with the potato tool, potato is a social media auto posting tool, but recently they've also added a very useful feature of having the DM automation included as part of the potato feature. And so, I'm going to show you just how to connect clockwork with potato and then later on how to actually tell it to create the DM automation together with pushing the reels into Instagram. So, what you want

9:04to do here is hit the plus sign button over here and go over to connectors. And what you want to do again, you want to add custom connector. And here we're just going to name the tool potato. And for the remote MCP URL, it's just mcp.blot.com/mcp. And I'm going to link the URL down in the description below. But if you want to know more, you can actually go to the setup guide. The full documentation is available on the Blot documentation page as well. But it's really as easy as putting in the MCP URL over here and hit continue. And this time we're going to choose the authentication method with no

9:36[clears throat] client ID as recommended. And we're going to hit add. and then it will automatically pop up on your browser and offflow basically the authentication flow and you just need to authorize the potato account at your browser. So I'm going to approve access over here and then we're going to go back to cloud. So now in your connectors you should be able to see rot activated as part of your tool. So of course in order to do all of that you will need an active rotator account. So what you want

9:58to do is just get signed up and log in. And once you do that, you'll be led to a dashboard and you do need to be on a pay plan in order to push the automation, the posting on all social medias that are available on Brutus. So pretty much it has almost everything. So if you go to settings over here, you'll see that it has all the social media connections with Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, all the ones that you need. And you see that my Instagram is already connected over here. But what you want to do if you're not connected to any of these just yet, just click on

10:27it. It will pop up an authentication flow on your browser. And it's a simple authentication approval and pretty much you will get your account connected. Again, you do need a paid plan in order to be able to do the posting automation as well as the DM automation that we're going to show you in a little bit. Okay. So, once you have your account connected and set up on Potato, you can easily just prompt it by saying the final reel is approved. Now, use Potato Connector and post the re to your Instagram channel. So, my Instagram channel is Automated with Mark with the appropriate captions and tags. So Claude's going to

10:57come up with the captions that go along with the reel, but set up and activate the DM automation flow. So anybody who comments the word agent, we'll check and ask them to follow. And once they do that, send them this link. This link is just a link to my video that I've published in the past that talks about the AI tools and how agents differs from chatbots, etc. So in this blog, I just want people who are interested with the differences between AI agent and chatbot to know a little bit more about the AI landscape in 2026. So, I'm sending people to this particular video. And you

11:26can set up up to three destination URLs. So, it's not just this particular URL. If you have a PDF download or whatever asset that you want to let people download, you can also share that destination as part of the three destinations on Volt. All right. So, we're going to send that and later on I'm going to show you how this will appear in the potato UI. All right. So, it's asking me post a real to automate

11:46with Mark now with this caption. Activate agent. Yes. Post and activate. I'm just going to go ahead and let it post. Of course, it's going to ask you for a bunch of approvals if it is your first time connecting it to the tool. So, you just want to hit allow and let it have the permission to do what it

12:00needs to do. Okay, so now both are done. The reel is already posted on the automate with Mark channel and this is the link to the Instagram reel. So, I'm going to click on that. It opens up on the tab here, but actually I would rather open it up on my browser so that we can have a better look at it. So, okay. So, this is the real AI agent. Here is the difference in 30 seconds. Okay, so that was posted and we want to just look at the captions over here. So the chatbot waits for you to ask, answers, and it sits there and agent takes a to-do list, works through

12:27it, comes back with a job done. Okay, cool. So now what I'm going to do is I'm just going to use another account to comment the word Asian. And what happens is it's going to check if I'm already following and if I click the button, it's going to send me the link just like the automation is meant to work. So here's what it looks like on the Bot interface. So if you go to your potato dashboard and you go to automation, you will see the list of automations that you have set up, right? So for this particular reel, it is chatbot versus agent reel, agent follow, YouTube

12:55automation. So if you were to open that up, you can actually see what it's supposed to do. So this specific post about a chatbot, waits for you to ask, etc. And then it will ask to follow and the button label says I'm following if you're already following. And then once you do that, it will send you this DM with this particular web URL. So that's it. That's an easy way to set this up end to end. Of course, you can put this on autopilot simply by just scheduling this maybe every week or every day depending on the cadence that you want and you can tell it in natural language,

13:23right? Like schedule a post like this every Monday at 9:00 a.m. And then it will just schedule that with you. Of course, theation and the kind of topic that you want to talk about. I wouldn't necessarily recommend that you leave it all to Claude. I would want to say that the part is where you want to keep it to yourself. You can bounce your ideas around with Claw too, right? come up with a table or schedule of what you want to post in the next week and then it can do that. Anyway, that's one way to automate the animation reel and post it to Instagram as well as a DM

13:52automation through cloud code. But if you're familiar with cloud code, it's actually much easier to do it on cloud code. You can basically connect file just by telling cloud code to connect it based on the documentation that's available online. So we're going to do the second reel with a slightly different style and this time I want to do a family guy cartoon style to explain the difference between API and MCP. So here with cloud code the first thing you wanted to do is to actually establish the connection with file and of course you need the API key just like what we did with cloud codework. So same thing

14:20the place that you can get the API key is to the top right hand corner over here and go to API keys and here earlier I created this already and then what we want to do is add another key this time I'll call it demo clot code create the key and similarly you make sure that you keep the key secret. I'm going to remove this right after the recording. But once you have the key, you want to go back to your CR code project. In this case, this is a general automated with my channel project, but you probably want to create a separate project just to create

14:46external reels like this or Instagram engine. So the way you want to share any API keys with cloud code, you obviously don't want to type it into the terminal right here. That's not the best security practice. So you want to create a file. If you don't already have it, just create it. What you want to do is just add in all API key and equals without space. the entire API key string over there and then hit save on that right so once you do that everything is easy so you can just simply tell it hey I like to test out the fall connection to generate images video audio based on

15:15latest documentation the API key is available on thev file I'm just tell that and I'm not going to tell it much more as you can see it's just going to figure out this way and I'm not sharing the API key on the terminal so here's tested out some images and videos and audios just to make sure that everything's okay it's just a minimal cost because it's just a random test so it's just in sense So anyway, fall is now connected. It's as easy as that. So now what we want to do is exactly the same thing what we did at co-work. So

15:40we're going to give it the full prompt. And because it's a long prom, it's slightly truncated. So I'm not going to read through the entire prompt. I will paste it down in the description below. But essentially, it's the same thing. It's going to have four phases. But in this case, the only difference is it's talking about API versus MCP. And also, it's going to be done in this Family Guy cartoon 2D style. And let's see how it works. Okay, so it looks like it's completed the first gate. So there's a few reference images here. And let's take a look at the reference images. So this is Doug the dad. Ellie the daughter

16:09and bite. I guess is a robot of some form. And I mean it looks pretty good. So I'm going to just say approve. Please proceed. Okay. So it looks like day two is completed with the scenes. So let's take a look. So these are the key frames here. I can talk. Scene two, scene three, scene four, and scene five. All right, that looks pretty good. So, I'm just going to approve all and move to

16:33the next stage. Approve. Please proceed. And next stage is just going to animate the motion. And then I see the first few clips of the videos. Okay, it looks like the gate 3 is ready. So, there's a total of five clips. Let's take a look at the scenes. So, I'm just going to open it up from the actual folder. This is clip one. Looks okay. And I'm not going to go through every clip, but clip four. This is more like Rick and Morty, but I'll take it. It looks okay so far. So, I'm gonna go ahead and approve. Before I do that, better check the audio. So, let's

17:07My dad wants his AI to book the dentist, order pizza, and fix the spreadsheet. It can talk about all three. It can do none of them. Okay, it sounds pretty natural. So, all right. So, we're going to go ahead and just approve the clips and audio and proceed to assembly. All right, looks like gate 4 is completed. So, this is

17:24the reel that's been assembled together. So, let's take a look. Okay, it's come through the audio. So, this is a final finished product before we actually push it to Instagram. Also, similarly with potato and we'll activate the DM automation as well. My dad wants his AI to book the dentist, order pizza and fix the spreadsheet. It can talk about all three. It can do none of them. Every app has its own plug shape. That is an API. So, to connect your AI, a developer builds one adapter per app. Remember dad in Europe? One adapter per appliance. every single touch. MCP is the universal adapter. One plug, every tool. MCP does not replace

18:03APIs. It sits on top of them. Comment MCP for the plain English. Okay, so that was a real and I got cut off towards the end. Assembly sometimes can cut off some parts of the initial clip. So you can tell it to actually refine and rework some of the stitches. But now what I want to show you is really how to push it to Instagram on potato. Now you've already connected potato through cloud desktop. So what happens is it actually carries over as

18:28part of the MCP list for a clock code. So we're going to ask it to use the potato MCP and push the finished reel to automate with mark IG channel with the appropriate capture and the text and setup plus activate DM automation flow. So anybody who comments the word MCP gets the same kind of DM automation that we saw earlier. Check and ask whether they follow and they already clicked on following then we're going to send them the link. So I'm going to hit enter on that. Okay. So it looks like this has already been pushed to Instagram. So here's a link. So let's just go over to

18:57that Instagram real page. All right. So here's a real, here's a caption, right? And then here people can comment MCP and get replies on their DMs. And on the potato interface, you see if you go to automations that the second automation has now been pushed, which is the MCP real comment MCP will send you the

19:18follow and also send the YouTube link. Now, as you can see, because I've commented with one of my dummy accounts, so the automation has actually been triggered once and this is just some of the metrics that you can look at. And of course, if you want to make any edits, you can make the edits here directly on the potato interface as well. So, apart from that, there are a couple things that you can do with both cloud co-work and cloud code to be able to do mass changes or mass applications to your DM automation. So for example, one of the application is to use a table format

19:50like maybe Google sheet to feed into cloud coa or cloud code and tell it that you want different keywords for maybe the same post or different post and different DM messages so that you can do a block upload of the auto that you want through the cloud interface that you prefer. And then the other thing that you can do is also ask cloud code or cloud co-work about the DM automation metrics that are available on potato. So those are just some of the things that you can do with potato today. When you put it together with a content creation workflow, potato just becomes one of those tools that are going to make your

20:21life a lot easier because it automates not just the posting to multi- channels but at the same time now it also includes DM automation which a lot of times we had to use many chats to achieve this but now we can actually just use potato to automate that. So that's it. That's an easy way to automate end to- end explainer shorts that's animated with the style that you want. Whether that's a stickman style or a Family Guy style or any other anime style that you prefer. Again, I'll link all the prompts and the resources that

20:49I've used down in the description below. And if you find tutorials like this useful, you can check out my channel at Automate with Mark, where I do a lot more of these step-by-step guides with minimal technical jargon.
