0:00Mhm. What the actual In this video, we're going to be making a one-to-one clone of Hixville, a $5.4 billion company. And it's actually much easier than you think. Because a couple of weeks ago, Hixville actually open-sourced a big part of their code. And there are a bunch of open-source versions of Hixville that we can take a

0:22lot from when we build our own version. And this opens up a massive opportunity because we can create our own AI video generation platform that's more specialized in one niche. And then we can resell our services and profit on every single request. In this video, I'll show you the entire process of cloning a billion-dollar startup. And stick around because at the end I'm giving you the code so you can just take it, specialize it into your own niche, and sell it as your own. If you don't know me, my name is Elbert. I've sold over a million dollars of AI to businesses. Now we are making AI

0:52education free for everyone. So, if you haven't already, make sure to hit subscribe. Let's not waste any more time. Let's get into it. The most important thing is that we understand how we can profit. And the business model is very similar to what Hixville is doing that makes them worth $5.4 billion. We can create our own copy of Hixville. Then we can set our own prices. So, let's say one generation for us costs $1. We can set the price to, let's say, $1.30 or $1.50 and then resell that video generation on our platform. And this means that on every single request that someone generates on our platform, we are profiting, let's

1:25say, 30-50%. So, how many users do we actually need to make, let's say, $10,000 a month in profit? Well, let's say that each user is spending $50 a month on our platform. And let's say that we have 50% margins, which means that we are profiting $25 per customer. This just means that we need 400 users in order to profit, which is very doable. And if you have a software company that's generating $10,000 a month in profit, if you calculate it with, let's say, a 5x multiplier, that

1:49company is worth $600,000. I hope you see how big of an opportunity this can be if you execute it the right way. But then you might think, "Elbert, this is so hard. There's no way we can clone a $5 billion company." Well, I'm about to show you how we can clone it one-to-one. It includes this prompt right here, which basically instructs Claude in how to build out an entire platform that's a one-to-one clone of Higgsfield. So, all we need to do is just copy this entire prompt, and I'm going to leave a link right below this video so you can copy it as well. Then, we're going to go inside of Claude. I'm

2:17going to set it to Opus 5.5 because I absolutely love that model. It's so cheap. It's so good. And it can create this entire platform in one shot. And I like to set it on extra because that's the sweet spot of it being pretty fast and really good. So, when we have this entire prompt, now we can hit enter, and it's going to build out our own version of Higgsfield. And building this out is probably going to take 1 to 2 hours. And then I'll show you the exact price for how much in API credits this has cost me. But, the great thing is I'll actually give you my code at the end of

2:42this video so you can just take it and build from there, which is going to save you a lot in tokens. And now it's done. You have a preview right here, but we're going to go through the entire platform in just a second. But, I can write {slash} cost, and you can see how much this has cost us. In total, this session has cost us 100 bucks. It took 3 hours to build. But, remember, this is the straight API cost. When you are on a Claude subscription, you of course have way more usage. This is the price it would be if you ran it directly through

3:06an API key, which no one does. And on top of that, you're lucky you're watching this video cuz I'm going to give you the code to our platform completely for free. So, you have a really good starting point when you build out your own platform. The first thing we need to do is that we need to set our environmental variables. So, I'm just going to say, "Please open the {dot} env file so I can set the variables." And we hit enter. And this is going to open the file that has all of our secrets that we need to insert into our app before it can work. So,

3:30this covers everything like cloud storage, our database, and the actual API that we're going to be using for video generation as well. This is a fully finished app, so there's a bunch of things that we need to set. However, in order to test it to make sure that our platform can actually generate video, which is kind of the most important part, we need to set these credentials first. The Higgsfield API base URL, this is going to be this one right here, It's

3:51api.higgsfield.ai. I'll leave a link to that in the description as well, so you can just copy that in. And then we also going to set our Hixfeld API key, because that's the cost we're going to be re-billing to our customers. I'll leave a link to the Hixfeld Unified API right below this video, but you just go in under API keys, click create API key. I'm going to call this API key for clone, and then we click create API key, copy the Hixfeld API key right here, and then insert it where it says Hixfeld credentials. On top of that, I've also set my secrets to MongoDB and recent, which we're going to

4:20use for authentication. But these actually not needed for the app to work. This is the one credential that we need and also actually test if the video generation works. And now comes the most important part. Let's actually test it. So, if I go to localhost 3000, you can see we have our own platform, it's called Virio, and it looks almost like a one-to-one clone of Hixfeld. And you can see right now I'm logged in to my email, so we can click start creating right here. That is going to take us to the video part of the platform, and you can see we have everything. We have motion

4:47control with Kling 3.0. We have edit videos, CDNs 2.5, and we have general CDNs 2.5. You can see that we have all of the models within Hixfeld. Let's try Kling 3.0 Turbo, which is a fast model. I can just say generate a race car driving down the road very fast. We can set it for how long we want. Let's just do 5 seconds, do this format 720p, and now we can say generate. And you can see we start with 200 credits, so that's going to use 62. And this gives an error, but that's probably because we need to add some credits inside of our API. So, I'm just going to add five

5:19bucks right here. There we go. Now we have five bucks on our accounts. Let's see if we click generate now if it's going to work. Still gives us an error, so let's see. We can just go to our Claude right here. I'll just say, "I'm trying to generate, but it's giving me an error. Can you see why that is?" It's going to check the logs, and then it's going to find out what's wrong. All

5:34right, that took about 2 minutes to fix. Basically, what Claude has done is that it makes sure that we profit on every single request. It's so important that we don't give generations to our users for free, of course. So, now it should work. If I click refresh and click generate, you can see now costs more credits, but now it actually says generating and it has the exact same UI as Higgsfield. We have successfully cloned Higgsfield one-to-one. How cool is that? While it's generating, we can

5:59take a look at the rest of the platform. You can see it even created like an effects tab right here. It created a community tab where we can post the videos that we have created. It also has a pricing plan, which also looks very similar to Higgsfield. And of course, we can upgrade and if we connect our Stripe admin keys, we will also have a billing plan that works right now. Then we also going to have a billing tab right here, which looks insane. And then we actually also going to have an admin tab where we can see all of our users. We can see all

6:28of the generations. This is something I guess that it has tested when it created the platform. We can enable and disable the models if you don't want to offer one model for some reason. It's so insane that Opus 5.5 can literally clone an entire $5 billion company. And there we go, a video generated from within our

6:44platform. And this looks so insane and so real. How cool is that? And users, they can publish it, they can download it. And the download button actually works. That was the video tab. We also have an image tab. Let's see if this works. I can say create a man for a UGC video for a perfume that looks professional. Click generate, see if that works as well. It seems a little cheap that it's only one credit. So before we launch this, we would definitely make sure that we are profiting on every single request cuz that's the entire idea of this. But this is really cool. And we can even generate

7:20multiple different versions. And you can see it just created this image right here. How cool is this? A one-to-one Higgsfield clone in literally just a couple of hours. However, if you want to launch this, I would definitely recommend that you don't make it look exactly like Higgsfield. Instead, change the colors and focus on one specific niche like ads for dentists or something very specific because that is where you can win users over something like Higgsfield. If you're way more specific and narrowed into one niche. And there's a very specific reasons why I'm so excited about this opportunity right now, because the world is right now spending $2.7 trillion

7:53a year on AI, which is up 50% compared to last year. And we, of course, want to take a piece of that. But this doesn't mean that we need to reinvent our own models. HugsField, for example, hit a billion-dollar run rate by taking other models and putting them on one platform. And we can do the exact same thing. But the most important thing to consider is the pricing. And we can take a look at HugsField's own pricing page compared to

8:15what it cost directly from the provider. And the reason that it's cheaper to use HugsField is that they have this deal going on right now where we can choose a couple of models and save a lot on them. For example, for Cling Free Pro, the regular price is 16.8 cents a second, where HugsField with the discount is only 8.4 cents a second. Minimax H3 is 6.5 cents instead of 13, and Wand 2.7 is 7.5 cents instead of 15. So, if you pick our discount right, we can actually save up to 50% when using the HugsField API, which is honestly mind-blowing. And it also makes it much easier for us. The

8:48reason that we only needed to set one API key when we built this clone is because all of the models are included in the HugsField API key. Even the new Gen Z model, I'm not sure if you've seen the viral AI influencers that's going completely viral right now. We have access to that model as well inside of the platform that we just cloned. But it's very important to understand that our platform, as it is right now, will

9:07never be able to compete with HugsField. Rather, the actual opportunity is to specialize it in one niche. Like we can say that our platform is specialized in kitchen remodeling, and we can update our clone right here to be specialized in that. And then we can include prompts that basically teaches these video models how to create a preview of a new kitchen. And then we can sell our platform to contractors that need that exact service that would never use HugsField for it. And that's where we can find product market fits. If you want to build this platform, I'm going to leave this prompt right below this video. And as promised I'm also going to

9:38give you the code. I have taken the entire code and then inside of our completely free community, if you go inside of classroom and then inside of resources and you scroll all the way down, then you can find the Hexnode clone. This gives you this link right here that you can just give it to your code and build from there. Again, grabbing this resource is completely free and while you're in here you can also grab all of my cloud skills and start the 7-day AI challenge that takes you from a beginner to setting up an AI business in 7 days. I hope you enjoyed this video and I hope you see the

10:05opportunity in being a wrapper of other softwares if you go niche into one industry. Thank you so much for watching.
