0:00You're about to get AI tools that will make you money. You'll get a tool that makes video ads for you. You'll get an AI influencer that publishes for you regularly on social media. You'll get free clawed code and all of this week's hot AI releases. Plus, we'll show you people who make money with tools like this and how they do it. Links to everything in the description. And we do this weekly, so subscribe if you like these types of launches. Let's get into it. Presented by Zapier, the AI automation company. The first AI product that's going to help you make money this week is Pexo. It's an AI video agent
0:31that turns your ideas into videos. And Corey, how would people use this? So, I feel like a lot of people, especially if you spend any amount of time on X, you've seen the viral launch videos that seem to be popping up on the timeline like multiple times a day. Everybody's honestly investing a lot of money into these launch videos. I've heard of companies spending a 100K or more on a single launch video. This is an AI agent that specializes in the creation of those launch videos. So, realistically, if you're launching on a budget or if you just want to do like a bunch of little mini launches, you could
1:03use this tool to launch your products or to create launch videos. And it I think a a way that somebody could turn this into a business is you could basically start a launch agency where you help companies launch their products on social media and you use a tool like this on the back end to actually build
1:20the launch video. Yeah. Uh, I mean, I used to think that launches needed to be this big feature or a whole rewrite of your software. People now are doing launches over just a little mini addition that they've added, and they're often using videos to to get attention for it. All right, pexo.ai. Next, this is Spir. And what it'll do is it'll create basically a whole influencer uh experience for you, meaning like a person, an account, managed everything for you, but it's fake. This dude right here going through and promoting Global Bite. He's not real. He's fake. And you can now get your own fake influencer that's
1:58basically just promoting your stuff. I I don't know that I would mess with this, but I do think it looks like it's fun and it's super effective. What do you think? So, I think this is where UGC is going. If you if anybody listening to this has heard of user generated content, I mean brands pay millions if not tens of millions of dollars a year to influencers to create social media organic content talking about their product hoping that you know one out of every hundred pieces of content goes
2:28viral and that's how they get their ROI. So if you look on Instagram or Tik Tok, so much of the UGC you're already seeing is AI generated. These influencers don't exist. Spir just seems to be a platform that I mean it just looks to be a really polished AI UGC platform and I think within the next year to two years literally 80 to 90% of UGC content is going to be from AI influencers like this. So I think this is one of those things where if you don't jump on the trend now you're going to get left behind. And the people that try to hold out you know because they don't think
2:59it's right or whatever like I'm sorry but this is just where this thing is going. It has been incredibly popular. Product hunt number one of the day. Product Hunt number one of the week. They're giving 50% off for people who want to try this out. It's basically like a whole almost human being doing nothing but promoting your product in a fun way. All right, next. This [laughter] This is not a great launch. I'm actually looking for a good launch video to show it. Um, but essentially this is Dots from Chat GPT and it's their version of OpenClaw Hermes agent and so on. And I I don't
3:33like it. I've been trying it. It's just doing nothing but nagging me about stuff because I'm not using it. But you've had good results with it. How are you using DOTS? So, I like using it as essentially a a chief of staff specifically for Codeex. So, Codeex is my my hardness of choice. I'm doing a lot of my work inside Codeex. What I don't like about Codeex is having to go through and manually pop into each thread, you know, figure out what I'm working on, figure out the status of each thread. So, I use Dot as almost the manager of codec. So I can just go to dot and delegate things to
4:06dot and dot can spin up different codec threads or different chat gbt work threads and just manage everything through that single interface that single point of contact. So that's how I've been using it. Um yeah and I I think you know I know you're a big rockbot fan. I think each of the each of the uh systems has its pros and cons but that's how I've been using dot up to now. So, when I try to get it to refer back to other messages, it doesn't have access to it or it can't find the chat or something. But you're saying for you, you're able to say, "Hey, I chatted with
4:37chat GPT yesterday. I want you to find that chat and then follow up on it." And it'll do that. Yeah, it's been working for me just fine. And it can, like I said, it can spin up codeex threads. It can refer back to codeex threads. It can report on the progress of different threads inside codec. So, so far it's been working well
4:55for me for that use case. I'll try it again. Here is Hark. This is a brand new agent. I mean, we're getting agents now every single day. Uh, it feels like and the idea behind this one is it's got a better better web browser access. That's part of it. And the other thing is Alex Finn, he got early access to it. He noted that you can also get these widgets that keep track of things for you and help you stay on top of them on the left. So, you can see on the left it's keeping track of his of his YouTube, of his ex account, of his what
5:29did he say in the video? It was keeping track of uh the podcast that he's going to be on with Matt Van Horn and about his um his fantasy football. What do you think of this one? Yeah. So, this one again, I just I don't see it being that unique enough for me to go and test it out or to use it in place of a dot or a crockbot. Again, it's just kind of the like the new agentic tool dour, but I think we'll see if it has longevity. I think the guy
5:55that started it is super legit, right? Like he has a very strong track record in I think it's is it robotics? I think you said earlier. Yeah, he's got a massively successful company. Mhm. Yeah, it seems like it's got a really strong team and smart founder behind it. So, you know, we'll see if it has legs, but for me, I don't think it's something that I see myself using quite
6:14a bit. All right, next. Um, Claude is now finally, instead of cutting people back, they're saying, "We want to help out startups by giving you free access. One year of Claude for Teams, $1,000 in Claude API credits, and up to $45 in offers from $45,000 in offers from partners. I think this partner thing is not that valuable. This API credits is great. It's getting your whole team on and the goal is to get startups on their platform and if you're a startup that is 5 years or younger or have been funded in the last 2 years, they're going to give this to you and we're we're
6:51applying. Let's see if we can get it. Yeah, I'm going to be applying as well. In fact, before we hit record, I just went into Codex and said, "Hey, research the Claude startup program. give me a checklist of everything that you need from me and then go and apply on our behalf. So, we'll see if we get we'll see if we get in there, but I think it's a no-brainer. Like, why not go and
7:09apply? For sure. If you're listening, you qualify. Go do it. Next, Instinct. This is the um AI agent that you've been using because it fits in iMessage. And what they launched this week was group chats. And so immediately I told my wife, I want you to get on Instinct so that we could chat together and, you know, merge our agents together. She hasn't done it yet, but I I could see value in this. How has it helped your
7:35business, Instinct? So, I've actually not been using it for business at all. I I look at Instinct as like my personal agentic tool. So, it has access to my email. It has access to, you know, I've given it my credit card through the secure portal so that it can make purchases on Amazon and sites like that for me, but I'm not using it for business. What I find myself using it for is like, for example, I had uh recently I had to give my accountant a bunch of documents,
8:03right? And they're buried in my email. I've gotten them all at random times throughout the year. And Gmail's native search sucks. Uh, you know, I could ask Claude or I could ask Codex to go find it, but even that's going to take a little bit of time. So, I just sent off a text to to Instinct in iMessage. I was like, "Hey, I need this EIN number. I need this K1. Go find it." And it found it within like 60 seconds. Just dropped it into iMessage as an attachment and and it was done. So, I think the other reason I like it so much and the other
8:30reason that I'm using it more as a personal agent is because it lives in iMessage. That's the interface that I'm in most often. And so, it's just easiest for me to to use it inside iMessage. And they just dropped a feature. It's not available to everyone yet, but you'll be able to add Instinct to group threads. So like for example, I could be in a family group text and we're trying to decide where to go to dinner. We make a decision and then we say, "Hey, Instinct, go and book it." And you know, so there's a lot of applications that I think come up for it
8:58being in in group threads. Yeah. All right. This one is the app that I'm going to rebuild my whole MacBook around. It's VM Pal virtual machines. What it does is it puts another instance of Mac OS or Windows or Ubuntu, though I'm just going to create Mac OS on your computer. And the idea is if you're going to give your agent a computer, you might as well put it on your own computer and then isolate it to that one computer. So, it's like having another Mac operating system with its own with its own apps and everything on your computer and then you tell your agent you control that. The reason I like it
9:33is I've been playing with so many apps that I find that it slows down my computer. And you you've noticed now over the last few weeks, my computer's gotten sluggish and more and more sluggish and it's becoming more difficult to operate. I think what I'm going to do is I'm going to have a pristine copy of Mac OS that I'm going to run everything on and have only a few apps on that. And then I'll have a virtual machine using VM Pal, which will have the crazy software that people introduced me to that we talk about here
9:58and um and maybe agents controlling it. And then once I'm done with it, cuz it gets overloaded and too slow, I delete it and move on. There have been lots of apps that do this. The reason this took off this week was because this is simple and inexpensive. We're talking about a onetime fee of $34, $35.
10:16Love onetime fees. Love that. And then it's free forever. And now you get to put it on your computer. I wonder how this like I I don't think my team needs it. Otherwise, I would get it cuz it's such a good price. Um 50 bucks to do it. But this is one that I'm really excited about and like I said, I want to build my whole
10:32computer around this. I love this one. Again, I have the same problem where I've got a brand new MacBook as of four or five months ago and it's got, you know, 36 gigs of RAM or, you know, whatever kind of in that range and it's super fast. I mean, so far I haven't had any issues, but just like
10:49you, I'm always testing out new tools. I'm constantly like my downloads folder, you know, gets bigger by the day. And so having something like that that I could just spin up and have like a pristine instance to do some of my work on, I think would be a huge benefit. And and the fact that it's a onetime fee makes
11:04it a no-brainer in my mind. I also love that they're that they're selling this is the the computer you put within your computer and then give agents complete control of. So maybe maybe what you do is you say, "This is the one that I'm going to let Grockbot completely manage." And I've had such a good experience having it manage my main computer or or others. Okay. It's really fantastic. All right. final launch and then we're going to talk about people
11:24who are making money using these tools. But the final one is from bor boring marketer. He created something called boring funnels. You signed up immediately for this. What is this? So this is he launched this as of like 3 hours ago. So what he built it was on top of a problem that he was having in his business. A lot of what he talks about is marketing for boring local service businesses, building funnels, running ads, basically using AI to grow offline businesses. And he was having difficulty cloning successful funnels
11:57from other, you know, online businesses. He was, it was a very manual process. He'd see a funnel that did well. He'd feed it to Claude, but then you only see the ad or you only see the landing page. You don't see the email sequence and everything that comes with it. So, Boring Funnels is like a full funnel breakdown. It gives you one funnel per week of like, hey, here's everything from the ad to the landing page to the email sequence to the CTA. And it also comes with a full library. So, the paid plan, I think, is $2.99 a year. And that gives you access to the full funnel
12:28library along with a one-click prompt that you can one-click copy, hand to Claude Code, or hand to Codex, and it'll build out the entire funnel for your offer with your voice and your copy. So, this is something that I signed up for immediately. Like, this is such a no-brainer. And I I mean, you could launch a whole agency with this tool as the backend. Like, just building funnels for local businesses by copying other funnels that work. I mean, it's a
12:54no-brainer. It's so smart. It used to be that if I found a funnel that was fantastic, I would think, all right, I've got to now hire an agency to do it or I need my team to have time to put it together. Now, I really could just hand it over to Claude and say, "Build this thing for me." And now I have a funnel that helps convert people into customers. All right. Next, actually before I go into the next, I should tell everybody that my sponsor is Zapier. I'm not going to promote anything from Zapier. I'm just going to tell you all that Zapier is the company
13:16that when I wanted to start this company up, I said to them, would you sponsor for a year? And they said, if you're helping people build with AI, we absolutely would. So, I'm not going to promote SP Zapier now. I'm just going to say if you appreciate them sponsoring, let them know in the comments. And I would appreciate you appreciating them along with me. Okay. Thank you, Zapier, for taking a risk on me and and this
13:36whole show. All right. Next, Skillery. Now, we're talking about people who are actually making money with what they're building. And Skillery is now at $5,000 a month in verified revenue. What is Skillery? So, this is a skills directory and I think it's out of China. Somebody in China created this, but it's not your typical skills directory that what they're branding themselves. I think on their homepage, it says like the
14:02directory of agent skills with taste. Mhm. So, this is where you can either pay a monthly fee or you can pay one time and outright buy all the skills in the directory. And they actually give you a demo of what the output looks like. So, you know how so many people like they give away their skills or there's a bunch of free skills directories online and you don't know what's in them and they're super generic or you don't, you know, you don't really know what you're getting. This is where you pay a smaller price for premium skills and you can see exactly what the output's going to look
14:29like before you buy it. So, like this skill, you know, pixel promo video, that little demo that we're seeing on the left is the exact output that you're going to get if you pay $4.99 for this skill. So, I I think premium skills directories like this have a huge opportunity. And, you know, they turned this into MR, but you can also just outright buy uh individual skills, which I think is smart. So, I I love this one. And they got up to what I think it's 5K MR in a matter of a month,
14:56I think. Yeah. Look at this. uh September 26th they got their first $5 in here. It's unreal. Unreal. And anyone could build something like this. Sometimes I feel like nobody is going to buy anything cuz everyone's going to make their own stuff. And then I see this and I think, okay, this is simple. It's generating revenue fairly quickly. And again, because we see it's on trust MR, we know that it's verified revenue. Now, let's go a little bit bigger. Creative Claw is a much bigger uh win. They are now up to $125,000 in lifetime revenue, $10,000 a month in MRR. A guy named Itai in Israel has been
15:33producing this. And what it does is it lets you, you know, how Claude can't do images and videos. It lets you add that ability into Claude, but not just Claude. It allows you to add it into uh into OpenClaw, into Codeex. Codex has decent stuff, but not enough. Grockbot, I don't think has it dialed in yet. And so with one MCP, you get to make it into much more of an artist. And these are some some of the examples of what it does. And what I like about this, I'm talking a lot about this, but what I love about what he did here is he didn't
16:05invent any of it. He's basically pulling together his own subscriptions to all these different tools that make images and make videos and do voiceovers, and he's giving you access to it for for a price. I think anyone could have built something like this, and it's just fantastic. And it's pay per use, too, which again I love. I think I think that's where everything's heading is there it's heading to pay per pay for usage or just one-time payment to be able to have
16:29access to this thing and then that's it. So again, I think this is smart. I I think um you know, we talk about if like if you want to turn this into a cash flowing business, I mean, this guy's done exactly that. Like turning things that already exist, just kind of putting pieces together and turning it into a business. So I I love seeing things like this. And for a lot of people, this just makes so much more sense than going to 11 Labs and paying for a subscription and going into uh Hey Genen and creating a subscription there. And it's just a pain in the neck. I love that he put it
16:57all together. Okay, next uh after Creative Claw is this thing called vibecode. Vibe coding. And I love how you found this tweet where he says, "I have three paying customers without any marketing. Yay." And then he he tweeted a little bit afterwards and said, "Now I've got my fourth paying customer. What is Vibe
17:17coding?" So this is just a I think this is just a really good example of a AI tool directory done right. So if you look at it, I mean it's super simple. Like you're not having to click around to a bunch of different internal pages. Like it's just all laid out there in one page. And it doesn't have that vibecoded feel either. Like this actually looks like a very nice, concise, clean, minimalistic directory. And how they're monetizing it looks like is you can pay for a sponsored spot. So I think at the bottom
17:46left there's like a sponsorship button. I think they're charging 30 300 what is it? $350 for a for a for a sponsored spot, which that pretty much just puts you at the top of the directory and says, "Hey, this is a sponsored tool placement." And they've got them broken out by I think like um what do they say like building or making you know they so they've got it
18:08categorized in a nice neat way too base. Yeah. Yeah. And even like design like I would I would come back to this directory just to find the the design uh tools that it mentions right like so I I just love this. It's so simple and and a very very wellexecuted directory in my mind. In a day some Oh look I like the background. In a day, somebody could have created this and then started to get some revenue. And I love that he's bringing in revenue and talking about it. Here's another one. Uh, Tiny Pop-ups got my second paying customer on tiny on tiny popups.com. Here is the site. You
18:44found this. What is this? So, this is a tool that allows you to embed like a little widget on your website to where you can set the trigger, right? So you can trigger this little tiny, it's called tiny popups because it can trigger a tiny popup to pop up on your web page and it can be triggered by, you know, the certain user demographics. It can be triggered when somebody lands on a specific page. It can be triggered from a specific event and the tiny popup can say whatever you want it to say, right? You can say, hey, you know, help us improve, fill out a
19:14feedback survey or subscribe to us on Instagram or enter your email, right? Like it's it's basically just intelligent website popups that take five it takes 5 minutes to install this on your website. They claim that they've got like a 30% reply rate on the popup. So, you know, if you've got if you put a tiny popup on your website asking for people to input their email address to sub subscribe to your newsletter, you know, if you're getting a 100red visitors to your site a day, that's 30
19:41new email opt-ins per day, right? According to their numbers. So, and there's obviously there's so many more. You can get super creative with it, but I love it. I think this is smart. I I'd be a customer of this for sure. I think this is more of a simpler option for people that don't want to get into Clog Code or Codeex and like build this into their site um by hand, but for the person that just wants 5 minutes and
20:01done, this is an awesome product. Congratulations on your first customers. All right, we got a bunch of great products here. And if you like these, we've got others for you to watch.
