0:00Hey, what's going on you guys? This week I wanted to talk about Grockbot. Now, I have been using it for just about two weeks now for my business and for my personal life. And I think I have a little bit of an understanding of exactly how I would use it right now. I think there's a lot of room to grow with this. I don't think I'm using it to its, you know, fullest capabilities, but I wanted to give you some real use cases and how it provided value to me and my business. Now, I think online on YouTube X and all these different platforms, you're going to see all these different
0:27ways to use Crockbot. Like I said, I'm probably not using it to its fullest capability or its fullest potential I should say. But what I am doing is I am getting some value out of it and mostly through the use of its own personal computer uh which is in the cloud. So in this case at the first bot you could see here is our prospector bot. Now what this bot does is it allows me to essentially do some prospecting for my business, the business that pays the
0:52bills. So I ask it to go on to Facebook. I log into the remote computer. As you can see here on the right side, the computer is asleep. We wake it up and we're actually able to jump into that computer and take control of it. So, what I will do is I will take control of it. I will log into that Facebook account that I am associated with and then I will get some links or get the names of the groups that I am that I want to go ahead and scrape and I will pass it off into this crockpot here. And then I simply ask, hey, over the last 48
1:22hours, do you see any other businesses that might fit in line with the services that we provide? If so, get a list, get all the contact information, and pass it off into the CRM. So, the cool part is that not only can we access it through the, you know, remote computer. So, the bot could go ahead and do whatever it needs to do, but at the end, we are also connected into our CRM. So, it has the potential to pass this off right into my dashboard, right into the the contact management platform that I built for my business, allowing me to follow up when I have time later. The bot will go ahead
1:57and scrape the business name, the contact information, any relevant other context for it, and then it will go ahead and put it into my CRM. Now, another use case that I've done in the past as well is I actually used this same bot, this prospecting bot. I went into Google and I had to actually go ahead and scrape some keywords for a business. Essentially, what I had to do was look for like home inspectors in my area. Um, and what I wanted was to find certain details about those home inspectors, whether they had a website, whether they didn't have a website, if they had a website. Was there anything
2:29that kind of stood out immediately that we could put into an email to hopefully capture that attention and we could provide, you know, essentially explaining how we could provide value to their company just based on a simple look that we found within a couple of minutes. So then what we did is again we pushed that into our CRM and I had this
2:47bot also connected to my Gmail account. It then created those drafts and then I was able to send it out and have a personalized message for each potential lead based on what it found in this personal computer. This other Grockbot, again, unfortunately, I'm going to be blurring a lot of this out cuz this is my personal business. Um, you know, this is my business right now, and I just don't feel it's necessary to kind of share all the the personal details about it. But, nonetheless, I am building a real business, so that's the downside of of this, I guess. Um, but with that being said, I have another bot for
3:18emails. And what this does is it pretty much scrapes my email inbox. Now, I'm not using it anymore. I have a different way to follow or a different method that I'm I'm moving forward with, and we could talk about that in a different video. But what I did was set it up so it could view my inbox and then every morning provide me with a digest of that inbox. So, anything that happened overnight or the previous day, it would give me that digest so I could go ahead and follow up on any any emails that I might have missed out on. Um, I have it set up to read any alerts that came in
3:47from my production app. So, I can follow up on that invoices and the potential is essentially unlimited here. Another really good one is SEO. Uh, again, with the use of the personal computer, I essentially have, you know, I manage a number of different clients in their websites is one of the services that I provide with Relitech Solutions. And in doing so, obviously, I want to monitor the SEO. Now, there's different tools, Hrefs, Semrush, and a few others that you could use to monitor your your your
4:16websites and seeing how they are doing. But what I wanted to do is to get the perspective of somebody searching on Google and have an accurate representation of what someone would see if they were searching in that area for those services. So, I had this bot do that and I had it report back to me
4:31based on what it found on the website. So I had to go to a client's website, learn about the website, learn about the services that they provide, learn about the service areas it provides and then go ahead go on Google and you know search these various keywords. I also passed in Google search console relevant information uh for stuff that we are already ranking for and all that tied together. I was able to get a pretty good report and understanding of how this website is performing and maybe room for improvement as well. Another thing that I was playing around with which I have kind of just just very
5:03little bit was a health bot. Um I had some I wanted to kind of work with it to to manage my um some health concerns that I had. But also the um like a workout kind of routine was kind of where I was going with this. Not saying it's the worst idea. I just didn't really find too much value out of it. I
5:21guess maybe I just didn't use it enough. But that was one idea I had is having it, you know, be able to talk to this bot and grow with me as I try to do, you know, different diets, different gym exercises, or if I have a condition that I'm trying to treat, how can we work together to fix that? Um, I think there is potential there. I just don't think I gave it enough effort here to really see if the value was there and see if it actually would help. But, um, that is a thought and I probably will explore that down the road as I do want to find ways
5:49to better optimize, you know, my life, my health. So that is something that uh I definitely want to explore a little bit more. Grock voice. So another service that I provide is you know an AI voice agent service building out AI voice agents for clients and you know local service based businesses that want to leverage an AI voice agent. That's kind of what I was doing here. And I was testing out the new Grov voice 3.0. Now if you haven't tested that out you definitely should check it out. I also have another video about that. I think last week I put that out. But what I was doing here is I
6:22thought that maybe Grock Voice would have a better like understanding and context of how we could integrate with the tool. It worked, but it didn't do anything different than than Claude could have done. So, this wasn't really anything that um was necessary. I don't think I needed this in any way, but I was, you know, prompting it back and forth for one voice agent. But then I did the same thing with Claude, and it was able to get the same result, and it might have actually been even quicker
6:46and cleaner, uh, if I was being honest. And then lastly, I had a a YouTube bot. This was mainly used for building out um like a script essentially kind of getting ideas about different titles and hooks and stuff. Again, I kind of went off with a different path for this. I think I do need to explore something like this though to be more consistent with with using a you know, one tool so it learns more about me. I haven't figured that piece out yet. I'm still trying to figure that out now that we're getting back into YouTube and I'm trying to find ways to better optimize that
7:17process. Grockbot might be a good solution to that problem. I just haven't uh put enough time into that just yet. So, like I said, I've been using Grockbot for just going on for two weeks now. I wanted to check it out and see, you know, I've been talking I've been seeing a lot of people talking about it. I think there's a lot of value here with the, you know, with the whole idea of having an agent that is just working around the clock, monitoring your emails, you know, helping you optimize your health based on previous, you know, history and chat because it's got an ongoing understanding of what you're
7:46doing, what your what your goals are, and how you're performing, etc. Uh, I think the biggest takeaway though, the biggest thing that I found valuable here was the use of the remote computer. I was able to log in. It's very fast as well, which is awesome. Um, I'm looking forward to trying out Claw Duet. But the cool thing is that with the computer, we're able to log it into our different platforms that we are already part of and pretty much do some scraping for us if we wanted to um do some, you know,
8:14prospecting like I talked about earlier. There's a lot of room to grow in that area. There's a lot of, you know, value there. I think with the remote computer, again, it's also not something that's, you know, accessing on your local machine. So, it just kind of gives you that little piece of mind knowing that it's not doing anything locally. So we think but yeah just to give you an idea of how I am using Grockbot. I'm not sure
8:34if I will continue this subscription. More to come on that. I think I have some other ideas and things I want to optimize this kind of agent workflow for my business. But yeah, that's it for the Grockbot, and I look forward to seeing you in the next
