0:00Hey friends, it's another update video. I know you guys love those. So, we're going to continue. This is the fourth one or the fifth one. Basically, what we do is I report every month how much I made on my digital product stores on Etsy. Okay? Sell digital products on Etsy and I tell you how much I made from each store. Now, here's a couple of things. We're going to do things a little bit differently this this episode. Okay? So, one thing we're going to do differently is I need to clarify something. A lot of you guys think that I do manage all these five or six shops

0:33uh myself, right? I don't. I have people that help me make products and sell them. Okay? So, I just want to clarify this because I don't think I will be able to do five or six shops by myself and do all of that. Okay? I want you to know this. I do a lot of different things and u selling on Etsy is one of the things. It's a big part of my like life, but it's not the only thing that I do. And I would not I won't be able to do everything I do if I would not outsource or like if I you know would

1:04not partner up with people or hire people. So that's one thing and I see this more the things I do I see more as a business than as a as a side hustle. A lot of you guys do stuff as a side hustle. That means that like you do everything yourself. I do a lot of stuff myself too but not in regards to Etsy. A lot of the stuff I do Etsy is uh outsource and I always show you digital

1:28products, not print on demand products. Okay, I have a print on demand shop as well. I reported couple times on the results of that print on demand shop. The thing with the print on demand shop is that the results vary a lot of time and they are not as attractive. So I stopped telling you guys how much I made from this print on the demand shop because it's just it's just you know when you don't make a lot of money it's not a fun content. That's re really what happens. However, in November, that print on the men shop did okay. It didn't do anything crazy, but it did

2:00okay. And I don't spend too much time on it. And my partner, my business partner that also works on the shop didn't spend too much time eh on it either. It's just not something that we do a lot pay a lot of attention to. But it did very well in November. So, I'm going to report the results from that shop as well at the end of this video. It's going to be like a bonus one. But all the shops besides the last one I'm going to show you are digital products, okay? Everything is digital digital AI art products. That's what it is, okay? Because that's what we

2:31do. And speaking of AI art, if you don't know me, I was like one of the first people that started selling uh AI art on Etsy and I built a software called Cremium AI and right now I'm going to run a 50% off promo. I run it during the Black Friday. A lot of you guys sign up. So I decided to continue this until Christmas Eve. Okay? So until December 24th, we're going to run a 50% off promo. Right now, you can see the coupon code. Use it at the checkout. It's going

2:57to give you 50% on any plan you want. And what our software does, our software does a lot. But the idea of it is B basically instead of paying bunch of different subscription for a bunch of different softwares like for example Canva, Everbeby. Uh EverB is product research tool. Canva is a photo editor and they have some AI too. Then Midjourney, right? you have to spend a lot of money to get all of these softwares together. Instead of doing that, you can just spend one subscription on my software and you're going to get all of these tools and more. More importantly, besides the AI generators, video generator, we also

3:30added a video generator, mockup generator, all of that. You also get access to our community. And last week, we have meetings every week. And last week, I talked about my new shop that I'm opening on Etsy, too. Okay, this is a brand new thing and it's related to services because with Nano Banana you can do a lot of services that do a lot of money. Okay, like there are these these stores on Etsy that make like 700 days offering a very simple AI service that like a lot of people buy. So we are going to open another shop on Etsy and it's going to be related to services

4:01because it looks like now those services are very easy and I did like a whole breakdown of what type of services you can offer with Nano Banana and how to do them and how easy it is to do this. So anyway, if you join right now, you're going to get a little benefits. Okay,

4:14but that's that's the end of the promo. Let's get down to business. Let's get down to the first shop. Okay, so I'm going to open it. I have uh my shop saved on my phone and I have uh the November payments. So here's the first one. You're going to see it somewhere on the screen as well, but that's that's the one. Okay, so this is a Okay, I know which store is this. This is a clip art/digital prints shop. It's mostly clip art. Most of the listings are related to clip art. Clip art are these like images that teachers buy, uh, moms by to create like some sort of like art

4:51projects, sometimes stickers, things of that nature. And digital prints are digital prints that you put on a t-shirt. So, a lot of print on demand people buy them, they print them out, and they sell them as a as a t-shirt. And a lot of the things that we were selling uh this month were related to Christmas and Thanksgiving. And here's the breakdown. Okay, so we got $3,63 in sales. Okay, so quite a number. Then we got $76422 in fees. Okay, these are I mean this this store has a lot of listings. So the fees are quite high. And then the marketing is really high too. It's uh we

5:26spent 1300 uh almost 1,400 on marketing fees for the digital shop where the listings cost like $2 to5. That's quite a lot. Okay, so the marketing is really high. We spend a lot of marketing. We really are pushing ads on this one. Yeah, I've been telling you guys u I don't think you need to run ads. Okay, we trying to figure out the the the right method for ads. We still continue

5:48doing it. Honestly, you know what it is. I would tell you what it is. I think the margins are just too low on these digital products on these clip art products because you sell them for so low that they just, you know, ads can help you and really bring a lot of people, but like they will eat your profits. I think ads work very well for like high ticket items or like some items that have like good margins, but if you don't have margins, I don't think it's worth spending money on ads. Unless it's like 5 $10 a day, maybe that's

6:18fine. But big ad budgets, I don't know. We experimented a lot with this one last month. I don't forgot what it was. We got similar results last month and I think we spent even more money on ads. It's just I don't know. I don't think it's worth it. If you're don't have margins, it's just not worth it. But anyway, the profit margin on this store was 900 bucks. Okay? Again, my biggest thing on ads, if they really eat your margins, don't run ads. Okay? Cuz all the other shops I'm going to show you, we are not running ads at all. And you will see the results. All right. Let's

6:48move on to the shop number two. So, the second shop is a digital character shop. So, I have three of those. This is related to like gaming. So, a lot of gamers buy these digital avatars. some like VTubers. So VTuber if you know like what a streamer is you know like uh what what's his name? I show speed or Kaisen. There are also people that stream but they don't want to show their face because maybe I don't know they don't want people to know in real life that it's them or uh they have a serious job and they they want to stream but they don't want to do it publicly. So they do

7:20this anonymously and they buy these digital avatars, these VTubers. It's a It's a very niche market, but you can sell these VTuber characters for very like a lot of money. Like one VTuber character can cost like $50, $60. Lately, this market has been a little bit losing momentum. October, I believe, was like the worst month for me. November was better. Anyway, so we got

7:42$532 in sales. The fees are $106. Then we got marketing, $144. I don't know what this is for. some random off-site ads probably because we are not running any ads on it. And then the net profit for this shop was 424 for these digital uh VTuber characters. Okay. Now, here's another VTuber shop. Same idea, same products. This one is just like a little bit newer and maybe have like slightly more listings. I don't remember, but the difference between those two is not big. Anyway, so

8:14the sales are $689. The fees are $102. So, very similar to the other one. And the marketing fees are 69 cents. And then the net profit for this shop was 586. I think last month both of these shops did worse than they did now. So November clearly seems like it's a better month for these two shops. Okay. Even though this is not hot. This shop these shops were like printing. Okay. Even in 2025, at the beginning of 2025, they were

8:48really really printing. You know what? Maybe I should do like a whole year summary video. Let me know in the comments if this this is what I should do. Should I do like a 2024 2025? Oh my god, it's 2025. 2025 whole year summary video. Let me know if this is something that interests you. Maybe we can we can do that. Okay, this is the third shop selling the same thing. This one is actually completely dead because we are not managing it at all. But it made $70 in sell, $10 in fees, and then the profit was 59. I think last month this shop made like 30 bucks. I don't

9:25remember. Do you guys remember what it was in my last video? It was very low. Maybe it was even lower. I feel like it was like $10, $14. Not 30. It was like very, very low. It got 59. Well, okay. That's $59 more dollars. You know, that's cool for not doing anything on this shop. And now I'm going to show you the best one because this is my best shop. This is the one that all of you guys want to see. Okay. All right. So, this shop we got $6,289 in sales. That's a lot. And this is digital prints. Okay. We're selling digital prints on this one. So, again,

10:00t-shirt designs, the things that you put on your shirt. Okay. T-shirt, sweatshirt, a lot of Christmas related stuff. Okay. A lot of Christmas related stuff. Okay. My battery is dying, so I have to hurry up. The fees are $1,540. So quite a lot. But this that's the thing like this one has a lot of listings. So the fees are very very high. Okay? Cuz the things with the print is like you can sell them as an individual. Sometimes you sell them as a bundles, but like we have a lot of individual related listings and when you have like 2,000 listings, you know, the fees are going to eat you up. So the

10:32fees are high. The fees are high. Even if you sell a lot of things that also every time you sell something, that's another fee, right? So, the fees are really, really high. Marketing is $14.54. I don't know where is this 14 coming from. I think $10 comes from the Etsy plus subscription. And then the rest is some off-site ads. And the net

10:51profit for this one was $4,734. Now, one big thing about this shop is I think we made hundred less dollars than last month. However, we are not running any ads on it. Okay? Because I think last week, last month, we spent like a three $300 or almost $300 on ads on this one. This month, no ads uh whatsoever. Okay, so we made slightly less money, but the results are very, very similar even without running ads. And that's all my digital shops. Okay, and I promised you that I'm going to show you the bonus shop, the print on demand shop that I usually don't talk about because I am a

11:32little bit I don't know. I want to be known for digital stuff. I don't want to be known for pro print on demand. I feel like print on demand is not very popular topic on YouTube. It's just not a lot of people are just not interested in print on demand. I think that's the truth. And uh and lately I've been struggling to get views on YouTube too. I don't know what happened. It's either people are

11:51not interested or it's the algorithm. But like I've noticed a lot of YouTube channels that were in like my niche are experiencing this or maybe there's a lot of new guys that you guys watch. Let me know who you watch these days on YouTube. Okay, so I I can research. Maybe there are just better people, you know, more interesting people that you guys like to watch. But yeah, my views on YouTube have been struggling a little bit, but I'm not here to complain

12:16because I've been here a a lot of times. You just need to pivot. You need just need to be better. Blah blah blah. Anyway, peron man shop. All right, so we got $3,000 in sales. The fees are 350 marketing 1454. That's the same one as the other one. It's exactly the same uh marketing fees. The net profit after the

12:36fees is 2,653. Okay. But here's the thing. Since this is print on demand, we need to calculate, you know, the cost of print on demand products. So, from what I remember, the cost of this I will I'm going to go on my Excel spreadsheet and I would tell you. So, the cost of the

12:58products for this shop was $2,000.76. So, we made almost $600 in profit on this shop. Okay, so for the print on demand, that's not really that crazy. It's I mean, it's $600 profit, but again, print on demand, it's nothing crazy. That's not a changing money, you know. Uh, but it's nice. It's nice because this shop has been really like

13:21struggling for a lot long longest time. It's kind of back and forth. Some months are really good, some months are not so hot, but I think because the product we are selling is popular during winter time, so it's doing very well. We also have some ornaments and things of the nature, print on demand ornaments. So people are buying those. So, you know, it's it's cool cuz we haven't really added any new listings to it. So, it's

13:45just like passively growing. It's cool. It's cool. And I don't really have to fulfill orders because with the thing with Printify, once you connect it to Printify, it's all automatic. you just need to kind of approve it and it doesn't take that much time. I don't have to fulfill like addresses or anything like that. It's nice. It's cool. It's it's like automated. I don't sell t-shirts. I I I did sell t-shirts in the past, but it's just t-shirts change so fast. So, the problem with the t-shirts is that they are very very

14:12seasonal and they change every month. Like one design can work can work for like couple weeks and it kind of dies and you have to jump to the next one. It's like a very very fastpaced market. Okay. So, I don't really do t-shirts because it because of that, but there are other things. And uh as I told you, we open a new shop. Okay. Uh there's one more shop. It's going to be a digital product shop and it's going to offer services. And I told you a couple of these services already in my videos and in the meetings in our discord. Uh like one of the examples is like uh

14:50restoring old photos. Okay. So nano banana or context flax these AIs can restore like you know old gray photos into color ones modern pictures and services like that cost like $50 $60 on Etsy. You can also do them on Fiverr. So, like we're we already opened that shop and uh we're going to add listings soon, but that's just like another shop that I think has a longevity and you know these services existed for years, but I feel like now with AI, they

15:23just become more accessible and easier. So, we just want to do this. Okay. I think it's a great opportunity and those are high ticket items. So, I think the strategy here is to run ads on those because you can run ads on those because the margins are high and just bring traffic as soon as possible, as much traffic as possible and yeah, collect money. So, we're going to add another shop hopefully next month. I will give you results on this shop, too. Guys, let me know if you have any questions. Drop

15:53a like if you enjoyed this video, guys. 50% on Creator Mai. You see the coupon code right here, okay? It's a software that has every tool possible for you to start selling digital products or print on demand products. Okay? It will create images for you. Then you you can put these images on mockups because we have a mockup generator. Then you can make social media video content with your

16:14t-shirt design or whatever you made. Okay? Because we have a Sora AI generator. So you can generate AI models that will promote your stuff. Or maybe if you do Tik Tok affiliate, you can promote Tik Tok affiliate products using Sora uh you know, girls. This there are accounts on Tik Tok that making like 40 $50,000 a month month doing this. So I know what I'm talking about. Okay, I

16:34I've I've seen them. It it's working. And these videos are not like so aggressive that Tik Tok kind of allows them because they are not you're not using authorative figure or anything like that. You're just using AI model. So like they're okay with that for now at least. community every meetings every week we have meetings you can come join listen to to stuff I always post a lot of like new updates too so like if you the thing the thing about our community is like I feel like I'm very good with spotting new trends and new new ideas so like if you are interested in hearing

17:07like what's going on first I feel like I am pretty good on spotting this on and I share this with my community I don't really share a lot of things outside because there are some things that I don't want you to know to be honest I'm going to be honest honest with you. Some things you just don't share. This is why I keep it lowkey. Uh but uh I share it in the community. There's a photo editor kind of like Canva. Uh so you can create listing images for Etsy or whatever else

17:33you're doing. There's a lot of stuff. creati.com guys, check it out. But that's all I have for you to for you today. I hope you enjoyed this. I will see you next time. Bye-bye.
