0:25how to gain recurring monthly revenue. In this video, we're going to cover everything. how to find the best niches, how to find leads, how to write simple outreach emails that get replies. Then, I'll walk you through how to build a full AI website using AI. Plus, you'll learn how to set up hosting in a domain
0:40for your customers the right way. Lastly, we'll focus on how to charge your clients with setup fees and monthly recurring revenue. And finally, how to send automated monthly reports that make you look like a pro. So, by the end of this video, you'll know exactly how to go from zero customers to at least a few customers that you can work with and how to build a lead generation system that
0:57gains you clients every single month. So, grab your favorite coffee and let me show you all how to gain clients selling AI websites. Okay. Now, before we begin, here is a quick checklist that we can follow and I'll put this in the video description. And this checklist has five different steps. We'll first talk about planning and preparation. This is pretty much researching who to sell to, preparing your email templates, and just knowing like, you know, who you're going after. The second one is lead generation and reaching out. So, after you've actually find your prospect, how do you reach out to them? How do you talk to
1:25them? How do you follow up? There's a lot of things to go over here. So, we'll be covering lead generation in step two. Step three is website creation. And believe it or not, this is going to be the easiest part because with AI, you can literally make a website in just a few seconds. And number four is closing the deal. So, after someone sees your work and they're kind of sold on you, all you're going to do is shoot them an invoice, and then you're going to put them on a monthly subscription. And number five, post-launch and ongoing management. This is essentially that you show them reports, you work on SEO, and
1:56we'll talk more about post-launch and ongoing management a little bit later. So, let's go ahead and dive into step one. Now, the most important part about step one and probably this entire video is knowing who to sell to. Now, I've been in the web design industry for quite some time, uh, for about seven years plus, and I know the people who are looking for websites. Now, here is a list of some of the best niches for web design. So, these are the people that you typically should be targeting. Uh, lawyers and legal firms, medical and dental clinics, contractors, real estate agents, insurance advisors, and a whole
2:27lot more. Now, I'll put this list in the video description for you to check out, but I'm going to give you my personal recommendations on what I think is the best. So I would say number three, four and five, contractors always have terrible websites guys. Uh I have dealt with so many contractors where they can build a house, they can build anything but they cannot make a website. Like these guys are illiterate when it comes to making websites and these guys actually make pretty good money and most of the time they have no problem paying for websites. So I feel like contractors is always a great market to go after and
2:59insurance advisors are also quite good because they're just looking for leads. They want a really nice presentation on their websites. So setting up their websites is actually quite simple. So you can go ahead and access this list and see which niche you want to go with. But I personally recommend to start with contractors, property management or real estate agents and then also insurance advisors. Now once we pick a niche, we now need to ask ourselves, okay, how do we find these clients? Well, the easiest way is to get local clients. So next, let's go to step two and learn how to
3:28generate leads. Now this is Google Maps. Now, one of the biggest beginners mistakes with web design is they try to market to everywhere. Just focus on your local community and you will have the best luck. Trust me. So, let's say for example, you wanted to actually uh pick a niche, right? Let's say I want to target property management. So, we're going to go over here to Google Maps and we're going to type in Las Vegas property management and we're going to get a list of results. Now, personally, I think this is one of the best methods to go with. And I will give you more ways on how to automate this process in
3:57just a bit, but let's just stick with the basics here. So, let's say, for example, you know, you see a potential client, right? You see a potential client. Like I said, it's a crappy house. They're probably working out of their house. They probably have a terrible website. I'm just going to I'm just going to take a gamble here, but uh let's just take a look at their website and see if this is a uh potential client. Now, looking on their website, I would say this is a potential client, right? So, I wouldn't say this person has the best websites. And just looking at it, it just looks like, you know,
4:262010. It looks like someone just watched a video on how to make a website and this was like their first potential client. So, I would say that this is a potential client that you can add to a list. Now, what I personally recommend here is every single business that you run across that you think needs a website, open up a Google Sheets or a Google Doc or something else and put them on a spreadsheet. So, for example, here we have the web design lead, the contact name, email, phone number, address, message, and follow up. I typically recommend to maybe call these people and say, "Hey, I saw you guys
4:59down the road, and I'm a web designer, the community. I thought maybe you need a website." Now, that is a option. You don't have to do that. You can just, you know, cold email. But I think phone calls really increase the chance of you getting a client versus a cold email, right? Let's be real. when they hear your voice, they're going to feel a lot better than just a random email in their inbox. Now, real quick, going back to this list. So, you are going to run across websites like uh maybe this one right here. And honestly, I would say that these people have a website that's
5:28definitely doable. I don't really think there is much that we can do here. So, uh when you do see websites that are at least decent or at least have some sort of presence online that looks decent, I think it might be a waste of time to go after them. So, I would personally go ahead and scour this list and just look for clients that have really crappy
5:47looking websites. Uh, this one here. Yeah. See, this is like a 50/50, right? But I do think though that uh this website is fine. As I scroll down, you know, I'm starting to think I don't think there's anything that we can do here to gain this as a prospective client. Let's take a look at Home 365. And this website actually looks pretty good. So, you know, I don't think there's anything that we can do here as
6:11well. And this is going to be the grind. So, this is going to be the part where you start to like look for, you know, prospective clients. Uh, this one right here, I can tell you right away, this is a prospective client. The web, the landing page looks terrible. Uh, I don't really know what's going on. There's no call to action button. The button up here is completely messed up. So, the first thing I would do here is go back to our list. And I'm just going to go ahead and add this as a potential web design lead. So I went ahead and I added them to our lead list. Now personally I
6:40always recommend to get the contact name of the person at the office. This is going to be the most powerful person that you talk to because they have the ability to either let you talk to the owner or not. So make sure that you get their contact name and you know you can always call them back later and say oh hey Patty how are you? You know like oh hey how are you Daryl? You know kind of thing. Uh once that's done you'll ask for their email address if they want to give it to you or not and then basically give a small overview about how the
7:04conversation went. So just saying, "Hey, she was busy or hey, she was said she would call me back or uh she said her boss was on vacation and to check back in a few days." So always just give a brief synopsis of whatever happened with the actual call right here. And then if you believe that this is possibly a warm lead, you can follow them up. If you felt like they just completely did not want to talk to you at all, then just put no and just leave it there. Now, like I mentioned before, going through leads can be very tedious. So there are two other ways in order to expedite this
7:32process. So there's a few different methods on how this works. You can always go to upwork.com and look for lead generation. These people can essentially build lists right here. There are also people that you can hire that will do cold calling on your behalf. So we have cold calling lead generation and once they actually, you know, run through a few potential clients, they can give them a call and then they can go through the entire process over here of, you know, gathering your leads together. Now there's another way that you can approach this as well and this is the automation route. If you do want to
8:01learn more about NADN on how to automate everything, uh for example, here we have a course that talks about Google Maps lead scraper where essentially you can scrape all the information from Google Maps and put it on a spreadsheet instantly. Uh I do have someone here that will actually teach this to you in our school. If you do want to sign up for our school, I will leave a link to
8:20our school in the video description. Okay, so let's say that you found a potential client and you want to reach out to them. So let me walk you through how to do this. Now, the first thing I'm going to do here is I'm going to go to their website. And what we're going to do is we're going to contact them
8:33through email via their contact form. Now, many of these companies do not put their email on the website. You need to actually go through this form right here and fill it out. And once you do that, you'll actually update your spreadsheet and say, "Hey, I contacted this person. I'm just awaiting a response." So, here we go. I'm going to select a general contact. And then here, we can put our first name, our information. So, now that we entered in our contact information, we're now going to go over to our Evernote and we're going to copy and paste this email lead. So, over here we have the first reachout. So, this is
9:04going to be the first email we're going to send out. And I'm going to copy all this right here. And here we go. Okay. Now, if it allows for this information, we can add it. If not, that's okay. Now, here we have an image. Now, if you can actually email them and show them a little bit of your work, that does help sometimes. But if it's going through their contact form, you probably can't add an image. So that's okay. So let's go over here back to their website and we're going to paste this in. And you're going to have to go through here and just fill out this information. So like
9:32I'm Daryl Wilson, right? I am a local in Las Vegas. Las Vegas. I help small businesses and you know, do you have a few minutes? And here we're going to go ahead and get rid of this because there is no demo for us to show. Okay. And then all we got to do is put if you liked uh just reply to this or just gave me a quick call. And then below that you can put the name of your business. You can put your city, your phone number, and then also your website. Now, I mean, look at this contact form. It's just it's really hard to work with. I mean,
10:05again, this is another reason why they need a new website cuz I can't even like really type well in this form, you know? So, it's it's pretty terrible. Now, once you actually go ahead and you send this off, you then want to update your Google Sheets. So, going back to our sheets right here under contacted, I'll go ahead and I'll put yes because you can also do phone as well. So, if you can, I always recommend to give them a phone call first. People like to hear voices versus cold call emails. I know people out there don't like calling because it is a little bit more timeconuming, but
10:35the success rate with calls is a lot higher than just typical emails. Okay, so once that's done, we're going to go back over here to their website. And now we're going to go ahead and shoot them a text. So, here they have a number that we can call them at. And now I want to shoot them a text via SMS. So going back over here to our email template list, we actually have a SMS template you can also use. So right here we have text message options or you can just go ahead and use this here and you can send them a text message. So here we go. Hey guys,
11:03my name is Daryl. And then you're obviously going to put in your information here and then you're just going to go ahead and shoot that email over. And after that, you're just going to wait it out just to make sure that they received your contact. So now this leads us to the end of step two. Let's
11:18say for instance you finally got a lead. Someone actually responded to you and says, "Hey, I want a website. Where do we start? Where do we go from here?" Right here, open up this email. And let's just say that you have a general email from a client that you actually emailed. It's always going to be very brief, like how can we start? Do you have a portfolio? People typically who email you for websites are not going to ask you tons of questions. So it'll be up to you to sell yourself. Okay, so let's step back here. So we finished step one, right? Planning and preparation. Number two, I showed you
11:46about lead generation and also how to reach out to each individual. Now, let's go ahead and go to step three, which is website creation, which is actually the easiest part. Okay, now this is hostinger.com. Now, you can access this website in the video description, and we also do have a coupon code. Now, I personally recommend Hostinger versus any other AI platform because with
12:05Hostinger, you can send monthly reports. You can also update name servers, which is very important, and you can also generate AI websites. So, it is the all-in-one go-to solution for AI websites. And to give you a quick example, this is a website that I currently generated with AI. And this is essentially making a property management websites. And as you can see, it has a really nice color scheme format going on. We have testimonials and it's just a very simple, clean website. So, I'll walk you through how to create really clean, simple websites with AI using Hostinger Horizons. So, let's go on over here back to Hostinger. So, once you get
12:40to this page, you'll click on claim deal. Now, Hostinger has three different plans. They have the premium, the business, and the cloud startup. The main difference here is that uh the number of websites you can host. So, on the business plan, you can host uh up to 50 websites and on the cloud startup, you can host up to 100. I think the business one will do just fine. You also get a free domain and you can get a few months if you register longer. So, right here, I'll click on choose plan. So, the next page is our cart page. And here, you can select a period. I think 12
13:11months is probably one of the best deals because this will give you enough time to decide if this is for you, if it's working out for you or not. You also get a free domain with this order and it's only about 50 bucks. However, we do have a coupon code that will save you a little bit more money as well. So, right here under have a coupon code. If I type in the code daryl 10 and click on apply, you're going to see that you're saving an additional 10% off on top of their Black Friday sale. So, went from $53 to about $48. So, all you're going to do is
13:40go ahead and enter in that coupon code and then click on continue. The next page is your billing address. So, you'll go ahead and fill out your billing information right here. You're going to see that we have a 12-month plan. We also have free daily backups, so it's going to back up all of the AI websites automatically, so you don't have to worry about your client websites getting deleted or whatever. Uh, we can also assign domains to them and set everything up. And we also have domain privacy protection. So, right here, I'll click on continue. And on the next step,
14:08you're going to enter in a card payment. So, right here, you can pay with credit card. You can also pay with PayPal, Google Pay, and also Apple Pay as well. You can also pay with crypto, but that does take up to one business day, which kind of sucks. So, uh you'll go ahead and put out your credit. So, you'll go ahead and put in your credit card information and then click on submit payments and then I will meet you in the customer portal. Okay. And this is the hostinger dashboard. Now, this is where we can access websites and also create AI generated websites. Now, on the left
14:36side, you're going to see that there's a few options. Uh right here, we have a website list. This typically displays all of your websites. So, these uh websites right here with these three little lines, this is actually hosting your horizons. And these other ones are just like, you know, WordPress websites. Now, if you want to access the website AI creator right here, we'll click on horizons. Now, as you can see, I do already have a bunch of different AI websites that I have personally created on my plan. I have a ton of them, as you can tell. Okay, so we're going to go over here to chatbt and they're going to
15:07create a prompt for us that's going to generate our website using Hostinger Horizons. Now, this is the first step. So, I always like to warm up the AI with the actual uh platform that we're going to use. So, I want to create a website using Hostinger Horizons. Do they have any tips to make a creative and
15:23responsive nicel lookinging websites? And then right here, what it's going to do, it's going to pull up all their documentation. It's going to study what Hostinger Horizon thinks. And then right here, you're going to see that it's generating a lot of information. Now, I like to do this again because it just warms up the AI. So, now it knows that we're talking about Horizons. So, now that we have this information, now we can ask it something else. So, now let's go to the second prompt. Based on this information, can you create me a modern professional property management website for clients in Las Vegas? I want to use
15:51colors such as blue, light blue gradient, and white. Make sure the website is fully optimized, SEOfriendly, and professional. Then, I'll go ahead and run this prompt. Okay. Okay. And after we entered in that prompt, you're going to see that it generated a really detailed prompt for us. Now, what you're going to do here is you're going to go through this and take out what you don't want. Uh, for example, service areas. If you do not service like Spring Valley or whatever, you'll just go ahead and, you know, make sure to remove that when you enter it in hosting or horizons. And just like kind of skim over this and just make sure
16:22that it's up to date and it reflects your business. So, what I'm going to do here is I'm going to copy all this. I'm also going to copy the page content. And this is essentially like, you know, the content on the actual page, the services, the owners, all this other stuff. The only thing I'm not going to copy here is the SEO starter pack. So, I'm just going to leave that out for now. So, now that we have all this other information, now let's go back over to Hostinger Horizons. And we're just going
16:45to go ahead and paste in this prompt. So, here we go. We have all this information posted. Okay. And once we do that, we'll then click on generate. And now, it's going to generate our AI website. Now, going back over here to Chat GBT, I do have some tips for all of you. Now, I do have other videos that show you how to make very advanced prompts, but I don't want to get into the advanced prompting in this video
17:08because uh this video can get very long. But what I like to do here is I like to ask DBT to summarize all this into maybe two or three paragraphs. So, for example, can you put all of the website design into two to three paragraphs? This does help sometimes if your prompt gets too big and too broad. Uh, by doing this right here, you'll see that it does clean it up a little bit and it can be somewhat more accurate for the AI. And after about a minute of waiting, you'll see it generated another prompt right here in about three paragraphs. So, this is another route you can go just in case
17:38you didn't get the exact uh version of the website you wanted with the other prompt. So, after we entered that prompt into Hostinger Horizons, they're now going to generate the websites. And this process might take anywhere between 2 to 5 minutes. And boom, now we have an AI website that we generated in just a few minutes. Now, on your very first try, many of the times it's never going to look perfect. So, you're going to have to make some small modifications and just sort of fix up the website a little bit, you know, but I like what we got going on right here. I like this palm
18:04tree in the back, you know, very Las Vegasish. I lived in Las Vegas for 5 years, so I really like that place. It's very quiet, and the desert's very like soothing and peaceful. I don't know how to explain it. Uh, but going here, you'll see that uh everything looks pretty good. Uh, we have this section
18:19that talks about ROI and management. Here we have some demo properties which we can update, you know, with the AI. Uh what our clients say. We have testimonials. And then right here we have our rental analysis. Really cool. So let's say someone actually is, you know, wanting to know what their house is worth. They could say, "Hey, I have this house. You know, what is my house worth?" And then you can actually get back to them or the owner can get back to them through this contact form. So the first thing I want to do is make this menu smaller, right? So make the menu smaller. There are too many pages
18:48and it makes the navigation difficult. make the pages as a drop-own menu. So essentially what that means is like if someone hovers over something, it'll actually display the list of pages instead of putting them horizontally where it's really crowded. Okay? And after we did that, you're now going to see that the AI now added these pages here as a drop down. You know, just making sure that there's a lot more space and it's not so cluttered and stuff like that. Now, another thing that you might have noticed right here is sometimes these buttons are hard to read. Here, I'll ask the AI, make the buttons on the homepage visible, and the
19:18buttons should match the styles. And after that, you'll see it now looks more like a landing page where the buttons are matching. So, the next thing that you're going to do here is you're going to go throughout the website and make any modifications and changes you want to your website. Now, one important thing you should know is this option right here called edit contents. If we click on edit content right here, we can actually change the contents right here and we can also update the images. So, for example, uh we are the best property
19:46management company in Summerland. Summerland is a very expensive area in Las Vegas for those of you who don't know. I think it's spelled right. Summerland or I think it's two M's. I'm not sure. Maybe someone in the comments let me know who lives in Summerland. Here, I'll click on save. And there you go. So, now you'll see that the content went ahead and updated. Now another thing that we can do also is click on an image and then we can change this image to another image and keep scrolling. And here obviously once you actually get the uh person's uh information and the images you're just going to update their
20:18properties right here you can go ahead and change this number to any monthly number. And then also you can go ahead and change this text. However, right here you'll see this text can only be changed through the chat. So here once you actually get your client information you'll just enter this in. Now, I'm just scratching the surface with hosting your horizons, as you can tell. And I actually have another video right here that will actually walk you through a little bit more in detail on prompts and stuff like that. It's about 20 minutes long. So, if you do want to learn more about prompting with Hostinger Horizons,
20:48I will leave that video in the video description for all of you to check out later. Now, before we actually send this website over to our clients, what we're going to do here is we're going to update this website with their logo. So, I'm going to go over here to this website and I'm going to download their logo. Once that's done, I'm going to go over here to Hostinger Horizons and, you know, I want to actually use their logo because I want to give them like a picture perfect of what it would look like if it had their logo and it really looked like their website. So, down here
21:15under upload images, I'll click on this and I'm going to now select the downloads. Okay, so I went ahead and I uploaded their logo and I put add this logo throughout the entire website including the header and the footer. And after we enter that in, now we have the logo up. So now when they see this website, they're going to be like, "Oh, look. It's our new website." Like they're going to be more inclined to go with the service because they see their logo and they can really see like their website live in action. We're also going to scroll here on the bottom and we're going to make sure that our logo is
21:42right there. Okay, perfect. Now, when building AI websites, there's one last thing that you have to do in order for it to actually work is here under integrations, you always want to make sure that you add a subbase backend. This is essentially going to actually be the backend of your website. So you'll need to go ahead and make an account with Subabase. And then you're going to now connect it. So you'll see that I
22:03have a list of uh projects right here. You're just going to click on create a new project. And you're going to make a brand new account with Subabase. A backend is essentially where all the information is stored. So if someone enters something on a contact form or if there is something that they want to, you know, if they want to enter it on the website, they're going to need a backend. So make sure that you do go ahead and go through the process right here and just make a backend. make a base account. So here I'll put AI websites and then here I'll just put in
22:31a uh a password. So here I'll go ahead and create a brand new project. I'll click on create new project and click on I understand. And after you make an account you'll see right here you can connect the AI website. So right here I'll click on connect and click on connect. And after that you'll now see that the database is now incorporated on the website. So at this point all you got to do now is just click on publish and save all of your progress. So, let's go ahead now and publish this and let's send it over to the client. So, here at
22:57the top right, I'll click on publish. All right. So, now we have our website live so they can actually view the website. So, right here, I'll click on view site. So, the first thing that we're going to do is we're going to go over here to our email template and we have a template if they actually responded to you. So, if the customer responded to you, you're going to use number two. You're going to use this specific template. So, we're going to uh go ahead and copy all this. Okay. Copy this. And then we're going to go to uh our email and this is to the client and
23:27we're just going to reply to them. We're going to paste this in and then obviously we're going to enter in that link of the actual website. So here is the website and what's really cool is now they have like a a preview of the website. They have their logo like they're all ready to go. So here we go. Great. Let's get started. And then here I put their first name. And then all you're going to do is go ahead and paste in the website right here. So, I put here's a quick example of your new
23:51websites. Here's the actual websites. And then below that, we have some questions for the clients. Obviously, we need to know their email, if they have a logo, a few photos, and their business information and everything else so that we can add that onto the website. And then, obviously, you know, once we have that information, we'll just go ahead and go live. Okay. So, let's say, for example, you sent out that email and now the customer writes back and they want a new website. So, you finally got the reply. They said, "Hey, website looks great. How do I get started?" Well, let's go on over to step four. So, let's
24:19talk about step four, closing the deal. Now, at this point, we want to go ahead and send them an invoice, and we want to make sure that we also include a recurring subscription on top of that. So, what we're going to do is we're going to go to stripe.com. Now, Stripe.com is a free service. It does
24:32not cost you anything whatsoever. There's no credit check, no monthly fee. All you need is a bank account, and they will transfer the money from Stripe to your bank accounts uh whenever you want. Now, you're going to go through the sign up process with Stripe. And once we do that, we're then going to create a product and then send it over to our clients so they can fill it out. And this is stripe.com. Now, the first thing that I want to do is I want to create a product. And this product is going to be a web design service with also a subscription on top of that. So over
24:59here we have product catalog. Okay. Now here at the top right, I'm going to click on create product. So now you want to put the name of the product. So this is going to be called web design services. And then for the description, this is going to appear at checkout and also in the customer portal. So I'm
25:12going to go ahead and fill this out. Okay. So create a highly detailed website that is fully mobile responsive and SEOfriendly. Now we're going to upload our logo right here. Now over here we have a list of recommended fees that you might want to charge your customers. Now it really depends on the dynamics of the relationship, the kind of customer and you know a few other things. So here we have like a basic starter where it's going to be around $150 to $250 and we're looking about $25 to $35 a month. Now, here we have something that's a little bit more standard, which is like 299 to 600
25:45bucks. And here we're going to add a monthly fee of around $40 to 60 bucks. And if it's like a very highprofile person, why not just go the extra mile here and charge them a premium price of $600 to about $1,000 for the initial fee and then charge them like 75 bucks to 120 a month. So, this is really peanuts for these guys. I know from a web designer's perspective, you're thinking, well, that might be expensive. These guys are probably making like 8 to like 15K a month. they really don't care about 70 bucks a month to keep their website online. It's really not a big
26:14deal. So, I'm going to go with the standard option right here of $299 and charge them maybe like $39, right? I'm going to give them a little bit of leeway here. So, $299 and 39 bucks. Now, the first thing that I want to do is I want to charge a oneoff fee. So, this is going to be a one-off fee, meaning they're only going to pay this fee and nothing else. And also make sure that you do select one off because this is not a recurring fee. here, click on add product. Okay. And once I've done that, you'll see it's right here. But now we need to add in a subscription with this
26:44product. So click on the product. And here, click on edit product. And we're going to scroll down and you're going to see add another price. So click on add another price. And now we're going to charge a recurring rate. So this is going to be $39. Okay? And this is going to be build monthly. So here, click on next and update the product. So here, click on product catalog. So now you're going to see that there's two prices. So it's going to charge them a onetime fee of $299 and then $39 per month. So the next thing that we need to do here is we now
27:16need to send this over to the actual client. So on the left side I'll click on invoices and then here at the top I'll click on create invoice. Now the first thing that you're going to do is you're going to add a customer. So right here I'll click on customer and you're going to add a customer. So this is going to be the actual customer that you're doing business with. So, I'll put
27:33Daryl Wilson pard@gmail.com. Okay. And then I'll save this. Okay. Here we have the currency. I'll put US dollar. And then here for the items, we're now going to find web design services. Okay. And we're going to make sure that this is one. Okay. The product tax code, web design. If you have a coupon code, I didn't really go over that, but you can make coupon codes if you want to do that. So, I think at this point, we're all ready to go. So, here you're going to see that there's this invoice. And what's really cool is they can enter in their credit card information and fill all this out. So
28:05right here you'll see the email and this is exactly what they're going to see. I'm sure many of you have seen this same type of invoice before because many companies use it like Midjourney, uh, Chat TPT and a few others. It's very popular obviously. So right here I'll click on save. And here you're going to see that we're going to request the payments and you can ask for the payment within 30 days. Uh, here we have autocharge customer if you want to go that route as well. Uh you can also sort of update this template here as well like if you want to add in like a memo
28:34here. So I'll put something here like web design services and click on confirm. And here under the memo section you're going to now see that web design services display. So you can actually use this part right here and you can add in more if you want to design this and customize it. There's also other options where you can change the branding. So right here if you click on branding here at the bottom you can actually change how this completely looks. So for the brand color, we can go ahead and adjust the brand color. You can upload your icon, your logo, and everything else. So once you go through the branding
29:06settings, you'll click on save changes. And now we're going to now send this over to our client. So right here under the email, you'll see that this is what it's going to look like. Okay. And once you actually go through the process here and you finalize this, now at the bottom right, you'll click on finalize and send. Now, sometimes you might have to give Stripe more information about your customer. So, if they're asking for the address, just go ahead and fill out their business address. And once you do
29:28that, you'll click on finalize and send. Okay. And after waiting about 5 minutes, I now got this invoice from my company, uh, Zenith WP. Obviously, this is going to be your company that you use to register with Stripe. So, open up this email and then right here, the customer can now pay this invoice by clicking on this link and then they can just enter in their credit card info right here and they can start being subscribed to your service. So, uh, I'm in Thailand, obviously, so it's putting in Thaibot, but and then here, your customer will obviously put in their credit card information, and they can now subscribe
29:58to your service. Now, after the customer subscribes to your service, let's now talk about step five. Okay, now let's go to step five. So, in step five, we're going to talk about post-launch and ongoing management. So, we'll be talking about how to actually manage the website, how to deal with hosting, and also how to point name servers, and also how to connect domains. So, let's hop on
30:18over here to the hosting or dashboard. Now, the very first thing that you're going to want to do here over on the left side is under websites. This is a list of all the websites that you have created. So, for example, this symbol right here is hosting your horizons and this is actually the AI websites. Uh, this right here is HTML code and this right here is WordPress. Just, you know, FYI. Now, let's say for example, right here, you'll see that we built this website for that client. Now, there's two different options here. uh you can either point the name servers at their current registar or you can just make
30:50your own domain and then have this as their new primary websites. Now most of the time honestly they're going to want you to point the name servers at their domain. So what you're going to do here is click on connect domain and you're going to type in the name of their domain. So let's say for example this is their current domain, right? What you'll do here is you'll copy their domain and you'll go ahead and paste it in here and then you'll click on next. Now, after you paste in that domain right here,
31:15it'll say, "Do you own this domain?" I'll click on this one right here that says, "Use it." And then I'll click on next. Now, many of the time you're going to have to update their DNS records. And this is very simple to do. So, right here, they have a complete guide that'll walk you through it. You just click on check guide. And here are the current name servers that you're going to need to enter on their registar. So, this is the name servers. And all you're going to do is take these and give it to their actual uh hosting company. Now, if you can ask them for their login credentials
31:41so you can do all this yourself. It's really hard for the client to do everything because they don't know what the hell they're doing. Like, let's be real, you know, you you want to help them out as much as possible. And just in case yourself you do not know how to do this, they have a video right here that'll actually walk you through how to do this. And they use GoDaddy as an example where alls they do here is you'll see from this video, they have a they have a a domain right here. And all they do is just click on it to update the name servers. And now your new AI
32:09website will point automatically to their new domain. Now, if the customer wants a brand new domain and wants to start from scratch, it's really simple. All you got to do right here is just go ahead and click on these three dots and click on change domain. All right. So, I'll click on change. And then you're just going to enter in any domain that you want. So, let's say this is like new
32:27real estate daryl.com. You're going to see now this is available. So, I'll click on the domain and then click on next. And then for example, I'll just put one year. So this is typically like how long you own the domain for. Uh I'll just select one year and then go to the bottom and click on complete payments. All right, cool. So now the domain was added to our actual website. So I'll click on continue. Okay, so that's how you can essentially add domains onto your new AI websites. Now there is a third-p partyy service I do recommend if you want to monitor all your AI websites
32:59in one shot. I personally use this website right here called uptidroot.com. I'll leave a link below if you do want to check it out. You can go ahead and add all your websites right here. And this website will notify you if any downtime occurs. They'll also send you email monthly reports that you can forward to your clients. And just to give you a quick little overview. So, I
33:18personally use this website right here. Uh we had this really bad issue with my website going down. It had a lot of DOS attacks like over like the last like 2 months. So, uh this website let us know when we had issues. But uh you'll see that uh when there's incidents, it'll let you know when your website goes down right here. Our website was down for five minutes. Right here was down for 26 minutes in Europe somewhere. Uh but yeah, we've had a lot of DOS attacks and this website has been really helpful in notifying us of DOS attacks. So uh over here under monitoring, this is a list of
33:49all of the websites that we are currently monitoring. So I use the service a lot. I like it. So, if you do want to monitor all the AI websites, all you got to do is click on plus new and then you'll just put in the domain and then this service will then monitor your AI websites and just make sure it's up so your clients have no issues. Well guys, that is pretty much it for this video. I hope you all enjoyed this tutorial. You have any questions about AI websites or how to approach clients or things to say, let me know in the comments below. Also, all the resources
34:17that I mentioned are also listed in the video description, so let me know if you have any trouble accessing those information. With all that said, good luck on your AI journey, and I'll see you all in the next video.
