$20,000 in 28 days with chatGPT (step-by-step)

And the crazy part is I did most of this through simple YouTube videos with most of the heavy lifting done with AI. And so for the first time, I'm just going to break everything down step by step and show you exactly how I make this kind of money. Now, I can't reveal this exact channel because you guys are quick and there will be copycats, which has happened to me before. But just for the

0:29purpose of transparency, I've been doing this for 8 years, and this was the first Faceless channel I started 8 years ago. And I've launched several more Faceless channels ever since this one that are doing even better than this one here. So, today, instead of just showing you my numbers, I'm going to break down everything step by step, but also show you examples of other channels doing the same. And these channels are only 2 or 3 months old, and they're making good money. And that's the key point. I'm going to be showing you brand new channels, which means you don't need a big channel. You don't need thousands of

0:52subscribers. You don't need to have been doing this for years to make this kind of money because a lot of people just think that YouTube is too saturated. But the truth is YouTube is actually pushing new channels harder than ever before. So there is a window to take advantage of this, especially with the help of AI. It's actually never been easier to make your channel stand out from all the competition. So let me just show you

1:10what I mean with some example channels. We have this one here, Captain Workout, which started just 2 months ago. And just in two months, they're getting pretty good views. A million views here from a video they uploaded 2 weeks ago. And just in the last 28 days, after only starting two months ago, they've already generated $7,000 in revenue. So, all they've done is they've generated an AI mascot for their videos. And that's why it's never been easier before to stand out on YouTube because you can create your own unique AI generated mascot and

1:35make that the mascot for your channel. Which means this is a one of one this channel compared to all the other fitness channels out there on YouTube right now. This channel stands out as a oneofone. And that's exactly why it's being able to generate these sorts of views. Now, there is a way that they could have made more money, which I'll reveal a bit later on. But $7,000 for six videos plus two months of work is pretty good if you ask me. And there are also other channels doing something very similar where they create their own AI mascot and they get good views 2 weeks ago, 200,000 views. This one here, two

2:04weeks ago, 300,000 views. As well as this one here, their very first upload got 300,000 views. Now, this person was smart here. They also paired their video with a ebook, which means they made a lot more money, but I'll go more into that in a second. But just for now, how can we make these types of videos and how can you make a channel just like this one to start generating this kind of revenue? Well, most of the work is done, like I said, through AI, through ChatGpt specifically. So, here's a prompt you can use, and I will just

2:28leave this prompt in the description. And all this does is it tells Chat GPT to make us a mascot for our fitness channel so that we can use this mascot for our videos. And all we need to do now is tell ChatG to create this mascot in different positions. And then eventually we're going to use this mascot to edit into our videos and to make a long form video just like any of these ones here. And if we go through some of these videos, the editing isn't overly complex. So you can either learn to do this yourself. It might take you a week, two weeks tops to learn how to do

2:53this through any sort of video editor. Or you can just hire someone else to do the same sort of editing for you for your channel. So once you've made your mascot and once you've downloaded all the images you need for your video, you're going to need to make a script for your very first video. Now here's the good part is you don't need to do any of the guessing. Other people on YouTube have already done the hard work for you. And that's the circle of YouTube, right? Everybody just steals like an artist. So don't guess what works. Just do more of what's already working. So all you need to do is

3:18compile some of your competitor's scripts into a PDF and then just give that PDF to Chat GPT and have it analyze those scripts, find out what makes them work so well so that it can write similar scripts for your channel. So for example, I'll just come here. I'll click on any of these videos. Then you just scroll down here and you click show transcript. And then you have the complete transcript from any of your competitor's videos. And then all you need to do is compile a few of these transcripts. I'd say around 2, three, four at most. Put that into a PDF. Feed that PDF to Chhat Chipet. And then

3:46Chachi will show you exactly why it works so well. So you don't have to do any of the guessing yourself. And then it'll write you a completely original script for your channel using your character. And then once you have your script, just copy and paste it. I'm not going to show you exactly how to use 11 Labs. It's pretty straightforward. But just copy and paste it, throw it into 11 Labs, and just have it read out the script for you using an AI voice. And once that's done, suddenly you have your AI mascot. You have the script. And then you can even get chatter to generate a

4:12thumbnail for you. Now, this isn't the best thumbnail here. Obviously, you probably have to play around with it a little bit, but I mean, just to have this before and after is actually close enough to what you need to create a good thumbnail, something similar to this, right? So, you might have to edit it around and play around with it a little bit, but you can create your thumbnails with Chat Chip as well. And here's the best part. This channel here, they uploaded their first video two weeks ago and they got 300,000 views on their very first upload using the exact strategy I've just showed you. But the good thing

4:37that this channel did compare to all the competitors is they also sold a PDF through their video and they sold that PDF at just $19. So if we assume a um a very conservative conversion rate of 0.03% 03% on a video with 300,000 views, they would have made $1,700 just from this one video alone, just from PDF sales. And on top of that, they probably made an extra $4 to $600 from AdSense revenue from this video. So, a little over $2,000 just on their very first upload. And like I said, that's a very conservative estimate of how much

5:11they converted with 300,000 views. There's a very good chance they converted a bit higher and probably made a bit more money than that. I'd say closer to $2.5 $3,000 just in PDF sales. And it's not too difficult to create a PDF like this. It'd be as easy as going to Fiverr and just looking for people to make an ebook or a PDF for you. And that might cost you anywhere between $35 to $100. But as I just showed you, you make your money back 10fold. Especially when you start to get views that look anything like this, which as you can see, these new channels are producing

5:39over and over again on all of their videos. 200,000 views 2 weeks ago, 300,000 views here 2 weeks ago. And this person, I wish they were also selling something on the side because they made a lot of money just through AdSense revenue. But if they were selling some sort of ebook or PDF through even this video alone, they would have made easily $5 to $10,000 selling one single PDF through their videos. And that's exactly what this member of my community did. So he made a PDF just like this person did here. And he made $25,000 after just advertising that PDF on one single video. I think he's made closer to

6:09$4,000 now through PDF sales on one video. and he made an extra $2 or $3,000 on AdSense revenue on that one single video. And you just have to think of it as one big game. The more views you get, the more AdSense revenue you're going to generate, the more sales you're going to make and the quicker your channel is going to grow. And eventually, further down the line, you can eventually get a channel that looks a little bit just like this one here. So, this channel here is a bit more established. They've been doing it for about one year now using the exact same strategy I've just

6:33shown you. And just in the last 28 days alone, they've made $24,000. And because they're smart about it, they also sell PDFs and ebooks and a lot of other things on their website here. And at a bare minimum, I'd say they're closer to $75,000 a month from AdSense revenue and from ebook sales and all these other sales from their website alone, just from a YouTube channel they started a little over a year ago. And that is the power of these AI generated faceless channels is that you can start a channel just like this person did here one year ago and start making 50 to $75,000 a month after just a year. Or
