0:00Metamuse, Instinct, Grockbot, and Hermes. The question is, which of these autonomous agent is better? And I'm going to walk through all the use cases that I'm using these for right now from a personal and also from a business standpoint, too, so you can get a whole sense of how these work and how they might work for you. So, the first one up is Meta Muse. So, what I want to show you here is I just said, "Hey, you know what? Why don't you help me optimize this Instagram reel over here?" So, it's connected to my Instagram, right? And I said, "Hey, this this video recently was

0:28was performing, you know, decently well on my Instagram." Um, and so it recut the video and it said, "Okay, this opens with a format grid now. Steal my 50 short form formats and then your your intro explanation and then comment format right at the end of it." So it actually it edited it, right? So I'll show you the edit real quick. So here's here's how it looks right now. It's not bad because because it's leading with a visual hook, right? So that's that's helpful to me. And I'm like, "Okay, this this has taste. this understands what's missing from my original uh Instagram reel, right? And it it's it can it can

1:00see it in my Instagram and it it knows what I need to change. And then um I sent it the original version over here. So GPD6 Austra made me a short form ad library over here. So it actually said, "Hey, you should just start leading off of that first and you should start with the big payoff first, right?" So anyway, I I see a lot of potential here and this is going to get better. Their models are going to get better and better for for Metamus. And so to me, you know, from a usage standpoint, I'm not even I'm not even going hardcore on the usage right

1:24now. Look, it's I'm on the free plan. I've only used 35% and I used it pretty heavily this morning. And I would also say that, you know, I I'm doing this YouTube session right now. I said, "Hey, you know what? Um, I just dictated it out using Whisper Flow." said, "Hey, now based on all the success you've seen from my channels, whether it's YouTube X, which I've added those those connectors, and you have Instagram, I want you to give give me some long form ideas to attack today cuz today's the day that I want to spend time making long forms like this, right?" Um because the other time I'm I'm focused on

1:51operating my business, right? Uh so anyway, I was like, "Hey, I can probably convert some ideas. Instead of using Grockbot, let's cover GPD6 Austra instead because that formatting has worked." So anyway, it's like, okay, I pulled from your live YouTube and X right now. Um and here's what it says. Okay, I ran my agency on AI for seven days. Seven Austra agents I used to run my business. The chief of staff bot. I turned my marketing team into 10 AI agents. So like good but not amazing yet. Right? So you have to continue to give the stuff feedback and it it does remember the feedback over time. So I

2:18said look number one is good. I just gave all the feedback over here, right? And so then it went for another round which is my first time seeing this right now. Okay, here's a new brief over here. The six with headlines and thumbnails. Seven chat GBD6 Astra agents I use to run my business. And by the way, leave a comment if you actually want me to make this content. Um, and just leave a comment anyway, right? Like, like, like, subscribe, right? Help us grow here. All right, so seven chat GPD six Astra agents I used to run my business. Okay, cool. Or I can say I used to run my

2:43marketing, right? Which I think I might have done already, but it's based off this these numbers over here. So, in those on YouTube, I recently got these numbers and then I got, you know, pretty good engagement on X as well. So, it's like, okay, well, if you're performing these these two areas, you should probably do this one over here. I'm like, okay, makes sense. Um, how I replace my entire uh how AI replaced my entire marketing team. I would change that. I would say how GPT6 replaced my entire marketing team. And that's more sensational, right? It gets the clicks, but that's based off of packaging that

3:10worked really well earlier this year. Uh I ran I I run my entire business on AI agents for seven days where I ran my agents. Uh okay, not not bad. Five AI sales bots that book meetings while I sleep. Not bad, but I would say Gro I would go with Grock bots because it's more trending. Um and then the the best AI marketing bots I actually use ranked and then how I built uh rebuilt my business as an AI native company. And

3:29then $2 million revenue per employee. Okay, not bad, right? This is pretty good. And in fact, I'll probably refine this a little more. I think this is like maybe 90% there, but you still need to add in a little more your human taste. And by the way, you can name your bot, too. Mine's named Dudu. Um, so name it whatever you want. Right. So, this is not bad. I'm going to show you um from a meta ad standpoint. So, I just said, hey, look at I want you to look use the ad library. I want you to look at who um who's doing things well right now from a

3:55like a offer standpoint and ads and who's been running their ads for a while, right? So um you know Victor they they have this uh because we have single brain which is where we build managed marketing agents for people they have something that lives like our agents lives inside of Slack. Same thing Victor they do that too right? So their whole thing is like an employee, not another tool, right? And so um and they've had they have 200 ads, right? And so I'm like, okay, well maybe we can attack, you know, these are your marketing employees that live inside of Slack or Microsoft Teams, right? And and and that

4:24could be interesting because it's proven that they've been running this for a while, so it' probably work for us. We just need to repackage it a little bit, right? So then disruptive, which is an agency. This is not bad, right? This is a 90-day guarantee. So this is ROI in 90 days or you don't pay. And this has been running for 4.5 months with a name 1500%

4:42rorowaz proof stat. That's pretty good. Like from anybody that's buying from an agency, that's pretty good, right? Uh whisper flow. Okay, so they have 920 ads, whitelisted creator UGC and comment flow. Okay, not bad. So Hormosi has this free agents uh free frameworks magnet and I know a large chunk of his business right now is doing these paid workshops, these intent these intensives, right? Um and so I'm like, okay, well, we're not selling courses, nor are we selling workshops. He's selling workshops. I don't think he's selling courses but all all that to say is like okay well what are we doing then we should be thinking

5:14about you know what AI native company frameworks we should be building because we're selling to more you know lower lower enterprise to to upper enterprise right that's who we're selling to or Ryan Dice here has a scalable OS uh certification so 17 days running so can we do an operating system can we do a lead magnet right is what what can we do there um and so I'm like okay this is cool but you you got to continue to give it more feedback I was like hey I like this I like this whatever um And you can see over here it's like, okay, well, uh,

5:40now it's it's on my lines over here. Okay, we're the AI native marketing firm that drives ROI in 90 days where you don't pay. Okay, yes, put that on the website. Cuz I did say that. I was like, hey, maybe we should just put this on the website because that's that's pretty good, right? That's that's a pretty no-brainer offer. Um, nobody in the audit owns that combination. Okay, one refinement, keep ROI as the brand line, but make the pilot guarantee. Okay, great. We double your AEO share of voice in 90 days or you don't pay. Okay, that's a pretty good ad. That's also good for the service page as well,

6:04right? Um and then oh on on 10x your revenue per employee keep 10x as as as the movement language. It's your 200k to 2 million visas but guaranteed a measurable thing not the multiple. Okay. So, one of the promises can be like we will help our marketing will help bring your revenue per employee up from 200K to 2 million or so. Or maybe the thing we're doing with single brain can get you there, right? Cuz with with our AI implementation, haven't figured it out yet, right? But but you can see this stack over here like it's a pretty good thought partner because it has a lot of

6:31and by the way, this is using ad libraries. So really anything can can crawl it. Meta has a little bit of an up little bit of upside here because they actually have access to these they have access to these platforms and they have access to all the data. So, um, when I say the screen demo, really, this is for short form content today, right? So, this is what you're supposed to, you know, prepare today before you shoot, right? So, my the first one that I'm going to record today will be like 10 bots run my company. This is for short form, right? And then it's it's

6:58organized it well for me. Okay, say I run and run this. Here's what I do exactly and what's deal. Okay, this is great cuz this record day card, this is something I can easily look at on mobile and I'll know what to do and I'll know how to attack these things. And then I can also click on I think what does this one do over here? So this one is talking head, right? Okay. So um I think this one is more for screen shares. So these

7:20are screen demos. Order 1 2 6 91 15. Okay, great. Um so 10 bots running my company. Okay, here's the full stack. Most companies buy. Okay, I I pass an eval. Okay, great. So these are the screen shares I could be doing for all this. And then I can I can combine this after I do the talking heads, which with

7:36you right now, I'm doing a talking head. um you know this this SEO is dying piece 200k like I I can talk through 2 million per revenue how an agent has has to operate okay great well these are all things I'm going to have to record right and then this is what happens for the just the entire thing right it makes it easier for me to follow this um and we can also create a 10- part series as well so we're going to continue to refine this but oh this is cool it's pretty interactive too so give me these these uh record cards and then um you

8:05know there's a before and after right so that's Cool. To me, it's it's not even the I'm not even trying to show you an app here. I'm just saying that what it's it's showing me here what I started off with was like, hey, look through my organic bookmarks and look at who I'm bookmarking right now. Tell me where you think we're lacking from from a social standpoint on on my channel. And then eventually we refined to, okay, here's the loop that we're going to have in

8:28terms of how we're recording each day. And then here's how it works. I'm not going to go into all the details here, but now I have a recording card. Um, and who's going to be the best strategist or the best strategic friend for me? It's going to be Meta. And what better tool to use here than Meta Meta Muse because it can call on whatever you need. By the way, if you're enjoying this video right now and if you need help with AI marketing implementation and also AI implementation, you got to check out Singlebrain. That's what the B singlebrain.com. This is where we help people build these managed marketing

8:57agents that live inside your Microsoft Teams or your Slack to help you grow faster. again, single brain with a B, singlebrain.com, and we'll see you on the other side. So, I'll just give you like the the shoot card that I have today over here in terms of ideas I'm going to cover and then you can you can be the judge yourself on whether these ideas are good or not. Right? So, this is for short form content. So, 10 bots running my company. Okay, great. Uh, so 10 bots from my company. Here's the count. Okay. Um, you know, it also shows me reference files and here's uh the the

9:24the editor uh the editor bullet points here. So, hey editor, you should be looking at this reference. This is this is the format that we're trying to copy. And then here's what you should do over here. Okay. So, that makes it easier for both the editor and myself. And by the way, the editor can literally just be your AI. Now, you can have your your cloud do it. You can have your chat GPD do it. You can you can combine that with

9:44a Higsfield, whatever you want to do. Exactly. Right. Um, Austraing Day scorecard. Okay, great. So, you know, I ran uh my marketing on GPD6 Austra for a day. Okay, great. We can talk about what worked, what didn't, and it'll give you the format over here. So, I I think I think this is all great. Okay, so this is uh I think this is one of the formats

10:00over here. GPG stick. Okay. Well, my my phone goes my my phone goes on uh it stops it, but you can see you get the point. Like I it'll click through to Instagram and then if the editor doesn't quote unquote get it or I don't get it, then I can just click on that and be like, "Okay, I understand what format we're going for." And then I can record in that way, right? And so

10:18that is this is how I think about Muse. I think it is it's great for ease of setup. So it's very fast to set up. Um you can have it chat with you on WhatsApp as well. Uh, I like that it's connected to Meta's ecosystem and I think it's just going to get better and better. Meta has proven that they're actually a a player in AI now u versus

10:36like 12 months ago maybe not so much. So, I'm excited to see what they continue to do and it responds very quickly as well and um it's free to use initially if if you can just sign up for it. So, I'm assuming all of you watching this right now probably are using some type of meta product. And what I would say about Instinct is super easy to set up. And as we go through this, I' i've done a couple things. So, I had it help me with airline bookings. Okay. So, what I mean by that is I'm like, "Hey, I have all these points over here and I don't

11:02want to necessarily do the research on how we can get the most value from these points. Let's say I want to fly to Japan in for during cherry blossom season. Um, you know, here are the dates that I'm looking for right now and then here's the amount of points I have. Um, and then, you know, can you go look into it for me?" Literally what it did, it said, "Hey, for these times over here, you know, uh, April, you know, 8th, April 15th, um, you know, these are this is how much it's going to cost from a point standpoint." So, it's like 100,000 points or something like that. Um, and

11:27then another time it would be it's like it's going to be like a little more expensive, 150,000 points. And so, um, all that to say is that it did the research for me and it logged into my rewards accounts and it again endto-end research, right? You can even have it for for example for me I travel around the world speaking at these marketing conferences or these business conferences are talking about AI and the thing is I should just have it reach out for me because usually I'm not as proactive with the outreach but what this did for me so literally it came up with a few different uh places to speak

12:03at right and I'm going to give you an example over here so okay we we actually submitted these already so yesterday it submitted these okay so for uh web summit Vancouver for Shop Talk for Human X for uh B2B MX. Okay. U and then for Saster, for digital summit over here. And then um I just said, hey, how do we how do we keep advancing work? Okay. So that when you think about that, finding the right conferences to speak at, well, you have to figure out like, well, what conferences do you want to speak at? Who are you trying to target exactly? Um and what are you open to and and what how

12:35big do you want the audience size to be? So that's a lot of open tabs. Think about you using Chrome. And so anything that requires a lot of open tabs, I think you want to use you want to have Instinct. Uh and Instinct is free to use right now. The and and the setup was was super easy, right? Um and so I'm like, okay, well, it can help me with complex tasks such as booking travel. It can also help me with finding the right place to speak at and reaching out and

12:56also coming up with angles, too, right? So it it came up with a bunch of different angles in terms of where to where to go. And then also ANA, Masters of Marketing, gave me it gave me a few more options over here. Um and so here here's the list, right? So uh here's V3 in the doc. So I made a document and said, hey, here are the angles for each of these for possible this is a you know

13:15the AI native marketing organization. Okay, human X one year with a company brain. How to actually drive uh leverage as an AI native organization. So it gives me the ideas and then I continue to work with it over here. That that work would have taken you hours before and if you try to delegate it to somebody else, you'd have to spend a lot of time training them. now you can just have that person managing these agents to push the work forward and that's great right so not only that I'm like okay well it can work for recruiting too so literally we have it recruiting for us right now on top of all the other

13:44recruiting workflows that I have I just thought I' I'd add I'd add this in here and it did a pretty good job with it and then not only that from a recruiting standpoint from a reachout standpoint for speaking also reach out standpoint for podcast and if you can reach out for anything you can reach out for partnerships you can reach out partnerships opportunities. You can reach out for sales opportunities. You can reach out for influencer. You reaching out to other influencers to to sponsor or you can reach out to other

14:09people who sponsor podcast for example. And one thing as it as it's going, by the way, you can tell that it's you're operating within iMessage or you're operating within WhatsApp. That's fine, but it starts to get hard to manage multiple threads. And so I hope they I hope they upgrade this to have uh you know the different threads on maybe the left side of your screen. So this is building that sponsor hit list with the pitch angle and concrete next steps. And so you just let it work. And so you just I would just say you want to have it work on one big thing at a time. And so

14:39don't don't do do as I say, not as I do, right? So I I I have it working on recruiting right now. I have it working on uh podcast outreach. I have it working on speaking outreach. And then I had it help me with a little bit of travel planning. And by the way, if you combine this with something like a MetaMuse, it's going to make it easy for

14:55you to do a travel itinerary planning. uh because MetaMuse has access to all your Instagram bookmarks. It has access to all the people that you follow on Instagram from like a travel standpoint and so it's going to do a better job of planning and then you combine it with the doing from Instinct and you're going

15:10to have something pretty good, right? And so far I haven't seen anything do as well as Instinct. I think other stuff will catch up eventually. Uh but for right now, Instinct is in the lead, I think, when it comes to doing uh unstructured complex work. Uh and the setup is very easy as well. By the way, if you need help with AEO and SEO implementation or Reddit implementation,

15:29just go to single grain.com with a G. This is where our AI native team will help on the AEO side, the Reddit side. And we also have different workflows that work with our software, ClickFlow, to help you generate high quality content at a scale. Just check it out. Single grain, a single grain with the G, single grain.com. And we'll see you on the other side. I love Grockbot because you can literally set up bots that can call for you. So you can see in this example over here, I had it make a phone call to schedule an appointment or confirm a massage appointment the other day. And you can say, "Hey, this worked

16:00as a real test. I reached Jamie at Tomokco Spa and asked for September 12 couples massage with two female therapists, right?" And so, okay, here's uh it confirmed a name. Uh booking was this and then uh so that's great. It actually made the phone call and this bot I just set it up myself. I just asked it to set up the bot and it set it up, right? So, the cool thing is, okay, that that's great with a call bot, but from a business standpoint, speed to lead. Okay, so we basically have this this uh speed tole uh bot that's set up right now. And what it does is it's

16:30going to immediately reach out to people within the first 60 seconds, and it's going to call them, right? And we've tested that internally, and the call is actually really good. And that uses uh the XAI voice agent, and you can you can pick different voices. You can use your own voice. You can probably use you can clone your voice if you want to. Um, and so I would just say that, you know, over here it's it's being very proactive, right? And all it's also what it's it's I've I've added some upgrades to it too where if people are being very engaged on your email list or on your on your uh

16:58inside of your product and they seem to be they seem to be an ideal client profile fit, it's going to try to reach out to those people, right? Um whether it is speed to lead from an email standpoint or a call standpoint. But the way I think about it right now is if people are looking for marketing help for example and they reach out it calls them immediately and it qualifies them and it can move them to the next step and it also records that information into HubSpot right and so here it this is something new that I I haven't seen right now let's just see what it says

17:23over here okay so free consultation so this is someone that that signed up for a free consultation new inbound lead okay here's what happened over here for signals 3 to 10k okay so this is do do we send this message right call what's the main growth challenge you're dealing with right now which is interesting interesting to me. I I kind of want to just uh send this out there. Draft card for this. Hit send and the first live breed path is confirmed. Okay, great. Um so it's just looking through recent leads that have come through and then I

17:49I just need to continue to to update it. But I will tell you again this so far when we testing what we've been testing it um it has done everything we've needed it to do and it's also recording the data into our CRM which is HubSpot. And I would say that the point I'm the reason why I'm showing you this right now is that if someone like me who can't code can do this, you can think about

18:10all the problems that you need to solve. Grockbot has been great with routines. So Grockbot like I showed you a speed to lead bot, I showed you a call bot. Um we have these talent bots as well that will help with recruiting. Um there's also juice box as well which is what we use for our u agentic recruiting. It manages that. So it manages the agents on that side. It manages the inbound talent flow as well. And then also run them through an eval and I'll check if they fit our criteria, right? Like do they have ideally two promotions at two different companies with the average three year of

18:36tenure? Are they? And then after that, if they're interested, after we reach out to them, do we send them our list of AI questions? And then after they answer the AI questions, is it going to it's going to shortlist the ones that seem like they're they're a fit, right? And so all that to say is that, you know, there's you don't you don't want to build too many bots. I think I have a little too many bots over here. Um, but I think it's really cool to understand like this this can even manage it's it's managing my my sponsorships right now, right? And so it's like, hey, uh, what

19:03do we do about this company over here? You know, they're buying UGC plus 365day global ads with no organic post. That's not our thing over here. Most times it's it's mostly um it's mostly semi autonomous I would say for the sponsorship deal desk where people reach out to me to offer sponsorships because I just don't want to deal with it from a reliability standpoint because all these other agents and even when I use like a Codeex or Hermes for example, they're not exactly the most reliable. But I would say this has a very intuitive user experience um and user interface. I would say that it's this one's like the

19:36other two very easy to set up and it's reliable and it's only going to get better over time. Um, and it's already pretty powerful as it is. So, that is Grockbot. The reason I love Hermes is because it's open source and you can customize it the most, right? It's a little harder to set up than the other ones, but being able to customize it, giving it your full context. And when you give it, the more context you give it, the more helpful it can be. And I trust this as my business strategic thinker strategic thinking partner because I was like if you look at our Google Analytics I want you to take a

20:06look at our traffic and look at where we're driving the most conversions right now. Okay? So this is looking from June to August of 2026. So homepage 28,000 sessions and 180 converting sessions. These are for free consultations. These are basically leads, right? Um and the conversion rate on this is 63%. Okay. Largest commercial priority. And then Reddit marketing agency. So, a lot of people are looking for Reddit help. We

20:28help them with Reddit. So, 8.33%. Strongest screen rate. Okay, great. Reddit services 2.78%. Pay-per lead agency, right? And then paid advertising agency convert at 1.16%. Um, about us would convert at at.19%. Okay, so we can probably do a better job there. And so, all that to say is maybe we need to focus on optimizing conversion rate for this page. How do we get it from 63%. How do we double it? So I'm like, okay, well, you know, for me as a marketer, I'm like, okay, we should go harder on this one, and then what do we need to do to bolster this page over here? And and that's that's very helpful

21:04for me. And so earlier, I was just asking, hey, um you know, what should we do here? Um here's here's what we like from a prioritization standpoint, okay? Well, make conversion uh measurement uh trustworthy, right? So all that to say is it understands what I'm doing with my business already. It has the connectors already. And so therefore, I can kind of ask it whatever I want. And not only did I ask it for the single uh single grain website, I also ask for the single brain website as well. And so there's a lot that we can do here uh in order of priority. And then not only that, it

21:35actually spotted a an anomaly over here. So it's like, hey, what is the human conversion rate? Okay, so we have we have a suspicious uh traffic segment over here that was actually from China. Okay. So um you can see you know excluding if we have all traffic over here you can see the August conversion

21:52rate was only 068%. Okay but when you exclude the suspicious segment it's actually88%. Okay so clearly something happened in August that was an anomaly and you can see China and missing traffic source over here we didn't have that July it went up a little bit and then August it went up to 62,000 from 6500. So, actually it jumped a lot. 265 to 65 uh00 and to 62,000 over here. And we can see what this is. I'm like, okay, well, that's helpful to know. So, again, if I want to do strategic work around recruiting, strategic work around marketing, for example, if I want to do strategic work around my health, I can

22:32trust that Hermes has the most context. And this is me using the Hermes desktop agent, but you can also use it on desktop, you can use the you can use it on your your iMessage. So, it's it's very flexible. You can use it on Telegram. You can use the Hermes app, which I think is great for mobile, great for iOS as well. You can also switch models quickly, too. And so, um, to me, Hermes has been very reliable. I was using OpenClaw in the past, but Hermes to me has replaced, uh, Open Claw. If I had to pick one daily driver for today, it'd probably be Grockbot just because

23:00I'm using so many routines and has been so reliable. Instinct, I love again for complex tasks. And then Muse has a lot of potential. I mean, the fact that I'm packaging my videos and I'm actually executing on these videos, it actually means I save a lot of money in terms of needing to wait for a strategist to give me stuff and Muse is going to continue to compound its learnings with me and somebody else can then manage that. And then you have Hermes, which has a lot of contacts that can help me from a business strategy standpoint, right? And it has the most connectors. What I would

23:30say is you ultimately are going to want something like a Grockbot has its own chief of staff bot that can manage all the bots in there, right? But you can also set it up where it can manage other harnesses. So it can manage your codecs for example like my chat GBD which I use to to build. You can have it manage your other bots too, right? Um because codeex actually has access to um you know be able to do other things um that my crop bot can't do. And so I would say the best the most optimized way of playing this the meta way of playing this the

23:58most optimized way right I'm not talking about the company but the meta right now is that that you want to use as many of these autonomous agents as possible. And they all have their unique use cases, right? Again, Meta has access to data that the other ones wouldn't have access to. So, you want to figure out how you can kind of uh, you know, take advantage of that, right? Um, Instant can do complex things that the other ones can't do. So, every, you know, ultimately
