This is the full transcript of The 3 Best AI Side Hustles To Start If You’re BROKE | Genspark AI, published on YouTube by Kimberly Mitchell. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.
0:00What if I told you that there are three AI side hustles that could potentially out earn your 9 to5 just like this one right here and you can start every single one of them for free. And here is the part that surprised even me. AI nowadays can build these businesses for you from absolute scratch. So I'm talking about the website, the content, the products, all of it. I am going to be showing you exactly how in this video using one tool called GenSpark AI. So, if you've been waiting until you have, you know, money saved up to start something, you can stop waiting because for this, you don't need a big budget
0:33anymore. You just need to know how to use AI the smart way. Now, for anybody out there who doesn't know already, GenSpark is an all-in-one AI workspace. It's powered by some of the top AI models in the entire industry. And here is what makes it totally different from, you know, your average chatbot. It doesn't just hand you ideas and then leave you to figure out the rest. It [music] actually does the work. And when you're trying to build something that makes money, like a small business or a side hustle, that is huge. It's also one of the fastest growing AI companies out there, hitting 250 million in annual
1:08reoccurring revenue in just 12 months. That doesn't just happen unless people are getting real value. So, without further ado, let's get into it. This first one is one of my absolute favorites. Let's kick things off with AI side hustle number one, a language practice YouTube channel. Now, let's go ahead and take this video right here for an example. It has 76,000 views. It was uploaded just a few days ago, and the idea is really simple, but really sought
1:35after. So, you've got two characters. They're having a conversation in English with the words right on screen so that viewers can practice along while they watch. Now they have gone over simple vocabulary and they encourage the viewers who are learning English to leave their answers to the quizzes in the videos in the comments below and that helps to boost engagement on the channel. And there are two styles of these videos that I personally found that are really taking off. The first style uses AI images to tell a little story. So the characters are doing something every day in the images like studying together or ordering a coffee
2:12together in a cafe. And in the video, they're talking their way through it. As you all can see here, these videos are pulling in hundreds of thousands of views time and time again. Now, the second style that I found is set up kind of like a podcast. So, what you have in these types of videos is you've got two AI hosts sort of sitting at microphones appearing to just be chatting with each other. And this again is an AI image or an AI video with text on screen. So you guys can kind of take this channel for example on this one. It's only about a year and a couple of months old, but
2:47when we drop it into SocialBlade, it's gained 2.8 million views and 50,000 subscribers in the past 30 days alone. Now, think about that for a second. YouTube's partner program pays creators on average of about $3 to $8 per 1,000 views on long- form video. Now, this does depend on the niche, but that's called an RPM. So, if you run the math on those views of this specific channel, this channel could be bringing in somewhere around $19,000 a month just
3:19from the display ads on their videos. And a great way that you can tell that these videos are monetized is by going ahead and taking a look at the channel. if they've got things activated like memberships or super chat or superthinks, you know that that channel is in the monetization YouTube partner program. Now, all of this brings us to the great question for you all, the audience, is how can you actually start one of these for yourself if you have little to no money. So, now we're going to go ahead and dive into a quick step by step of how you could start this side hustle number one with little to no
3:54money using GenSpark. You can start on the free plan and then the heavier tasks will use some credits. So keep that in mind. Now, in step one, we're going to be finding our lane. We don't just want to guess which language or format to go [music] with. What we're going to do is do a little bit of research using GenSpark's deep research. And I gave it a prompt for researching language practice content such as which languages people are searching for, which formats are working like slow listening practice, travel phrases or beginner dialogues, and where the gaps are. What you can do is actually watch it search,
4:28compare channels, and then it's going to come back with a full breakdown. So, what it found is really interesting. It found that the biggest opportunity isn't necessarily picking the most popular language. The stronger gaps are in things like structured listening practice, real life conversations, and intermediate content for people who already know the basics, but want to actually understand and speak the language in everyday situations. It even breaks down specific opportunities by language and gives you content ideas that you could build around them. I also really like that GenSpark shows you
4:59where it got the information from. That's huge for me because I love research and performing research, but I want to know where the information is actually coming from so that I can check it out for myself. If you take a look right here, any of these articles that you all can see underlined in blue, they're actually clickable. So, you can open the actual study or the article or the source of information that it was pulled from so that you can do your own research as well. Now, for this next part, I went over to the skills page inside GenSpark. This is where you're going to be finding specialized AI
5:32skills that are specifically designed to handle specific tasks for you. And throughout this entire video, I am going to be using several of these for the process. But first, for this specific one, I'm going to be using the YouTube transcript skill to pull the transcripts from a few top performing videos so I could see exactly how they're built, how they open, how long the conversations run, and how often they're repeating key phrases. This is really helpful when you are first starting and learning content, learning what works with scripting, what doesn't work with scripting. It's also just helpful to see how things on a really successful channel are structured
6:07when it comes to the script. So from there, you can use another skill called the plan content strategy to map out your first series idea and a posting calendar. In step number two for the script in AI chat, I asked GenSpark to write a beginner-friendly conversation between two characters ordering a coffee at a cafe, plus like a vocabulary list,
6:26example sentences, and translations. These videos are meant to really be simple so that you guys can get a clean, ready to use script in seconds. Also, for shorts, you guys can ask the same exact AI chat to turn that same lesson into quick bite-siz videos like five phrases for ordering coffee in Spanish and English. and it's going to spit back that information for you. Now, in step three, we're going to be coming up with the voices for these videos. I'm going to be using Gen Spark's AI audio, and then I'm going to have it generate the voices for the video. So, for example, I gave it the script that I just created
6:59with AI chat, and then I told it to generate the voices for the short video, teaching people to order a coffee in English and then in Spanish. Now, once the audio is complete, you can take a listen to them, choose the one that you want, select it, and then it also gives you the direct option to recreate or create the video. Right up here on the right, I gave it a prompt to see what it could do to create a short video with subtitles for the audience to be able to, you know, learn ways to order coffee at a cafe. I wanted it to do both
7:30English and Spanish. And then I also told it to use C dance 2.5 because that is one of the best video creation models out right now. I absolutely love that model and here is what it came up with. Learn how to order coffee in English and Spanish. Phrase one in English. I want a coffee please in Spanish. Kon cafe pavore. Phrase two in English. A latte with caramel please. Now, if you are going with the podcast style, AI Pods can turn your entire lesson into a twohost listening practice episode. So, what I did was copy the script from AI chat. I'm going to come right here to AI
8:05Pods. I pasted them in here along with a simple prompt telling it to create like a podcast episode from this exact script. I also selected Nano Banana Pro for the image generation model and then instructed it a couple of times and here's the result. Now, here is a very important cultural phrase. Oh yes, Mike, what does it mean when the barista asks, "Is this for here or to go?" Now, if you want to add background music into your video or your podcast episode, there's also a generate AI music track skill on the skills page that you can create original music for you, like this jazz track that I had it create for me
8:44here. And the good part about it is is that it is not copyrighted music. In step four, we need to create visuals for the podcasts. So for characters, your video scenes, and even illustrations, you can use AI image. So my favorite model is Nano Banana Pro, but this is just a personal opinion. Genspark does offer a variety of the latest and best image generation models. Then back on the skills page, I can use the social media pro agent in custom agent. So, after I selected it and gave it a prompt, it asked me a few questions about the content and then it created an entire plan for me. It even included a
9:19great thumbnail for each episode, which is really nice. So, if you're doing the podcast style, there's also an animate face with audio scale that makes your AI host actually talk with their lips moving right along with the audio. So, what I did to do that, to have the lips moving exactly to the audio, was I went ahead and uploaded the audio clip and the image generation with the skills and instructed it to make the character's mouth move to the audio, and it did just
9:46that. Want to order coffee in Spanish. Here are five essential phrases. Number one, really quickly with this though, if you go back to the image and click on it, you guys are going to be able to see that Gen Spark automatically gives you the option to turn the image to video with this button right here. And so I just wanted to point out that that is a good option as well. Now in step five, it is time to grow it. And once you've got the channel set up, created a couple of videos, your focus from that point on is growing the channel. And continuing to grow a channel involves continuously
10:18uploading content. And growing that audience by offering helpful things to that specific audience. So let's go over a couple of options for that. The multi-platform content repurposer skill cuts any long- form video into shorts, reals, and Tik Toks. AI doc can turn each episode vocabulary into a free downloadable PDF worksheet that you could offer your viewers for free upon signing up with an email address and you can use it to build an email list. It's also really helpful to offer something like this for free for your viewers because you've got to keep in mind what type of channel this is. It is an education type of channel. So, it's
10:57really helpful to offer, you know, free handouts or PDFs for them to have to go along with it. Now, GenMail is also great because it allows you to send emails in bulk, manage incoming emails, and reply to emails. So, overall, research, script, voices, visuals, and promotion all inside one workspace. Absolutely incredible. Okay, let's get into AI side hustle number two, and that is theme puzzle books and niche activity books. People love buying puzzle and activity books with a specific theme or aesthetic. All you have to do is get on Amazon here and look these up and you're going to see hundreds of thousands of sales happening with these types of
11:36simple products. So you guys can think seasonal activity books, books built around a niche hobby or even books made for a very specific audience. Take this one for example. When we copy its bestseller rank and pop it into Amazon sales estimator, it estimates that this book is selling around 100 plus copies every single day. And here's the secret. The theme changes from book to book, but the puzzles don't. It's the same core lineup almost every single time. So, word searches, mazes, logic grid
12:06puzzles, and crisscross crosswords. Change the theme, keep the formula. So, how do you actually make one? Instead of bouncing between a bunch of different AI tools and hitting usage limits on every single one of them, I built this entire book inside Genenspar. In step one, what you have to do is find a theme that sells. So again, I open deep research and then I asked it to run a deep research on puzzle and activity books on Amazon, KDP, and Etsy. Which themes are selling? Which ones are underserved in typical page counts and what people are charging? Then I had it build a competitive benchmark of the top sellers
12:42in my niche. It came back with a really clear takeaway here. The theme matters more than the type of puzzle. So generic puzzle books are extremely competitive, but GenSpark did find stronger opportunities when you combine like a specific audience with a specific theme. Things like large print puzzles for seniors or nostalgia or hobby themed books and activity books made for a specific age group. So, based on all of that research, I decided to combine two of the opportunities that it found and create an example. So, I'm going to do '90s nostalgia large print puzzle book for adults. So, now that we have our theme, let's actually build the book
13:19inside GenSpark. So, step two for this one is the content in AI chat. I gave Jen Spark my theme and then I asked it for everything the puzzle needs. So, themed word lists, crossword clues, trivia riddles, and fun facts to sprinkle between pages. Seconds later, I had a books worth of material. Now, in step three, the puzzles. This is where it's going to get fun. Okay, I asked Super Agent to turn those word lists into actual puzzles. So, word searches, crosswords, mazes, each one with its own answer key. And this is also downloadable directly as a PDF, which is great. You can also use design to create
13:54the book for coloring pages, spot the different scenes, and themed illustrations to break up the puzzle pages. In step four, it is time to go ahead and put it all together. So, what I did was I went back to design here and had it assemble the whole interior. So, the puzzles, the illustrations, and the answer keys at the back, all in one print ready PDF. I personally went with the 8.5 by 11 in, which is the most popular size for activity books on Amazon KDP. Then, I had it create the cover. Quick tip here is that your cover is a different size than your interior because it is going to wrap around the
14:34spine and the spine width depends on your page count. So, what you're going to have to do is plug your numbers into KDP's free cover calculator first, then give those exact dimensions to design. If you're planning on a series of books, which you absolutely should if you're going to do this, design premium brand kits keeps your colors, fonts, and style consistent across every single book so that your books look like a real brand on the shelf. I also just created an entire video surrounding Amazon KDP about this. I'm going to have a link down below for a more indepth walkthrough. Now, in step five, it's time to publish and sell. So, Amazon's
15:14self-publishing service, KDP, is free. You upload your PDF and your cover, and Amazon turns it into a book listing. Every time someone orders a copy, Amazon is going to be the one that actually prints it, ships it. It takes out the printing cost and pays you the rest as a royalty. So, you don't have any inventory. You don't have any shipping, and no upfront costs. To help it actually sell, I gave Jensen Spark a similar Amazon listing and then had it
15:39write my listing description and info. So, it's packed with the words that buyers are searching for. Their AI product photography studio is absolutely amazing. I used it to create great listing photos and mockups for the actual book. And take a look at what it created. You can actually use this for your listing and then also to post on social media to help boost the content or get eyes on the content. And the best part about this one is that once you've made one book, the next theme is just a new word list away. So, the more you get the hang of it, the easier [music] it
16:13becomes to create these and get them listed into your shop on Amazon, the greater of an opportunity you are to have people actually see your products and purchase them. That brings us to AI side hustle number three, and this one might be the easiest to start. This one is teaching AI to beginners. Think about how many people in your life have heard about AI, but they have no idea how to use it or where to start. So you guys can think of your parents, your neighbors, the owner of that little shop down the street. They know it could help them. They just need somebody to show
16:48them how. And people are already getting paid to do exactly that. Business Insider recently interviewed a 27-year-old who does this. One of his recent projects was helping a woman use AI chat bots like Chat GPT and Claude to digitize her late brother's diaries. He charges $50 an hour. He works anywhere from 4 to 12 hours a week and has three steady clients. That's an extra 200 to 600 a week just from teaching people how to use tools he already knows. So, how
17:18do you start your own version of this? In step number one, you're going to need to know your market. For this, I asked GenSpark's deep research on AI tutoring in the USA whether people are looking for it, what tutors typically charge, and where the idol students already spend their time. So, first, the big picture. The AI tutoring market is projected to grow from 2.1 billion to 17.7 billion by 2033. That's about 30% growth every single year. And again, all of these blue underlined sources are clickable. So, I can open the actual research. I can see exactly where that information is coming from and I can verify it for myself. But here's
18:00something that really stood out to me. People want to use AI and the training hasn't caught up. This found demand in three big groups. So workers, only 36% say that they have the training they need to use AI on their job. Small business owners, 76% are already using AI, but 73% say that they need more training to actually get the most out of it for their small business. And older adults, AI use among people 50 and up jumped from 18% to 30% in just one year. This also found that the opportunity isn't necessarily online. Beginners who want help are already gathering at public libraries, senior centers, community colleges,
18:39local chambers of commerce, and workforce development centers. Many of these places already offer some AI classes that are free, but those classes are usually big group sessions and not one- on-one help for people who are really wanting it and seeking it. So based on that research, instead of trying to teach everybody, I would suggest going ahead and focusing on AI basics for a specific group. For this, I'm going to choose for older adults and complete beginners. And I'm going to show you how you could turn that into a simple tutoring service, small business using GenSpark AI to help you out with it. So in step number two, it's going to
19:18be time to build out your lesson. This is where GenSpark is going to save you a ton of hours. AI Slides built a lesson deck with big, simple visuals that are easy to follow, evens for someone who's never used AI before. Genpark has its self-developed Gen One slides model, which delivers results comparable to other models at just onetenth of the cost. Now, AI Docs is something that's also great to use for this. It created a stepbystep handout and take-home sheets that students can print and keep. So, people who are paying for your service can actually have this to take home with them. And I also used design here to
19:54kind of show you guys a simple visual guide on how to ask AI a good question, which is honestly the most important lesson of all when it comes to using AI. So those tools can help you get the lessons prepared and build out the actual work that people can take home and use at home with these lessons. Now, in step three, it's going to be time to decide what you're going to actually teach. For example, what AI, you know, what are you going to actually teach to them? what platform and what are you going to show them for this? GenSpark is also a great tool to teach because
20:27everything that your students are going to need is in one place. So you guys can show them, for example, AI chat for everyday questions, writing help, planning. You could show them the design for fun first projects, you know, like making a birthday card or a flyer. You can show them real time voice so that they can just talk instead of type. This one is a total game changer for a lot of seniors out there. call for me where the AI actually makes appointments and booking calls for them. And for small business owners, something like Genail to help them get their inbox and calendar under control. So, this
21:02all-in-one AI platform is also great to teach. In step four, it's going to be time to actually get those clients. Derek found his clients by hanging up posters in places, you know, like senior centers, cafes. So, what I did for this was I asked Jen Spark's design tool to create a poster for my tutoring service and within a few seconds I had a flyer ready to print and pin up on a community
21:26board at, you know, let's say a library. I also asked GenSpark code to build a simple booking page so that people who see the flyer can sign up right away. And then AI chat wrote a few quick AI tip video scripts that I can, you know, use to post to bring in even more students online. Okay, so there you have it. Three AI side hustles that you can start with little to no money. Now, I'll be real with you. None of these are going to make you rich overnight. You know, these are not a getrichqu scheme type of small businesses or side hustles. I actually used real world
22:02examples of people who are doing this and making money doing these different side hustles. The people who win are going to be the ones who pick one, research it, learn it, start, and stay consistent. But the hardest part used to be the cost and the skills it took to get started. And AI just took both of those things off of the table. So, if you're ready to try it, click the link in the description down below to sign up for GenSpark. If you want to use the GenSpark AI platform, I promise you it's going to save you so much time. When you sign up through that link, you're also
22:33going to get some free credits so you can start building right away without having to spend money up front. Also, you guys, I have a resource kit available in the description box for you all. So, don't forget to check that out. It's absolutely free. It's going to help you with all of the resources that are in this video. Going to help you have it
22:52laid out nicely and organized for you. As always, thank you guys so much for all of your continuous support on this channel, and I do look forward to seeing you in my next video.
