0:00So you're seeing all these people online making money with cloud and AI and you want to jump on the wave, too. But the problem is you're probably busy with your full-time job and feel like you don't have enough time to build a side hustle. So in this video, I want to share with you some of the best side hustles you can start while working at night, even while you're working your full-time job. And I know this works because I helped one of my clients, Shawn, who really didn't have any experience in AI break into the space, sign clients in a matter of months, and now his videos on YouTube are getting

0:28over 100,000 views. Wayne, who also just got started in the AI space 2 months ago, he just signed his first client for an AI automation selling it for $15,000 to an enterprise company. And Sandy went from an insurance sales manager and no experience in AI to now over 70,000 YouTube subscribers and she makes more than $50,000 per month and she did this all within 9 months. And for me, I used to be a tech sales rep working in Silicon Valley and I took a bet on myself to build my business and now I live in Vietnam, I get to travel the world, and I make more than $100,000 per

0:59month. And from my experience doing this for myself and helping my clients, I would say the most difficult part in building a side hustle is just picking which idea you can commit to. Because if you pick the wrong idea that you don't really understand or you're not passionate about, you just won't find any success with it, which is why in this video, I want to give you some of the best AI side hustles that you can start at night while working a full-time job. And we're going to rank each one of these side hustles using my specific criteria and the best part is you can do

1:26this during your nights and on the weekends. And of course, I'm also going to share with you how you can actually get clients using these side hustles. But first, let's talk about how we're even ranking these side hustles. So every side hustle I'm going to share with you today, we're going to use five different variables to rank them. And each five of these variables, we're going to give it a one star to five star for a total of 25 stars. Now the first variable we're going to use is going to be speed to your first paying client, which is how fast can you realistically land a paying customer, right? Second is

1:55simplicity of start. How easy is it to get started even as a total beginner and you don't know anything about AI. The third is demand. Are real businesses and people actually paying for this right now? Because if not, you're not going to make any money. And the fourth is competition. How crowded is this space

2:10and how easy is it for you to stand out? And the last one is going to be the long-term potential. Can this grow into a sustainable business instead of just a one-off gig that you make money today but not tomorrow? And again, we score each one of these out of five and we add them all up for a total score of 25. But understand, even with the scoring, it doesn't necessarily mean one side hustle is better than another. Even if something has a higher or lower score, you want to think more in terms of is this a right fit for you? Because all the side hustles that I'm going to share

2:40with you today, in my opinion, I think are actually really good. So, don't let the scores deter you from doing one versus another. I already vetted all of them to make sure they're all good. It really just comes down to which one is your preference. And each one of these side hustles passes the night test already, right? Which means you can do the work at night, right? Minimal meetings, you know, you probably have a full-time job, right? 100% online and you do it on your time. And these all these side hustles, you don't have to quit your day job. You can keep your

3:059-5, work on the nights and weekends. And it only really takes like 10 hours of solid work per week, right? You don't have to put in 40 hours a week to do these ones. And all these, you want AI to do the heavy lifting, meaning you're using tools like Claude and other tools to essentially start a one-person business so you don't need a whole team to do the any of these. All right, so let's get into the first AI side hustle, which is going to be the AI Meta Ads

3:28Studio. Now, this is actually one of the best ones I would say in the entire list and I think it's a really hot opportunity. So, what is the opportunity? Basically, companies all over the world use Meta. They run ads, right? It's not a new thing. But the new innovation right now is the way ads work. These companies needs like thousands of creative ads every month, right? So, they need these ads fast because when they have a winner, it does really well and then it dies off and they have to create another one. So, they need these fresh static ads, whether it's a a picture or video

3:57or UGC style, and UGC just means user-generated content, meaning you just have like a regular person reviewing the product, and people buy it, right? And the thing is, you can use AI to generate all of these images and videos these days. So, how does AI work? You want to use Claude to do the writing, like the hooks, the scripts, the ad copy, the research, and you want to use tools like Higgsfield to do the creative, which is the images, the music, and all other things related to creating good ad. So, how would you get started? You would just go on Meta Ads Library, find brands that don't have enough creatives, and

4:29then you would create sample ads and pitch them. So, let me show you how this works. So, if you go on Meta Ad Library, you can basically look at anybody's ads who's running it on Meta. So, if we have this company here, they're already running a bunch of ads, so they are a good example of someone who is doing it well. And what we need to do is we need to say, "Okay, these guys are doing really well. Let's find another brand who is a competitor who is not doing really well." So, we go on if we go on Meta Ads Library, we find Nothing Technology, right? Which is the

4:53technology company that makes phones and headphones. They're only running 26 ads total globally. Only 26. So, maybe they don't have anyone on their team to mass-produce these ads. So, what am I going to do? I'm going to go to their website, get all their creative, and then I'm going to go into Higgsfields and type this prompt into Higgsfields within Claude, right? So, you can use it together. It's called an MCP. An MCP, if you didn't know, you're just using any app within Claude, so you don't have to leave. And from there, I we want to take the products from this website, and then we want to create static ads for Meta

5:24for this brand. And essentially, you can see that we basically just took their website and the images, and here we go. These are some pretty good ads that I would personally say is just as good or even better than the ads that they're currently running. And we literally did this with just a couple of prompts. It only took like 5 minutes to do using Higgsfield and Claude. So, to do some work like this, you can charge maybe $1,000 to $5,000 per month, depending on how many creatives you're pumping out for them and how good you are in creating ads that actually perform. You could get paid way more than this,

5:54right? Because it depends on the scale and how many images and videos that you're creating. So, let's go to the scorecard. Speed to your first client, I give it a five out of five. I feel if you did the process that I just showed you, find a brand that wasn't really even running many ads and, you know, create the creative for them that's actually better than the creative that they currently run, high chance that

6:13they're going to respond to you. Simplicity to start, I would say it's pretty because showed you from A to Z how to do this, right? And you can literally get the same results in 5 minutes using Hixle. Demand for this, extremely high. I think brands right now, they they're spending a lot of money on Meta ads. They want to create all these creatives and it's really like everyone's using AI now, so you could be their AI person. Competition for this, four out of five. I would say it's not that saturated yet, but, you know, more and more people are starting to figure this out. Long-term potential, yeah, I

6:39mean, if you become like a creative agency helping companies with their ads, people are going to run ads pretty much forever. So, I give this one a 23 out of 25, one of the most solid opportunities that I'm seeing in the space right now, especially because you don't need a lot to get started. And by the way, before we get down the list of some of the best side hustles you should be starting at

6:56night, I want to give you a free gift. This is going to be my business idea generator where you're going to download it, put it into your cloud and it's going to ask you a series of questions on what are your skills, what are your interests, what are your passions, what do you love, and it's going to help you figure out exactly what kind of business idea best fits you. And by the end of it, it's going to give you a complete report on exactly what you should sell, who you should sell to, and what price point you should sell at. So, if you want the free business idea generator,

7:23check the link in the description. It only takes 30 seconds to install into your cloud. Let's go into side hustle number two. Since we're on the creative tip, we're going to get into the AI design studio. Here's opportunity. Companies right now, they need new designs monthly or even weekly, right? Whether it's ads, but not just ads, but websites, lead magnets, landing pages. Many companies nowadays need a lot of creative. So, how does AI do the work? If you use AI tools to design the creative, like static ad images, videos, slides, and all that kind of stuff with Claude and Higgs Field, like I was saying, then you can

7:52do the work for them, even though you're not really a designer, right? You just need to know what looks cool and use AI to create it. How would you start? You would just find companies that are kind of lame, they have money, and they just are in the need for fresh design. There's a lot of AI startups nowadays that, you know, they're hiring like freelance designers, and if you can produce the designs they need, they'll pay you like 5K, 10K a month for this

8:12stuff, right? So, what can you charge? Ability, 1 to 5K, even 10K. It really depends on how much work you're really producing for them. For example, if we want to create some 3D assets, motion graphics for a brand, or even a website, right? We go into Claude, we go into Co-Work, we connect it to Higgs Field, which is a Higgs Field MCP, right? We say, "Hey, we're looking to create this website, these 3D graphics, like whatever it is." And then, you basically just talk with Claude and Higgs Field,

8:37and it will produce a result for you. So, we already did this, and then, you know, this is just an example, but we basically just one-shotted this whole website, right? So, this 3D graphic actually looks pretty good. Like, if it was on a company's website, it's like, "Okay, that's pretty sick." So, we just kind of like designed this whole thing, right? Now, it really only took like 5 minutes to do using Claude and Higgs

8:55Field, right? It's not perfect. Obviously, we got to like change the different graphics, you know, for the different points, but it's just a demo, right? I'm just kind of showing you the idea of what you can do. So, any, like, even for us, any graphics you see on our YouTube, thumbnails, and all that stuff, we're pretty much just using Higgs Field to do all of them. Now, Higgs Field is actually our partner for this video. So, if you want to give them a try, go ahead and check out the link in the description. And you know what's actually funny is, like, when we do all these designs, I actually pay like a

9:21solo entrepreneur who has his own design studio to do all my designs for me, right? And he has like multiple clients, and he's making thousands of dollars per month working online. He's generating all these AI designs for me and his clients. So, I 100% know it works cuz I pay for these services. Speak to your first client, we'll give it a four out of five. If you can create good stuff, there are very high demand for this kind of stuff. I would know because I'm actively looking for people to do this stuff for me. Simplicity to start, four out of five. I mean, I just showed you

9:46how it works, it's pretty simple. Demand for this, four out of five as well. People need good designs, and you might think like, "Oh, wouldn't a business owner just like do this by themselves? Why why would they hire somebody?" Cuz I don't have time. I'm not trying to sit down and use Higgsfield and Claude all day myself as the founder. I need other people who are specialists, right? Who are going to do the work. I'd rather pay someone a couple of dollars and do it myself. Competition, uh it can get a little bit competitive nowadays if you're not specialized in something, so we give it a three out of

10:11five. If I would give it like maybe a four out of five if you were to specialize in like websites or ads, right? Uh but if it's general creative, I'll give it a three out of five. Long-term potential, if you're good at what you do, you know, you build a personal brand around it like on Twitter or something like that, five out of five. So, overall, I give the AI design studio, if you're into creativity and all that, a 20 out of 25. Now, real quick, if you're thinking like, "Okay, how do I actually get meetings with potential businesses who are actually going to buy these services and side

10:37hustles?" The easiest way I found is actually to use a Claude skill called the list builder skill, which I'm going to give you for free as a gift. If you want that, check the link in the description for the entire Claude skill pack. Using the list builder, essentially step number one is you give

10:49it, "Okay, this is what I'm selling. This is a side hustle. This is my ideal customer." Then you ask the list builder to say, "Hey, give me the signals that would indicate someone is interested in buying this service." So, if you're selling LinkedIn ghostwriting services as an example, you would need to find founders that have a LinkedIn, have posted, and they're not good, but they need to be making money so they could buy your services. And if that's the case, Claude can actually do all the research and build you a list of qualified prospects. So, I did an example of like, "Okay, 10 companies that need like some kind of like

11:19outbound lead generation offer, right?" And then it's going to give you uh the company, it's going to explain like why they need this particular offer, details about the company, uh and it's also going to give it a score on whether it's a hot opportunity for you to reach out to them or not, right? So, you can see like it's going to build like an entire list for you and Claude is pretty much doing all the work. And the best part is like if they hit all these criteria for your signal, the chances of them responding is higher. So, you can export it as a HTML, make it look pretty, or

11:48you can just like get straight to the point and do an Excel sheet and then go from there. So, if you want the list builder skill to build a qualified list of prospects, check the link in the description. It's free. All right, real quick. If you're looking for a more in-depth training on exactly how you could build a profitable one-person business and build this side hustle and ideally turn it into your main hustle, I want to invite you to a free 3-day live training that I have coming up where I'm going to show you how to find your business idea that fits you, how to get in front of clients even

12:15if nobody knows who you are, and most importantly, how to actually close. I'm even going to do a live sales role play where I'm going to demonstrate exactly what to say to a business owner in order for you to close the deal. So, if you want to sign up for this training, check the link in the description. Last time we had over 1,000 people come live, so you want to secure your spot before they run out. All right, the next side hustle we're going to cover is the newsletter

12:35operator. So, the opportunity is this. Businesses are collecting massive amounts of emails but don't have a proper way to even write the emails, nurture their audience, and monetize their list. I would know because my list is at like tens of thousands of people right now and I'm writing all the emails myself. I would gladly pay somebody a couple thousand dollars a month to do it for me if I knew for sure that they knew how to monetize it because we only need a couple clients for us to really break even on that person doing the work. So, it's actually very simple to monetize a big email list, to be honest. So, how

13:07does AI do the work? So, it's pretty simple, right? You especially if you're getting started, use AI to analyze the top email newsletters, right? So, you sign up for everyone's newsletter, use AI, reverse engineer what's working, figure out the winning strategies, and then you copy them, but you apply it to your clients. And if you set up your Claude right, then you can actually get AI to to maybe 90% of the work, sometimes 70% of the work, and then um you can also use Higgs field and you know Claude to do the all designs if the newsletter needs it. How do you actually start? It's pretty simple. Basically,

13:36you sign up for email list in niches that are not known for having great marketing, especially email marketing, right? Then you take all their bad emails and you go to the business and let them know what you would do to make it better. And then if you use AI to create a sample of like, "Hey, if you work with me, I can create better newsletters for you. Here's an example of some that I wrote for you." They're going to be like, "Wow, this guy already did the work. Let's get on the call,

13:58right?" What can you charge for this? You know, 1 to 5K. I would say it really depends on the skill set. Sometimes people can get a percentage of all the deals that they close from the newsletter. It really depends on what you negotiate. Now let's go to the scorecard. Speed to your first client, four out of five. I think if you find bad newsletters, but they have a big list and they're making money, yeah, you know, you can actually get in the door pretty fast if you show them that you know your stuff. Simplicity to start, four out of five. It's just writing emails, right? Demand, very high. Like

14:23even for me, I don't want to write my newsletters myself. If you can actually do the job, send me an email. You're smart enough to find it and then I will hire you if you show me that you know, you can help me monetize my newsletter. Competition, four out of five. I think this is one that people sleep on. They just don't know that it's even out there. Long-term potential, five out of five. Newsletters are not going anywhere. Everyone who uses social media, whether it's like Instagram, YouTube, they're all trying to build their email list. So it's going to be around for I would think decades to come

14:50or even longer. Now we're going to get into the next side hustle, which is the AI creator. So I saw a lot of comments people saying that, "Oh, the best side hustle to start is just talking about AI." And you know what? You're not wrong. I think if you do become a creator and you talk about AI, even if you're just getting started, maybe you're sharing the news, sharing what's cool in the space, sharing experiments that you're doing yourself and how you're learning and sharing your journey, I think that's cool. So the opportunity is like you can create content around helping people learn, use, and make money with AI. It's It's

15:20really big industry right now. You can do educational content, news-based content, both, and you basically just build an audience and um you figure out how to monetize later, right? When you have a personal brand, you can find many different ways to monetize. It's like an asset, right? How would you use AI to become a creator? Well, first, you can use Claude to write all your scripts. I actually use Claude a lot to do the scripts and designs and I mean Claude is basically my home base of how I create content. And for all the graphics and thumbnails and stuff, we basically use Higgs Fields for the thumbnails, the

15:48B-roll, the motion graphics, right? For example, I saw this um ad on Instagram actually where Kanye is having a a concert in Jakarta, right? And um I'm like, "Oh, that's a pretty sick ad." So, I took one of my Claude characters, which I also made at Higgs Field, combined it with the ad from Kanye, uh because I wanted to see like, "Hey, I

16:04want to put my character on the moon." And then we created this static image of our Claude character on the moon. And I'm like, "Okay, sick. How do I make this even cooler?" So, we decided to just animate it in a very simple way and that's all it is, right? So, I would say the barrier to using this technology, like I'm literally making these ones myself actually, and it's so easy. Like, I'm doing this in like 5 minutes, one shot, take the reference from Kanye, take something I've done before, put it together, Higgs Field, bang, like we got something good. So, how would you start

16:29being a creator? Uh it's pretty simple. You would just find three to five creators that you like and take inspiration from what they're doing and reverse engineer everything that they're doing, right? Use Claude to break down their scripts, their strategies, and then you basically try to find these gaps that you can fill to basically be different. And the best tip I have for you in becoming a creator is you always want to look at supply and demand. What is everyone uh wanting to see and nobody making content around? And if you can find that pocket, then you would instantly get a ton of followers. For example, one of my clients, Shawn, I

16:59actually got him into the AI space and he's been going really hard with the Gemini content and because not a lot of people talk about Gemini, you know, for me I'm talking about Claude more, right? His content has just been blowing up. Like, he went from 300 subs to like 5,000 subs in like 2 weeks. And then I think he's going to get to 50,000 subs maybe in like, uh you know, pretty soon, right? So, the opportunity is there even if you're just starting out. Now, what can you charge or how much money can you make? Sponsors will pay thousands of dollars per post, man. It's going crazy

17:27right now. The money's just flowing everywhere. And if you want to sell info products like courses, coaching, consulting, you can charge, you know, $9 a month for like a school community. You can charge $5,000 per client for a high-ticket coaching. Really depends on what you want to do. And for ad you know, there's also ad revenue as well. If you look at my lifetime YouTube stats, I've made over a quarter million

17:47dollars, 250k, just in ad revenue. Didn't have to do anything. It's just like bonus money. But obviously, you're going to want to make more money on the courses, consulting, and sponsorships more so than ad. It's just like a bonus, I would say. So, how good is it to be an AI creator? Let's go to the scorecards. Speed to your first paid customer or client, I would say it could be a three out of five. I've seen some of my clients, they get their first, you know, paying customer in like 30 days. But sometimes content takes a little bit of time, right? Cuz you have to learn the

18:14skill set of content. Simplicity of start, I would say it's simple, but it's not easy. So, I give it a three out of five. It's definitely more of a longer-term thing. The demand for AI creators right now is hot, you know? Like I think anybody can pretty much be an AI creator, and that's me being in the space. You don't need to have much credentials. You just need to

18:31be passionate about what's going on. Competition, four out of five. I would say it's still a blue ocean, meaning you might think there are a lot of creators in the AI space, and there are, but compared to the demand, meaning the people that want to learn about how to use AI, there's just not that much creators, to be honest. So, long-term potential of this, I give it a five out of five. I'm doing it myself. I think this is one of the best opportunities if you're willing to stick it out with the long term. Now, the next side hustle we're going to cover is going to be AI

18:59SEO, GEO, AEO, whatever you want to call it, right? So, what's the opportunity? First is, you can help brands rank on traditional SEO. So, use AI to create SEO blogs and all that kind of stuff. But the newer opportunity is helping them rank on AI platforms like Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude, right? So, AI essentially is like the new search engine. So, you can essentially use Claude or whatever platform you want to use to mass-produce content that ranks them. So, if somebody says like, uh "Who are the best ghostwriting agencies in California?" or something like that, right? You want to make sure that these companies pop up. And you can make them

19:33pop up and they people actually buy, you will get paid for that, right? Now, how do you actually start? I would say you should If you're trying to sell like rank them on AI, one one important thing is like, um you're not mass-producing things like AI slop. You have to be very tactical. You have to understand the

19:47game. You have to do it the right way. You can't spam your way to the top, right? Like, I think that the algorithms are like smart enough to catch you. Is it simple to do? Yes, we have clients in our program that do it, so uh it's not that hard. So, how would you get your first client? Essentially, you would

20:00find a company that already does SEO. They already do blogs. And then, you would just find signals that would indicate that they haven't done any like AI SEO, right? And then, you can use Claude skills to find all this information, actually. And then, you would just send them a message and be like, "Yo, I saw that you do SEO, but

20:14you didn't you're not ranking on Claude. I think I can help you and make more money by ranking you when people type these keywords into Claude." That's pretty much it, right? So, what can you charge? You can charge 1 to 3K per month. You can charge more. Um depends on how much money you are making them. Uh Sandy, one of our clients, she actually helped uh an app do SEO. Um that's how she got started in the AI space. And she charged 3K per month for like AI SEO. She didn't know anything about it, and uh she just figured out within the first month, and it was so

20:43good. She 1,000x their traffic, and they bumped it up to like 5.5K, right? And you might know her from my YouTube channel if you've been watching for a while, but she basically took that success from that agency stuff, moved it over into her YouTube channel as credibility, and now she's making 50K per month doing YouTube, right? It's

20:57crazy. So, let's go to the scorecards. Four out of five in terms of speed to first client, I think it's a needed service. Simplicity to start, uh fairly simple. You just follow the directions on how to do it. Four out of five. The harder part is really getting the clients. Demands very high. I think a lot of people want to do SEO AEO right now. It's hot. Um competition four out of five. I think there's not as much competition as you might think, you know. Long-term potential, like this AEO SEO kind of stuff is not going anywhere for a while. Like it's just getting started, so five out of five. So, I give

21:25this opportunity a 22 out of 25. All right, next side hustle is going to be AI ghostwriting. I would say in general AI is pretty good at writing. It typically doesn't write anything 100%. For example, when I write YouTube scripts, it's not like I just get AI to do the whole thing, but it helps me brainstorm ideas and allows me to go like three times faster, right? So, what is the opportunity? Founders right now, they want to build their personal brands, but they just don't have time, right? If they do YouTube, they need someone to ghostwrite their scripts. If they do LinkedIn, they want someone to

21:54just write the whole thing. So, they're going to need someone to write in their voice, create content for them on X, LinkedIn, or any other platform where writing is important, which is like everything. How does AI do the work? Basically, you just got to get the founder's content, their voice, their interviews, and then you see like how they speak. Then you want to use Claude to basically clone the way they speak into the writing, and then you just write the thing. Again, it's not going to 100% write it for you. It's going to get you maybe 70% there, and then you got to add that human sauce, the human

22:20element to it in order for the content to not sound like AI. All right, here's how I would get started if I was selling ghostwriting services like on X or LinkedIn. I would find founders who are posting consistently, right? And they're just not getting any traction. I would also need to check like, hey, they have a successful business, so they're

22:34willing to invest in this kind of thing. I would write them a couple of posts as a sample, and then I would basically use Claude to build some kind of like website like this, right? Which you can do in like 5 minutes. And then I would send the person a Loom video, the founder. So, let's say I'm trying to sell to Patrick Dang. I'm like, "Hey, Patrick, what's going on, man? So, I was checking out your LinkedIn, and I noticed that you're really good at what you do. I can see that you're successful, but I feel like your posts deserve more love, you know? So, I

22:57actually took the liberty to write you a couple posts that really fit your style, fit your voice. I've been watching all your YouTube videos, and I even found one of your pictures that you posted on Instagram, and I put it all together to show you like what it would look like if we did work together, what kind of things I can produce. I actually produced another one here that you can check out. You can see the copy, see if you like it, see if it fits

23:16your voice, and I put it all together. So, if this sounds like something you're interested in, let me know in the DMs, or we can jump on a call, and we can talk about it then. So, it's really as easy as that to get a client, right? So, what can you charge for a ghost writing? It's all dependent on skill set. You can charge like $500 a month, $3,000 per month. You

23:32can charge more depending on your skill. You can also do percentage of profit based on the leads that you generate for them, right? So, it's all really a negotiation. Like for example, if I were to ghostwrite someone's YouTube scripts, I'm definitely charging more than $3,000 per month because I have the skill sets to back it up, and I know how to make money on YouTube, right? So, it's all a negotiation. So, speed of first client, if you're doing AI ghostwriting, I give it a four out of five because if you do it the way I just showed you in that pitch, for example, like a Loom video,

24:00then people are actually going to respond. Simplicity to start, four out of five. Get Claude to do a lot of the work. You maybe use Hexfield and Claude to do the designs. Pretty easy. Demand, very high. It's actually very hard to find a good writer because I've been actively looking for Instagram writers, YouTube writers, LinkedIn writers, and I've come to the conclusion that there are a lot of bad ones, but there's not that many good ones. So, demand for this, extremely high. Competition, I give it a four out of five again because there's a lot of bad ones out there. If you're not good, then there is

24:30competition. But if you're actually good at your craft, there's like no competition, you know? People will be begging to work with you. Long-term potential in writing, five out of five. It's going to be a fundamental skill that all content creators basically need, so I give this opportunity a 22 out of 25. All right, next side hustle I have for you is going to be the growth

24:47operator. So, what is a growth operator? So, we're going to use it in the context of the creator economy, right? So, you have all these creators like me building a personal brand. You got like thousands of creators all over the world. The problem is that even though these creators have followings, they don't have a good way to monetize. So, you would be surprised that many creators actually don't make that much money. And if they do make money, they can only make money on brand deals. But obviously, they want to sell their own courses, their coaching, their consulting, digital products, right? But they need some help, right? And so, when

25:15you want to help them, the opportunity is you help them with the offer, like what they're selling, the emails, the webinar, the ads, whatever it takes to help them make money. Essentially, a growth operator is a business partner to a creator. You could do it as an agency where you take a percentage of profits, you know, a fixed fee, it really depends, right? Now, how does AI do the work? Essentially, if you use Claude to build funnels, landing pages, write emails, and all that kind of stuff, like AI's doing it, right? So, if you go to our website, for example, let's say the, you know, our free training that we have

25:43coming up, we basically use AI to do a lot of the work in building the website itself. How do you actually start? So, you get your first client, you would basically use Claude to do the research and dig through what kind of creators right now have a lot of reach and following, but don't sell anything of their own yet, which is easy to check because you would just go on their LinkedIn description, go to your website, and you would see, is there a book a call, or is there a free training? If not, then they're not really selling anything, right? But if they have a following, they have

26:07potential, and you would basically just hit them up and be like, "Hey, you have a big following. I think you deserve to make more money than you currently are. I can help you actually do that. Let's get on a call, right?" Basically. And this works because I've worked with growth operators in the past where they literally just cold DM me on LinkedIn, and they would I mean, there's one person like they met he messaged me like 10 times, was like, "Okay, dude, let's let's do it, right? Let's get on a call." And I actually did work with him in the end. So, what can you actually

26:28charge for this? You can charge a small base for your time, like 5K per month to get started or to build out a funnel or something like that, and then you would take percentage of profit, right? And it's all and the percentage negotiable. You can take from 10% to 50% depending on how much work you're doing. So, there are some creators where they're just like, "Hey, I don't want to even know anything about what's going on in

26:47business. Just make me the money, right? I'll give you 50%, right?" There's creators that do that, and all they do is create, and they know nothing about the business. Now, there are other creators that are pretty business savvy and they have a lot of input in that and they just need someone to do the help on execution. So, when you're only doing execution, maybe it's like 10 to 20%, right? Of like maybe the webinar, the sales calls, whatever. But if you're doing like everything, you're running the entire business, it can go up to 50%. And some of the biggest companies actually in the world like Agora, which

27:12is like a billion-dollar company that sells like courses and information, I've heard, right? It's not public information, but I've heard like they can even take 70% of the deal and they just like get creators like puppets, you know, and they just like find different ways to monetize these creators. So, different ways to go about it for sure. Speed to your first client, I think growth operators, you have to do a lot of convincing to convince a creator to work with you, so

27:34I give it a three out of five. Simplicity to start, I would say out of all the ones that I'm going to show you today, it's probably the hardest because you need multiple skill sets in order to find success, like, you know, funnels and webinars and sales calls, a little bit of content, right? You have to know this stuff. But the demand for a good growth operator is very high. The demand for a bad operator is very low. Okay, so if you're good, you'll make money. If you're not, maybe not the best opportunity for you. Competition, I would give it a three out of five again

27:58because there's not that many good ones in general from what I'm seeing as a creator myself, but the long-term potential if you are actually good at what you do in helping creators make money, five out of five. This kind of industry has been around for a while and there's always a new creator that needs help monetizing. All right, next side hustle is going to be the Instagram

28:14content agency. So, what's the opportunity here? Essentially, there are a lot of companies that want to build a personal brand on Instagram, but they're just not good at it. I would say the people that would be purchasing these kind of services would be businesses that already make money, let's say like service-based businesses or maybe like a AI software company, right? And they

28:34just don't know anything about content. So, there are actually a lot of like SaaS companies, right? Software AI companies that they want to build a social presence, they want to create UGC content, and all they really do is hire agencies with the funding that they have, you know? So, how does AI do the work? Basically, just use Claude to do the research, write the copy, create the carousels, the stories, and all that kind of stuff, right? But, obviously, someone still has to film it, whether it's the founder or someone on the team, but AI can do a lot of the the work before filming actually happens. So, how

29:01would you start? Find companies that already make money that tried Instagram and it completely failed, similar to like the LinkedIn ghostwriting strategy, and just offer to help, right? So, what can you charge? $1,000 to $5,000 per month, depending if you're doing the editing on top of that or just maybe the ideas and the scripting, depends on what you want to do. So, speed to first client, I would say four out of five, I think it's pretty easy to find people that suck on Instagram, but really want to do it. Simplicity to start, more simple than, let's say, a growth operator, right? Cuz it's like you're just creating content for them. Demand

29:30is very high, even I was personally looking for an Instagram agency to help me with my stuff, but I ended up just hiring in-house, but if I did find the right agency before taking it in-house, I would have hired them, for sure. Competition, there are more competitors to Instagram agencies these days, so three out of five, but long-term potential, like Meta is like the biggest advertising platform by pretty much in

29:49the world, right? Or one of the biggest. Instagram's really relevant, they're really good at what they do, so I think it's going to be around for a very long time, which is why I give this opportunity a 21 out of 25. Now, speaking of social media, the next opportunity we have is going to be

30:01clipping as a service. So, every creator that does long-form content, even like me, right? Like YouTube videos, uh podcasts, live streams, like whatever, they need help with their short-form content, meaning if I do an interview, for example, somebody's got to take that interview and cut it up and like post it on Instagram, right? So, how does AI do the work? AI, like you can give AI a transcript, it could find like all the best parts of a video, and then AI can actually edit the video as well, and then a human will come in, spice it up a little bit, right? And how would you start? If you find a creator you like,

30:32like me, for example, or another person, just create a couple clips and say, "Yo, I made these for you, like I can make more, right?" And if it's sick and they don't really have a short-form team, they're going to hire you. What can you charge? $1,000 to per month? You could charge more. It depends on volume, what you're doing, how much money you're really helping them make. But, if you're really blowing up someone and you're making all of them a lot of money, you can get percentage of the profits that they make. So, speed to first client, give it a four out of five. I mean, you

30:56have to learn how to clip first, right, and edit videos, but once you do that, I think a lot of people need this. Simplicity to start, it's just editing and understanding marketing, so not that complicated. Demand, very high. I think uh even for me, if somebody can prove that, "Hey, Patrick, I'm going to clip all these things for you and for sure we're going to make you money." I'll hire them on the spot. Competition, there are clipping agencies these days and there's other people that teach

31:19other people how to become a clipper. Give it a three out of five. It's not like a lot of people are doing it, but there is competition. Long-term potential, four out of five. I think clipping will will be around cuz it's just like the new thing. You know, people want short-form content. However, because of AI, hard to say like how long the opportunity is going to go, how competitive it'll be, whether companies find easy way to bring in-house. We're

31:39not sure yet, nobody knows the future. So, overall, I think right now it's still pretty good. I give it a 20 out of 25. All right, next side hustle is going to be the human UGC studio. So, here's opportunity. Basically, with all these brands, like AI companies, uh direct-to-consumer brands, vitamin brands, like everybody, they want to create UGC content to get traffic,

32:00right, on TikTok and Instagram. Basically, like a lot of short-form, right? And they want to use these as ads as well. The problem that these brands have is like there's they want to hit up these micro creators, like people that have like 10,000 followers and stuff, because they typically get a better return on investment compared to, you know, paying a bazillion dollars to Kim Kardashian, right? So, basically, the opportunity is you can make a list of all these UGC creators, and then you can go to the brand and be like, "Yo, I got a, you know, a list of 300 creators that I can seed your product to, and then you

32:30basically just pay me a cut." Even for us, like every day I get emails from agencies speaking on behalf of these really big companies, and they're like, "Yo, Patrick, do you want to do a sponsorship with this company? I can bring you in." I don't even know who this agency is, but hey, if they know these big companies, I'm down to talk, right? So, how does AI actually do the work? Uh basically, you know, you can use AI to help you find the creators and then manage the relationships. You can actually use Cloud to train these creators on, you know, writing the briefs, the scripts, the hooks so that

32:56these UGC I mean, UGC people are just like random people who are trying to make money on the side, right? So, if you like coach them and you build the relationship with them and you help them uh work with a brand, they're going to be so grateful for that cuz they're uh you're getting them paid and the brand's going to like you as well. One of my clients, Brian, for example, he actually started as a UGC creator. He worked at these really big companies like Clooly and stuff and then he found a lot of success doing this. And then he started teaching other people how to do what he

33:20did and then he's also working with another company, uh Sigma's doing the same thing, this clothing brand now, and he's just helping them find all these creators, creating content, scaling them through this UGC style content, right? So, it's like actually getting a real human being talking about the product and uh it does work. So, how would you start? Basically, if you just find like I mean, you start with a list of like some creators that you want to build a relationship with, right? So, maybe it's three. I would actually recommend like 30 creators, right? And then be like, "Yo, I have a bunch of brands I'm

33:48talking to. Do you want to work with me?" And all the creators will be like, "Yeah, that sounds good." Then I would go to the brands. I would be like, "Hey, I got all these creators I want to work with you. Do you want to have me seed your product to them and then I can take care of everything." And they're going to be like, "Yeah, cool." And you have

34:00to understand, all these brands, right? They will work with multiple agencies at the same time because they're trying to get everywhere cuz like every person has their little pocket of like who they know. It's It's pretty common for these companies to work with multiple agencies. So, what can you charge? I mean, you're kind of like arbitraging. Um I mean, a creator might get paid, you know, even like $100 to $150 a video, sometimes $50 a video, $25 a video. It depends on the creator, their following, and stuff like that. You can sell a monthly pack or retainer. Uh there's so many different ways to negotiate, but

34:28it's pretty much by video. See your the client, it could be a five out of five if you're at the right place at the right time, but it is can get competitive in this space. Simplicity to start, I'll give it a three out of five because you have to do the outbound to the brand, then you have to work with the creator as well. So, it's like chicken and egg problem, but once you get it going, it's going. Demand, very

34:45high for this kind of stuff. Competition, four out of five. Could be also three as well. Uh just cuz there are other people doing it. Long-term potential, I think human like a real human being doing UGC will be around for a while, so I give it a 22 out of 25. Now, as a bonus side hustle, if you don't really want to work with creators, you can actually do the AI version of these kind of creator agencies. Meaning, if you use a product like Hicksfield, you could essentially create these AI influencers or UGC creators, and you can create it for a brand. Now, it does work, right? Like there are brands that

35:15they really have focus heavily on real human being creators cuz it's more like relatable, but there are some products that they're using AI. Like I'm seeing on Instagram, like sometimes I'm looking at a video on Instagram, and I'm thinking like, is this AI? I can't really tell, right? And then when I dig through, I'm like, oh, it's actually AI, but it's getting that good. So, you can be a person that generates these UGC content using AI using Hicksfield uh to, you know, service the brand as well. So, whether you want to do humans or AI, you know, it just depends on which one you want to do. All right, so now you have

35:44all the information you need to know on some of the best side hustles that you can start while working at night. And look, this system does work, right? Like I've shown you in this video, many of my clients have gotten to $10,000 per month even while keeping their full-time jobs. All it really takes is a couple hours per day and the right strategy.
