0:00This may look like a video game, but it's not a video game at all. I built a world for 10 of my agents to live in where they can run real parts of my life from inside of it. They can take real actions in there and I'm in there as well. I can walk around. I can talk to them. I can give them extra things to do and I wanted to run an experiment. I wanted to give them just a few rules, just a couple guardrails and leave them alone for 3 days. And what they did was they doubled the amount of agents from 10 to 22. They had built their own

0:28society. They wrote 742 notes about each other and that was just the beginning of the weird stuff that they did. But they also did some really awesome things as well, which was much better than I ever could have expected. So let's jump in and I'll show you exactly what I found. First of all, when I say AI agent, you're probably thinking something like this that lives in the terminal. And mine did too. That was until I gave them an actual place to live. And the reason why I did that is because my agents work off of a hierarchy. Matt is my chief of staff and Matt follows me everywhere I

0:58go. He sees every single request that comes in and approves it or denies it before it even comes my way. But while I was gone, Matt was fully in charge and he approved everything. So I'm the CHO, the chief human officer. Then underneath me is Matt who's the chief of staff, but underneath Matt is 10 different directors. And these directors handle everything like my money, my house, my kids activities, my YouTube channel, my inbox, my outreach, all that kind of stuff. And underneath those 10

1:26directors, just 3 days ago was nobody. There's no employees, but that is not true anymore because as I was gone and as they were working, they noticed that things were moving a little bit slow. So they had an idea. They went to Matt with a job description of roles that they wanted to fill to help them with their work. And what Matt did was Matt ran real interviews. He went through the real interview process and they hired 12 new workers. Each one had a new name, they had a new persona, and they had a yellow vest. And every yellow vest that you see walking around right now is an

1:59employee that a director hired. These are workers. They're not directors. So, how does an AI director hire somebody and then just a few minutes later a new person walks out of the building that they're going to be working in. Well, before I left, I gave all of my agents access to all of my connectors. That is my email, my calendar, a bunch more, but one of those was Higgsfield, which is

2:19the main sponsor of this video today. And thank goodness they are because every image and every animation that you're looking at right now was made with Higgsfield. Now, if you're new to Higgsfield, they have every top AI image and video and audio model that you could think of. It's all in one place and you can run all of this through Claude with

2:35their connector if you want to do that. And that's really easy to set up. You go to settings, you go to connector, you go to add custom connector, you name it Higgsfield, and then you paste in the address that you see on your screen, and you click go. Now, this envelope up here is how the agents get me to approve what they want to do. And when I got back, it was pretty full. And of course, I need

2:53to know what happened when I was gone. So, to do that, I click the call meeting button. When I click call meeting, I'm calling a meeting and everybody goes to the town hall including myself. So, I have all 10 of my directors including Matt, and I get to talk to them all at the same time. So, I can ask them a question and they can all respond back with their answer. And they told me quite a bit. But as they were working, they also told me that they were keeping notes about everybody else. Matter of fact, there were 742 notes that were created and written by an AI agent about

3:22another AI agent. weird part about that is on the list, they were keeping track of who wasn't doing any work. And they also were keeping track of who was doing the most work. While I was gone, the town decided that it would be a good idea to create Etsy listings, which I thought is really cool. That's a job

3:37that fell mostly on Greg and Dennis. Now, Greg and Dennis, they did a lot of the work when I was gone. Matter of fact, they did more of the product work than anybody else in the town. But on the second day, Greg's colleagues started to think that Greg faked a product. They actually opened up Greg's private prompt file, and then they found the instructions that Greg was giving, and they took that, and they quoted that

3:56back to me so I could take a look at it. They were telling on Greg, which is mind-blowing to me. Now, before I left, one of the rules that I gave it was that they all had to work together well. And what they did with that is very interesting. Cuz think about it, these are language models that are following instructions. Nobody is lonely in this town. Nobody has feelings. Nobody is feeling sad. But with that said, they built a morale meter. And what it does is it rates every single agent on how they're doing and why. If we scroll down the bottom here, you can see that Ryan

4:25is fine. He has five approved pieces of work, and it shows that I haven't spoken to him in a week. But Greg is at zero. Poor Greg. He has 26 approved actions, which is a lot. Nine of them were dropped, but he does more work than anybody else. So, maybe he's feeling a little bit burnt out. And then nobody has spoken to him in over a week, either. So, his morale is at zero. And because of that, four of these agents decided to build a culture crew. They looked at the morale numbers. They knew who was getting left out, and they started planning things around those

4:53specific people to build up their morale. Now, take a look at my house here. If I go inside of it, there is a calendar on the wall. Now, this calendar doesn't look like much, but if I walk up to it, and I press the space bar, this is my actual calendar. And here are events that they put down as optional for me. But these are things that are going on inside of my little world. Like the whole community's going to come together, and they're going to do a scavenger hunt. Course, again, they marked it all optional for me, but you better believe I'm coming. I'm going to

5:18come at these dates, and I'm going to see exactly what they're doing on my screen here. They also asked Claude to make a character sheet for every single worker. Now, remember, they're hiring these people. They're hiring these AI agents. And a new person is walking out of the building. So, Claude had to team up with Higgsfield. They had to make these sheets right here. And the reason why they made the sheets is because Claude needs to know exactly how the character looks from every single angle, whether they're going up, down, left, or right. Now, of course, I think that is really powerful. Again, Claude is the

5:46brain, Claude's deciding where the road should go, where the smoke should come out of the chimney. And of course, it's picking which Higgs Field model that it's going to use. But then, Higgs Field makes it, right? They are the creative. Now, as I mentioned earlier, they were creating these real Etsy listings. So, they did research on 37 different ideas. Matt approved 27 of them. Now, they're all digital downloads, so they had to use Higgs Field to create all of the

6:10images and everything that was uploaded. But then, they uploaded it to Etsy as a draft. When I got back, I approved the ones that I wanted. In fact, you could take a look at the shop if you want to. I'll link it in the description. Now, I could go on for another 40 minutes about every single thing that this world does, these agents do. But if this is something that you want to learn more about, or you want to hear more about,

6:29go ahead and leave me a comment below. If I get enough comments, I'll go ahead and make another video on this. And again, I want to thank Higgs Field for sponsoring this video and being one of the best partners that any channel could ask for. So, do me a favor, click the link in the description. Yes, it's an affiliate link, but it really helps out the channel. And I think you'll see pretty quickly how powerful Higgs Field really is. And if you're not subscribed, please subscribe to the channel. Go ahead and give me a like, and I will see

6:53you in the next one.
