6:37Uh how are you? The way I would love to approach it here is like of course the main reason for this is that we just finished um a call. It was a good session. It was actually a check-in with someone who's using the software that we've built in order to do the outreach that I was doing literally in the car. It's a software that we are building on already for a long time that helps you to scrape leads, find leads, and actually close deals in the right way. Right now we are testing it um privately. We'll probably bring it publicly to the market in a few

7:09months from now. Right now I'm going to relax a little bit and go to the spa.

I got my sparkling water with me and my laptop. So, we basically have everything that's needed in order to now

9:38get started. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to share my screen. And what I do is I open up this agent. Because you know, the most beautiful part of it all is that I use AI to do basically 80% of the work for me. So what I do is I go to outreaching over here, move to my leads, and search for new leads. This can be anywhere around

10:01the globe. Let's say for now we just zoom in and we go for Let's say Washington. Washington area in a radius of like 50 km. And I want to actually reach out to some painters, right? So I select my industry. For now, let's do a quick test and aim for 10 new leads. And

10:19I actually want to go for poor websites. It's very important that we let the AI agent actually look for leads that actually have a website or have no website, so there's something to sell them, right? There's a bunch of other filters, but we leave that for now, and we go to scrape leads. Alhamdulillah. All right. As you can see, it is scraping right now. So we can just use

10:41our time well and wait until it's done. Let's actually grab the Quran and use our time in between well.

11:01So as you can see, it already found 60 painters, and it's now checking their websites to make sure that we actually going to find websites that are horrible, right?

11:17All right. Alhamdulillah. As you can see, within a few minutes, it can literally scrape hundreds of leads. Let's just take a look real quick here and check out some websites. And clearly, as you can see, these are websites that have not been updated for the longest time. And they definitely need some makeover, right? Let's see.

11:32What about this one? Ay, ay, ay. You know, it is all right, but it is definitely made 10 years ago. Let's see this one over here. As you can see, I just clicked on three leads out of the 10 that we just scraped as a test. Every single one we click on is either very slow. This one is super slow. This one is all right, but it's it's very slow, man. What about this one? Trust me when I say that this tool has close to 90 plus percent accuracy and when you tell it to find like leads that have websites that are horrible, then trust me, it will find them. And

12:05that's [clears throat] what I did. Earlier this morning, I hopped into the car. All I did was literally just calling these leads one by one. I grabbed my phone. I dialed them and I pitched them like, "Yo, your website is not working. It is either slow. It is like you cannot find it like well in Google. It's definitely in need of a makeover." This morning, I actually didn't call painters, but I called cafes. So, I talked to a cafe owner who didn't even have a website. As you can see, they do not even have a proper website connected to their Google account. So, all we have to do is

12:36basically just copy their information, paste it in the same AI agent. We also grab their reviews. Let's go. Copy that in here as well. Also, we do see that they have an Instagram account, which we will also grab as a source. Put it there. And even though they don't have a website, I still found their menu over eats. So, I actually also added that inside of it. And all I tell this AI agent is, "Please turn this into a proper powerful prompt to build a website for this cafe. Keep in mind all the missing things so we can turn it into a modern website that grabs

13:25attention." And then we just upload that and the AI agent starts working right away. As you can see, it is currently writing an entire prompt, which forms the foundation of the website built. All right, and there we go. A master prompt fully ready to build this potential client a new website. We go ahead, copy paste this, get the prompt, we go over here, literally just paste the prompt in there. We add any additional information like the logo. We check if we can find some valuable pictures like the one over

13:54here. Smoothies. Let's get some of these pictures on there as well. This looks pretty good to be honest. Some good sandwiches. All right, and then all we do is just hit this button and let AI do its work. Also, right now it is exactly Maghrib already. The day is flying by. I hear the adhan already outside. Alhamdulillah. So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to quickly pray in the meantime while AI is literally building this whole website for me. Take 5

You can literally sell this website for $1,000, couple hundred bucks. On average I sell most of my websites even above that. But it depends on how much effort you want to take. You could sell multiple per day
