0:00I turn Alex Hormos's $100 million money models book into a Claude skill that interviews you and then rebuilds your money model for you. So here you can see I just need to type in /money model and then it starts the interview process. Now before I get into this I want to just cover a couple of things about what a money model is. Now, the way that Horoszi talks about it inside of the book is that typically there is an attraction offer. Then you extract more cash with some kind of upsell, and then you extract even more cash from people who didn't purchase the upsell with a

0:36downell. And then you introduce some kind of continuity offer which recurs, right? So, the goal is to get the customer to pay back what it cost you to acquire them within 30 days. And if you can do that, you have a money printer. And so in the book, Hummosi talks about an example of a rental company renting him a car, right? And so a bad example is they just offer him a rental car for $19 a day. And the thing that they offer him next is nothing. And then if he says no to that thing, they offer him nothing. And so they essentially make one offer at $19 a day. Whereas and the

1:18example he gives in the book is they ask if he wants a larger truck, a roomier truck. And then the next offer is does he want to return the car later and then the third and the fourth upsell are do he does he want full insurance and then he gets the minimum package. Right? So this is the downell. And then finally they give him a prepaid fuel offer. And so he goes from spending $19 a day to now spending $100 a day. So you can see that just by making a couple of small tweaks, you can make your customer worth so much more money and therefore spend

1:56more money to acquire them. And then because you're spending more, you're going to take them from your competitors who are only willing to spend $18 a day where you can spend $99 a day. And a real world example that I actually ran for a client of mine. So, this was an offer that we ran where initially we were only going to sell the front-end

2:16product for $67. However, I introduced multiple upsells and downells, right? And so, you can see that if we had just run the front-end offer, we would have made $43,000. However, because we introduced a higher ticket upsell, we were able to actually make more money from the upsell than the front-end offer. And then we were able to scoop up another $3,000 from people who didn't want the higher ticket uh upsell and we were able to downsell them. In this case, 4,000 credits. And so you can see here, here is proof. We basically doubled the amount of revenue that we were able to make by changing the money model. And so this is

2:59extremely powerful and it applies to all types of businesses. And so I'm going to show you an example of that business in a second and walk through it step by step. This is what the skill actually does. So you feed it your business, what you sell, and then it runs through 18 questions by way of the SLMoney model skill inside Claude. And then it builds you an attraction offer that gets you

3:22the customer. It builds you an upsell. So what you offer next in the uh path of solutions that you can potentially provide to the customer and then what to sell them if they say no to your upsell and then what to sell them that gets them to keep on paying. Right? So the the golden rule of uh LTV is can I get you to purchase something every month,

3:46every week, every year continuously? And then finally, it'll put together a 30-day test. So, it'll see if all of this will be able to get you to acquire the customer at a profit and get them to pay back their cost of acqu of acquisition within 30 days. And if you can, you have a solid money model and a solid offer that you can basically go out and print money with. So, essentially, this is the prompt. Now, I have left this skill for you to download and put into your Claude code down below. I'm going to leave it here for free for you inside the Dopamine Digital

4:25free school group. You can see that there are 8,200 other business owners in here just like you. And every single day, I am dropping an extreme amount of value. So, for example, you can get a motion graphics skill that you can just plug into Opus 5.5 and you can create stunning motion graphics all for free. You can get it inside the school group, as well as all of the mods that I'm using to make my uh my Claude code look really custom and make it quicker, as well as the $2,000 AI tool that I vibe coded using Claude code. and I'm just giving away for free that Iman Gazi

5:03charges $2,000 for. So, if you're interested in that, I'm going to leave that linked below. Okay, cool. So, here I have the money model skill pulled up inside of Claude Code. Again, you can see that I have modded my Claude code a little bit. So, I've got all of this kind of stuff. I even have the ability to have an arcade on the side. So, if you want that, make sure you check that out in the free Dopamine Digital School group. All right. So, we've typed slashmoneymodel

5:31already and it is a quick interview. Now, the first questions asking us is what is your name? So, I'm just going to answer it and I suggest you walk through this with me. My name is Jordan. Great, Jordan. Got it. What do you sell, Jordan? One line. The thing on the invoice right now. So, I'll say I sell lead generation

5:51services. And I don't know why I'm typing. I could just be using uh Whisper Flow. Oh, so you see this? That is a category. Half the internet sells it. What does the buyer get and by when? I like this. So, this is uh based on all the teachings from the book as well as a bunch of private workshops that I got to attend that cost me $16,000. And so, you can see that the skill really knows what it's talking about. All right. So, 10 qualified sales calls booked into their

6:23calendar every single month. So, who types anymore? Typing is for brokies. I'm just using Whisper Flow. I've left my affiliate link down below if you want to check that out. It's free. So, 10 book calls a month. A result with a count and a clock on it. Which one is it? Pick the closest. A service I do for them. A program or service where I have to do the work to get the results. A physical product. A service I do for them. Right. So, I'm just going to type in here. A done for them. So, the result rests on you, not their effort. what does it cost and how

6:55do they pay onetime monthly per job per unit? So, it's already uh preloaded in here. I charge them a tech fee plus an amount per qualified showed up call. Although I am in the process of changing this, so this actually might be really good. What does a buyer how does a buyer find you and buy today? So, A, I email or post to my list. B, paid ads. C outreach. So I do outreach and then a sales call. So we'll say see sold on a call. So every offer in your model gets made out loud, not on a page. They just

7:32said yes. What do you offer them next? You only get one. So let's say nothing. I offer them nothing. And you can see how cool this is. It's actually running through the progress bar here for me. So nothing after the yes that slot is empty. List everything else you sell or could deliver without building anything new. Add-ons, bigger packs, a premium version, done for you template, support, anything. All right. So let me build out this prompt. All right. So here I've just dumped in a whole bunch of stuff that I can deliver and I know that I've done before and I have social proof around and some ideas. So I could run

8:13their ads. I could build a funnel. I could help them generate three pieces of YouTube content and I could proliferate that across multiple different channels in the form of text and video. I could offer them a cold calling service where I expand their TAM and I book through cold calls, which I think is likely going to be the thing it picks. I I really want to test this skill. I could spin up dozens of LinkedIn accounts and I could uh do cold LinkedIn outreach for them. So, typically I do cold email outbound only. Uh, but I could uh and I I have some LinkedIn stuff that I also

8:47tack on, but it's not the core of it, right? Because it's very expensive to purchase these LinkedIn accounts and run them. I could have calls with their team, explain the systems, and basically teach them everything that I know in a 90-day period. I could build AI systems to end to end that are custom for them that basically they could plug in and then it's done and dusted. I could double or triple the volume. I could offer the ability to have a team of STRs set the appointments as well as close the appointments. I could give them multiple calls or support per week. And I could give them my personal WhatsApp

9:18number so they could reach out to me anytime they want with questions. Typically, I only offer cold email outbound. However, so that is the entire set of services and upsells and premium versions of the thing that I could offer. Let's see what it comes back with. Okay, so part two of four, the buyer. 11 things you could sell and the buyer only ever hears about one. Who buys and what problem are they trying to make go away? But mostly these founders are trying to remove themselves from founderled sales and they are trying to build a predictable pipeline of leads that come in and turn into customers so

10:03they can fight the feast or famine that is founderled sales. The dream outcome is that they are building a sales machine inside of their business that operates without them. So that is the prompt that I'm putting in here. This is the dream outcome, right? This is what we're trying to achieve. Let's see what Horoszi comes back with. Shout out Alex Hormosi and

10:28the cap. If you know, you know. So they buy calls, but what they want is a sales machine that runs without them. Hormosi says when an offer solves a problem, another one appears. They bought and it worked. What is the very next problem they hit? They can't close the calls when we book them or they can't close them quickly or they can't close them for the price they

10:56want. Which is a problem because most people are used to dealing with referrals and they come to you with their wallet already in their hand and then they wonder why when you're dealing with cold traffic it's harder. Duh. So part two of for the buyer the calls land and the closing breaks that's the one clear next problem and nothing you sell today touches it. What do they use up run out of or need from you again and again and what would they pay monthly for it or do they hate that? So I'm going to come in here and I'm going to answer this. So it's looking for a continuity offer that

11:33we could potentially sell. So what do they use up, run out of or need from you again and again? I just put new leads every month. they already pay monthly and potentially new salespeople as they grow. So, let's see what Homozi says back to that. So, it's saying they need leads every month. They already pay monthly. Continuity is one slot that you have filled. So, when somebody says no, what is the reason that you hear the most? A, it costs too much. They're not sure it'll work for them. It's too big of a commitment. Not right now. I never hear it. They just go quiet or say it in

12:06my own way. So, I'm going to say B. They don't think it'll work for them. Typically, the most common objection I have is that they are not sure that cold email is something that even works in general because they have never purchased something with cold email. And sometimes their total addressable market does not m uh does not make a good fit for the amount of volume that we need to

12:30run to make it successful. and they also want to ensure that they don't damage their brand. So, it's getting really granular. You can see it's asking really good questions here and it's making it super easy, right? The no is doubt, not price. They doubt the channel, the size of their market, and what it does to their

12:55name. When they say no, what do you do? Let's just say I offer nothing. Conversation ends. The offer is relatively commoditized. I don't want to adjust it and make it custom for everybody. Also, when people are paying me so little, right? Part three of four, the money. A no ends it. Nothing else gets offered. That slot is empty too. Roughly, what does it cost you to get one customer and deliver to them? Ads, tools, and your time. Say you do not know if you do not. It costs me roughly $1,000 in time, tooling, effort,

13:31employees, etc. to acquire one customer. I imagine the next question it's going to be is how long do they stay for? So, it's trying to calculate the LTV and roughly how much does a new customer pay you in their first 30 days? Everything that they buy, $1,487. So, it just covers the infrastructure and in some instances I actually lose money in the first 30 days. So, it's not ideal. Also, as an aside, most clients

14:06will stick around for about 8 months. So, I'm just giving it some numbers. Now, these are not necessarily true. I just want to show you the LTV to CAC that it's going to calculate for me. If you don't know what that means, then you're in the wrong place because you haven't read any Hormosi content. It goes to infrastructure. So, the first month pays for delivery and leaves little for the $1,000 it took to get them. Out of 100 buyers, how many ask for their money back? And tell me if you

14:35offer a guarantee. So, fewer than five for sure. Yes, I offer a guarantee. So, I guarantee that at least 10 calls will be booked in the first 60 days for them. Otherwise, the next 90 days are free. So, let's see if it even builds me out a much more compelling guarantee because that's it's an okay guarantee, but

15:01obviously it could be better. All right. So, this is part four of for your model. So, the first 30 days test I fail. A customer cost you $1,000 to get. They pay me 1,500 and you said that that just covers the infrastructure to serve them. So your model today is currently 10 qualified calls a month pay for infrastructure plus 250 a call empty and then the monthly fee is the continuation. The leak is that a new customer pays you less in their 30 days than it costs to get and serve them. So every sale drains cash. Very true. Which

15:36is why it's not an ideal offer. First slot. Which front offer fits you better? So a decoy offer buy X get Y free. So, let's see. A decoy offer is uh the offer the basic version free or cheap. So, you plug in the systems, hand over the skills, and walk away. On the call, show it next to the done for you

15:58engine with 10 call guaranteed. Guaranteed or buy X, get Y free. So, they pay for a block of months up front and they get more months free on top. Same service, same guaranteed. I'm not really sure. I don't think that people would be willing to pay me vast sums of money upfront because most of them are coming completely cold and so they're extremely hesitant to pay me lots of money up front. If they come warm inbound, it's a different story. So, I'm thinking some kind of decoy offer or potentially uh some kind of lead magnet offer where I plug something in for free and then I upsell them something else

16:38after that which is significantly more valuable. So, let's see what Hormosi says to that. All right, so it's picked a decoy offer. A free plugin gets a cold buyer in the door and then a done for you engine sits sits next to it on the call. No big money up front. They said yes. This is what you offer next. Which one would your buyer take? Classic, the closing team. You can't have booked calls without somebody to close them. So I placed them a closer plus an STR team to set the appointments or the sales machine. So you cross off what they do not need. Then you tell them one or two

17:18things that they do. So cold calling LinkedIn outreach a closer or training their team to run it in-house. I happen to think uh probably the closing team. So I think probably the closing team makes the most sense. So remember these people are coming completely cold. So if they are coming inbound, it would make a lot of sense to go uh to prescribe and unprescribe as Hormosi suggests. So he like sits down with the prospect and he goes, "Listen, John, um these are all the things that I would usually suggest, but quite honestly, you don't need this. You don't need this. It would only you definitely need this

18:05thing here, but you don't need these first two. So why don't we go ahead and get you started with this thing down here, and then he moves them forwards." So the closing team, it it fixes the exact problem you said shows up the moment the calls land. And so the downell would be the minimum the same done for you engine at a smaller size built for a buyer who doubts the channel or who has a small market. Less of it never the same thing for less. And continuity discount. So they already

18:32paid monthly. They stay about 8 months. Offer free time if they commit to a term and give it at the end of the term, not the start. Keep both or change one. I like them all. Keep them both. So, it's coming to the end of the money model interview here where um I imagine if you answer this differently, like I have I've seen the branches that come off these these questions based on yes or no or based on what you actually say and uh it may ask you slightly different questions. So, I suggest you actually like click down below, get this free skill, plug it into Claude, run SLMoney

19:12models for your own business and see what actually gets pumped out based on your business and the money model that Homozi would suggest for you, right? I tried to make this skill like if you were sitting across from Hozi and Hozi was interviewing you, this is exactly how he would structure it. All right, so this is pretty wicked. It even gives you a report right at the end. So, it it builds out the money model for you and then it creates this report. So, 10 qualified sales calls booked into their

19:42calendar, today's date. The 30-day test fails. So, a customer cost you about a,000 bucks to get the model before build this one first, the attraction offer. So, the 30-day test fails. When a customer does not pay for themselves in 30 days, Homozi fixes the front end offer before anything else. Perfect one offer at a time. Perfect one offer at a time. It's tempting to implement the whole money model at once, but don't. So, he's suggesting to just rebuild the the front-end offer so that

20:12it gets my money back within 30 days. Very smart. And then here is the attraction offer. It's a decoy. So, advertise a free plugin, the basic version where you plug in the systems, hand over the skills, and walk away. And on the call, show it next to the done for you engine with the 10 calls and 60 days guarantee. So advertise the free version and when they ask, present the premium first and make the gap between the two huge. Say, are you here for the free stuff or lasting results and then introduce the premium version. I would probably put the price up here uh in that case. And then uh the upsell is the

20:50closing team. So, I will actually place a closer for you, plus an SDR team to set the appointments. And I might be able to even downell them an AI version of that if they need or if they don't go for this. And so, the downell here is the same done for you engine at a smaller size. So, if they aren't ready for 10 calls, maybe we can do five. Um, how about now then? Fair enough. The Jordan Bell for close and then continuity. So free time on the monthly fee if they commit to a term. So I could do something like hey pay for six months

21:24upfront and get an extra two months for free for example. And then in this so this is the order. So upsell is a closing team. Downell is the minimum package uh when the closing team is denied and then the continuity is a term discount. And then the three leaks that I have today. So, new customers pay me less in the first 30

21:46days than it costs to get and serve. Obviously, nothing is offered after the years. You barely have a business. You have a front-end offer. And the front-end offer is not even that good because it doesn't it doesn't get me back my cost of acquisition in the first 30 days, right? And then a no is at the end. So, nothing else is offered. So, this week, and it even gives you action steps, make it then decide where it goes on the sales call. And then the first people, so the next cold leads who book

22:14a call from outreach, sell them this. And work it out in dollars. What one customer cost you to serve and you gave the cost to get one, not to deliver. So that's important. Then the rules here are never offer the same thing for less. Obviously, if a customer asks you for their money back, give it back to them. Price a new offer low, raise it as the yeses come in. and check the law before you use the word free or run a giveaway to stay compliant. So guys, this is all taken directly from the $100 million Money Models book. Again, if you want that skill that you can just plug in and

22:50you can use for yourself, I'll leave that linked below. It is completely for free. You can just plug it in run/moneymodels and you can run the same output. It'll interview you and you should get a report at the end of it just like this. Now, if you want to see videos like this and you want the source every day, subscribe because I'm making one video every day breaking down Homozi's frameworks, Iman Gazi's frameworks, all of the latest cutting edge AI tools, all the newest models, all kinds of crazy stuff you can do with

23:18all these systems that I am building. And I am bringing to you all of that stuff for free, guys, over the next 100 days. So, if you want to join in, make sure you subscribe. I'll see you in the next one. Peace.
