0:00This is my AI operating system built inside of Grockbot with every single one of these representing a real function in my business. And this is the all-in-one dashboard with every single task and every decision within Grockbot updated in real time. And this is the organizational chart that runs my entire business with every single bot listed here and all of their personalities and functions. And they even have their own custom icons, which if you stick with me, I will also show you how to do. So, in this video, I'm going to show you exactly how I built every single one of these in four different parts. And then
0:35I'm just going to give you the prompts so you can create your own inside of Grockbot. These are the four things that we're going to build today. First, we're going to audit and clean up all of your bots because if they're anything like mine, they were a mess. Secondly, we're going to set up an organizational structure that actually runs like a real company. Thirdly, we're going to build out your AI operating system so you can see everything in one place. Then we're going to build the decisions dashboard with every single bot task and all of your decisions in one place. So, first we're going to run the audit and cleanup
1:07of your Grock bots. Now, I had 79 bots today, but after this audit, it turns out I only need 30. So, we've deleted a bunch, consolidated a bunch, and cleaned up all of the garbage. So, now my bots look more like this. There are 27 that we can keep, 11 that we can merge, four that we can put on the bench and pause for now, and then 37 that are basically unused that we can delete. Now, Grock bots are really fun to create, but the problem is that bots pile up, and if you're anything like me, you have like dozens and dozens of bots that you
1:41created a week ago that you've never touched ever again. And so, this fixes that because it's going to run the same test for every single bot. It's going to score 1 to five. It's going to ask, does it have one clear job? And then, is anybody actually using it? And then in just one prompt across seven different steps, your Grockbot is going to audit itself and it's going to clean up your entire fleet. So, here is this mega prompt that we're going to paste into Grockbot and it's going to clean up everything for you. So, I'm just going to copy this prompt over. And real quick, guys, if you want all of the
2:13prompts that I'm going to be going through today, including all of the different four parts, then make sure you join the free Dopamine Digital School group that I've left linked down below. There are more than 10,000 business owners and AI enthusiasts in here where every single day I drop different hacks, different templates, different tricks that you can plug into your own Grock bots and you can start saving time and making money. Now, after we paste in that prompt, this is the report that
2:40Grockbot is going to give back to us. You can see that across the top are all of the different bots and all the suggestions. There are a bunch of tabs that I can pageionate through here, as well as all of the different bots listed here that I need to be keeping and all of the ones that I can get rid of. Now that we have your Grockbot all nice and cleaned up, we need to make sure that every week we run through the same cycle so that it's selfcleing. So, all you have to do is come over here, copy this prompt over, and then put it into
3:10Grockbot. Now, part number two is all about running your Grock bots like a actual company. Cuz if you think about it, it's kind of crazy. If you have all of these different AI employees roaming around doing whatever they want, without any specific tasks, without any KPIs, without people managing them, it's really hard to keep track of things. No wonder it's a mess. So, I'm trying to run everything like an actual company. A company has a CEO. They have heads of department. They have workers who report to the heads of department that then report back to the CEO. So that's the exact structure that we're going to
3:45build here. And that's the one that I use inside of my Grockbot. Up here you can see me, King Jordan, sitting at the top. And I have one bot, i.e. Cooper, my chief of staff, who is this cute tabby cat, who is the go-between between me and all of the heads of department. Those heads of department then have multiple workers beneath them that report to the heads and then the heads all report to my chief of staff who then reports to me. So the first division head over here is the YouTube CEO who is called Wonker. Now Wonka has one KPI and then his goal every day is to tell all
4:24of the workers to make sure that that is the KPI that they are all moving towards. In this case, it is 20,000 YouTube subscribers by the 28th of December. So, I'd appreciate it if you hit the subscribe button. It costs you nothing, and I make videos literally every day breaking all this stuff down. So, if you want to say thank you and you want to help us hit 20,000 subs by the
4:46end of this year, then please subscribe. Secondly, we have Midas, who is the bot biz division head, which means he governs all of the Grock bots that are off doing little money tasks trying to generate $200 a day across all of the different money bots. We have the SEO bot, the QA bot, the support bot. All of those report to Midas and then Midas reports back to Kooper. And then we have Ace, who is the head of Dopamine Digital, i.e. my core business, the agency that I run. So the KPI that we are trying to achieve is three signed
5:22launch partners by the end of the year. And so he manages all the clients, he manages all the outreach and also the websites. Now when I fed the audit through my fleet, it came back and said that actually I needed to add three more bots to my fleet. So I have gone ahead and done that. I've added finance and billing, sponsorship deals, and then X reply. I think it's a massive game changer when you structure things like this where each department has its own specific KPI that every day they are trying to optimize towards just like a real company. Now, if you want to make icons for your own Grockots that look
6:01like this, then I am going to give you the prompt in just a second. But these are all drawn in code with Python and something called pillow on a 20x 20 grid. And here are the steps. First, I picked all of these different characters like owls, parrots, bear, pig, robot, lion, panda, and more. And then I added a job badge. So you can see that my head of community has a school badge. My head of X growth has an X badge. My bot biz has this like little icon. So, at a glance, I can see not only are they cute, colorful characters, but they actually tell me what they do, which is
6:37really important. And then I've also given all of the heads of department a crown. So, at a glance, I know which ones are where in the hierarchy. You'll also notice that every single division has a specific color. So, all of the bot biz Grockbots have this goldy color in the background. All of the YouTube and content bots have this green color. And then everything else has this purple
7:01color that runs dopamine digital. Finally, I added a crisp outline to many of them so that everything popped. And then I exported it in a way that can easily be intaked into Grockbot for you guys. Now, it took me a long time to be able to do that. So, here is the prompt. If you want to steal that, again, I'm just going to leave that in the free dopamine digital school group, which I have linked down below. So check that out if you want to do the same inside of your Grockbot fleet. The problem that most of you will probably face without an organizational chart is that there's
7:34no clear boss for each bot and there's no shared numbers to chase. This is a big one. Every day you have one KPI that you need to be optimizing for and it's hard to see who's kind of doing what at a glance and all the cute Grockbot characters kind of all blend together cuz there's only really a handful of icons that you can choose from. So, it's
7:54hard to distinguish who's doing what. But now, this fixes that because not only do we have an organizational structure, but we also have a fun way of identifying which bot is doing what and in which division they're in based on colors and icons. And all it takes is just one prompt. Like I said, you just whack that into Grockbot and Grockbot will take care of the rest for you. So, this is how I've structured my organization. You can do something similar, but I would suggest you take the pillars of the things that are the most important to you and you give them a head of department. And then you give
8:27all of those heads of department the autonomy to go out and build and create the bots needed to deliver that specific KPI. And then of course have a chief of staff that all of those bots report back to so that you can just communicate with the chief of staff. Otherwise, it gets really confusing very fast. Now in this org chart you can see that there are goals that everybody is trying to reach and then even in one specific department
8:52we have multiple different categories. So for example inside of content we have not only YouTube but we also have X growth and then also the community head inside of school. Now I hope that gives you your own idea on how to actually structure your own organization. But if not all you need to do is come here and copy this prompt. You can see that this prompt is going to put you at the top as the CEO and then create a chief of staff for you. And then under the chief of staff, create different divisions inside of those divisions. Create different departments and then create workers inside of those departments that all
9:28report back to their heads just like in a real company. And so this is what you're going to get in return. I have 54 different seats, three divisions and four different levels under me. I have only one bot that I need to speak to. So, I sit at the top here. I am the head honcho. I report to nobody. And then beneath me is my chief of staff. You can see that all of the personality and all
9:56the tasks of Kooper is loaded in here. And then this is the office of the CEO with all of these different kind of workers that run in the background. And then I have division one, division two, and division three. So inside of the content division, Wonka is in charge of all of these things. And then inside the YouTube department, we have all of these different workers that go out and do sort of autonomous stuff. And then inside of the XGrowth, we have this bot, which is the head of its department. And then we have the community head of school over here. And then all of the
10:30different workers that report to the head of school. For the bot business, we have the SEO bot. We have all the workers that report back to it as well as the bot biz QA head. And then we have the support head that manages all of the customers that come in and all report back to Midas here. And over here on the agency side, we have ACE. And you can see that we are tracking 30% towards our goal. Inside of this particular division, there is a brand new hire who is the client success head. And so this was created as a result of the audit where we need a bot to manage client
11:10success. Then we also have the outreach head over here. And then the website and offer head over here that all report back to Ace that all report back to Cooper that then report back to the head honcho. me. So, here are the six rules. You only talk to one bot. Work goes up. Only decisions come to me. Files, not chatter. And then there are four levels and jewel hats. So, some bots wear multiple hats. And then there is only one goal per division. Now, a task travels down my org chart like this. I create a bunch of to-do lists. My chief of staff looks at the to-do list and
11:47then decides who needs to be the one given that task. it passes it to the head of a specific division. That head of division then passes it to the workers and then there is a QA that happens before it gets passed back up. That then comes to me for final approval. And this is how we build the same kind of structure in six steps. So,
12:08we're going to list out all of our bots. We're going to group them into divisions. We're going to name them by jobs with icons. We're going to give them one goal, a status folder, and then a dashboard, and a morning briefing. And again, if you want to do that, all you need to do is just copy that prompt that I've left in the free school group. And thirdly, we're going to look at building your AI operating system inside of Grockbot. So, you have complete oversight of your entire operation in one place. Now, the big problem that we are solving here is that there are just too many bots to track down the side
12:44panel. it's hard to keep track of who's doing what. And so this city that we are building, everything will be happening in real time and you'll be able to click in and actually see what's going on. And I'll show you that in just a second. Now, there are hundreds of notifications sometimes and there's no way to see who is stuck. And so that's why this visualization, although it seems like overkill, actually solves that problem because every bot has a desk. And in one quick glance, I can go and I can deconstra it. Now at the top here you can see every division has its own goal
13:16and we are working towards filling that bar all the way to the end. And over here you can see a list of all of the bots that are currently working and some of them are waiting all broken down by separate divisions. And within the actual city officecape here you can see every single bot at its desk. And you can click on every single one of them to see what's going on. Over here we can see a daily quest to try and earn a little bit of XP. Just a fun way to get stuff done. And then over here we can see all of the urgent tasks that are
13:49waiting on your approval. So if you want to build the same thing for your Grockbot, all you need to do is come over here and copy this prompt and paste it into Grockbot. So let me show you actually what it looks like live. So all the bots that are working, you can see down here we can toggle across and we can see different divisions. Now, this is the chief of staff, Cooper, and you can see he is the one at the middle here. Now, if we come back out to this 50,000 ft overview, we can even click into different divisions here. You can see the YouTube division here. And then
14:21coming over to the X division here in the corner, I can see all of the details and if there are specific things that are waiting on me. So, for example, reconnect X to Zernio schedule post can go out again. And so if I mark this as done, I'm going to earn 40 different XP.
14:38And then post today's X reply drafts. Target is 20 a day. Six went out on the 28th of October. So I can click mark done and I get more XP. Over on the bot business side over here, I can see all of them working their butts off. In the corner, I can click on all of these different workers and I can see what tasks they're working on or if they are idle. And then in the agency division over here, I can see everything that's going on, any tasks that are waiting for
15:06me, and I can handle them accordingly. And then if I really fancy it, up the top here, I can even turn on sound effects, and I can even turn on some music. So, I think that's pretty darn cool, and I hope that you guys are able to build something similar for your own Grock bots because this is a gamecher for me. And I think it looks pretty darn awesome as well. And part number four here is the decisions dashboard with every single decision waiting on you and all you need to do is just click approve. So this lets us see every single goal in the business and only the
15:39things that need me to step in are put onto this dashboard that updates in real time. Oftent times there are many decisions that bots are waiting on me just clicking approve and I don't go back into that bot chat for multiple days. And so a bot is held up by a simple button click so many times. So this completely solves that and removes that bottleneck. So up the top here we have how we are tracking towards our goals across different divisions. Down the left here we have all the different divisions and their current state. In the middle here we have the priority queue with all of the different
16:16decisions that you need to make that you can just click approve or done or to keep open. On the fourth here, we have a tactile knob that we can turn to go from command to content to autonomous to dopamine. We can also flick these little switches here, which I think is a cool little touch. And down the bottom here is an activity log that prints in real time, as well as a couple of metrics
16:39down the bottom that you'd want to see. So, to build your own dashboard console, all you're going to do is just copy this prompt over and put it into Grockbot. So, here it is live for you. Now down the side you can see all the divisions listed here. I can click on Cooper chief of staff and I can see everything that he's doing. These are all of the things that need to get done. So I can say that's been done and this has been
17:05approved. And then I can come over here. I can even click the sound on. I can toggle this. And you can see there are some pretty cool animations. And uh everything that I need basically is all in one place. And I can have this just next to me on another screen or even now with the pages update, I can have it within Grockbot open that I can go backwards and forwards between. Now, last thing guys, if you want all of the prompts, I will leave them for free inside the dopamine digital school group. However, if you just want to copy paste all of the templates, I will leave
17:39that inside of the AI system society. On top of that, I will also be giving you all of my AI systems. That means all my Grock bots, all of my clawed systems, and every single thing that I've used to go from 0 to $16,000 a month in 84 days locked inside the AI systems society.
17:58You can see here we have 136 members. And just today, I did an exclusive workshop where for an hour and 45 minutes, I broke down exactly how to go from zero to $10,000 a month in under a 100 days. On top of that, inside of the classroom, you can see that all of my Grock bots are here. All of my claw skills, all the AI systems that you can just literally plug and play into your own systems. And then a sprint across one, two, and 3 months, giving you day one, you do this, day two, you do this, and acquiring your first handful of clients all the way up to $10,000 a
18:36month. So, if that sounds interesting, that is the first link in the description. Make sure you check that out. So, make sure you subscribe, guys, and help us get to 20K by the end of the year. I make one piece of content every single day showing you how to take AI and marketing and use them together to make more money in your business. So, that's all from me, guys. Thank you so
18:56much for watching. Peace.
