But first, let me show you what Hormozi suggests are perfect lead magnets and why these work. So, the very first one is to reveal a problem, some kind of audit or scan. And so, if you look at this this is definitely fitting

2:00that audit. A sample or trial or like a taste of the real thing. And so, this is a good example of what it might be if you're a legion agency owner and you're giving them free leads. And finally, you have one step of many. So, if you have a series of steps in your offer, can you break it down and just give them the one first part so that they can get value straight away. Now, when you are reaching out to cold traffic, remember there are only five things that they will respond to. The first is to make more money. The second is to generate

2:32more leads. The third is to save money. The fourth is to increase their status. And the fifth is to give them some kind of high-in-demand service like TikTok ads or ChatGPT ads or something like that, right? And so, the way that this translates to the lead magnet is that the profit leak scan helps them make more money. The duty savings tool where it shows them how our SaaS product replaces tens of thousands of dollars of waste shows them how they can save money. And then, obviously, giving them a whole bunch of leads shows them how we can generate them more leads. Now, if you want to

So, there are four stages, right? The first one is the most comprehensive, that is the research stage, where we feed it links, like we give them the website, we give them LinkedIn, we give them any other applicable links that we have, and then Fire Crawl goes and reads all of those websites, and then Exa does all of these web searches on all of these, and then Appify pulls in their LinkedIn photo,

4:24job posts, head count, anything like that, and then it also searches for public databases, and then Claude pulls all of that in and then puts it into a hyper customized report. 4:51into a beautifully presented report. And so, we want to make sure that it is hosted somewhere that they can access it, and we can actually track if they open it or not. And so, we use GitHub, Cloudflare, and then we actually build tracking in so that we can take an action once somebody opens the report. And then, the ping goes through Slack to the SDRs in the team. Everything is recorded in the ClickUp, and then even a reply is automatically created inside of Instantly and pushed both through email and LinkedIn. The duty report works in a similar way, uh more utilizing Appify because they have a whole bunch of

5:35actors that you can use. In this particular case, we look at the US Customs Import Records, and then we infer if they are importing a lot of goods into the US, and then we are calculating the duty that they are paying, and then we are showing them how much our product can save them based on just running it through us, right? And finally, for the agency owners, the leads that we are handpicking and we are giving to business owners to show them the quality of the leads, it runs through a similar process except here it uses Apollo and a bunch of other things inside of Appify. All right, now I want

6:09to show you how awesome this is because not only are we able to create these reports in a couple clicks that look hyper-personalized, that also by the way look really fantastic on mobile, but we're able to track when somebody and where somebody is accessing these reports from and then based on how much time they spend on the report and where they are in the world, we are able to send them a message and say something like, "Hey John, I saw that you just opened the report. Uh would now be a great time to get on a quick call? I can just walk you through it live." So, this

6:43is what that looks like and we pixel it in the same way that kind of Facebook does, right? And so we can tell their IP address, where they are in the world, and how much time they spent on the page, and how engaged they might be. And then, we can either reach out to them manually or our AI SDR can reach out to them with an automated message to try

7:03and book them in right there and then. So, we're getting speed to lead in under 60 seconds. And so, this is what that pipeline looks like, right?
