This is the full transcript of The Content Strategy That Puts You Ahead of 99% of Personal Brands, published on YouTube by Eden. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.

0:00Welcome back to the Eden channel where we talk about personal branding, content strategies, social media growth, and most importantly standing out from everyone else online. And that's exactly what this video is for. Now, if you're a beginner who wants to build a personal brand or just start creating content, the most important thing you can do is just have a strategy and a system. Because if you want to turn this into a career, then you have to treat it like a career. If you want it to be a business,

0:28then it has to be a business. In other words, you need to actually be consistent. You can't just show up and post one idea every week or every other week or once every three days or on your own schedule and convince yourself that you're actually taking this thing seriously. You need to be consistent for months to years on end. Yes, you can skip a day, but if you don't have the foundation of consistency posting almost every single

0:53day, especially with short form content, then don't expect to go anywhere. That's the reason most creators fall off in the first place. And I would argue that almost 90 to 95% of people who start do. That's why this video is important. It's not going to be a viral growth tactic that you can go and implement

1:09tomorrow. It's going to be, it's the foundation. So people fall off because they either run out of ideas or they're consistently mediocre. So they have the consistency part down, but they don't put any time into a strategy. So I want to help you create your first version of a content system that will put you far ahead of most other beginner creators.

1:29And then we can use AI to help you manage or run it for you. And so this system is based on four things. First is just ideas that are likely to do well, preferably based around a solid brand strategy. So they are unique rather than just picking a viral topic all the time and only writing about that. Now with Eden,

1:48we have a lot of data on people who sign up and people who leave. And the biggest reason people sign up is because of the discover feed or being able to find viral topics with AI. And that's extremely helpful because that's what you do with any kind of creative work is you have a reference, you have inspiration so that then you can create, but it doesn't do anything. If you aren't able to turn it into a consistent

2:10system, you can't always rely on that. The second thing you need is a way to draft plan and just post those ideas in a streamlined way. So it doesn't get overwhelming. Third, you need an AI that understands your voice and story, your content strategy, your content pillars, and what ideas go viral. And then fourth, once you have the system down, AI can automate certain parts of it like delivering ideas for you to approve

2:34every morning. The automation part is what we're going to go over at the end of this video. And it's actually quite simple. So before that, I'm just going to show you how to set everything up because if you don't have the strategy, the ideas, the planner, everything else, then what is the AI going to use? You're just going to be using AI like everyone else with not that much good

2:52text and just being like, Oh, here's my audience's pain points. Can you give me a few ideas based off of this? Or here's a YouTube video that I liked. Can you give me a few ideas based off of this? No, the AI has to understand you, your strategy, and your planner. And simply by just having those things in place, it's a complete game changer. It makes it so much easier. So we need to start with the strategy. Now,

3:13a great strategy is composed of a few things. The first is just your position. So what do you stand for? Because that's why people follow you. They aren't following you because you wrote a viral tweet. They're following you because you have a position, a perspective, a point of view worth following. So what composes your position is first, your mission,

3:33which is the change you want to make in the world and people rally behind this. Next is what your beliefs are. So your core beliefs that others share with you. Third is what you're against. This is your brand enemy. It can be a habit that people have like overeating, or it can be a belief like a victim mindset or a way of living that

3:52hurts your audience. You don't need to make your enemy a specific person or a company. It has to be a way of living for me. Those who follow my actual channel, you know, I'm against the default path in life. Go to school, get a job, retire at 65. And just me positioning myself against that attracts people who have the same outlook. And just with those alone, you're already separating yourself from other creators who just talk about

4:16viral topics or trends or random ideas. You need to give people something to follow. That's why they follow you because you're leading them towards something a better life. And the last thing for your position is just why now? So what has recently changed that most people haven't noticed, this makes your message urgent and worth following. Now, after your position, the second thing you need is the change you create or the transformation that your audience is going to have,

4:41because that's why they're going to remember you. And that has three parts. The first is where they are. So you think of the life they're in and where they're stuck. The second thing is where you're taking them. So this is what their daily life looks like on the other side of what you help

4:55them with. And the third thing is who they become. And the best thing you can do for this is come up with a name and identity and aspirational archetype. So for myself, something I talk about a lot is just becoming future proof. So that's what they become is future proof. I could name it something like the future proofists or the future proof gang,

5:14but that's not, that's just not my brand. Right? So you can help with something more broad and people can self identify. Now the next thing you need is just proof. So why should they listen to you? And a lot of people overthink this, but the first thing here is just your story. So where you were, what you changed and what you can do now.

5:30The second is your role. So you're not trying to be a hero. You're more so a guide or someone who's documenting the journey or the one who got out and came back with a map. And the third thing is just who you're shaped by. So the thinkers who influenced you. So all of those pieces are just a frame for your ideas. After that you can create your content pillars,

5:51your topics and the ideas branching off of each other. And honestly that's where most people start. That's why their brands aren't unique because they don't start with the things we just talked about. So I want to show you how to do this in Eden. But as I mentioned earlier with the discover feed, this is a great place for finding viral topics on any platform.

6:10And the breakouts chip is actually an incredible place to look for ideas. But for those who have used Eden before, I've noticed a common issue with people who sign up and they immediately come to discover and they type in something super specific in the search bar. And then when it doesn't show results or enough results, they're like,

6:28ah, this doesn't work. But you're typing in stuff like medical supplies ideas when that's, of course there's no outlier content in that. That's not what the discover feature is for. The discover feature only shows you outliers. And if your niche doesn't have any outliers or is very sparse to begin with, you're looking in the wrong place. What I want you to think of instead is just how top creators create content in general. I'm pretty sure it was Alex Hormozi who said he studies the gaming niche

6:55because they're really good at capturing attention. And then he brings it over into his niche, which is business. So he uses similar title structures or thumbnails or script structure, and you can do the same. So if you're talking about medical supplies, then you're simply trying to find an idea in a related niche. You could go to the founder and CEO niche and then look at their content and

7:17then save a few to a board. Or what you can do is take it, hit send to Eve, which this is new and change if you haven't noticed, but then you can essentially just click reverse engineer it or write my version or just tell it what you want to do and say, hey, I actually want ideas related to this, this, and this,

7:37but I want to apply it to this viral structure. Can you help me with that? So just a little tip because that is a very important thing for a lot of people who come to sign up for Eden. But what we're here to actually do is have Eden create our content strategy. I personally built this part.

7:52There is a ton of knowledge and logic behind the scenes for this specific quiz. So what you're going to do is you're going to go into here, hit start. There are six questions. You can say I'm just starting out or I already post and have an audience. If you click this one, it's going to ask you for your handles and then you can add your handles. Here. So it's going to look at your top posts and kind of formulate your strategy

8:15based on that. But then it's going to ask you what your interests are and it's going to pull your content pillars out of that. It's going to ask you questions related to the things we just went over to understand your beliefs and what you're against and your mission and all of that stuff. And what comes out is something like this,

8:31where it has your intellectual signature, which is what makes you unique. And it has everything listed. It has your content pillars, what you're against your story, where they are now, who they become, what you believe, all of that fun stuff. And it comes up with the first draft, not the final draft of your content pillars. And then once it does that, it researches our database of millions of outlier posts and figures out according to your intellectual signature,

8:58what topics would do best for you. And then when you click on these, it will bring up ideas for you that you can then add to your planner, which I'll show you in a second, or you can send it to Eve, our content AI that also understands how to write good content. And I'm not talking like we give it instructions, like all the other content agents out there that frankly,

9:18when we hear from users, they're just not that good. What Eve does differently is that she checks, she teaches herself how to write content based off of what's performing and then applies it to your ideas and drafts, which is just a completely different way of going about it than most people are today. So this video isn't about strategy. That's why I'm telling you to do it this way, because the amount of feedback we've gotten on this strategy feature alone just

9:43tells you like to go about doing it this way. Cause this is going to give you a better first draft strategy than honestly, most content strategists out there. I put a lot of time and thought and effort into how this actually works and spits out the ideas for you. And of course it's a first draft.

9:58So you can chat with it, you can chat with your strategy and refine it with AI. You can connect Claude to Eden via the MCP and do that as well. So if you're using Claude to come up with content ideas, now it has access to your strategy and your planner, and it can publish and schedule when it's connected to Eden and it can build digital products, communities, your manage, your email list,

10:18create Instagram auto DMs. Eden is like you're all in one place to do all of this as a creator. Now outside of your strategy and creating your content pillars and topics and ideas, it is still wise to save ideas as inspiration outside of that. And not only rely on that. So I'd recommend coming to the discover tab, at least once a day, maybe choosing some filter chips, doing a search or two asking Eve or going to the creators tab, searching up a specific creator, let's say myself here,

10:48and you can see all of their top content here. And you can also save them to a board. So I can click here, add to library or save to board. And what that looks like is similar to like my YouTube swipe file. So if I see a YouTube video, let's say on YouTube, I can save it to a board with the Chrome extension. And then if I ever want to brainstorm YouTube titles, I can just chat with this board specifically and say, Hey,

11:11I'm writing about this, this, and this. Can you look at the YouTube titles on this board and help me formulate my own? That will perform well. And of course, one thing I also recommend is when you spot a creator that you like, you can always add them to a list. So you can click this plus button or go to lists.

11:30And what the list does is it just shows you all of their content in one feed. And you can filter it here. You can chat with a list, so on and so forth. So whenever you spot two kinds of ideas, a validated idea or a favorite idea, an idea that you really like, save it inside of Eden. And if you don't know how to organize it, whenever you save something, there's an option to send it to Eve and you can just put in the message box,

11:54organize this for me and then send it. And then it will manage the organization of your workspace. So now we have an abundance of ideas. We have our strategy that has our content pillars, our topics, and our ideas. And we're saving ideas to boards as inspiration. And of course you can just jot down ideas in your notes app, but obviously that's not a system. Again, if you're taking this seriously and treating it as a career or line of work or business, this isn't something that you just do willy nilly because that system

12:21can't be refined or improved according to feedback. If you aren't doing well, you don't have somewhere to look and say this isn't working and then improve it from there until you do get results. If you don't understand the entire process of going from idea to post and that post doing well or not doing well,

12:40then you don't have any way to change it outside of guessing. So now how do we actually take an idea from an idea to a draft, to a post that is what the planner tab is for. So as you can see, even in a structured in this way you have ideas, you have strategy,

12:57planner and publish. So it's the entire system in the form of tabs. Now this is actually the planner that I'm using for this video, right? I put down the ideas that I want to turn into videos on this Eden channel in this planner specifically. I can have multiple planners here and switch between them.

13:14And then mine's very simple. I have four statuses. I have potential idea next up in progress and done. And this one should actually be inside of in progress. So I'll drag it here. And so I put the idea here and you can do this from the strategy tab or Eve can all of this, which I'm going to show you. I'm just showing you the manual way of doing it because it's helpful to come and

13:35look at these. But then I write notes here, I add a script. And so in this cell specifically, this is called a workspace item property. So if you add a property, you can add workspace item. And then when you click on this, I can open this in a pane. So as an example, this is the outline that I'm using for this video specifically. And if I just have the ideas planned out here, I can just create the draft,

14:01open it in a pane and start jotting my ideas down there. I can also add a board here if I want to and add research to that board or inspiration content that I'm going to base the video off of. And what this looks like is if I click the empty cell, I can create a new document, new table, new board,

14:17or add something from my workspace specifically. And if you like the Kanban board, this is a great way to do it as well. Now, when you're creating short form content, what you can do is you can open any of these items and then you'll see at the top, it has plan, research, script or draft and posts.

14:35So for something short form, you don't really need research, right? That's more so for YouTube videos or newsletters or articles. Same thing with script or draft. Like it's helpful to be able to script an Instagram reel. If that's what you're doing, you would create a document in here and there's a button to do that.

14:54You can open it in a pane and draft the script. And then once you have the video, you can go to the post tab, create a post that's going to open the publisher. And then you can write the caption here, or if it's a tweet or a Substack note or something going on Threads, the platform or just a written short form post,

15:12then you can draft it here and schedule it if you want. And it keeps track of it right here. So essentially that's a project management workflow, right? That's a content management workflow. And of course that gets pretty complex, right? Like we built this for agencies specifically. We have an agency's tier where you can have different client workspaces and you can plan out all of their content for them and schedule it,

15:35send it to them for review and all of that stuff. And you can keep their ideas in their workspace specifically. And it just makes sense for an agency that has clients that they write content for. But for you as one person, this may be difficult to keep up with. It's actually, it's really not once you get used to it

15:51and you may have to get used to it. Yes, it's going to be overwhelming if you're just starting this out because it is a business and you should try to run it like a business. But the point is, is that AI can help you manage it. So you can just do it more from one place, one specific place,

16:07which would be a chat in this case. But in order for that to work well, the chat has to understand the entire process. It has to understand your story, has to understand your voice. It has to understand all of that. And there are two problems with AI right now. One is that the people who are trying to create the content agents are not creators

16:28and they do not understand the process. And so what they do is they take a few viral posts and then they turn it into instructions for the AI. And then they put that as something like the system prompt. That's a simplification. They make it a bit more complex. But the point is you don't know if it's actually going to work.

16:44And the same thing happens with Claude or ChatGPT. The way that most people use it right now is just asking for content ideas or asking it to research their niche, which it isn't going to do effectively. And then they get something back that's mediocre, but it's something they can work with. And then they have to rewrite the draft anyways, unless they want the content to be pretty bad

17:03because people will know whether or not you actually do it with AI. So AI is only as good as the context you provide it. And if you can't provide it real viral social posts or outlier social posts, then it doesn't matter how good the model is. It doesn't matter if we have AGI tomorrow.

17:19It is simply not going to work as well as almost any other way of creating content. That's specifically why we created Eve. Eve is essentially the brain behind the Eden AI chats. So when you first go to the Eve page, which is the little chat icon up here in the sidebar switcher, it's going to show you what Eve can do.

17:39So it can create your strategy. It can build things inside of your store, like a digital product. It can plan your content. It can write emails or newsletters for you and send them through Eden. It can build a community. It can post messages in your community. It can look at your post analytics. And another reason we did this in Eden is because when you start as a creator,

17:58you almost get like tool overload. It's like, should I use beehiiv for email lists or should I use this or should I use this? And we've reached a point in the market where we actually need an everything app. We need an all in one app for creators. And so that's what we've built. You don't have to guess out of all of these different tools,

18:18an email marketing tool, an auto DM tool, like Manychat, any of those things. You just have one for a much lower price than getting all of those things independently. So when you get into Eden, this is what it looks like. You have your previous chats here. You can open these in a side pane like this. So if you're writing a newsletter or you're doing something,

18:38you can open the chat and you can brainstorm. You have starters. So if you just want to quickly get it to interview you for content ideas and then draft the post for you, you can click interview me. If you want to find viral topics or write in schedule, these are probably going to be the most used things.

18:53We also have other prompts so you can see what it can do. Email my list, build a product, start a community, make a quiz or a form, check your sales, build an auto DM flow, all of that stuff. Now, the thing about Eve is that she has memory. So everything she learns about you, she saves in about you. She understands your business and creates documents related to those

19:15that she can search to get information from. She understands how you like to work, decisions you've made, things to avoid, and your voice that is constantly updated. The thing that most AIs get wrong and why they can't actually get your voice right is because they just do a voice analysis and then it never changes.

19:34Is your voice going to be perfect when you first start using Eden? No, probably not. I think that's a silly thing to expect. Of course, it's not going to be able to perfectly nail your voice. So as you work with it more or you tell it, "Hey, this part is wrong. I would say it this way," it continues to refine and edit your voice.

19:52And all of those things are necessary. As we talked about, we have our strategy, we have our planner, we're able to publish, we have the discover feed with millions of outlier social posts. Eve has access to everything inside of your workspace and can manage these things for you. When you're coming up with ideas, it says right here,

20:10"Every idea checked against what's already working." When you ask for ideas, it goes and looks up content that is already performing so that it can tell you whether or not the ideas are good and propose new ideas that are much more likely to do well. No other agent or AI on the market does that. So it has all of these things and it learns your voice and it knows about your business

20:32and your story. So it has all of the components that other AIs don't have, and you probably aren't going to give it to them to run this entire content system while maintaining your brand identity and your uniqueness. So what you do next is inside of a new chat page or Eve, it's fun to click around here,

20:51you want to go through these getting started items. We've already built the content strategy, so that's fine. That's inside of here. Now you tell Eve about you, it's going to understand who you are, what your name is, what you do, and then you're going to start teaching Eve your voice and you can connect

21:06your social profiles and it will pull from there. It'll pull from other places in your workspace and then it will give you kind of like a first draft and then you just refine from there as you chat with Eve. So we have the foundation in place. Now how do we actually automate this and turn this into somewhat of a routine? Now I'm going to show you the simple version because personally I don't really like AI

21:28writing for me. I know I've talked about AI drafting stuff for you, but I like maintaining, I like writing, I like doing that. And honestly it doesn't take that long to do if the idea is good and you know how to write. So the first thing we're going to do is set up a routine that looks for ideas related

21:46to my strategy and delivers them to me every single morning. So what happens is I wake up, I see the content ideas and then I can essentially approve one, two, three of them and then it adds it to my planner so that I can then just go into planner and then start moving them through the phases. So what you would do here is you would go to routines and then a starter one is just

22:11morning ideas. So you can click this and then it says it'll give you three post ideas for the day. It shows up in updates with a notification. So you'll see a little dot up here and it will be inside of a chat. So you can just go to the chat as well, but you can choose the time, then click start and

22:28then it will run that every day until you turn it off in your settings. But these are just presets. So I want to show you how to actually create a routine. You go here, you click new routine and then I would personally click set up with Eve because you can write it yourself and it'll open a modal like this and you can just write

22:45the instructions. But I think if AI writes the instructions, it can take what you want and actually turn it into something a lot better and then you can refine it before you actually create the routine. So I hit the set up a routine, new routine set up with Eve and then it asked me questions.

23:01What should the routine do? One job in a sentence. An example, each run give me three post ideas from what's breaking out in my niche this week with a link as proof for each. Now, one I would personally create is this. I want you to look over my content for the day, see what did well and what didn't do well, then help me double down on what worked and give me tips on how to reposition or

23:24restrategize what didn't work. And you could make this every week or every day. Every week actually might be better. But this is just an example that I think most people should have in their workflow because that's what you do in general. You do this with or without AI. You look over your top content, you see what did well, and then you take those ideas and put them back into your week from a different frame or a different lens because that's the

23:46market telling you that they want more of that thing. So I sent that. It just asks when should it run. And then I said every morning at 8 a.m., do it from the day's content before. And then we actually have prebuilt skills inside of Eden for postwriting, post ideas and even creating a routine. So it's much better to create the routine with Eve than it is otherwise because it's

24:07going to do all of the best practices and give you a lot better results. It's going to automatically run these when it needs to. So it set it for 8 a.m. It said each run reads the previous day's posts against your own baseline, then hands you three things, the winners with the numbers and the pattern to repeat, the flops with the rewritten opening line so the fix is visible and one post to make today that doubles down on your best performer post to new or too close to your average get left out instead

24:33of forced into a verdict. So I think that's pretty good. That's better than what I told it to do. And then when I visit this every morning, I can essentially just say, yes, draft the new ideas or put them into my planner so I can go ahead and draft them. So essentially what we're doing here with the routines that we've been over so far is we're just getting good ideas that we can pick from because they're not all going to

24:55be perfect. And then we're adding them to our planner. So when we actually sit down for a focused work block of one to two hours to draft to write, we just go to our planner and we do it and then we schedule them. And if you want to do this on a weekly basis, then create a routine that gives you over a week's worth of ideas like 50 ideas and then you can sit down for two hours, pick

25:16them out, add them to your planner and just batch all of the posts. Now, one thing that I know a lot of content agencies do or even larger creators in general, especially people with that are working with a content agency, is that they will just get drafts or scripts to the other person so that they can approve it and then film it and schedule it. So in many cases, I'm actually not against this at all is have it actually draft the

25:39ideas for you. Don't have it. Just give you the ideas, have it give you the drafts, and then you have something to find and work from. Because me personally, I actually generate my own opinions and my own ideas when I see something written as a fully fleshed out idea. So am I going to use any of the drafts that the AI gives me for me?

25:58Probably not. For you, it may be really good. But at least then I can just like go on my phone, look at the routine in the morning that it delivered to me and be like, I would say it like this, this and this, add it to my planner. And then once the drafts are in the planner, I can go through and physically write them. And it may look completely different from what it gave me, but that's an incredible

26:16starting point. So honestly, that's the gist of it. And since this is supposed to be for beginners, I kind of don't want to dive into anything more than that or else it's going to become more confusing. So essentially, just to recap, what you're doing is you're finding viral topics. You have your own strategy based off of your story, your beliefs, your mission, all of those

26:35things so that the ideas are actually unique. And that's the foundation. That's what's going to shape a lot of this. And then you have the planner that the AI can also manage and help move things through the process from idea to draft to scheduled and post it. And of course, if it's writing something like a YouTube script for you or a reel script, then you're going to have to sit down at that point when it's in that column of the planner, the drafted part, you're going to have to sit down, record it and then put those videos

27:02along with it. So I will leave it there. If you want to try out Eden, it's five dollars. You get a 30 day creator sprint course. You get unlimited access to the Discover feed in the creators tab and you get to build your entire strategy. So that's all for five bucks. That's just an unbeatable deal, in my opinion, to get yourself ahead of other people in the

27:21creator economy. Outside of that, there's more links below. Thank you for watching and I will see you in the next Eden video.
