0:00In this video, I am talking about Alex Horoszy's rule of 100 and how I went from 0 to $16,35 per month in 84 days and how you can just literally copy the same eight steps that I did. Okay, so if we are looking at this, I actually have done this three times. So the very first time I did this from a standing start, I went from 0 to $10,000 a month in 94 days and I used mostly Upwork. Second time I did this, I collected $70,000 in a 100 days by pinging a piece of content every day for a 100 days. And I collected 7,000 YouTube subscribers. And

0:37here are a bunch of proof. And then most recently, I did the same thing but with cold outreach. And I went from zero to $16,35 a month in 84 days. And here are a bunch of screenshots you can see from Stripe and also different bank accounts where clients have paid me into it. And real quick, if you want to follow along yourself, I have created a Claude skill and a free 100day breakdown with every day broken down into actionable steps which you can get with the link below in the free school group. And obviously, if you want paid help, I have the AI system society where I give you one-on-one

1:14support, weekly calls, daily Loom videos, every single thing you need to do broken down step by step, day by day with videos and content, and also hundreds of my own templates, skills, and all the AI systems I use to run a multi6figure agency. Cool. So, step number one is to pick your one thing. Homozy says, "Sell something to somebody. Pick one avatar, one product, one channel, and pick the who from the three Ps. And he talks about a problem that you have fixed, a passion that you read about or you are really good at anyway, that you would pursue anyway, and a profession. So, a job that you've

1:51done for years or something that you have unique experience in, and then try and serve the person that you can provide the most value to and say no to other mistresses. Now, this may seem silly, but this is actually the biggest thing that's going to stop you from achieving the goal that you set out. And remember, everything looks like an opportunity when you start, and all of them work, but none of them work if you just if you pick all of them. And so, you really just need a 100 people paying $10,000, and that's a million bucks or 10,000 people paying $100. Don't over complicate it. Pick one thing. Go all in

2:26on that one thing. And don't try and diversify and do all of that kind of rookie mistake stuff. So here's some actionable things that you can actually do. Create three columns on one page. Pain, passion, profession, two things each. Circle the one where you can name 10 people who would pay to fix that thing. And then write the sentence, I help avatar get dream outcome using the thing that I'm good at. And then say it out loud to one human today. Keep yourself accountable. And step number two is going to be to actually pick the channel. So Homozi says that there are

3:01only four ways to reach your audience. And so we have the core four, which is what the hund the rule of 100 is based around. So there are only four ways that you can reach your target audience no matter who you are, no matter what you sell. Right? You've got warm outreach, you've got cold outreach, you've got posting free content, and you've got running paid ads. Now, I have done warm outreach, cold outreach, and posting free content. And I am also starting to run paid ads at $100 a day. But if you are brand spanking new, I would recommend that you do warm outreach and cold outreach. It's going

3:39to be the easiest way for you to get results quickly without spending a ridiculous amount of money. Yes, you can run paid ads, but why would you want to do that and just light money on fire when you don't know what you're doing? You're brand new. don't have any case studies and you probably aren't very good yet and you probably are selling something that most people don't give a flying f about because you haven't validated it, right? And so what that

4:01looks like is 100 primary actions a day. So that's 100 reachouts, whether that's through cold outreach or warm outreach. It is a 100 minutes of content like this. This is a piece of content that I have blocked in my in my calendar to film for you guys or $100 a day on ads. So, pick one. Don't pick two. Don't pick three. Pick one. And every day until you hit the goal at 100 days minimum, do 100 primary actions or 100 minutes of

4:33that thing. Okay? So, really simple. Pick one of these. Do them for a 100 days. 100 minutes or 100 actions. Helmoszi says that he has never seen a business not grow when they implement the rule of 100 when they are just starting out. Now the whole reason that I'm doing this is that there are 100 days left in the entire year. If you are seeing this past September 23rd, you have less time. Come on. But you have 100 days left in the rest of 2026. And so either you can go into 2027 and have the exact same life that you've had for the last 365 days or

5:15you can change something. And so I have learned that the easiest way to change something is by committing to one thing, following Homozy's rule of 100 and doing it for 100 days straight and do not stop. And so that's the whole premise of this challenge. And so for me it's organic content, right? So I'm going to post piece of organic content every day for a 100 days and if you don't see that then I suggest you keep me accountable and the comments make sure that you are saying hey Jordan where is the piece of content today for you if you are brand spanking I would say outreach cold email

5:51LinkedIn messages upwork outreach warm outreach call people go through the phone but whatever you need to do so the reason why this matters is that you cannot sell to somebody who does not know that you exist the first time I did this like I said I did it through Upwork. The second time I did it, I did it through content. The third time I did it, I did it through cold email and now I'm going back to content because it's the thing I enjoy the most and it's the thing that I think has the highest leverage, but it takes a long time. And so, if you're just starting out, you

6:19know, I have all this studio and all this fancy stuff, so it makes sense for me. Um, I'm also still running some of the the outreach stuff on my team is what I would suggest is that you do cold outreach. Days 8 to 30, you can send Upwork propo proposals, uh, some warm outreach by hand while the cold email machine warms up. And day 31 onwards, cold email goes live. And then that becomes the 100 outreaches per day. And pick where your buyer already is, not what feels the safest, and write it on a card under 100 a day. So like actually write this stuff down and keep yourself accountable. Now,

7:00step number three is to define what a 100red actions or 100 minutes or 100 things look like. Because a lot of you are going to go, well, I'm going to read, all right? Or I'm going to plan something or I'm going to tidy up my profile. But that's not the thing that's going to bring you any clients.

7:20So, only count what counts. And so what I would suggest is writing a list of the shiny things you said not like not see you said no to this month and all the things that are going to stop you from achieving your goal. What I have actually found is that the things that you need to do are the easy things. The things that you are currently doing which you shouldn't be doing which you need to cut out are the hard things to

7:48actually do in a challenge like this. And so if you write down all the things that you are not going to do and how you're going to change all like what things you're going to sacrifice and then you write down all right for 100 days I'm going to do 100 minutes of this. It's way more impactful than I'm going to do 100 minutes of this because you're going to push it to the end of the day. All the other things are going to pile on top of you and then you are not going to get the thing done. Trust me having done this three now four times

8:17I can tell you that this happens every single time. And so it's just a numbers game, guys. Like, if I look at the first time I did this, it took me 40 days to sign my first client. And here are the numbers like down the funnel. 4,000 strangers to get 24 people interested to book six calls. Five of them showed up and one of them turned into a client. And so this is this is something that I think I I really want to try and hammer home as well, because you are going to see no

8:46results for weeks probably. And it took me 40 days to sign my first client from zero. It then took me 50 days, right? Get that. It took me 50 days. So I was 50% of the way through the challenge the second time round before I made a single dollar from content. And then on day 50, I got $50,000

9:12in my bank account. Just think about how mental that is. 0 0 0 for 50 days, 50% of the way through the whole challenge. And then on day 50, I get 50 grand. And so it's almost as if every video that I made made me $1,000. So think about it like that. Each outreach that you do, each day that you do the outreach, even if you don't make the money in return, it has a monetary value associated with it. But that number is

9:45just coming to you in the future, right? It's delayed gratification on faking steroids. So, and then it took me several weeks, the third time to sign my first client when I did cold outreach lead generation. So, the most important thing is to not stop halfway through no matter what. Do not stop. That would be my only advice. If you take nothing else from this video, it would be do not stop. Now, some tips and tricks here is that Hormosi suggests like buy a kitchen timer. Don't have your phone next to you. Don't time it on a phone. Use a kitchen timer. It's tactical. It's way

10:24more fun to actually use. Do the 100. Look [clears throat] at your phone. Get get water. Go to the bathroom. Every time you do that, pause the timer and see how long your 100 minutes actually takes. It might take longer than 2 hours. It might take your full first 4hour block. Um, and so the best morning routine is the one that gets you to work the fastest. Everybody knows that. Hormosi is a big fan on that. I like to meditate in the morning and potter a little bit and then get to work once I'm caffeinated. You do you. So, uh, Leila actually adds some interesting wisdom

10:59here where she talks about fear. And so, fear of inaction, fear of not being enough, fear of all of these things will stop you from doing the actual things that you need to be doing. And so people masturbate about the idea of working and they do like two hours of prep before 3 hours of work. They think they've done 5 hours of work, but the only things that you've actually done is like delayed the actual work. So the quicker you can get to the thing, the better. And Leila talks about this here. Fair is a mile

11:32wide and an inch deep. And so it seems like a big vast chasm, but it's really like this this deep. So just like do the thing and stop delaying it. That would be uh that would be a fantastic piece of advice that I would give myself if I was going to go back and start this again. Now step five is the daily rhythm. So if you cannot get into a daily productive predictable in your calendar blocked out time to do this, you just won't do it because you're trying to do this on top

12:07of everything else that you're doing. Take this from somebody that put this as their second priority. the end of the day, I would finish all of my agency work, finish all the client calls, finish all of that kind of good stuff, and then I would get into the content creation, and I would start at like 11:00 p.m. or midnight, sometimes 2:00 a.m. because I'm on the calls on calls to the US, right? And it was miserable, debilitating, and I hated it. But I did

12:33it anyway. I would not recommend that you do that. Here is what I would recommend you do instead. So be 100 is the first block of your day. Do nothing else before it. And like everything else that comes along, okay, cool. Call it an amazing opportunity, but just don't do it, please. And so your your day should look something like

12:57this. The first I would recommend four hours of your day, you just block. And they no matter what that's the only thing that you do during those four hours is that you do the things necessary to get the 100 actions out the door and then you actually do the 100 minutes of focused attention on the hundred things and then everything else comes after that. This is really the only thing that matters because if you do not time block it, like I don't know how many millionaires told me that the way that they became a millionaire was by time blocking and I didn't believe them until I actually

13:32started doing it. I'm like, "Oh, no wonder I was broke before. No wonder these people are so rich." Step number six is to measure it. So what gets measured improves and you will have spikes and famine. And as long as you're doing the volume, you will succeed. So to make it a little bit easier, I've

13:53also created this rule of 100 tracker. You can get this inside the free school group. So you can get this inside the free school group. You can see here there are 8,000 other business owners just like you. And I will leave everything linked here for you to download. All completely for free. And so um this is what it looks like. Um and so you can see that all the tracking is here. All the things that are necessary are here. Everything updates automatically. It's really awesome. So if you are tracking things, then you care about it. If you are not, you just simply don't care as much as you say you

14:28are. And what gets measured improves. How can you improve on something if you don't know what you're doing, right? And then you can actually look back and you see, oh, on that day I did this thing and this this improved. And then what you can do is you can say, well, when I sent somebody this type of message, they didn't respond. And when I did send them this message, they did respond. And then you can make adjustments, right? And so Hozi suggests that step seven is at day 30. Step seven is at day 30 to actually look at the things that you were doing and change

14:58and adjust the things so that you're not just putting in the blind work. Now, I'm all for doing volume, but I like to work smarter. I don't know about you, but I'm like I'm willing to work crazy hard and I'm willing to work my brains out, but the thing I'm not willing to do is to like to to work crazy hard for no output

15:19and be really stupid about the thing. And so I think this really helps for people like me maybe who are a bit perfectionist and they overthink things is that if you are tracking things and you are getting better every day, it does not feel like a massive waste. These videos take a lot of time for me to produce all of this stuff, all the thumbnails, I'm doing it myself because

15:39I want it to be fantastic. And if I just blindly close my eyes and just pump stuff out, eventually something will stick. But if I look at the things that are working and I'm like, why did that video do so well? What hook did I use here? What thumbnail did I use here? Read the comments. What are people saying? Oh, that's what people want. Okay, I'll make more stuff like that. Oh, that jumps on the back of this trend and it gets tens of thousands of views. Okay, cool. I'll do more stuff like that. Like, if you are not having that sort of thought process when you

16:09are going through your journey, you are going to find it very difficult to continue. Trust me. So, you need to have more leverage in your outputs, right? And so, you have no leverage. Volume is the only lever. So, just do the volume. It'll create the skill, but get better 1% every day. So, write down all the the the best and the worst 10 messages that got the most replies, the ones that didn't get any replies, and then try and figure out what what's going on here and how you can stop doing the bad stuff and do more of the good stuff. Step number eight, I've said this a thousand times

16:43already, but do not quit. I'll say it again. All right, for the people in the back, do not quit. At day 50, if you have zero results, look at the results. Look at the replies. Look at what you're doing and try and improve. Ask Claude what's going on. If you're in the If you're in the paid group, ask me what what can I do here. I will create you a personalized Loom video. If you're in the free group, ask some questions. Other people will help. I'll come in and help as well. But

17:17do not stop. I beg of you. It's it's I know it's it's crazy cliche, but it's literally this. You've all seen this before, right? But it's literally this. Like, you are this person here, and you are 100 days away from completely revolutionizing your life. 100 days is all it takes to completely change your entire life. Don't stop at day 60. The price of admission is all of the work that you need to do in order to get to your goal. And most of it will be a complete waste of time or at least that's what it'll look like. But you are becoming the type of person who can

17:58receive these results. And like I know it sounds crazy and woo woo, but it's really true. So write a list of all the shiny things that you'll say no to this month. Keep it on a wall. And when you want to quit, just do the do the 100 first and then decide after. Day three is is really the test because day one and two even up to probably day seven are going to be relatively they're going to be easier. But day 30 you sit down and review everything and nothing in between is a decision. Okay. So for me it was day 45 until first result, day

18:3350 until second result. Day the third time around I think it was like two weeks in I signed my first client. But it wasn't day one, right? And so Homozi talks about diminishing returns are still returns. Facts. Okay. So now how do you actually take action? Well, I have a free Claude skill that you just plug and play. And again, it's going to be completely for free here for you. You just download it, put it into your claw, type slash rule of 100, and then it'll tell you, okay, welcome Jordan. Today is day one. Day one, you do this. That's it. Day two, you do this. That's it. Day three, you

19:14do this. And that's it. And it gives you instructions on what to do. And then, if you are not a Clawude user, first of all, what are you doing? Secondly, I put it all into a PDF. So, all of that is going to be for free inside the free school group here for you to join as well as the tracking document that you can track everything for. And obviously, if you want paid help, join the AI system society if you are lucky enough to be seeing this at the end of

19:40September. We having a crazy crazy deal. So, make sure you check that out because it'll never be this price ever again. So, thank you guys very much for watching. Subscribe, click all the buttons, and I'll see you in the next one. And please do not stop. Tell me if you are one of the few people who are

19:57actually committing to this 100 days. And type in the comments below what you are going to do, what your 100 day like which one of the core four you are picking. What is your goal? And what's the number one thing you're going to cut out of your life and I'll see you inside the free school group. And for a select few of you that want to work with me,

20:14I'll see you in the paid school group. And it's like 20 bucks a month if you look at the average. So it's just like ridiculous value. Anyway, thanks guys. Peace.
