0:00Grockbot has been seriously blowing up recently. Even Elon Musk says that it's the fastest growth of a product that he's ever seen in his life. And big names are also getting behind it, including Coinbase's CEO, the CEO of Shopify, and even the head of Stripe says that payments between agents will matter more than payments between people. It is now so big that a simple update from one of their team leads hit 40 million views on X. So today I'll share with you 10 massive updates on Grockbot, including how it's ushering in a new era of agendic payments and why you should pay attention if you're a
0:30business owner. And finally, we'll cover some top tips and updates that you should know about as of today. And if you're new, my name is Jay. I spent over a decade working with brands you probably know, have been in AI since my masters in data science. And now I'm leading our AI business and one of the largest AI communities globally. Now, if you're new, Grockbot is a new app in a category called personal intelligence agents, which is basically an AI assistant with its own computer, which means that it can go off and do work for you. Now, there have been a few of these recently, and after trying and spending
0:59time in almost all of them, and the one that I personally keep coming back to the most is Crockpot because the team really ships like crazy. Elon even says that over a 100 futures and fixes are released every week, which I'm not surprised would be true given how AIDL their team is. But now before we go into some of the productivity updates, I actually want to start with the updates that matter to you as a business owner because very clearly Grockbot is prioritizing agentic payments and shopping, which is basically letting these AI agents buy things on your behalf. And without a doubt, this app is probably one of the easiest, most
1:32effective, and now most secure ways as well to let agents buy things for you. Now, when we go through these payment use cases, I actually want you to not see them from the point of view of a shopper. Although, of course, you can do that as well, but just think of them from the point of view of a business owner and just see how impactful this will become a few years down the line when more people start using these agents the same way that everyone
1:53eventually started using the internet. So, the first update is the vault, where you store your cards, your login, and contact info right inside Grockbot. and your bot fills them in when it signs in or checks out, but it never actually sees that sensitive information. And if you already use one password, that now works, too. So, you just approve each login in one password and it fills it in without your boss seeing it. And a simple way to think about how this works under the hood is that it's essentially the same idea as Apple Pay or Google Pay, where the shop never really sees your real card number. In the US and
2:24Canada, for example, your bot can even pay with one-time cards through Stripe Link. So, a store only ever sees a card that works once so that your actual credit card number actually never reaches the store. So, to set this up, just go to settings and then vault and then add your card there. And in the payments tab, you can just pick the one that you want your Grock bots to use first. The second update are shopping cards. So, when you ask your bot to buy something, it now actually shows you the products as cards with photos, ratings, and the price and the store. It even shows you now a buy now button. It now
2:55works with Shop Pay, which is Shopify's checkout tool. And this is big because shopping through an agent through Grockbot finally feels like how it would be in a store like Amazon where you see the options, you pick one, you approve it, you see the reviews, and your bot can now even track the order until it arrives. And so if you have a Shopify store, this is going to be really relevant for you because in the future finally you can get traffic from big aggregator websites like Amazon because the more that people use their agents to shop for things, the more that they won't necessarily need to go to
3:25amazon.com, but instead just ask their agent to find the best product amongst the options out there in the internet and it will display those options for you right in the chat along with all the relevant information that you need to know. And so alongside listings in Amazon, you can now also appear in that set of options and get attention and traffic even without having to be listed in Amazon yourself. In a third update that is not entirely Grockbot specific but is very relevant and related is this one from Stripe where just a few days ago they launched Stripe Pay which they're saying here is useful for
3:56instant businessto business transfers where if you have an agent you can just find another company by its Stripe profile and send them money to conduct any transaction for free without any fees. Now this has just been announced so we'll see how it really works when rubber meets the road. But what it means if it works and it gets rolled out more is that there's not going to be any transfer fee anymore when one business on Stripe pays another. Now, if you are in Stripe, you can just find this in your Stripe dashboard if it's already available to you. I believe they're still rolling this out because it's
4:25still in beta. And it also works from the command line, which is the one that you're seeing here in their expost, which is likely anyway how agents will be using it. And so very clearly you can see Grockbot is focusing on commerce and letting agents buy things for you. And what's important is when Grockot and other personal agents like Muse or Instinct, once they get better and more people use them, then you need to be shoppable to these agents as well. It's the same as how it was when a business wasn't on the internet. You could still do business, of course, even if you're not online, but you just weren't as
4:54effective as your competitors who were. Now, I can do another video on making your business more available to agents and how this concept of AEO works. So, let me know below if that's of interest. But for now, the biggest advice that I have for you is for you to try out Grockbot or another personal agentic tool if you haven't yet. And in case you're new and you want to get started, here's a quick primer because all you really need to do to get started is to download Grockbot from the app store or even on your computer through this website. Now, Grockbot is a paid tool, but the cheapest plan that includes it
5:24is this premium tier, which is at $30 US. So, now let's go to some more productivity features. And the first one is that Grockpot can now call someone or a business for you. So it can make a request on your behalf, take notes during the conversation and send you a summary right after the call. And this is a great use case because so much of running a business and a lot of our personal admin still happens on the phone. And now that is a job that you can actually hand off to your agent. To use it, you just tell your bot who to call and what you need and it will be
5:53able to do just that. Next is that Grockbot can now build pages. So, if you've used Claude before, this is sort of Grockbot's version of artifacts because a page is exactly that. It's a custom web page that is only accessible to you unless you share it. And it can be, let's say, a checklist or a report or a dashboard that your bot keeps updated and even edits and refineses based on your feedback. And if you've ever worked with agents before, this is quite important because a lot of times the chat interface is not actually the ideal place to work in for you and your agent. It's difficult to present things
6:25visually in chat and also hard to present some data in. But a page is something that you can actually use. You can customize it to be as visual as you want and you can even share it with your team the same way that you would for a Google doc. To make one like all of these features, you can just ask your bot to do it. For example, you can ask it to build you a dashboard of our open orders in Shopify, for example. And then once that's up, you can just hit share to send it to your team. And by the way, if you want to learn how to build and
6:51sell AI systems that businesses actually pay for, then that's pretty much all we do over at the Robbernuggets community, where not only do you get access to the Claude Living Masterass, which we update every week and takes you from zero to mastery with the latest on AI, but you also get access to our agents as a service course, which walks you through how to actually get paid for all these AI skills that you are learning. You also get to be part of a genuinely great community of AI builders. In fact, you can see just some of the recent wins our members are getting from the program
7:18right here. So, if you want to start earning from AI, then check that just in the pin comment below. Now, back to the video. Another interesting update is that Grockbot is now also becoming a bit like Siri because on your iPhone, part of what they released as updates the past few days is that it can now use your own apps like Apple Home, reminders, location, your contacts, your alarms, and even your calendar. And so now you can have Grockbot be a true personal assistant, at least in the iPhone world if you're using iPhone because it can edit your calendar. It can set up reminders for you and even
7:47now control a lot of the smart home devices that you have in your house. To turn it on, just open Grockbot on your phone and allow each app when it asks. You can set a prompt like this to get started and after that it will be able to connect to your phone's apps as well. It's rolling out on iPhone now and I wouldn't be surprised if Android would be next. Grockpot can also now import your memory from the other AI assistants that you use. So let's say if you've been using claude or chat GPT, you can actually directly import your settings in there into Grockpot so that your
8:17preferences and context can be migrated into Grock. Now the way they do it is not yet perfect in my view, but I'm pretty sure that they'll improve this down the line. But right now, if you go to settings, you can click on import memory. And essentially what you'll have there is a few steps where you copy the prompt that they provide, send that to chat GPT, for example, and then send back chat GPT's response back to Grockbot. So that is a simple way to import memory across these agents. But hopefully as they continue to develop this more, I'm interested to see how they would actually integrate one memory
8:47and one context that self- evvolves across these different agentic platform because then that would really drive adoption of these tools especially for business owners where the context of the business is really important. Crockbot also now uses the best model for the job. Elon actually posted that going forward SpaceX will be using the best backend model for any given task including Claude Opus 5.5 even midjourney or Sununo and other leading APIs. So if Grockot needs to answer simple questions it will probably go to small fast models and complex ones go to larger models and this is big because it means that Grockbot gets smarter without relying on XAI's own models and you
9:26don't need to do anything to set this up by the way because it happens in the background. Although personally, I wish they had some sort of developer mode like the way that we have it on phones or even in our Chrome browser where you can just adjust the effort and even choose the model yourself. I think that would be a nice feature if they add that. And finally, an update that I recommend you act on now is in the fact that your bots can have their own email address. So, what you do is you can claim one address at mail.grockbot.com and your bots can receive, read, search,
9:55and send email from that address. And so if you want your Grockbot to sign up for services, collect receipts, or even sign up to newsletters, draft replies without touching your own inbox, that is now available to you just by asking your Grock to do it. To get one, just ask your bot to get itself an email address. Or alternatively, you can open connect apps then email and and make sure to choose the name carefully because you actually only get one per account. And after that, as of the moment, you can't really change that account for your Grobot. And now a few bonus quick rapidfire updates that may be relevant
10:25for some people. One is that your bot can now make videos and images, which is quite handy when you need a quick visual without having to leave the chat. So, if you ask for a short video of a coffee being poured, for example, then Grockot will be able to use its video models in order to generate that. From what I've seen though, the videos do use Grock's own imagined models. So, if you're going down the video route for a lot of your workflows, I still think it's better to use other video models to an aggregator service like key.AI or File.AI, AI, which I talked about in another video
10:54that I will just link somewhere in this lesson. There's also some aesthetic improvements to the UI and UX because as per the team, the application itself is now smoother. And for autumn and Halloween, they actually introduced this pumpkin-shaped bot, which is quite interesting. And it's these small design touches that I think really make
11:09Crockpot more approachable to use. There's also now one sheet with every keyboard shortcut, so you can move faster without having to use your mouse. Just press command and slash on a Mac and you'll be able to bring it up. So there you go. Those are the biggest Grock ball updates as of today. As
11:24usual, thanks for watching till the end. I usually do videos like these where I help you use AI better for your business. So if that's of interest, then feel free to subscribe. I'll see you all next time. Cheers.
