0:00I recently helped my 57-year-old retired mom start a YouTube channel without showing her face. And in her first 90 days, that channel made 12 and 1/2 thousand dollars from ad revenue, and now it's making over $6,000 a month. And then we also used that channel to sell an ebook, which so far made another $9,000 as well. Now, she had my help getting started. So, in this video, I want to show you what we did, what I helped her with, actually goes into starting a faceless YouTube channel like this as a complete beginner. Because maybe you've been thinking about adding an extra income from home, but you don't

0:39want to really record yourself or put your personal life on the internet. Well, my mom never really filmed anything with a camera. She never really showed her face. I mean, she barely even speaks English. So, in this video, I want to show you exactly how faceless YouTube works step-by-step, and we'll cover what to make videos about, how to create them without being on camera, and how a channel like this earns money in different ways. So, whether you're working full-time or thinking about retirement or have already retired, I'm going to show you exactly what goes into this so you can decide whether this is something you want to do yourself or

1:17maybe not. So, let's first take a look at my mom's YouTube channel. So, in the last 28 days, her channel got 1.2 million views, which got her an extra 11,000 subscribers this month, and that made her $6.7 thousand dollars from ads. So, she's continuously doing around $300 a day. But what most people don't realize is that ads are only a bonus. I mean, 1.2 million people saw her channel this month, and you can always link

1:48things in the description and sell them. That's why I said we used her channel to sell an ebook, which is just a printable version of a book we made with AI and made another $9,000 just selling it through this channel. And what's even crazier is that this channel actually started just 90 days ago. So, it got monetized on July 19th. That day, obviously, zero bucks because it was the first day of monetization, and then it just started slowly climbing from like 50 bucks a day all the way to now doing about $300 a day, and I'm pretty sure it's going to continue growing to hopefully get her to 15 to

2:2620,000 dollars a month and ideally passive income. All right. Now, let me show you some example faceless YouTube channels and I'll show you what my mom was making videos about and then how you can make those videos yourself. All right. So, here is an example faceless YouTube channel. It's called Ink Explainer and they only have 17 videos. Now, according to this tool, Solar Revenue Estimator, they're making around $13,000 a month even though if you go to their latest uploads, you can see that they're only posting two videos a month. Now, if you open up any of these videos, you will realize that they're very simple and there is no human on camera. So,

3:05they're a completely faceless videos. And this may seem complex to make, but with the new technology, with the new AI tools, it's actually more simple than ever. And I'm going to show you exactly how it works and how you create these videos within minutes. I mean, remember, my mom doesn't even speak English and she has no experience with YouTube and she still pulled this off. Here's another faceless channel and this is more close to what my mom is making. Her niche is gardening. Now, niche just

3:36means what videos you're making about. So, for example, this channel only talks about gardening and plants. So, they're telling people what plants to plant in April. [music] And again, if you open up any of these videos, you'll see they're using some footage that can be found online with an AI voice in the background and they're not really recording anything with a camera. Now, the crazy thing is only this one video got them 1.1 million views. And you remember that my mom for 1.1 million

4:06views made $6,500. And this is just one video they posted. Now, there is also a new way that people are running these faceless YouTube channels and this is the last one I'm going to show you before I tell you exactly how to make these videos. And this one is called Bertha's Garden Hacks. Now, you might say, "Well, this lovely Mexican lady is recording her face." Well, she's actually not. All of these videos are AI. So, this is not a real person. In a second, I'm going to show you exactly how guy running this channel make these videos. But according to Solo, she's making $18,000 a month, which may not seem like a lot,

4:43but if you go to her oldest videos, you'll see that she just started 1 month ago. So, in the first 30 days of starting just from ads, she made $18,000. And we can see that she's also selling an ebook for another $39. So, it's very safe to assume she did a lot more than this in the first 30 days of starting. All right. Now, let's understand how many views you actually need to have a sustainable side income channel. To make things easier for you, I've built this completely free quiz/calculator where you can just answer four questions. The first question is, how much would you actually like this

5:22channel to make for you? Let's say I only need an extra $5,000 a month from this. Now, I'm going to continue. And now, what type of channel are we starting? Are we starting a faceless channel like Ink Explainer or like this gardening channel? Or is going to be more like an AI persona just like Bertha? Again, this is not a real person. Well, to keep things simple, I'm just going to start with a regular faceless channel. And then, we're going to continue to the next question. And now, how much time can we realistically spend on this each week? Now, genuinely speaking, you don't need more than 1

5:56hour a day to run a faceless channel like this. So, let's say only 6 to 10 hours a week. I'll continue with this. How would we like to make money from the channel? Ad revenue is great, but I always add a digital product as well. Even this gardening channel right here, they're also selling a gardening guide for an extra, what is it? 16 bucks? I mean, again, you are getting, like in this case, a million people watching these videos. Even if 1% of them buy, we made a ton of money, and ad revenue would just be a bonus, even though it is a very sweet bonus, as well. Now, we can

6:29just click on build my 90-day plan, and you can see that we actually just need 135,000 views in 30 days in order to make $5,000. The math is explained here because we're going to be selling a digital product. And now, below that, you're also going to get plan showing how to actually get this done. Now, I've been doing this myself for the last 15 years, but my mom has never really done this before. She's 57, and she only recently retired. And so, she had a ton of spare time, and I taught her how to actually do this. But let's look about why this is actually

7:06perfect for people above the age of 40. I mean, first of all, you actually have experience you can use in whatever domain that might be. Whether it's gardening, or fixing things around the house, or taking care of animals, whatever hobbies you had throughout your life, you have more experience than someone that is in their 20s. I mean, again, in my mom's case, she chose gardening because that's what she does in her free time, anyways. That's what she's passionate about. But quite frankly, I have a list of over a thousand faceless channels in so many different niches. Like, for example, here's a kitchen and cooking channel, and they only started very recently. I

7:43mean, look at their views, 200,000. And if you go to their oldest videos, they just started this channel 4 months ago, and they're making a ton of money from this, not only from ads, but also by selling things in the description. And anything you can imagine, there's a channel around it. Someone is very passionate about dinosaurs and ancient humans, well, they just made a faceless channel on that, and look at their views, 10 million views in 1 month from one single video. Like, that could genuinely be over $60,000

8:11if they monetized it in the same way. And that's just from ads, not even selling a digital product, which goes on top of all of it. Secondly, you can keep your personal life private. You don't have to film yourself, you don't need a camera, you don't need to show your home, you don't need to do any of that stuff. You just make faceless videos, and I'm going to show you exactly how to do that. Number three, my favorite fact is that this literally takes only 1 hour a day. I mean, I couldn't make my mom sit down in front of her computer for more than an hour a day. So, I know it

8:40genuinely doesn't take longer than that. She has her friends, she likes to drink coffee, she likes her cats, she likes to travel, she likes to read. So, this is only something she really did in her free time, which for us was about 1 hour a day, five times a week. And if you're still working, again, you can just set a few evenings aside, or if you're retired, you can just choose a routine that works for you. Have all the freedom that you want to do. And I mean, also, if you think about it, you're not really selling any products, you don't have to call people, you don't have to annoy

9:08others, you literally just make videos about things you care about, you find interesting, you get to learn more about those things, you're supposed to on YouTube, and if people watch them, which I will show you how to make them watch it, you just get paid for it, without even selling anything. I mean, you can sell an ebook if you want, but that doesn't mean that you have to call people or talk to other people, you literally just link it in the description box. Number four, I mean, you don't have to learn everything at once. Throughout this tutorial, you're you're you're going to hear me talk about scripting and AI and voices and

9:37all of that might sound complicated, but it actually is fairly simple. And I will be walking you through the entire process step-by-step. I mean, if my mom with no experience, without even speaking English, made it that fast, I think it's not rocket science. And number five, a good video can keep working for you for years. I mean, think about how YouTube works. Videos can be recommended 10 years from when they were posted. And as long as they keep getting views, you keep getting paid. I mean, I have videos from 2019, which actually 7 years ago, still getting views to this day. Not only earning me ad revenue,

10:12even though I forgot what I even when I even made that video, but also getting me sales, because those are real humans watching those videos. Now, since I can't really fit every little detail in this YouTube video, I made an entire step-by-step program for those that want to get the same treatment that my mom got, where I actually get to work with you on that channel and help you get that channel off the ground and walk the entire process, the same way I did with my mom. I mean, some of the people that are inside of this program, like for example, Sebastian, he went from being a

10:42doctor to now doing multiple six figures with faceless YouTube. Alexander was retired, for example, and he got to $2.6 thousand in the first 30 days of starting that channel. That's a great video in the community who shared exactly what the channel is and how he did it. Then we got Sebastian again doing $40,000 a month, and Haroon did $90,000 in 7 months. Then we got a 20-year-old 50k. Then here's one doing $21,000 a month. Then Chris quit his job, and Mahesh did $5.5 thousand, and

11:12Jason secured a brand deal from this. Then another $5,000, and people selling digital products. Then here's Matthew, a UPS retiree, now running two faceless channels himself. This is one of my favorite stories, and I also interviewed him for the community. So, he's now doing about $7,000 a month from those two channels, which is really nice. So, he was able to actually quit everything else that he was doing. And this just goes on and on and on because I've been helping people with this for the last, I would say, 6 or 7 years. I mean, you can go through all of these yourself if you are inside of that program, which I'm

11:49going to link in the description box down below if you would like me to help you start a faceless YouTube channel. But, either way, let's keep going around what my mom actually did and how I helped her. So, the first step was to choose what to make videos about. And in our case, again, my mom loves gardening, so we started a channel about gardening, but we just used this visual style right here because it's fairly simple to create, and people love them. I mean, look at this. This guy got 11 million views in one video. Step number two, we just need to choose a video idea. I have

12:21many different ways of choosing video ideas, but let's say, for example, if I were to make a video like this, what I would first need is a script for this video. And you can, of course, sit down yourself and write the script, but that's going to take a couple of hours. And again, if we are only going to do this for 1 hour a day, we got to use some tools to help us. And now, it's actually simpler than ever, and this only started working very well for the last month or so. In the past, we really had to do it manually, but right now, there is a tool called solo.ai, which is

12:54all-in-one operating system for one-person businesses. Sounds complex, but all you got to do, pretty much, is go to your dashboard, and then on the left-hand side, you just go to social media, and then right there, you're going to find the YouTube script writer, which is the fourth tool at the top. So, right here. Once you open it up, you just explain what this video is going to be about. So, it's going to be about gardening, and I can paste my title here. Now, it's not April, so I'm going to type in October. And then, in the details box, I can add whatever I want, different videos, maybe different

13:23YouTube videos that already speak on this subject, so that solo learns more about the subject, and then I can also model the style of writing of any YouTube channel I like. So, if these guys get 1.1 million views, I mean, I can literally just click on the share button here, copy the URL, the link to this YouTube video, and I can paste it in this box. So, I just click YouTube, paste, and click add. Now, below that, we have monetization tab. I can select how I would like to make money from this video, and it's going to be about ad revenue. And then, there's also frameworks included here. You really

13:55don't have to touch anything, and then you can select the length of your videos. Let's say I'm going to do 9 minutes, and then you just click generate script, and then you just let Solo generate the script for you. So, it's going to run in the background, and once Solo creates this entire script, and this is amazing because if you read it, it's fully optimized to keep people watching on YouTube, and this is something you can't really get anywhere else because Solo was trained on thousands of successful channels from all sorts of different categories. Now, we can just copy this script with one press of a button here, and then we're

14:28going to need to create these visuals. I like this visual style. There's many others, but this is a very simplified style. You see how it has all these drawings and animations, and we can do that inside of Solo. Like, on the left side, when you click on the visuals, you're going to see AI Visual Studio. You just click scene generator right here, and this is where you just paste your script. You can do that by right clicking here and just paste. This is it. Now, we got a full script on the right-hand side. We can select the visual style whether it's the cinematic 2D animation style, or the stickman

14:58style, or the hand-drawn sketch, which is my favorite. And then, we can select how many scenes we want. Now, just for this example, I'm going to do 15 to speed up the process, and then we just click generate bulk scenes, and then Solo will work for us to create all of these animation scenes that we can just use in our video. It's amazing. Now, in the meantime, the last thing we will need is someone reading the script. If you listen to these videos, they have this voice in the background and they're showing these visuals and it's really nice. And to get this done, we just have

15:30to go to the voice studio on the left and then right here, we can click on voiceover, which is the second box. And then we can just paste our script in this box. Now, as you can see, my script is too long, so I have to just remove the last three paragraphs. Let's do another one until it's below 10,000 characters. You can only do 10,000 characters at once. You can save the other part and then just paste it again later. And then on the right-hand side, we just need to select the voice. And there's like 9 and 1/2 thousand different voices to choose from. You can

15:58just play them to to listen to what sounds the best to you. And once you find the one you like, you just click generate. It's going to start generating here on the right-hand side. And now we have all of these animation scenes created. This is the visual style that I chose. I like this one. There are other visual styles that we can choose. But the cool thing is that we can just download all of the scenes with one

16:19click. And now we also have a voiceover. And now the last thing we need is to just put these scenes and voiceover together. And for this, I use a tool called CapCut because it's free. I mean, you just go to Google, search for CapCut, and then you just click here, and then it's going to look something

16:35like this. And you just click import. You first upload your voiceover from Solo, and then you open up your scenes and they're going to be marked in order like scene 1 2 3 4 5, etc. And you just import all of that. Just drag and drop that to the timeline. And just like that, you have a voiceover with all of the scenes like that and you'll just have to listen to the voiceover and match the scenes accordingly. And then once you're done and you have the full video created here, you just click export and you export this video as an MP4 file and there you go. It's now

17:04loading. Now, of course, there are some other things that go into the process, especially since there are different styles of faceless channels. And now you can also sell digital products like those ebooks that I've mentioned. and there are details about how to actually position your videos so they get views, how to title them properly, etc. Which is the main difference between someone that does this as a hobby and probably doesn't really get anywhere in a while or versus someone that actually knows exactly how to do things correctly from the start and they don't waste time, they don't waste money and they actually get results much faster. And so, if you

17:41would like to get my help, I'm going to link this community in the description box down below. We're going to be opening five more spots in October. So, if that's something you're interested in, then check it out a link below. Or otherwise, but I hope you've learned something new in this video. Make sure you're subscribed to this channel for more free tutorials like this one and I

18:03hope to see you soon. Have a nice day.
