0:00Hey Bilina, can you hear me loud and clear? What's up? So, can you walk me through what I have planned for today? What's the agenda? What are the things that I should look at or needs my attention for today? Pulling up today's schedule. The expo runs till 5:15. Recording till 3. Female founder space briefing at 4. That's the one worth prepping for. Then at 5:15, there's a power hour with Anastasia, but training with Kelly starts at 5:40, and they overlap, so one of those has to

0:31move. Dinner with the gang is at 7:30. Jay's one-on-one at 10:00 is done, and you decline the 2:30. Want me to flag that as a to-do? No, that's okay. Anything else? Not for me. You've got a full plate as it is. Thanks. Bye. Talk soon. And that was Botilina. She is my Grockbot chief of staff, but she's not the only one that's hard at work. Meet the rest of the team. So, these are my Grockbots. Now, for this account, I split it between the casual leader, Kenzie, and just unassign. These sections are super easy to create. So, click right on your Grockbot and then if you move to, you can create a new

1:12section and then just like move them around. That's super easy. Now, if you want to create a new Grockbot, it's very simple. You just go on the plus here, new Grogbot. You select whatever shape and color you want to stay in the spirit of the month of October. I will pick a pumpkin. And I will be very creative.

1:33And I will name my crockpot pumpkin. Then once you create it, you're going to see that you have a label that you can add under the name, which normally that's where I give it the job description and then you're going to have the details, library, and computer because yes, every single Grockot comes with its own computer that it can access. Now as you can see pumpkin understood that right now in this application we have the casual leader YouTube channel Kenzie work all pie work and personal tasks and errands. So for this I will just say personal tasks and errands and under the label I will say

2:14travelmate for summer holidays. Yes, I'm already thinking about summer holidays. And now it says okay great I can order track what do you want to start on and very simple I will say you are my travel buddy for summer holiday. So one thing to note for the older versions of Grogbot they there used to be a tab here where when you click on your on your Grogbot you would have actually under details have like instructions that with the latest version now it's gone there are no more instructions which I'm a little bit pissed I'm not going to lie because I had a really nice structure and

2:58description of what each of my grapots should do what where they should go and get information from where they should save the output and all of that. Now that is gone. So my best recommendation and bet is that when you create your Grockbot, you should add a really chunky description there of what exactly do you want that Grogbot to do and be. So clear roles and responsibilities are working the best with Grogbots from what I noticed. So here it's going to say, okay, where are you at with a trip? So when you start one of the grog bots, it will keep asking you and prompt you with

3:36different things up until it has enough to go off. And this is just one Grogbot. You've seen how simple it is, right? And this is for my personal. So everything that you see under unassign on the left hand side, it's under personal. For example, this one is the travel buddy, which actually drafted a really nice travel itinerary because we're planning to go to Japan in March. So, you can see that it gave us the best dates, the routes, a breakdown of day by day, which is phenomenal. I love that. the seasonal highlights, where to go, what to do, the classic and local spots, because I did

4:12ask also for local recommendations in each of the cities, and then where to stay, what to do on the birthday day because it's my husband's birthday, and what should we do getting around, practical tips, which here it's recommending to get an EIM. We normally get a Rolo, so you know, we already kind of had that in mind, but it's nice that it already recommended that. A rough

4:34budget for two. and then the sources. And the really cool thing is that I can already share that itinerary with someone that already has the link. So, for example, with my husband and we can both like chat off that. Um, that's really great. And then I also have body which has a morning briefing routine. So, it's going to ping me every single morning with different updates for AI and tech. If you've actually watched or seen one of our previous episodes where we were building an AI news reporter as a skill, then we don't need that anymore. Realistically speaking, Bott is doing a really great job. And speaking

5:12of Bati, we also have a very creative name called Botilina. And Botilina is basically my chief of staff. So the bot that has a little star here, it's the bot, your primary bot that is pretty much responsible for being proactive with your calendar, your email, your tasks, everything else that is happening in Grogbot in other conversations or groups also for notifications. So for example, Batilina has a few routines already set up. One, it's when a new email comes on the Grockpot email address. I get notified because spoiler alert, you don't have a dashboard for it. Your primary bot, your chief of staff will have to inform you

5:57if there's a new email coming in or not. Then I have a monetization warning brief and upload stats reads for Vong. So all of those you can just plainly ask your chief of staff to do. Then it has the library with like some of the dashboards and like all the things that we have to do. And of course like any other Grockpot, it has its own computer. Now, I actually asked for this specific episode as an example for Batilina to create a dashboard and guess what it did. We have a goal for the casual leader to make sure to hit monetization before the goalpost kind of moves from

6:30February. It's nothing crazy. We don't want necessarily want to go aggressive and achieve it necessarily, but it's nice for us to have a goal. So, all the Grogbots kind of like have the same goal in mind. So, based on that, I asked Batina to create a dashboard. As you can see, it created the road to monetization and where we stand, honest read, needed versus current, milestones on the way because I asked her to put some milestones and where we are right now, the history push to goals and so on. And I can actually share this the same way that I could share the itinerary, which is really great. And I think the way it

7:07structures the data, if you ask it to create a dashboard, it's really cool and seamless to have. So that's something that you should keep in mind. I think it's really cool. Then let me introduce you to the casual leader team. So the casual leader team consists of Soleie, the social media manager. So's sole responsibility is basically to take the long form

7:30podcast episodes, turn them into shorts. So for example, at the beginning when I created Soie, I actually gave it this is what I was saying like because right now you don't have the instruction box anymore. You should put a very clear description of what are their roles and responsibilities immediately when you start with working with them. For example, here I said you are a social media manager. I need you to help edit the long- form video for the casual leader into short that convert that are

7:58smooth and can capture attention. Convert people into long-term viewers of fulllength episode and channel. You are an expert on trends, social media trends, organized trends twice. Who knew? Optimization and conversation. you understand how to build trust using the casual leader tone of voice and authenticity, not just clickbaits. I absolutely hate those freaking clickbaits, but it is what it is. Then we also have Vong. Vong was one of the bots that I created initially when we had the instructions. So you're only going to see here head of growth marketing but Vong is basically dedicated to packaging everything marketing making sure that we have thumbnails that are converting that we

8:41have AO and SEO optimized descriptions anything that comes for titles short titles long form titles captions anything that needs basically to promote the long form videos it's vong and then we have oie oie is our little researcher. So here's the thing with Oie. It actually saved us so much time and energy in research only. Oi's main primary responsibility is one to make sure that it researches. So when we start a new podcast episode, we actually are I give the idea the bullet points, the point of views, the angles that I want to have. Oie goes and research. It looks to see if it's something that would might benefit everyone else or is

9:28just something that I might want. And OGI also looks at all our competitors, looks at the comments in YouTube and X, looks at what people are asking about. Now, once the podcast script is actually done, which is this is where Bungi comes in, Bungi is our podcast producer and writer. So, once OGI is actually done

9:48with its research, it goes to Bongi. Bongi puts up puts together the first draft with our tone of voice flow structure and what we represent and then at the end oigo the researcher goes again through the whole episode and the whole draft and looks if there's any information that is misleading that maybe is not true that maybe boongi misunderstood and fact checks everything to make sure that no we're not mispromising anything. So this is what how they're working together and you can see it in our channel. So normally in the previous versions if you click plus you would also have an options to create a group. Now that option is only

10:31available on mobile app as far as I can see. However you can ask your primary botulina for example to create a group with the members and then you just tag the members and that works just fine. But for example, this is the casual leader group and this is where all of them are interacting. So for example, if I would say I need some help with a completely new episode. This is the title and then I want to see which one is worth the price in return. Right? And then so will say I'll hand the shorts on

11:02this one. Just no worries about that. Vong is already looking at titles. But Elilina is looking to see if it's a great fit for watch hours. So against that goal because the goal of our this group is monetization and hitting that milestone. Then OGI to pull in the recent US audience questions and competitors comparisons between Claude Jupt. So all the research that needs to be done on the background and Boogie to hold the script until that lands and

11:33then Bongi comes up with a first brief. It looks at the brief through what I asked and then we basically debate this this brief back and forth up until we have a good idea of where we want to land. And then afterwards, Bongi starts to work on the first draft. As you can see, there are many iterations of the brief up until we're actually getting to where we want to get to be even before a first draft is done. And it's really amazing to actually see all the Grogbots kind of like going back and forth and talking to each other and catching each other's mistakes and keeping each other

12:08honest, which I really love to be honest with you. Something to keep in mind with the groups, I noticed that you can't really add more than six Grock bots in a group uh or six members in a group. And um that's something that I noticed right as of recently, but I don't know if that's going to change in the future. I hope so. But I think five to six is actually a good limit. Then we also have our sales outreach. So this is actually one of the Grockbots that we got as a template from SpaceX team that was

12:40leading a workshop for Grockbots. They're all free by the way. I actually really recommend them. They're very specific for like sales marketing. I will link them below so you can if you want you can attend there as well. And um this was was this one sales outreach and I believe clarity that were shared as growpot templates that we can use from day one. So I I actually wanted to check them out. Uh as you can see clarity I did not use it yet but I did use sales outreach and this was just to see how it works with more or less zero context. And when I first add the

13:17crockpot, um, it actually asked me what are we selling first. I just selected the casual leader out of all of them. And then it gave me a couple of options here that maybe I wanted to choose and I wanted to see what what it did, what it came up with. The list is quite interesting in terms of sponsors, but right now I don't think it understood that our channel is a smaller channel, is not a channel that will um promise some really big conversions were just not about that. And I kept iterating that to it and I saw that it doesn't it didn't really understand and I have a

13:55feeling those instructions roles and responsibilities at the beginning had something to do with it. since those instructions are not available anymore. I can't see what the instructions were in the first place. So that's just a hunch right now. Another thing to note here is for my other section is for Ken all the Grobots for Kenzie AI. So we do have a working group. Then we have Kenzie senior that's basically head of research and development. Then we have for Kenzie the health of growth and marketing. And basically these are the type of things that I would put in instructions with specific um specific roles. So you know your sole purpose is

14:29to look at what the competition is doing like Whisper Flow Willow Voice OS and their ads their growth strategy their marketing strategy and so on and then Keny senior which is a completely new product that we're doing some research on so as you can see I have them split into different teams and then I have my own personal ones. Now, one really cool thing is that as any other AI app or tool out there, yes, you can connect pretty much every single tool that you have. So, you can do Google Sheets, you can do granola, you can do notion, slack, you can add your X account of

15:04course. So, it's excellent at researching on X. And data dog, you can actually use it for incident and notifications to notify your customers if there's an incident going on. and collect an idea of what happened with the incident. So, it has a few more connectors than your normal typical or I shouldn't say more but a few more technical connectors than your normal typical um AI tool which is very nice and one thing that I noticed is if you connect Higsfield it can come up with some very interesting things. I actually asked Bongi to create an animation for the last p podcast episode about dots to create with Higsfield an animation

15:54that's actually going to match the beginning of the of the podcast of the audio what were I was saying and specifically to use katana and it came up with some really interesting things I mean you can see for yourself you've disappeared and an AI built from your messages and decisions has to decide what to keep pursuing and what to abandon. Let's say, does it keep building your company? Does it preserve a dream you quietly stopped wanting? Who gets to correct its version of you? If your AI keeps going without you, whose

16:30life is it living? And those are just a few things and tricks that you can ask your Grockpots to do. I also asked mine to come up with a couple of animations that I needed for reals or just for you this YouTube video as well or for previous ones. And one of the things that maybe a lot of people don't really realize is that you can share your Grockbot. So for example, you can create a copy and share the template link. So it actually goes through all your skills, your memories, everything that it learned up to that point and you can share that Grogbot from that point

17:06onwards with someone else. So for example, I was asking Oie to create a template of itself and then to just save the draft. It's not published yet, but basically it's a YouTube channel researcher. And if you look at the details, it has the context, memories, and skills that already has just from working with me. And the skills that it has is YouTube title formulas and get started channel research. That YouTube title formulas everyone has by the way because I at the beginning I installed it for like everyone. And those are customized skills that I created. And if you look at the description, it also says, "Whoever imports it starts with a

17:49short setup chat. It asks for their channel, audience, competitors, date, region, region, digest time, and script rules." So basically, it you don't start from scratch from zero. You already start from a Grockbot that already has the experience, some of skills, and knows what to ask you to set everything up really fast instead of starting from the ground up. And another thing to keep in mind when you work with your Grogbots, just use the voice. Start the voice chat. It's so easy. I mean, don't get me wrong, I use Kenzie a lot and sometimes Whisper Flow as well just to dictate and talk to all my tools. But

18:26when you're walking or cooking or whatever, just having a chat with your Grobot on your phone, it's so easy. That was actually one of the things that I really liked with Doy uh my Chadypty Dot. And I'm so thankful and grateful that Grogbots has this feature as well, just because it's just so easy to pick up a call and ask. And this is pretty much it. These are all my Grogbots for this account. But let me know if you want to have um maybe a template of one of my my bots. Let me know in the comments below and I happy to share them. or if there's anything else that

19:01maybe I was missing. I would say that Grockots as of right now, they're absolutely the best in the market. And trust me when I say this, I tested a lot and I also have high expectations of a lot of the things. The only reason why I did not move pretty much all my workflows and work into this is because this is still in a beta version. As far as I know, it's still beta. So certain things when you're going to upgrade to the latest might break. So if you actually go in the community chat for Grogbots, you're going to see that for some people the bots disappeared

19:40altogether. Not everyone has that problem, but some people some of the context disappeared. So it's still beta. But I'm not going to lie, if it keeps going well and once it becomes g with in general availability, I might might move a few of my workflows. So stay tuned. All right, that's it for today. If you want any of my Grock bots as a template,

20:07just let me know in the comments below. Happy to share them with you. I will also link everything that um Grogbot the documentation and SpaceX has if you want to check it out and attend. By the way, this is not sponsored whatsoever. However, we're open for collaboration and partnerships. And also, if you are working with your Grogbot or if you already want to set have it set it up, how is it for you? Do they work? Where

20:31are they kind of like coming up short? I'm very curious to hear how you're using them.
