This is the full transcript of Retail Stack - Launch Event | Live Replay, published on YouTube by CCSalesPro. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.
0:00All right, for those of you that are just jumping on, I got a question for you down in the chat as we get this going. I would love to understand the audience a little bit. I'm trying to understand if this is mostly our existing agents or if there's a lot of you on here that are a little bit newer, you're just kind of checking out Stackably. So, in the chat, put in the number of Stackably deals that you've done in the last 90 days. How many Stackably deals have you done in the last 90 days? If it's zero, I'm not going to be offended at all. I just I
0:23just want to know if these are people that are mostly familiar. The product today versus 90 days ago is basically like a completely different product. It isn't really the same at all. So, if you haven't done anything in the last 90 days, you have no idea what what I'm about to show you. So,
0:36that's what I'm I'm curious about here. Okay, interesting. All right, so got some new people, got some some partners as well. That's awesome. Um Cool. Great. Yeah, those of you that are considering it, I appreciate you jumping on and taking your time. Awesome. Got it. Great. Okay. Very cool. All right, I think we're going to go ahead and dive in. We've still got some people joining, but we are going to dive in. So, this event today Um I'm going to do this actually let me stop my share for 1 second and then I'll start that again here. There we go. But today's event, I'm going to do this a
1:06little bit differently than I've done in the past. So, in the past events I've done with Stackably, I've done a lot of kind of hype and just talked about like the vision and all of these different things. I think you guys already know that. What I really want to show you today is the product. There is so much
1:18to this retail stack. They it also goes with the marketing stack. We've got the Stacky Chat. Like we have so much stuff. So, I'm going to dive in here. I'm going to warn you up front. This is going to be a little bit of information overload. I mean, this is like a lot of information and I'm not asking you to come away from this with like a complete knowledge of everything that Stackably has to offer today. That would not be realistic. But instead, I just want to give you an overview of what this can do and I mainly want to answer a very simple question for you
1:46and that is can Stackably support my retail merchants? And I hope that you will come away from this with the answer is yes. Okay? That's kind of my big thing for this event. The answer is yes. That's it, okay? That's what I want to get across. So, I'm going to go in, I'm going to show you the product. I'm going to show you the loyalty program. I'm going to show you the marketing stack and the marketing automation. We're then going to dive into something called stacky chat.com, which is a brand new tool I'm rolling out tonight that every single person on here, whether you're an existing agent or
2:17you're not an agent at all, you can use this. It's a completely free tool and it's the best tool if you're trying to understand what Stackley has to offer and if Stackley is a good fit for your particular merchants. It's also an incredible tool if you are one of our agents, you can hook it up to your demo account to add products and services and just basically set up your demo account the way that you would like to have it set up. So, I'm going to go ahead and share my screen and I'm going to dive in and we are going to jump into this demo
2:44here. So, here we go. All right. First, at Stackley, we believe software should be free. I'm not going to spend a lot of time on that today. I just want you to understand for those of you that are maybe a little bit newer to our ecosystem, we believe that software should be free. We don't believe services should be free. So, we make money on payment processing. We make money on text marketing and email marketing, which we're going to show you in a minute. We are going to be making money on payroll processing, which we're rolling out very soon as well. We're then going to roll out banking and
3:13capital advances and all kinds of stuff and we're going to make money on all that. But, we believe that the core software should be free and as somebody who now I've actually been out in the field for several weeks selling Stackley, I can tell you right now that this pitch resonates with business owners. When I tell them, "Look, you're currently working with, you know, this company or that company and, you know, they're making money on your payment processing, on your payroll, on your banking, on all these other things, why should they be charging you money for software? In the age of AI, software should be free." And that pitch really
3:43resonates with merchants. They really enjoy that. So, we believe software should be free. John Shirey here at the end is going to talk more about our hardware side and how that works. But, I want you to understand that everything you're seeing right now is is totally free other than uh the services that we offer, which I'll talk about in a minute. So, let's just dive in. Okay, here we go. What I'm going to do right now is I'm going to show you how to create a hoodie with some add-ons. Okay? So, this is a basic retail product. I'm selling a hoodie. Um, in this particular case,
4:12it's a hoodie that has two different colors, black and navy. It has small, medium, large, I think extra large. It has different sizes. Um, and it has different add-ons uh to the hoodie. So, I'm going to just literally show you the process. Again, you don't need to understand this process. By the end of it, I'm going to tell you how to go to Stackchat and you can literally just replicate this in your demo account yourself or you could just read the article on how to do it. So, it's it's, you know, I'll give you all of that here at the end. But, it's uh it's a very,
4:36you know, it's a very robust process. It's a great process to set up uh inventory and all of that. So, starting off, we're just going to go ahead and and uh we're going to create our uh modifier group first. So, you always create your modifiers first. Here, we're going to have two different groups. We have a group for embroidery. So, we're going to say, "Hey, we want to be able
4:52to embroider things on our uh hoodie." Okay? Um, and so, when we go down here, uh we're going to see we have minimum selection is zero, maximum is one. So, what that means is they can select one or none of these options. Okay? So, when you look right here, they have the name on the left chest is $8. The name on the back or logo on the back is $15, right? So, these are two different options and we'll see those play out on the point of sale here in
5:21just a minute. All right? Step number two, they can create some gift options. So, they make another group for some gift options. If it's a gift wrap or gift receipt. So, we create some additional options there for modifiers. Now, we're going to go and create the category. We want to put this under merchandise. We might also make a category call a subcategory called, you know, hoodies or whatever, right? So, we
5:39make our categories. Then, we go into the product and we put the product in here. We have the name of the product. Notice over to the right, I want to spend a little time talking about this cuz I'm really passionate about this. So, I have been talking to retail uh small businesses and I'm telling you we need to be on a on a like a campaign as a group to help these small business owners understand how to grow their business right now in today's like world. Um I am amazed at how many retail businesses don't even realize
6:08that DoorDash has a retail section now. Like, it's crazy. Um these business owners when you think about if you were a small specialty retail shop, let's say you're like a hobby store and you sell like model train supplies. Um what is your advantage over Amazon and over Walmart, right? Well, it's all about timing, right? So, Amazon is going to carry everything that you carry times a thousand, right? They have everything you have. So, why in the world would somebody buy from you rather than buying from Amazon? And it's like, well,
6:39because I have it in stock at my store. Okay, so you're asking them to leave their house. So, they're they're downstairs in the basement with their kid just like me and my dad, we have model trains as a kid, we had a big table, and like we're we're building a little model house and putting it in there and stuff. You're asking them to take their kid, get their coat on, get in the car, drive to your store so that they can get the and they don't even know for sure if you have the thing that
7:00they need. Like, they're not going to do that. Stupid. Like, what you need is an online store where they can go, choose the thing they want, pay for the thing that they want, and they can actually go and pick it up. Or, better yet, put that thing in the DoorDash uh ecosystem. Let them go in and order it on DoorDash and have it delivered to their house in an hour, right? They're happy to pay the extra $5 it's going to cost to be able to have this thing at their door in an hour, right? So, inside of our system, if you notice over to the right,
7:29you have all these different options, right? So, you have your online store, third-party order out integration. Order out is what we have for DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. Um we have, you know, the point you know, show it on the point of sale system. We have a kiosk mode, I haven't ruled that out yet. Um that's going to be We're talking about that with our quick serve stack coming up in
7:45a few weeks. Um order at table, which of course wouldn't apply to this one. But that's a cool thing is for each of these products, right? You can just choose where do you want this to be? And we have an Uber Direct integration right now today. So they can they can do several different things to get these orders, right? They can come to the store and buy it. They can go in the online store and buy it for in-store pickup. They can go to the online store and buy it and have it delivered by the Uber Direct network. So Uber will go and
8:12pick it up and bring it to their house. Most retail stores are are going in that direction. Or they can use the Order Out integration and they can put all their stuff into DoorDash. And they can have people buy it on DoorDash and have it to their house. So these are all options that you typically would think of for, you know, restaurant, and we are going to talk about that in a few weeks when I do the quick serve stack. But this is a huge for retail right now. It's all about that delivery um option. So um I'll tell you what, like the number of times I walk into a retail store these
8:39days is like very very very minimal. I want to get it delivered to my house, right? And I think many many people are are feeling the same way. So um we go ahead and put this in here as, you know, put the name in. We select where it's going to be at. We put the description. We add the category. We add the variants, right? So small, medium, large, extra large, okay? Um those are that's a variant. We also have another one, which is color. And uh can't see it
9:02here, but the color is black and navy. Those are the two color options. Then we go in and put the modifiers in. So now we grab those modifier groups that we created. Modifier groups can be under multiple products. And by the way, if you don't understand how products and uh or modifiers and variants work, I have I wrote a fantastic article on this. Um and you can go into Stack Easy Chat and say, "Hey, give me the link to the article about how products and variants uh modifiers and variants work." A huge article on that. Um it's really really nice. Um but again, you have this stuff in here. Then you're
9:29going to turn on inventory tracking, right? So let's assume that they want to keep track of this inventory. So they turn on inventory tracking. They put in their cost per item. Um they also can put in how many units they have. So, they currently have 40 units on hand. Right? Um then they can go here and they can set a price, a stock count, and a SKU for each variant. Right? So, because we had two variants, we had the size and the color, then we are going to make a bunch of different like variants here, right? We're going to have, you know, the small black and small navy. We're
10:02going to have the medium black and the medium navy. We can set a different price for each of those. We can set a special SKU for each of those. Um we can also uh put the number available here. You can see that we have like five in stock of each of these, right? And then as they're sold from the point of sale, from the online store, it's going to remove stock from that count, right? Um and it's really cool because, you know, they they know, "Hey, they got an online order in." They're like, "Okay, don't sell that last, you know, small navy hoodie cuz somebody's coming to pick that up." Right? Or the
10:32Uber driver's coming to get it to take it to their house, right? So, again, um this is a killer system for retail to be able to manage all of this inside one seamless system, right? Um I had a lot of people asking me um about um "Hey, does this have a Shopify integration?" And I'm like, "No, it does not have a Shopify. It will never have a Shopify integration. Why in the world would you
10:52want to make a Shopify integration? No. Like, I'm not trying to feed the enemy here. Like, no, like we have a great online store. Like, we have delivery options of built into the system. We handle all of that, and that means you do as well. So, this is a cool system for that purpose. Okay. Next, uh again, you can set the price, the stock, the SKU for each variant. You can see all of this here. We're now going back to the products. We're going to click on this particular product. Uh we're going to go
11:17into the stock in the inventory hub. And we're going to take a look at this one to see what's there, right? Like, okay, how many do we have in stock? Do we need to reorder? We can set a reorder number. We can have advanced reporting on inventory management. Again, what I want you to get from this little tiny screenshot here is if you're talking to a retail store and they're like, well, here's how we manage our inventory. Do you do that? The answer is yes, we do that as well. Okay, that's the answer, right? And if it comes to us and we don't do it, I've got 40 full-time
11:46engineers, we'll build it. Okay? Like, yes, we do it whatever it is that that is that they're trying to do. Okay? Now again, with one with one exception and that is integration. If they say, we have an integration with this particular vendor and we auto reorder, then the answer is no. We don't do that yet. Okay? If you give me a big enough
12:03account, I'll see what I can do. Okay? But that's not something we offer. So we're not guaranteeing any outside integrations, but as far as features and reports, we have it. Now, um I would anticipate we're going to get a lot of requests on the reporting side. You just don't know all the reports to do until you have a lot of active merchants and this is new for us. So I know we're going to get a lot of requests for reports, which I'm happy to do. Reports
12:23are so easy to build with AI these days. I'm not really that worried about it. But um we will build whatever we need to build uh on the reporting side. But again, we have a full inventory hub that to manage all the inventory, the vendor relationships, the purchase orders, um the stock take, all of that stuff. Um Now, if you click on checkout, you're going to be able to see what this looks like in the online store. Now, the online store can be customized like crazy. Um in a little bit I'm going to talk about the AI generated websites. I didn't even have time on this event till
12:50I do the full roll out of it, but it's it's crazy. It's amazing. Um and so, you know, we can customize this. We can do all kinds of stuff with it. But when you click on checkout, you're going to be able to kind of see that flow really easily and then we're going to show you that how the flow looks on the on the terminal uh as well. So, uh again, you can see that Cardinal Cafe hoodie right there that's active. If you click on that, then it's going to take you to this here where you have to first select your variants. You always select your variants first. And again, I'm not
13:15going to get into all the variant modifier stuff, but it's just the structure of a POS. You want to choose your variants first. So they got to choose. Do they want small, medium, large, extra large? You can see extra large includes a $4 upcharge. Notice that? We set that up a little bit ago inside of those variants. Okay? Then they got to choose their color. Do they
13:30want black or navy? Right? Then and by the way, these will go away if they're out of stock. Right? So if they're out of stock and they click on this, like say they clicked on like medium, right? And there's no navy medium left and navy goes away. And there's just black, right? So it's all set up to manage the inventory side of it. Um then they have these optional add-ons here of do they want the name on the left chest, the logo on the back? Um they can do that as well. Okay? Um and we have the gift like the gift wrap and those sorts of things,
14:01right? So you can see that on the next screen, right? So we we add the gift wrapping, that's an extra $5. Okay? Then we go to the checkout. This is what the customer would see when they would go to checkout, right? Um and again, just they go through the checkout process, check, card, uh or cash, check,
14:15and card. Um check of course being ACH. Um and again, we have all of this uh very compliantly on the dual pricing side. They can go through all of that as well. Okay. Again, I'm just kind of doing information dump here, all right? So, T3. Um now you can see if we can switch to the cellular camera for 1 second. Let me stop my share here for 1 second. I'm going to dive back into that in 1 minute. So I wanted pause here for a second and I do want to talk about hardware a little bit. Yeah, so I'm going to show you a couple of bits of
14:42hardware here real quick. Um so first of all, the ones you guys are probably familiar with already, this is the P3H. Um now I'm going to show you what it looks like here in a minute as far as the checkout. Um this little device, I have to say it's come to be actually one of my favorites. Um uh it seems crazy, I know, cuz we have all the we're about to show you all this big hardware, but for me on the retail side, man, these things are killer, honestly. It has all the functionality that that the big T3 screen has uh we have on this one. Um but again, we have
15:06this one of course available for retail if they want to use that. Uh the next one that we have here is There we go. Uh we have this right here. This is the Mix. So this is the one where you can pull it up off of the off of the stand and carry it around. Um it also has the swivel stand on it, so you can see here it's, you know, pulling it off. Um, you can put it back on and it'll charge. You can you can swivel it around as well. Um,
15:29and so you got the customer facing side. So, this is the this is the the mix. Um, again, you already probably seen this one. This one's really nice. I love this one for handheld uh for going around and taking orders. This also has a um it also has like a little scanner uh thing built in right here. Um, uh and so you can scan a barcode with it. You can also do a barcode for stock take, which I'll talk more about in a minute. So, that's the mix, right? So, I've got that device there. Let's put it
15:53back over here. Now, that one also has that one also has a little customer facing display that they can use if they want. Um, and so this is smaller, uh but this is a customer facing display that can just be hooked into the mix. And that's to be used for compliance because it does show the cash on the card price. So, we have that one there. And again, John will talk more about cost for all this stuff in a minute. Um,
16:15couple of things that we've added here. Um, well, let's see. I guess I'll do the T3. Hold on one second, guys. Grab this. Um, okay. So, this right here, this is the T3. So, you can kind of see right here, nice big screen. So, again, this is kind of going to be that flagship retail product uh where it has a a really nice big screen to it. Um, it also has the
16:37customer facing on this side. Right? So, that's customer facing display. It has a printer built in right here. Um, so you have a printer built in to it um and all of that. So, that's that one. I'm not going to bring the cash drawer over here. Um, but we do have a really cool cash drawer as well, which you saw in that other shot a minute ago. Last thing I
16:55want to show you here is the scanners. So, we have two different scanner options. Um, this is the stationary scanner. So, this is where you, you know, put your products by here. Um, and then of course, this is the uh handheld scanner, okay? So, both of those options, all of this from Sunmi. So, it's a really really nice beautiful hardware line. Um, if you like uh if you like hardware that looks good, you're going to really like that, um those products, right? So again, we have all this hardware that we're adding into the equation now. So when you're doing a, you know, a retail merchant, you can
17:25do as many stations as you need to do. If we get into the point where we have a bunch of different stations or they're going to line bust and walk around a little bit, we also have a Ubiquiti network. So we're not requiring that we're going to do networking on on all of these retail accounts. In fact, most of them we don't need to do that. As long as they have a stable internet connection, they're going to be okay. But if we get a pretty big, you know, retail place, we probably are going to want to go ahead and put a Ubiquiti network in there where we can actually remote into the
17:50network and control that. We can make sure everything's hooked up before it leaves the building. And so yeah, it's it's it's a really really nice system. So yeah, the clear one, you know, about the scanner there. Yeah, that that this one is pretty nice actually. So it's a nice scanner. Yeah, I like this one a lot. Um Okay, so let me go back into my screen share. So again, now that you've seen the hardware, I want to show you what the hardware screens look like when you utilize them. So let me go back
18:15here. Okay, so here we are on the T3. This is that big screen I showed you. And again, there are a lot of customizations to this, so people can kind of do a lot of different things. Obviously, we work with the merchant to try to customize the images so that they fit nicely on the screen. Some of these are kind of cut off. This is like a demo
18:32stuff. But let's assume that they went ahead and selected a product here on this one. Here we go. And let's say they selected the windbreaker. And the windbreaker again, they would have to choose navy or orange. This is a different product than what we just created. I'm just showing you kind of how the the interface on the
18:45T3 is. So they'd be able to pick that. Again, they can have all kinds of things here. I mean, they can have two, three variants. They can have three or four modifier groups. All of that can be on here. They would select it, then it would go here to the add-on, and then they could add on the custom embroidery, gift wrapping, monograms, you know, whatever
19:02it is. And then it goes here to the checkout. And on the checkout, you can see we have a cash and a card total. And they go ahead and select which one they want to use. They could also, by the way, we have full gift card functionality as well. So, they can do the gift card stuff as well there. And then they would
19:16pay for it. This is on the back. So, you're looking now at the back of the T3 with the customer facing display. And again, you can see the two columns for one for cash, one for card. So, they can clearly see that on there. The one piece of hardware I did not bring down to show you guys today on this one, but we do have is the label
19:35printer. And the label printer we do have the two price label printer. So, if they want to print the cash and the card price on their labels, we have that as well. So, they can print all of their label stuff, you know, with us as well there. Now, this is the the P3H. I wanted to I wanted to add this cuz I know like for most people they would think retail
19:53like, "Oh, no, you need that big T3." And you do. But I just think the P3H is awesome. Honestly, like on the accounts that I'm personally selling, I'm actually giving them a P3H as an extra. I just think it's so cool. And I know they're going to love using it. When they get a big line, like I was at an example, I sold the pizza shop. I'm actually going to to uh uh uh get them to sign the application tomorrow morning. And when I sold them, I set them up with the T3 for their main station. And I was just talking to them
20:18like what their other pain points were. And they were like, "Well, you know, one of the issues we have is when we get a big line, this is the only station that we have. We have enough employees to take another order, but we only have one station." And I'm like, "Oh my word, you should use the P3H." And I showed them the P3H. I actually had loaded their menu in using Stack It Chat, which I'm going to show you in a minute. And we actually went through and I showed them how to ring up an order on the P3H. And they're like, "Oh my word, that's
20:38beautiful. Like it's so nice." And so, this is fantastic for line busting. It's just great. It's just a great device to have. It's like a great backup device as well. So, the P3H is awesome. So, again, here's the the interface. Again, they pick something. They choose if it's going to be navy or orange. They have their modifiers and add-ons. They go and check out. They do the payment. You know, that's it. So,
20:56it's it's very very simple. Um As far as scanning functionality, I think any of you that have ever sold retail, you understand this. So, I'm not going to spend a lot of time on this. But um, if so, if a product is scanned and the product has no variants, um, where let me rephrase that. If you scan a product and that barcode is specific to that product, meaning if there are variants, each variant has its own SKU. So, that barcode scan is like we know what that is. It just goes right to the cart, obviously, right? Now, sometimes though, you know, you've seen like the protection plan or that kind of
21:30thing, right? If they have a modifier, that's what that would be, then they scan it, it's going to go right to the correct product and variant, but it's going to say, "Hold on, there's a modifier to be chosen here, right?" And then they can choose the modifier, and then it'll go to the cart. If you scan something again, it just adds another one. Right? So, if I scan something three times, it adds it three times. I mean, again, I think this is I think we've all done enough self-checkout at this point that we understand kind of how retail point of sale works. Um, yeah, so again, that's it. Again, they
21:55can have each SKU have its own uh, uh, they can have each variant have its own SKU, so it's really, really nice for all of that. Okay, stock take. All right, now again, I showed you this with the mix a minute ago. Um, so here it is with the mix. Uh, I'm going to stop this
22:09for 1 second here. Okay. So, again, um, when you're doing stock take, right? There's a couple different ways. We're actually working on one other piece of hardware that I really do want to roll out for this. Um, it is actually specifically for stock take. Um, it's pretty cool. It looks like a phone, but it has a really nice
22:24um, barcode scanner on the front of it. So, we're still working on that. But for right now, this is a great device for this. Um, they can also use the Stack of the Admin app on their phone for this as well. Um, but I think this is really nice. So, they can actually go into this device, click on more, they can go to the inventory and do a stock take. And the way it works is you use this little device right here on the on this, and you just scan the barcode, and then you and then it's like, "Okay, how many of those do you have?" And so then you can
22:46go in there and put in the number that you have if you're trying to do that. Or if you're trying to take inventory in that you received, you can scan it into the system and put the number that you're adding there. So, there's a lot of really cool stuff like that that you can do, um, you know, with that one on the stock take. My screen share back up here. Um, so again, you can open Shop Boss, go to products, inventory, stock, and then stock take. You can search by product name or SKU, or you can scan the barcode, count the stock, enter the quantity, um and uh I don't know why I
23:13keep on putting that there twice, but you can count the stock and and enter the quantity. So, um awesome. Let's see here. So, let me go to the next one here. Okay. Next, again, like I said, information overload. So, don't you know, if I lose you a little bit, that's okay, don't worry it. You don't need to remember all
23:29this. It's all in Stack It Chat, okay? Um we are also rolling out the marketing stack. All right? Now, the marketing stack has several really cool things with it. Um the first one is email marketing, all right? So, if your retail store is like, "Well, we're currently using Mailchimp." Oh, are you? That's cool. We charge $10 for unlimited email
23:48marketing. That's going to be a little cheaper, okay? [laughter] And guess what? You don't have to go over to Mailchimp anymore. You can just do it all right here inside of Stackably. It's fantastic. Um and they can make their templates, all this kind of stuff. And so, it's a full-blown email marketing system right here, okay? They can track their opens, their sends, again, having everything in one system and and with that system being free, other than again, the services, is like is huge. It's massive, all right? Um
24:16texting. Okay? We do full text marketing, two-way text. Now, I'm going to warn you about something here real quick. If your merchant signs up for two-way text, they have to go through something that's called A2P. It is a really stupid process in my opinion, but it is what it is right now, and everybody's facing the same problems, which is they get set up to do a two-way texting campaign, and they have to get approved for that campaign. We've automated it with AI to the maximum extent that we can. It does still sometimes take a couple of weeks and a couple of tries. Um having the website
24:45helps a lot, um but they do have to go through A2P. But, if they do, you can kind of see this marketing stack here. Um they can actually go in, and they're able to uh you know, see the texts that are coming in and out. They can also do text campaigns. Now, what really brings this to life though is the workflows, all right? The marketing workflows are pretty sweet. So, a marketing workflow, I'm just going to show you the visual of
25:06it. This is literally from the system of what it looks like. We did this as like a demo version of it, but it's there's actually like a canvas and you can go in and say, "Hey, when you add a new contact, check and see if they've made a purchase in the last whatever and then do this and wait 30 days and then see if they've made a purchase again and if not, send them this email." And if they did do that, then send them a text and like whatever, right? So, you can set up these marketing workflows. Now, again,
25:33this is going to be on the merchant. This is not going to be on our team to do this. So, we will help them with their initial setup to basically just make sure that they are like good to go. But, you know, this is something where they can really mess with this if they're like all about marketing and they have their marketing person or whatever, they will love this. I mean, honestly, it's really cool. It's really intuitive and they can do as much automation as they want. Text messages, emails, internal notifications, all that
25:59kind of stuff here in the the workflows. So, when you think about the marketing stack, what you're thinking about is email marketing, text marketing and workflows, okay? That's the marketing stack. Again, the marketing stack itself, we do have a $10 per month cost. That is not because we're charging for the software, it's because the email marketing is the minimum they have to do, right? Like we have to include that and we do have to charge something cuz we're paying that cost. It's running on our servers. So, $10 a month for the marketing stack, which is they're paying for the email. They have to have the email marketing, otherwise it doesn't
26:28really make any sense to have the marketing stack cuz you can't market, right? So, you have email, then if they want to do text, text is $29 a month plus 2 cents per text. So, $29 a month plus 2 cents a text. If you actually look up our market like competitors, these are ridiculously low rates. The merchant pays these directly. They go
26:45into the software and upgrade for these. We had to do it that way. We can't do it on the merchant statement because they need to have the ability to cancel and then for it to go away and buy it and for it to appear. So, like it didn't make sense to do it through the merchant app. So, this is something where inside the software they're going to go to their add-ons and they can click to add this and pay for it, like put their card on file. There's also no residual income on this marketing stack. We are charging at the minimum we can charge to cover
27:08our cost of supporting it and really we're not even going to do that, but that's okay. We want to get the business. Um and so, this is something totally separate than that. Um but again, all the software is free, but if they want to do emails 10 bucks, text is is uh $29 plus 2 cents a text. Okay? Next, loyalty program, okay? I'm not going to dive into this a ton. I'm just going to tell you that when you talk to them and they say, "Well, we currently have a loyalty program and we do it this
27:33way." The answer is yes. We've got that, right? It's like, "Well, for me, I have, you know, people get a $5 thing on their birthday, plus they get one point for every dollar they spend and a point's worth 10 cents." Like, yes, we have that. That's exactly what we have. All right? It's like, don't worry about it. Our team will figure it out and when it comes over and we talk to the merchant, um get as much detail as you can for our team and then we will take it from there um because we have a complete loyalty program. We literally have whatever they want. If
28:01they want buy one get one free offers, they want discount coupons, um they you know get loyalty points and rewards, we have it. Like if they if it's a retail place, we got it. We got them covered, okay? Um so, we have that. Uh by the way, the other question I get asked a ton about loyalty programs is multi-location and again, the answer is yes. So, Stackaly was originally built for franchises. That was the original back when I got my copy of it, it was originally built for franchises. So, I mean I didn't I don't put have a slides in here for this today, but multi-location management, um all of
28:32that is here as well and the loyalty points go to the multiple locations. They can get points at one location and redeem them at another location. Here's what the loyalty program looks like in the Stackaly Connect app for the end user, for the consumer, right? They can go in and they can see their reward points. They can even have a ranking of like, "Hey, they're getting close to becoming the next level of whatever it is." So, this is like a lot of specialty places like this. Um, you know, where they want people to get their like next layer like, "You're a rockstar. You're a valued customer. You're a VIP. You're a
29:02platinum member." You know, whatever it is. Um, they all of that stuff can be set up here um, inside of that inside of the uh, the Connect app. So, again, I already talked about this. Marketing is $10 a month, which includes the email, the workflow, and the chat. Um, A2P, $29 a month with a 2 cents per month for extra text. That's for the 2-way texting. Uh, we also have now the $50 a month website builder. We've had it for a long time, actually. A lot of you have already used it before. I just haven't rolled it out. But, we've now we now have a new one that we pulled in that is
29:29now inside of Stackably and it's fantastic. Um, again, I'm not going to do that. We'll do it on another event. I don't have time for all that today. But, it is amazing. I mean, it literally you can go in there and we can take their current website and kind of clone it. But, they're probably not going to want that cuz our AI website builder is so awesome. We're going to build them a brand new website that's going to look amazing. Um, and the website now fully integrates into Shop Plus. It integrates into the services, the booking links, all that stuff. So, we can build them a
29:54beautiful website and they can go in and make changes to it as they see fit. And again, the website is $50 a month. I am working on that one cuz I would like to give you guys some residual income on that. But, frankly, right now we still got to make sure we know what our costs are. There there's a lot of costs here with AI um, as well as with support. And so, we're still figuring it out. So, right now they again, they pay for this in the software. Um, at some point I would like to share uh, some residual on that one. So, give me a little time on
30:17that and I'll work on it. Right now, I'm just trying to get these accounts. But, once we figure out what our costs are and we put residual to it, I'll make sure we retroactively give you guys residual on on whatever accounts you bring over for that 50 bucks a month. Okay. Uh, we're doing on time. Okay, I think we're all right here. Um, this is actually the thing I'm probably most excited to show you guys because everything I just showed you,
30:38it's a retail point of sale system. Like, go sell it. It like, we have it. Again, whatever it is that they want, we've got it. Just go sell it. It's we we've got you covered. But, I think to do that, you need to understand the system. And I want to show you what that actually looks like, cuz it's pretty crazy. Okay? So, I would like everybody right now, while you're watching this, before I share my screen again, I want everybody to take a minute right now,
31:01and I want you to go to stackychat.com. s t a c k y chat stackychat.com, create an account. I don't care if you're one of my agents, I don't care if you're mildly interested, whatever it is, go to stackychat.com and create an account. Okay? You can do that right now. All you do is put your email and create a password, and you're in, and that's it. But, I want you to be in there, so you can play around with this thing tonight after we're done with the event, cuz it's so powerful. So, I'm going to show you what you can do with
31:26stackychat. Okay? Number one, you can chat. Okay? What a surprise, right? So, you can chat. You can ask it any question that you want to ask it. Um and so, you could ask about, "Hey, is this particular type of business a good fit? Do you have this feature? What do you think about this?" Um whatever it is, you can chat with it, right? So, you just go right in here and type it in. Um and what it's doing is, we have all of these articles, all of our support articles written. There are still some missing pieces, which I'm going to show you in a minute of how to handle that,
31:55but it's really good. And it's going to tell you everything that you need to know about what's available, what's not available. It's going to give you some really, really good information. Now, the other thing you can do is, if you when you log in, down here in the lower left, you're going to see a little thing that says connect. Now, this is for those of you that are you're one of our agents. If you're one of our agents, you can go ahead and get your agent demo account set up. John can talk more about that tomorrow or on the on Monday's event that we have, he'll talk about
32:21that a little bit, but you can get a demo account where you have your own version of Stackable. This is mine right here. Okay? So, this is my this is my uh demo account of Stackable. All right? Yeah, you're not displaying your screen. Oh, I'm sorry. What am I doing? Yep, I've to share my screen. Sorry, guys.
32:36Hold on 1 second. Uh let's see here. There we go. All right, cool. Go over here. Okay. All right, so here we are in StackyChat. So, again, once you get logged in, this is what it looks like. Again, you can ask a question by having a chat right here, and then down here it'll say connect. I'm already connected. Um if I go in settings, my Stackably demo account is already connected, okay? So, it's there. Now, again, go to the chat and I can chat,
32:59but I can also I have my demo account. So, this is my demo account. I'm doing a bunch of different demos uh for businesses. I can actually go right here and I can click on an action, and I can say um I'm going to sell, oh, let's see here, a hobby store that focuses on model trains. Create two products with variants and modifiers
33:27that I could demo to that business type. And click on this. Now, what it's going to do here is um it is going to go ahead and log into my demo account, and it is going to create these things. Now, you can navigate away from this. It's doing it all behind the scenes, which I'm I'm about to navigate away, and then I'll come back and show you in a minute. Um that's probably going to take a solid, maybe 1 to 2 minutes to do that. Um but
33:50you can do anything you want in here. It'll create services, it'll create products, it'll create variants, it'll create modifiers for you. Um and again, if you go to the chat, it'll answer all of your questions. Now, here's my favorite. This is what I love doing the most is create a proposal. When you click on create a proposal, even if you're just prospecting, this is what you want to use. It is so, so good, okay? What you do is you just put in a business name and a and a city and state, and you just search for that. You click on look up the business. It'll give you a little progress bar, and it
34:19will find that business. And then you confirm it's the right business, and then you click to go to the features. And then it's going to take a minute and a half, 2 minutes, and it is going to crawl that entire website. Um and I'm going to show you kind of what that looks like. So, I'm going to show you three different examples here. So, here's one here. Um this is a business that I looked up and I just looked up some random business. So, um this is an independent toy and gift store here. Uh it's called Kazoo. Um and this is in uh Buckhead, Atlanta. Again, I don't know
34:48anything about this other than, you know, I just looked it up. Um continue to confirm features takes me here. And here it shows me all these features and it literally crawled this entire business and their website to see what was available. Now, I want to show you a couple interesting things here. So, you know, ring up toys and gifts, manage and move toy catalog, scan packaged toys and game checkout, blah blah blah blah blah, all this stuff, right? All of this is
35:10available. Before I walk into that business, you better believe I'm going to read this right here. This is golden, okay? This is like tons of information about this particular business, what Stackable has and doesn't have, things that you should discuss, um all of that. It's really, really good, okay? And it will tell you when like the faith is unclear about certain things here, right? Like as an example, we actually don't have curbside pickup. So, that idea of somebody pulling into the business and then on their phone saying, "Hey, I'm here." and then somebody walks out and gives them their thing, we don't have that. And Stackable was like, "Hey, this business
35:47might want that. So, make sure you're aware we don't have that." Like that's really important information to have. After you read that, you can go down to each of these individual things and you can click on this and say, "Oh, yeah, we Here's what we have, right? We do have this." Right? You go down through. Notice this one, keep the existing web shop connected to the store stock. Retain the current online shop while automatically sharing products. Then it's saying,
36:10"Absolutely not. It's not available." Meaning, "No, we can't Your current store that you have, whether it's Shopify or whatever, we can't connect to that. So, we don't have that. You're going to have to export all your stuff to us and do our online store." Like I want to know the things that it doesn't have like as much as the things that it does have. You know what I'm saying? If I'm going to pitch somebody, I don't
36:28want to make an idiot out of myself. Like I want to I want to say this is what we have and this is what we don't have. And I want to like have those conversations. So this is golden. I'll give you my favorite example of this. I like that pizza shop I mentioned to you
36:38guys that I'm going to sign up tomorrow. I actually ran it through here cuz I didn't have it when I had the first conversation. And I ran it through here and one of the things it came up with is it says support for a fourth quarter pizza. And it's like not available. And I'm like, what the heck is a fourth quarter
36:55pizza? Like what in the world is that? Well, I clicked on it. It's it actually crawled their menu and it noticed that they had this pizza where they sell it and it's like four squares and you can pick different toppings for each square. And our system actually doesn't support that directly. Now there's a million workarounds, you know what I mean? But like I'm so glad that I saw that cuz when I go to sign them tomorrow, before I have them sign, I'm going to say, "Hey, we got to talk about this fourth quarter pizza. Like how are you handling that?" And I got to figure out how I'm
37:22going to do that with the modifiers and the variants. And by the way, if you want to know how I'm going to figure out how I would do it, I'm going to go to Stackacy Chat while I'm talking to them on my phone. It's beautiful on your phone, by the way. stackychat.com on your phone, fantastic. And I'm going to type in and say, "Okay, I'm here with this pizza shop. They have this fourth quarter pizza. Here's the website address for the the pizza shop. Here's how they currently do it in their point of sale system. How can we do it in Stackacy? What's my workaround?" It'll
37:43tell me. Like this is amazing. Like this is a sales tool. Like this thing is fantastic. So all right, um So all the And notice here, reorder choice from the supplier. Like this is a nice-to-have, right? Now what's cool is I can also add whatever I want here. So watch this. I'm going to say they also want a feature uh they want to make sure that they have an internet backup for
38:05their POS system. And I'm going to say add feature. What's it going to do? Well, it's going to go right here and it's going to say checking. It's going to actually go and check out the articles. It's going to read the articles. So when you're talking to the merchant and they say, "Well, no, the The thing is we have
38:21to have whatever. Whatever they said, just type that out and click add and we'll tell you if we have it or not. And if we don't, you'll know we don't have it, right? Um here it is, look, it's available right here cuz we have a 5G internet backup that hooks right into our network, right? But that means you're going to need a network for this one and that's going to be on the proposal. Then we can continue on from this. Oh, I want to do another funny one here. So, here's like our the local hospital in my area, UPMC Altoona. It's like not a good fit, you know what I
38:47mean? Like this is important. We want to make sure you know stuff that's not a good fit, right? Um so, we have that there. Um So again, I'm going to go I can go through the rest of this. I don't think we have time today, but if I click on confirm features, it is going to do a um like a hardware search and it's going to look at all of our available hardware and it's going to make a recommendation for hardware. I can add hardware, remove hardware, whatever I want to do. Um and so again, I'm not going to go through all of that today. If I do go back to my chat that I
39:14had here, um you'll notice right here, look what it did while I while we were doing that. It created a modifier group. It, you know, put accessories. It created a product called Summit Valley Diesel Locomotive. It created a product called Summit Summit Valley Freight Box Car. Um and it added the modifiers and variants and it synced it to the device. So, my demo device right now has this on it right now live. If I go in here to my account and I refresh this, and we're going to go right here and
39:44it's for train. Uh or no, I hold on. What was it What was it called here? Hold on. It is called the We'll We'll look for Valley here. Summit Valley Diesel Locomotive. Here it is, right here. This is what it just created in inside of my account. And down here, um has some variants. Is it HO scale or N scale? I don't even like,
40:05you know, whatever. Again, it's pretty crazy, right? So, it just created these products for me from uh from Stack AI. All right? Um yeah, and it does create a proposal are end of the proposal generation process. So, again, amazing sales tool, stacky.chat.com, totally free, no cost. You don't have to be an agent to use it, but you do need to have be an agent with an agent demo account if you want to be able to create those
40:27demos uh to create these these actions. All right, I am just about done. I want to uh let's see, go back here real quick. I think I'm just about done. Last thing really quick for me and then I'm going to turn it over to John here. Um Uh if you guys want to I want you guys to text me. So, I'm going to be back out in the field now. Uh I'm done with product, it's fantastic. I have a whole team for that now. I'm back out in the field, I'm selling. So, if you want to text me, I'm going to be sending out text um I have a new app I'm using
40:53called community.com that helps me manage this texting stuff um with my team, but I am going to be personally reaching out and texting. If you have a question for me you want to ask me, you're out in the field, you're like, "James, I've hit this objection, what should I do?" I got you covered. Um all I want you to do is right now just text that number. Just say, "Hey, this is so-and-so." And it'll text you back and ask you to add me to the contacts and like subscribe to this service or whatever, and then I can just text with you. So, I'm going to be sending out all
41:16kinds of video tips. If you want to follow me in the field, basically, this is how you do it. So, text me right now at that number. Um I'm going to leave it up on the screen for a second while John, I turn it over to you. So, all you, John. John's going to talk about the sales side a little bit here
41:29as well. So. All right, James, can you stop sharing your screen? Absolutely. There you go. going to grab that number that James just posted and start posting that for my own number as well, and then hopefully nobody realizes that it's not me. I think that's the best idea that I've had so far today. Uh so, it's not been a very productive
41:46day. Uh that's basically what I'm saying. So, one of the things I wanted to touch on first, um I'm going to share my phone screen. I love sharing everything via via the phone. Um we are so passionate um about trying to give the agent an awesome um you know, use case for using their phone out in the field, whether that's writing a merchant application, whether it's getting trained on um how everything works with video training on industry stuff or Stack at least certification courses, whether it's analyzing a merchant statement, um whether it's requesting a demo, all of that stuff is just so cool via the phone. So, I'm going to do that from my
42:19phone here real quick. I'm just going to do a real quick crash course for everyone, so everyone knows some of the recent changes that we've made, and kind of touch base on some of the highlights. One thing that I wanted to point out though, to start off with, is our demo our schedule a demo path
42:35specifically for Stackably. So, we've gone back and forth with our compensation plan regarding scheduling a demo. And what we're going to do going forward is we're basically going to be an extension of you as the sales agent out in the field. And so, what that means is we're going to try to train you as the sales agent as James is showing all of this amazing stuff, sales tools, equip you guys to do your own demos, have your own demo accounts. Our goal is to get you guys trained so you don't have to do a demo with us. So, you don't have to schedule a demo and have our
43:07team do it internally. However, if you're out in the field and you need our team to do a demo, maybe you're not comfortable showing off a certain feature or something like that, we want to be able to say, "No problem, schedule the demo." And not penalize you for that. What do I mean by penalize you for that? Well, we're going to do away with our default 50%
43:29residual split for scheduling a demo. Instead, we're just going to let the agent always choose their compensation plan on every deal. Okay? So, that means you can still schedule a demo, or you can still just write the application right there from your phone or from your website or from the site, whatever you want to do. But, you are in charge of writing the deal, you're in charge of choosing your comp plan. So, if you're a certified agent with Stackably, you can get up to an 80% split, or you can choose a lesser option
43:57and get a get an upfront bonus as well. So, you can do all that on every single deal. And if you need our team to help you on one or two or multiple ones, we're still happy to do that. Okay? So, I want to actually show that process real fast because this is a change, by the way, on our Monday live event. That wasn't the case. This is new information that I'm, you know, dropping on everybody right now. So, let me actually start by sharing my phone and getting
44:19this thing cranked up here. And then I'm going to try to keep everything that I have here in just a couple minutes to make sure we have time to do some Q&A here at the end. I have some questions written down. All right. Somebody let me know here when you can see my screen. I'm just going to run through a bunch of things at rapid speed. Okay. First thing is Oh, I accidentally clipped on clipped on my fantasy football app. I do that every time I'm sharing my screen. I'm sorry about that. I like to force people to take a quick glimpse of my fantasy football lineup. All right. Now for the
44:49important stuff. Let's go to the full stack payments app. All right. What we're going to do first is I'm actually going to look at a demo that I already scheduled and had completed. So, this is kind of that new feature here within Stackably. I'm going to look at all of my demos and look at my completed demos. You can see I have a demo completed here for John's Hair Loss Company. That's not a company that I own. It's a company I should start, you know, cuz losing hair on the top. So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to click on John's Hair Loss Company. This
45:17demo's already completed. I'm going to scroll down a little bit and as the agent, you can see now I can start my application right from within this demo being completed. So, what that means is if you schedule a demo and Rob or Lauren or somebody on our team completes that demo with the merchant, as soon as that gets marked demo complete, you can come into your app, start the application for your merchant, and go through our new application process. That's great, right? Because this is a great
45:43application process. So, check this out. We've made this so nice and clean. Shout out to our dev team, Dylan. They made it so nice. I think it's the best UI out there in terms of getting an application created. You just start by putting in the merchant's name and email, choosing the MCC. Then you go to your pricing. What type of pricing do you want? As you guys know, we pitch you you can pitch dual pricing, but you do have the ability to pitch flat rate pricing or interchange plus pricing and make whatever adjustments you'd like to make to make there. Then for hardware. Now, I will
46:12tell you I do have to make some adjustments very, very soon. I'm going to have these done by Monday, where we're going to add some new hardware as well to the screen. Some of this, if you haven't seen it recently, it already looks new. We're also going to add the concept of bundles to make this easier for the agent as well. So, as James was showing the T3 with that display, those two things are sold together. So, we're
46:35going to make some bundled concepts. That way you don't have to click on, "Hey, I want a T3 and I want the display to go along with it." It's a bundled package. So, I'm going to clean all this up, but as you can see, the UI is just so nice and clean. I can click on my P3000, I can say I want one of those. I can click on my P3000 Mix, I can say I want one of those. Notice right underneath the the title of the the actual hardware, you'll see the default schedule A cost. Okay? That doesn't mean we're charging the merchant that. It's letting you as the agent
47:03know, this is the cost that we have for that. Then you get to decide how you want to handle that on the application. Um, we also have a nice little cheat down here at the bottom. When you go to the next option, you're going to see, oh, here's all the things that I selected for this merchant and the cost to go along with it. So, that way when I hit next, I can see that I have the Stackable hardware fee defaulted to $50 cuz I chose those two pieces of equipment. But, maybe I want to just go ahead and click on that, zero that out for my merchant. Maybe I want to zero
47:31out my PCI fee. Um, maybe I want to leave the $8 account on file fee, or whatever case is, you can do whatever you want in terms of charging those fees or um, or eating those and us sharing those as a residual cost with a schedule A. Okay? So, that's how you choose your hardware. Super slick, super cool. Um, then in terms of compensation, this is the part where now I can say,
47:52"Hey, I want an 80% split on this deal." So, I I that about Stackable. One of the things you get to do is you know, I tell agents this. Hey, if you're writing your if you're writing your retail shop and they do $50,000 a month in volume, you know, should you take the 60% with the bonus or an 80%? Well, for me, I'm taking the 80%. We're trying to build
48:11residual. However, maybe the next deal you write is your $5,000 a month tanning salon, right? And it's like, well, maybe I want to take a 50% and $400 bonus on that deal cuz it's going to take me a while to make 400 bucks on that account. So, you have that flexibility. You choose your comp on a deal-by-deal basis. When you click on a comp plan, it basically just shows you the residual split, the bonus that goes along with it, and then it also clarifies the schedule A costs we're already covered. Those are Those are shown on that hardware screen just in case you want to go back and look at
48:41that again. So, that's how you choose your comp plan. And then you go to a review screen at the end and you can still make adjustments to anything that you that you need to make adjustments for. So, that's step number one. All that happened, remember, that all happened after I completed a demo with our team, and then I went and I started my application from within that
48:59appointment. I don't have to do that. If I'm comfortable selling Stackable, I saw a lot of people in there saying we already sold, you know, three, four, seven, 13. No problem. You can just hit start an application. You can go right into the application process and you're right there. You can just create an app and you're good to go. Okay? So, that is the first update. Super awesome. Excited about that. Now, what I'm going to do, I want to highlight a couple other things real fast. Notice we have an analyze a statement option in your full stack account now. So, super exciting. I
49:30absolutely love this. When we click analyze a statement, you can literally just give put in a name for the state for the merchant. So, I can put test. I could hit the add button, and we actually have an integration with the image recognition to just hit scan a document. It's going to pull up this. It's going to allow me to just take my uh phone, hold up a statement, and it's going to automatically take a picture of that statement. This isn't even me hitting a button and taking pictures. It's literally just holding my phone up in front of the front of the image. I'm actually going to back out of
50:02this and not complete it. Um but you can literally just scan a document out in the field, upload it, submit it, get a statement analysis completed in literally like less than 30 seconds in a lot of cases. Um so that's super super cool. But I want to actually show you a couple other things here. Hang on a second. I need to go back. Um now that I've actually already done a couple statements, we have the full dashboard where you can manage your statements, look at your proposals, and everything like that as well. Um you can see this proposal I have for John's Big Deal. Let's go. All right. So I'm going
50:33to click on that one. Great names in this app. Um so now what I'm going to do is I have two proposals here for John's Big Deal merchant, right? I have an interchange plus proposal and a dual pricing proposal. I'm going to skip the dual pricing one. That's self-explanatory. You know, the merchant's not paying the fees. They're passing them. You know,
50:50everybody understands how that works. I'm going to click on my interchange plus proposal. Check out this UI. So to me, best UI in the game for statement analysis from my phone. Never For me personally, I've never seen AI like that or not AI, UI like this for an agent. So I have an interchange plus proposal
51:07here. I have this great little slider. Right now I'm at 58 basis points and 7 cents. I can take my little slider, drag this down. Now I'm going to save the merchant $225 a month. Well, that means I'm going to still price them at 1.12% you know, on VMD. This was a Heartland statement, so no no other info needed there, right? Let's go to a proposal. Okay, let's go to download my proposal. Check these
51:30proposal templates out for Stackable. This is my favorite part of the presentation. So I can click on this proposal template for Stackable, and we just created custom proposal templates that are just really nice, really clean, really slick. We got a really nice cover page on this template. We show the merchant a great little presentation up at the top of their current effective rate versus their new
51:51effective rate. Um we also highlight that, "Hey, if you opt for the dual pricing program, we could add, in this case, $26,000 back to your bottom line this year." I love how we've worded that on this template. That works for every single pricing template, whether you're doing interchange plus, dual pricing, flat rate pricing, we can always display that on this particular template. You don't have to use this template, as you saw there was four different ones to choose from, but I absolutely love this one. Then we just really made this in a way where a merchant could understand it. As you guys know, merchants don't understand
52:23their statements, they don't understand how they're getting hit with fees. So, we just lumped this together, we broke up what you're paying in processing fees, what your past three pass-through fees are, and what your total fees are, and then we show you the details of how you're pitching them on pricing. Okay? Very clean, very simple. If I don't like that template, I could give them a more advanced Stackable template that still has great great uh cover page, and then literally just really breaks it down and does more of that traditional side-by-side uh type of proposal. That's all That's available, too. And then we have some of the older uh templates that
52:55other people have been used to that maybe have been doing statement analysis analysis through ISO Amp. Uh we have some of those available, too. To me, I'm using the new ones. I absolutely love them. Shout out to Ben Garbs, he's sitting over here. He actually created the proposal templates uh and I absolutely love those. So, um last thing, I know I'm going 100 mile an hour. Um if I click back on my account, I would I do want to give a shout out for this. We are now hosting the learning management system inside of your app. What that means is you can come into your Full Stack app, you can
53:24click the resource center, and you can just check out tons of great resources uh from within your Full Stack app. So, if I'm like, "Well, I want to get certified on Stackable." Um I'm driving, you know, an hour to my grandparents' house, you know, to visit for Thanksgiving, I could come in here and and on my Stackable certification course, I could get this thing playing right through my full stack app and have it done by the time I get to Grandma's, right? Um the next thing I could do is I could be like, well, I might be prospecting for something like CC storage. I could come in here, I could
53:54download marketing materials, uh videos that I could share with my merchant. All of this stuff, as you guys know, it used to be hosted in a separate portal. We're pulling that in, it's all available right through your full stack app on your phone. So, I get excited about it. I went 100 miles an hour. Um I want to give a shout-out real quick for our Monday event at 11:00. We do a Monday meeting every single Monday at 11:00. We roll a lot of this stuff out um in a slower way where we have time to digest it and ask questions. That's Monday at 11:00. I do this every single week. This
54:26week, we're actually going to be taking a deep dive into Stacky Chat, which James just showed. So, I'm excited to do that. We're also going to be introducing some other people on our team that you guys haven't met yet um because we want to get uh get you guys familiar with some of the people that are on our team, on our executive team, on our support team, and get you guys familiar with
54:43their faces as well. Woo! All right. James, I'm going to kick it back to you, then I'll get ready to ask the questions here real quick. All right. Hey, so I kind of I did my best to go through the chat and answer a bunch of questions. So, if you asked a question in chat, um you'll probably see
54:57the answer there. Um let's see. Um cool. Okay, so yeah, so guys, um again, I'm I'm super excited. I do want to make sure that everybody kind of understands this vision on the demos because John talked about what we are what we're adding, but I want to talk about what we're taking away, okay? So, um yes, what we are adding is the idea of if you need a demo, we will do a demo for you, but I want to make something
55:17very clear. We are no longer owning the sales process for these merchant accounts. So, the idea here is you can choose your comp plan. So, you can get up to 80% residual. We have If you guys, you know, are you familiar with us, we have different rev plan, you know, rev shares. You can get 60% with a bonus, 70% with a bonus, 80% with no bonus. So, we have these different compensation plans. So, the idea here is when you have us do a demo, we are just going to do the demo. We are going to do our best to close the merchant on their interest in the software, but then after the
55:48demo, it's totally on you as the sales agent to follow up and close the deal. And we have to do that because if if you want us to be able to do a bunch of demos like we're going to need to do and scale that up, we're going to we're going to want that. I also wanted to mention, so again, to be really clear, the demos now like John said, there you you know, you still choose your compensation plan and get your demo done, but you are the salesperson. My team is just doing the demo for your merchant. They're very good at it. Our close rate is very, very high. So, take
56:13advantage of that. It's great, but obviously I know many of you want to learn the system and do the demos yourself, which I which I definitely encourage you to do, but we are happy to do a demo whenever we need to cuz there's a lot of complexity here and I totally get that. Again, don't forget about Stacky Chat. Use Stacky Chat. When
56:27you're like, "Hey, I want to reach out." like use Stacky Chat. I'm telling you it's going to be an incredible solution. Click on create a proposal, put your specific business in there. It'll tell you everything you need to know about if it's a good fit for that particular business. Um I was one of the things I was going to talk about, John. I forgot what it was all of a sudden. Um Yeah. All right. What do you got, John,
56:45on the question side there? I had a couple questions that I hit right here at the beginning. One of them was on shipping cost. Does this We don't calculate shipping cost or still working on that feature? Or talk about that for a second. Yeah. So, here's the deal, guys. So, this is not an e-commerce platform and it is not a nationwide distribution platform yet. So, a couple things I'm going to tell you about this. So, this is for local retailers, right, who are serving their local market. That's what this is for. Okay? We do have a bunch of integrations. We just haven't rolled them out yet. We're still in testing
57:14phase to kind of be more of like the e-commerce like, you know, drop ship integration. That all that kind of crazy stuff. Like we're not there yet. However, if you have a merchant that's large, they're doing 200,000 a month or more in volume and they need something we don't have like multi-state sales tax automation or something like that, please reach out to me James@CCSalesPro.com or send me a text at that number I we put in the chat and say hey James, here's the deal I got this merchant this is what's going on with them. I will do my best to help you with that because we are building all of
57:43that and so if I can reach out to the merchant and say hey we'll have it in 60 days or whatever I'll I'll be happy to have that conversation. I'll also be happy to tell you no if we're not going to do it. So but if you have a question about a big one like that feel free to reach out to me
57:55let me know. Okay. One question I saw was is there a cap on the number of items at checkout? So I think Clover is at like 99 they can't check out 100 items. Yeah, I saw that one in there. Yeah, that's a good one. I actually don't know. I did not I didn't set that up. I already emailed Aubrey our head of product and if it's if we don't have it
58:13we'll have it tomorrow. How about that? So Yeah, that's a good that was a really good idea actually. I don't I kind of forgot about that. So And then I also saw how does the T3 accept cards? So it looked like we have the big screen and then the customer facing display. Is there a separate
58:24device for actually putting the payment? Yeah, let me show you a couple things here. So first of all you probably can't see it very well here. So on this device EMV right there, tap on the screen, swipe is up here where I can't see it very well. Yeah, swipe right there. Okay. And then there's also the Sunmi P2 which I didn't bring down here. It's like a normal what you would see on the counter at Target or not even Target. It's like a little it's a credit card machine and it it hooks into this. So if they want more of a traditional one
58:55then we have the the P2 the Sunmi P2. Okay. Let me actually just do some of these rapid fire ones I probably wanted to ask. So Stacky Chat what's the cost for that? It is totally 100% free. Oh free okay. Now you you might hit a if you got if you do like if you try to do 75 proposals tonight at some point you're going to hit a limit on tokens cuz
59:14that's going to cost me a lot of money. [laughter] So I am using like Soul from Open AI stuff. Yeah. But it is free. What about Stackable admin app for the business? How much does that cost? Free. Okay, that's free too. Hang on a second. What about a per employee cost for the business?
59:28Free. I think I know what John's doing here. Uh Shop Plus, how much extra is that to That's free. Okay. Uh what about loyalty? That was a good one that people are asking about. That one's a little different, John. That one is free as well. Oh, okay. Sorry, sorry. Sorry, guys. I just uh you got I got to take my chance to really highlight some of the stuff cuz it is a big deal. I saw somebody ask actually ask about QuickBooks. Guess what? That's free. So, QuickBooks I do I do want to I do want to clear up
59:53that one. Go ahead. QuickBooks integration is free. It's not exactly a retail QuickBooks integration yet. So, it currently the QuickBooks integration is for invoicing. Um now, I would love to build a QuickBooks integration. I actually put it in the chat. If one of you guys has a large retailer and they're like, "We do
1:00:06QuickBooks integration currently." Please send them in and and I will be more than happy to work with them. We will build whatever it is that they want. Frankly, I find the whole retail integration into QuickBooks a little confusing. Um and so, I would I want to work with a couple of clients before we build that out. But yeah, QuickBooks
1:00:20integration totally free. Um one thing that I wanted to bring up was pizza shops specifically. So, I know that you you were just selling that pizza shop and then we had a comment saying like, "Wait a minute. Pizza shops, you know." So, talk a little bit about that. Where are we at with pizza shops in general? Um so, I know we did restaurant lights you know release a
1:00:37couple weeks back. Well, we really didn't. I mean, that was just for the agent community. Um yeah, I mean, long story short, we have it. I mean, it's done. It's live. I'm selling it right now. Um if you guys want to send us a quick serve restaurant, we got you covered. Um I just I'm not going to do the big roll out of it. I didn't want to do like retail and quick serve all at the same time. Like, we barely got through like 10% of what we needed to
1:00:54cover today. So, um quick serve is done. In a few weeks, we'll roll it out. Um kitchen printer um KDS now we have as well. Uh we we provide a network to each one with a 5G internet backup. Um it's done. We don't do any table management. We don't do um you know, that side. So, it's not for full service. It's not for table management stuff. But we have quick serve. Um again, uh if you're one of our agents, you would know that cuz we were we did it at an event a few weeks ago. Um that's why it's important to sign up as an agent and jump on those events every
1:01:20Monday so you know kind of the cutting edge. like I'm going to roll out stuff like not this coming Monday but the one after that. I'm rolling out stuff I'm not even going to mention here but it's going to be insane. Like you're like what in the world like we have a lot more than what you're seeing here and so we always roll it out to our agent community first and then we roll it out
1:01:34here. So. I think that's the Oh, I actually saw one question that I wanted to get to. So how is tax managed? Someone asked about like multiple locations um Sure. and all of that. So so basically each location can have their own tax um rules, right? So if you have like seven locations and one is in like Arkansas and one's in California
1:01:53and whatever like that's totally fine. We totally have that covered. The only thing we don't have again is the like the idea of like the shipping idea of like from one location I want to ship to seven states and there's different tax rules for that. I don't have that yet. Um but if I have a again a multi-location physical multi-location uh retail business um this is exactly what it was built for and and again I'll be honest with you guys like this is one of those things where you're not going to send me a deal that's too big. You're really not. Like on the retail side
1:02:19we've got that covered. Like if there are 50 locations I mean I just talked to my business partner that is kind of doing more of the enterprise side with with his version of the tech um and he just did one today that was 35 locations. Um and so like we the multi-location stuff doesn't scare us at all. Like we're actually really good at that. It was all the other stuff we had
1:02:35to get figured out for small business. The big business we already had that. So send me multi-location retail I'm going to be fine with that. We'll we'll send a we also have a nationwide contract on the IT side as well. So we can send out like on-site installation that kind of thing as well if we need to for the larger ones. Um so you send me whatever you want we'll be fine on the retail
1:02:52side. Couple people asking about like high risk merchants for Stackable specifically. Yeah. We haven't we haven't done much with it. Right. Right. I mean We have gotten merchants approved that are on the high risk side for Stackable. It really depends on the business type. We're not targeting high risk merchants at all. I saw I see somebody mention even like our TCG partnership. Um you can still utilize that but um yeah we're not really we're not after high risk um is how I always say it so. Um but if the merchants high risk and they do have um and they're willing to like give the documentation we need to get them
1:03:21approved, obviously it takes the merchant a little bit longer time for us to get them approved. Yeah, we can we we have done it. So we have some merchants with very very large tickets that we've been able to get approved and support very very well, so. Yeah, but if you're thinking of like a dispensary or something, it's like absolutely not. You know, if you're thinking of something that's kind of like as an example, like a furniture store. We we we'll do a furniture store, that's fine. Now again, remember we don't do we're not promising any integrations, right? So it's like if you have a furniture store and they
1:03:47integrate with their current wholesaler to get their stuff automatically, we don't have that integration. Bring me a big enough one, I might build it. But we don't have those integrations, so we don't want to promise anything there. But other than that, yeah, we can we can kind of do do whatever. But yeah, so if it's like a high risk meaning like there's a financial risk, we'll take a look at that. If it's high risk meaning it's a reputational risk, probably no is
1:04:06the answer. Is EBT on the road map? EBT is absolutely on the road map. We're we're probably going to have a conversation about that really soon. We have some other stuff we want to roll out with that. Again, if you have somebody with EBT, like I said, just if you have a deal, just send it in. It's like we have one, just send it to like John and his team, let's talk about it, see what they need, and we'll we'll
1:04:25figure it out, so. Okay, couple people asking about transferring database of like inventory. So if the merchant the merchant can help us with that, a lot of times the merchant can also give us a login into their current account, and then the team can go in there and export their inventory, their products, their services for example. Square is easy for us to be able to do those to be able to move merchants from Square. So it really depends on their current software. We will work with the merchant on that. You as the agent though can
1:04:54definitely help with that, so. Make sure to get with the merchant, let them know like, "Hey, how fast we want to move forward really depends how fast you can pull your inventory out of your current system and get that over to the Stackably team." Stackably will do the import in terms of putting that into the software for them
1:05:11and getting them all set up and ready. Um and learn more about that definitely on Monday. Um we're going to have um Kyle from uh head of support uh on Monday's event this week. And then also Chris, our general manager of Stackably. Nobody's met him yet. Super excited to have him on our Monday event uh to talk specifically about some of those things
1:05:28um as well. Let me wrap it for a couple of these, too, I was looking at. So, is there an offline mode? So, here's the deal. There is not currently a what you would consider a legitimate offline mode. What we have instead is we have the internet backup. So, it's a very different kind of internet backup. You may not be familiar with it. So, it actually goes right into the network. It's a 5G SIM
1:05:44card that goes into the network itself. So, like if you have like a kitchen printer and whatever, then offline it's not offline mode. It just, you know, it's there. So, that's for quick serve. If you have somebody with table seating, it's not a good fit anyway, right? If they're like walking out and taking orders at the table out in the patio, like that's not a good fit anyway for us. And that's usually what you need offline mode for. Yes, you can do gift card balance transfers, physical gift cards. We use Factor4. So, we did the integration with Factor4. Um yes, so
1:06:09that is correct. Um so, the physical installation uh process is on an as-needed basis. Honestly, for a lot of retail, we're not planning on it. Like we do everything here. It's really, really good. But again, if you get us a bigger one, usually it's about the networking. So, we don't plan to do a ton of that with retail. That's more for quick serve. Um but again, if you have somebody with like seven stations and it's a huge place and they need to uh they need a networking and all this kind of stuff, then we would just send a tech in to do that. Um but again, that
1:06:35will be more of a as-needed basis. Uh this is not a vending machine payment processing solution. That'd be something totally different, Rob. Um so, we don't have that. Um yeah, I think that was it, John. Anything else I missed? Um No, and and by the way, so let me clarify let me say one thing about Square real quick. I'm sorry. I get like
1:06:52a thousand emails a week about this. Okay, guys, listen. I don't work for Square. I have nothing to do with Square. I've never sold Square. I have no intention of ever selling Square, okay? I think Square has a great product. Um I'm obviously a big believer in Stackably cuz I own it. So, I'm really, really biased. Um however, I still have the other side of my business with CC Sales Pro where I have sponsors, right? And so through Natpay, OrderOut, and Square, they have paid to sponsor some events around Square. Just like I talk about, you know, Clover with Natpay
1:07:19or whatever. So, I have sponsors, right? So, I want to be really clear about this. So, like Stackable is a company I own and I operate and I stand behind and all of that, right? Then I have companies like Natpay, Square, OrderOut, Clover. I've done many, many others. Those are sponsors and I get paid to promote their stuff. And I would not promote it if I thought it was a bad thing, right? But I'm not I'm not part
1:07:43of Square in any way, shape, or form. Neither is Full Stack Payments. We're on Stackable. So, I just want to be really clear about that cuz I get asked that like all the time. Um, by the way, uh, 24/7 by 365 phone support, which John mentioned you're going to learn about that more on Monday. Uh, right here in our building, we have a support team
1:07:58that answers the phone 24/7 365. Um, Nat two handles it. Um, 10 Stackable rules, how about that? You know, it's funny. Not not quite yet. Hold up on that. Let's see it in a little bit. I'm not quite sure Shopify yet, but the Shopify POS it rules, how about that? I still got a little bit of work to do on on uh, Shopify itself. Um, yeah. All right, 10 after. I guess we better end it here, John. So, again, hey guys, seriously though, make sure stackychat.com. Just play around with it. You're going to love it. Just play with it. Um, and then I would I would
1:08:25really encourage you, uh, and yeah, if you want like, um, hardware costs, you know where you can find that? stackychat, okay? Um, Go check it Also in your account, when you're creating an application, the costs are in there as well. So, yeah. Yeah. Which that one is 40 bucks a month, I think. Which one was it?
1:08:39The T3. Uh, it was actually less than that. Or 38 or something. Well, yeah, with the display. So, yeah, but I got to combine those things. With the display, yeah. So, it's like 40 bucks a month. And again, it's a Stackable cost. So, you can choose to pass that to the customer or you can eat
1:08:50it, you know, out of your residuals. Um, awesome. All right, everybody, hey, again, thank you all so much. Go to stackychat. Make sure if you haven't done so already, download the Full Stack Payments app as well. You sign up as an agent. And then make sure you jump on the event every Monday at 11:00 a.m. cuz there's so much information to share as you can see. We want to be continuing to put that information out there. So, hey,
1:09:08super excited to work with you guys. Send me some retail business. Let's go. I'm ready, man. I'm going to be out in the field. I'm going to outsell all you guys. I'm going to be doing it 2 hours a day. You want to keep up with me, you got to get going. You got to start selling some retail. So, make sure and text me, get on that text list and I'll keep you posted on my progress and you can let me know about yours. So, thanks
1:09:22guys. Have an awesome day.
