This is the full transcript of 8 free github repos that make f*ck you money, published on YouTube by Corey Ganim. Every paragraph carries the moment it was spoken, so you can click any line to jump straight to that point in the video, search the whole thing for a word, or copy it out.
0:00Let's break down eight completely free open-source GitHub repos that you can turn into a cash-flowing service business pretty much overnight because in this video what we're going to cover is each of these repos in detail. So we're going to look at eight different ones. We're going to look at the exact offer that you can create that you can sell to business owners. We're going to talk about how you can have Claude code basically run the business and how you can actually find clients, which is the hardest part for most people. So let's dive into the first repo in this case, which is called Voice Studio. So if we
0:29dive into the actual repo itself, here is the repo. It's called Voice Studio. It's got 92,500 stars on GitHub. At one point it was a number one trending repository of the day. Now, what is Voice Studio? What does it actually do? So it's actually the hottest repo on GitHub this month, but you're the only person who's going
0:48to know how to turn it into a business. So what it does is that it's a free local alternative to something like 11 Labs. Now, 11 Labs lets you clone voices. It's basically an AI voice platform. So what this allows us to do, the actual outcome that we're going to sell to a buyer is the buyer gets a Spanish channel in a box. So every one of their existing videos gets dubbed into Spanish or really any any language that they want, but Spanish is probably the second most common language next to English. It's in the creator's own voice and it's captioned and it's posted on their channel. So the the actual
1:22outcome that the buyer is getting is they get a brand new Spanish-speaking audience from the videos that they've already made. So again, if you've got a big audience of people who speak English, this is such an easy way to build a secondary audience by using AI tools to attract an audience that only speaks Spanish. So who are we actually going to sell this to? We're going to sell this to coaches, course creators, and YouTubers that have anywhere from 10K to 250K subscribers in the niches of business, finance, or fitness because
1:48those tend to be higher value niches. Now, how are we actually going to price this offer? So we're going to charge a $1,000 setup fee and then we're going to charge $750 a month, which is going to get the creator up to eight videos per month. Now, your cost to actually set up and run this service is literally $0 because this runs locally, and the repo itself is open source. Anybody can come in here to GitHub and fork this repo or
2:13clone it and set it up for themselves. So, how are we going to find the leads? We're going to use a tool called Treg. That tool is them in any way, but I've been using them a ton. It's basically open router for agent tools. So, instead of us having to pay a monthly subscription for like Apollo or Hunter or any of these tools that find verified contact information, we can pay per for at a usage basis with Treg. So, we're going to use Treg to find the YouTube creators. It's going to do this easily for like really pennies. We're going to filter to find the ones that don't have a Spanish
2:47channel yet. We're going to look for actual titles of like founder, creator, or host. And then, we're going to send them a 60-second clip of their top video in Spanish. And that clip is going to be what does the selling. And in order to do that, we're going to clone their real voice only after we get written consent, so that that video clip that we're sending is basically just a sample. If we can get their buy-in, then we'll start using their real voice. So, if we can get six clients on this offer, that's 4,500 a month plus 6K in setup
3:15fees. Now, the second repo that we're going to look at in this case is one where we can run a security audit. So, this is something that we can sell to businesses. I'll get to what the actual offer is here in a second, but this is from Cloudflare. It's called Security Audit Skill. This is a repo that has
3:3251,200 stars. We can see what it does. It conducts a structured audit, a structured security audit of an app or of a SaaS or of a tool in six different phases. Now, why is this important? So, it's a free skill that turns cloud code into a security auditor with verified findings. So, what we're actually selling, the offer that we're selling, is a security audit for apps that are built with AI. So, like vibe coded apps are notoriously insecure. So, this is going to help us uncover any of those insecurities. And we're going to give the client a plain English report of every confirmed hole, plus a list of the
4:08actual fixes. So, what the buyer's getting is that the outcome they're getting is an exposed API key or an open database gets found before a hacker or customer finds it. So, you know, what they're paying you for the audit, they should make multiple times over in terms of a more secure product. So, we're going to sell this to non-technical founders who already have paying users, who built their tool on Lovable, Bolt, Replit, or Cursor. And you can even partner with dev shops to resell your audit as a service. So, we can charge $1,500 per audit, plus $300 a month to re-audit every new release. Now, the
4:41great thing about tech tools is they're constantly re-releasing, they're constantly adding new versions, they're constantly updating the tool. Every update they push is prone to bugs and prone to security flaws. So, we can basically charge them a retainer to continuously audit their product. And it's going to cost us anywhere from 20 to $60 per audit in Claude usage in terms of token spend to do that. Now, how do we find these clients? Well, again, we're going to use Treg to find founders who launched in the last 12 months. And Treg lets you get really granular with how you're actually searching for people. So, it can literally find people who launched in
5:16the last 12 months. Like, that is one of the abilities that Treg has. We're going to filter for companies that have anywhere from 1 to 10 staff who had a live app. We're going to look to the titles of founder, CEO, or CTO. And we're going to send them a free seven holes in AI-built apps checklist. So, this is kind of like a generic lead magnet, but it's very valuable to them because they're going to see it and think, "Oh, well, chances are my tool has one of these holes." And of course, we're never going to test a live app without their written permission, which is why we send them that checklist to
5:48get their interest, and then we set up a sales conversation from there. So, if we can do four audits a month, that's $6,000 plus five monthly retainers gives us 1,500 a month in recurring revenue. I really like this one because obviously there's been an explosion of vibe-coded tools and apps, and this is a very, very
6:05needed uh tool. Third one, uses the free Anthropic plugins. So, Anthropic uh and the the makers of Claude have tons of free uh plugins within Claude Claude Co-work, and they have customize What we can do is we can customize these for one department. So, Anthropic is a free plugin that turns Co-work into sales, support, legal, or finance specialist. If we look at the actual repo here, this is literally from Anthropic. It is again an open-source repo, 33,000 stars. Uh these are all the different skills and plugins it has. So, it's got productivity, sales, customer support, product management, marketing, legal, finance, etc. So, how do we actually turn this into an offer? Well,
6:47what we can do is we can sell a sales plugin wired into the client's CRM and playbook that's going to give them call prep, follow-up drafts, and a Monday pipeline review. So, the outcome that the buyer's paying for is now their sales reps get prepped for a call in 2 minutes instead of 20, and their follow-ups go out the same day, which leads to, you know, speed to lead, which I've talked about before on this channel. So, you actually make a lot more money the quicker you can respond to leads and the quicker you can progress deals down the field. So, if they're doing 20 sales calls a week,
7:21taking prep time from 20 minutes per call to 2 minutes per call, that's a 90% reduction times 20 per week times X number of reps that they have, that's a real big saving. So, we're going to sell this to B2B sales teams that have anywhere from three to 15 reps who are using either HubSpot or Close as their CRM. Uh we can also sell this to SaaS companies, MSPs, logistics companies, and staffing
7:45companies. What are we going to charge? Well, we're going to charge $2,500 setup fee per department plus $500 a month. Now, our cost for this one, this is another one that I really like because our cost here is $0 because our client is going to be paying for the actual Cloud seats, right? We're going to build this on top of their existing Cloud Teams plan or Cloud Enterprise plan. And this is a no-brainer for companies that don't want to set this stuff up themselves. So, again, we're going to use Tregg to find the leads. Tregg can actually find companies that use a specific tool stack. So, we can
8:17literally use Tregg to find companies that are using HubSpot as a CRM or to find companies that are using Close as a CRM. And then we can filter those companies to find ones that have anywhere from 20 to 200 staff. We're going to filter further to find ones that are hiring SDRs or account executives right now. So, that way we know which ones are growing and which ones actually have a pain point as it relates to sales. We're going to target the titles of VP of sales, head of sales, revenue operations, and then we can even send them a sample call brief written about their company as our foot
8:50in the door. So, when we reach out via cold email, they're basically seeing a sample deliverable written about their company, which is going to pique their interest in wanting to talk to us. And then if they want us to set up, say the marketing department or the finance department on a similar setup, that's just going to be another setup fee. So, if we can land four clients and just do one department per client, that's two grand a month in recurring plus 10K in setup fees. Now, real quick, before we get to the next repo, I'm taking all eight of these repos, all the offers here, all the strategies around finding
9:22leads, and the prompts that you can use inside Tregg to pull the leads, the the templates that you can use to actually send cold emails to these clients, I'm taking all of that and putting it into a completely free playbook. I'm going to put the link to that in the description below. That playbook actually lives inside of our free school community. So the link is going to be to the free school community. If you join that, you'll get uh access to the free playbook there along with like a hundred
9:48plus of my other free resources. So next repo that we're looking at is called Agent Reach. Now this one's really interesting to me. So if we look at Agent Reach, this is has a hundred and five thousand stars. So this is a big one, right? Uh at one point it was number one trending GitHub repo of the day. At one point it was ranked a number one twenty-six in the global GitHub repo ranking. So like this one is legit. Now obviously this is in Chinese here, but it works for you the same way as it would if you were based
10:18in China. Now what does it actually do? So it lets Claude code or Codex or whatever tool you're using read Reddit, X, YouTube, LinkedIn jobs, etc. from one command with no API fees. Because to normally to scrape sites like that you're paying a bit of amount of money in API fees, and Agent Reach does it for free. So the offer that we're selling is a daily list of the five posts where someone is asking for what the client sells each with a reply drafted in their voice. So let's say what our client is a beauty company who sells a very specific type of skin care serum. Well, Agent
10:54Reach is going to go out on the internet and find people on Reddit or X or YouTube or LinkedIn talking about the fact that they need a they need the product that our client sells. It's going to send the post over to the client and draft a reply in their voice so that they can interact with their ideal client in real time based on the actual things that the clients are saying. So what is the outcome that the buyer gets? They get warm leads raising their hand in public every day plus what people hate about their competitors. So not only are they going to get access to
11:24a warm stream of clients, these same people are going to be able to share insight about what they don't like about competing tools and competing brands so they can model their offers accordingly. Now, who can we sell this to? We can sell this to SaaS companies that have anywhere from five to 50 staff so that we know they're big enough to actually have product market fit. We can sell this to agencies and then niche e-commerce brands. So for this, we can easily charge a $500 setup fee plus $400 a month. And our cost to run this is going to be roughly $10 a month in
11:55hosting fees. So to find the leads, as always, we're going to use Tregg to find SaaS companies that have five to 50 staff. We're going to look for the titles of founder, head of growth, or marketing. We're going to pull five real threads from the last seven days asking for what they sell, and we're going to send them those threads as the hook. So again, they get to basically see the deliverable tailored to their product or service as your introduction, as your
12:20foot in the door. And if we can get 10 clients, that's $4,000 a month recurring plus five grand in setup fees. Next one, Metabase. So this is going to be a repo that allows us to create an owner dashboard. So if we look at Metabase on GitHub, almost 50,000 stars. Very robust repo here. Um this just kind of shows you what a dashboard that you
12:43can build on top of Metabase looks like. So it looks very good. Like this is very professional. Most business owners would kill for this type of solution because most business owners don't know their numbers. So what it is is it is a free open-source business intelligence tool. It can connect to the client data sources and turn that data into dashboards. So the offer that we're selling is basically taking their QuickBooks, their CRM, their ad accounts, and putting them into one dashboard of anywhere from five to 10 of their key numbers, plus a Monday email basically giving them the weekly overview of their main KPIs. So the outcome the buyer is getting in this
13:20case is the owner is allowed to is able to run their business on actual numbers and actual data instead of gut feel. So, they'll know their actual cash, they'll know their close rate, they'll know their margin. They can start running on the numbers versus running on feeling. And 99% of business owners are running based on a gut feeling, which is why
13:39most businesses fail. So, who can we sell this to? We can sell this to businesses doing anywhere from two to 20 million dollars a year in revenue that have anywhere from 20 to 100 staff because these are companies that are large enough to need to know their numbers at a granular level to be able to make decisions. So, these are going to be contractors, multi-location clinics, distributors, manufacturers,
14:01etc. We're going to charge a $2,500 setup fee plus $400 a month to maintain it, and it's going to cost us roughly $20 a month to host a server to basically for their dashboards to sit on. So, we're going to use Traackr as always to find job posts of companies looking for a reporting analyst because that is the exact role that this solution replaces. We're going to filter those leads to find ones that have anywhere from 20 to 100 staff. We're going to look for the titles of owner, CEO, COO, or controller. We're going to ask them for the five numbers that they check every Monday, and then we're going to
14:35mock up their dashboard for free. So, we're basically going to send them a free deliverable so that they understand what it looks like to work with us, and that's going to get them a lot more interested than us asking them just to get on a call. So, if we can get five clients, that's two grand a month uh in recurring
14:51revenue plus 12,500 in setup fees. The next repo is called Paperless NGX. So, this is what can turn your office of paper records and cluttered uh paper records into one that's completely paperless, and you'd be shocked to know how many companies, doctors' offices, property managers, title companies that exist out there that still use so many paper documents. So, what this actually does, again, if we look at Paperless NGX, 47,200 stars on GitHub, uh transforms your physical documents into a searchable online archive, so you can keep less paper. Very simple value prop. So, it's a free document system that scans, reads, auto tags, and allows for full
15:37text searching of every document in your database. So, the offer that we're selling is their old files digitized, any new files auto filed, and then a Claude Q&A over the whole archive within 30 days. So, imagine that company being able to literally ask questions of their entire archive via Claude. That's what we're giving them the ability to do. So, what does that actually mean for the business owner? What outcome are they getting? Well, that means that now they can find any file in 10 seconds. They get rid of their file cabinets and any
16:09backups survive after a fire or a flood. Because if their office catches on fire, if there's a flood, they lose all their records without this solution here. So, we can sell this to CPA firms, law firms, property managers, and title companies that have anywhere from 5 to 50 staff. So, the pricing here we're going to charge a $2,000 setup fee plus $200 a month, and then we can bill them at cost for bulk scanning. Now, we don't have to be the ones physically in the office doing the scanning. We could literally hire someone to go in the office and do that for them. Now, it's going to cost
16:41us roughly $15 a month to host the documents for them. We can always charge that back to them if we want. So, we're going to use Traackr to find job postings for file clerk roles, use Google Maps to find CPAs, law firms, and property managers, look for the job titles of managing partner or office manager, and literally just ask the question as our hook, "How long does it
17:05take to find a file from 2021?" And chances are it's multiple minutes. When they reply, we can send them a Loom video searching a demo archive so that they can understand what the solution would look like in practice inside their business. So, we can land six clients, that's 1,200 a month in recurring revenue, plus $12,000 in setup fees. All right, this next one, InvoiceNinja, super super powerful. I really like this
17:31one. We look at this repo, 10,300 stars. Again, if we scroll down, it's on version five. So, this is one that has been updated multiple times. It's been kept up to date. You can pay them to host it for you, or you can self-host it. Again, that's going to be the open source repo version. Now, what it actually does is it offers a free self-hosted platform for self-hosting your invoices, quotes, and online
17:54payments. It's essentially an open source version of FreshBooks. If anybody's used FreshBooks, that is a paid tool, this is a free version of that that you can self-host. So, what we're selling, the actual offer, is payment link invoices, reminders that go out to people that haven't paid at 3, 7, 14, and 30 days, escalation emails that Claude drafts to the people that haven't paid, and then a
18:19weekly report of who owes you money. So, what is the outcome that the buyer gets? Very simply put, the buyer gets more cash coming in faster, and the owner stops chasing invoices. This is a massive issue in companies that that operate on um you know, an accounts payable or accounts receivable model. So, like distribution companies and manufacturing companies, their their customers typically don't pay for 15, 30, 60, 90 plus days, and this helps them collect that cash a lot sooner. So, we can sell that to contractors, B2B service firms, manufacturers, distributors, any company that's going to have $50,000 or more in invoices that
18:56are more than 30 days late. So, we can easily justify a $1,000 setup fee plus $300 a month to maintain this system for them, and our cost is going to be about a $10 per month server to host this for them. So, again, to find the leads, we're going to use Treg to search job postings for billing coordinator across those industries that I just mentioned. We're going to filter to find ones that have anywhere from 10 to 100 staff. We're going to look for the titles of owner, controller, or office manager. And we're going to reach out to them and ask, "What's your accounts receivable over 60 days right
19:32now?" Chances are it's significant, and then we're going to send them a sample reminder sequence tailored to their industry once they respond. So, again, they can see firsthand what the deliverable or one of the deliverables looks like if they were to use our service. So, if we can land eight clients, that's 2,400 a month recurring
19:52plus $8,000 in setup fees. Now, the eighth repo in this case is called Dub. So, this is an offline marketing scorecard. Now, the reason I really like this one, it's one, it's got 25,000 stars. Um really robust open-source link attribution platform. The reason I like this one is I think a lot more marketing is going to go offline, especially as AI starts to spam a lot of channels, people are going to go back to sending out mailers and yard signs and wrapping their trucks. And Dub lets you figure out which of those campaigns are actually effective. So, what does it actually do? It offers open-source short
20:29links with QR codes that allow you to track clicks and conversion. So, most people just go and like wrap their truck and put their phone number on it. And when their phone rings, they have no idea if that call is coming from somebody who saw their truck, somebody who got a a letter in the mail, somebody who saw their ad online. They have no idea which marketing channels are actually working. So, Dub helps them understand what marketing channels are working. So, what are we selling? A unique QR code or link on every mailer, yard sign, and truck wrap, plus a monthly report on which of their
21:01marketing channels is actually working. So, the outcome the buyer gets is they stop paying for marketing channels that aren't working, and they can double down on the ones that do. It's very simple. It is a very easy sell. So, who are we selling this to? We're selling this to home service companies that are spending three grand or more per month on offline marketing and real estate teams. Those are going to be the two lowest hanging fruit industries that could use this type of service and you could even go to print shops, brick and mortar print
21:29shops and have them resell your service. So, we could have them white label this service. So, what are we going to charge? We're going to charge a $500 setup fee plus $250 a month and our only cost is Dubs Cloud plan. So, this is the one repo that costs us a little bit of money. It's not even that much at all, especially compared to what you can charge. You could self-host it, but it's and it's going to end up um probably costing a little more than the actual hosted version. So, to find leads, we're going to use Treg to do a Google Maps scrape for HVAC, roofing, and plumbing
22:02companies. We're going to look for ones that have anywhere from 10 to 50 staff. We're going to look for the job titles of owner or marketing manager and we're going to simply ask them which of your last three mailers made money. And I guarantee you they're not going to have an answer for you and that is where we can come in and explain our solution to know, "Well, if you did know which ones made money for you, would that allow you to double down on the ones that did and cut the ones that didn't, would you make more money from that, yes or no?" And if
22:28they know what they're doing, if they're smart, they're going to say yes. So, if we can land 10 clients on this service, that's $2,500 a month plus $5,000 in setup fees. Now, if we look at all these services side by side by side, so, if we wanted to run every single one of these offers in parallel, which I don't recommend, I recommend just choosing one and going deep, but if we wanted to run all of these, if we just got two clients on each of these offers, that's going to be $23,000 in upfront revenue plus $6,200 a month in recurring revenue at a 99% net margin. You don't need a team, you don't
23:05need some crazy infrastructure to run these offers. These are all very solopreneur friendly offers. Now, which one would I start with? I would probably start with the one that uses Agent Reach. The buying intent alerts, that was the fourth one that we covered. Go sell that to SaaS and to agencies because that is the one that can literally get your client a new customer tomorrow because we're sending them the information of people who already raised their hands saying they want their product or service. So, those are the eight GitHub repos. Again, if you want everything I covered in this video plus templates, plus prompts, plus literally
23:41everything that you need turnkey to run these offers from scratch. Link in the the description to join our free school. We've got the full playbook inside the classroom of school breaking this down in detail. It's completely free. Thank you so much for watching. I'll be back soon.
